Voltage 1/29/23

(EAW intro plays.)

(As always a recap video package airs that highlights all the action from last week, bringing the fans on a wonderful trip down memory lane. Among the highlights, Drake King can be seen advancing to the King of Elite finals in controversial fashion, The Ice Aces and Showdown stars, Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson, traded shots with one another all night long, and the the number one contender to the Hardcore Championship was decided when Gaines cost Ronan Malosi his match against Halsey Neel. Once the recap airs in its entirety, pyro goes off, Voltage’s theme pumps through the arena, and the camera swings down to the broadcast booth where Rich Russillo, James Peters, and Persephone are standing by.)

James Peters: Ladies and gentlemen… WELCOME TO SUNDAY NIGHT VOLTAGE!

Rich Russillo: We are ONE WEEK away from King of Elite and the stakes are higher than ever! A lot of people behind the scenes point at King of Elite as the unofficial beginning of the road to Pain for Pride! The second-half of the season always brings up exciting surprises and monumental upsets, and something tells me we won’t be disappointed as we head towards Nashville!

Persephone: If Rex isn’t involved, I’m not interested.

James Peters: :mjlol: We’re not going to waste any more time with smalltalk tonight. We have A LOT planned for tonight, and we’re going to go ahead and kick things off right now with the King of Elite finalists!

Persephone: Terrific.

(Voltage fades to ringside, and inside of the ring are three chairs, as well as backstage interviewer Sofia Clarke. Sofia has a smile on her face and the fans are all heard cheering very loudly as they wait for what she has to say.)

Sofia Clarke: Ladies and gentlemen, I’ve been granted the opportunity to have an interview with the three men who’ve advanced to the King of Elite finals! This has been a very exciting tournament as everyone involved brought their best to the table, making every single match on all three brands extremely exciting. This tournament is always something to look forward to and this year’s King of Elite tournament has been no exception. As we all know, this tournament grants the winner the chance to fight for a World Championship whenever they choose. Many accomplished Elitists won this tournament and a lot of those people managed to find success through this tournament. Theron Nikolas, Malcolm Jones, the Visual Prophet, Kassidy Heart and Andre Walker all managed to win this tournament and win World Championships, and this year will see either another King of Elite win their first World Championship, or a King of Elite winner find another accolade to add to their resume. Either way, whoever wins will join a very talented list of Elitists. As of this past Showdown we’ve learned the last of the three finalists, and right now I’ll be getting the chance to speak with them.

(The fans cheer, and Sofia Clarke continues.)

Sofia Clarke: The three finalists for this tournament are Voltage’s Drake King, Dynasty’s Bronson Daniels, and Showdown’s Adam Lucas! Introducing first.. Please welcome Drake King!

(‘Cold War’ by Hans Zimmer hits, and despite him being the Voltage representative Drake’s music is met with extremely loud boos, which is the usual reaction for him. After a few seconds, Drake King begins to walk out to the stage, and as he’s seen on the camera it’s with a microphone in his hand. He doesn’t seem to be paying any attention to all of the boos, which seem to be louder than the music at this point, and that’s because he seems to be focused on one thing and one thing only: The King of Elite finals. Drake begins walking down the ramp, making his way to the ring.)

James Peters: This is Voltage’s representative in the tournament, though it can’t be overlooked that every match of his ended in controversial fashion.

Rich Russillo: That’s right, but I wouldn’t say that Drake is the type of person to care about that. If he did, would he even be in the finals right now? That’s something I’m not so sure of. All I can say for sure is that Drake has one thing on his mind right now, and that’s winning the finals of this tournament.

(Drake walks up the steel steps, beginning to speak as he enters the ring.)

Drake King: I’m not sure why it was decided that we needed to be interviewed right before the King of Elite finals, but it’s not necessary. There’s absolutely nothing either of my King of Elite opponents could be saying that’s actually worthwhile, and even if they could find a way to give any of you some interesting answers, what good would they do? I’d understand why you’d do this for any other match that’ll be happening at the event, but this? This isn’t the same thing at all. This isn’t just another King of Elite finals. This isn’t just another triple threat. This isn’t any other match. There’s really not any point in hosting something like this when the end of this tournament is going to see all of tonight’s answers become meaningless. The way this tournament ends is clear, and all that needs to be said tonight is that neither Adam Lucas nor Bronson Daniels will be successful in the finals of this tournament. That’s not how this ends, so neither of them have any reason to walk out here tonight. Neither of them have any reason to show up and entertain this interview or whatever else you all may have planned. It’d just be a waste of time, so why don’t you just-

(‘Runnin’ by 21 Savage and Metro Boomin suddenly hits, cutting Drake off as this music is met with an explosion of cheers. Bronson Daniels begins to wall out with a microphone of his own, and Drake doesn’t look too happy seeing him appear on Voltage. Bronson knows this, and because of that he has a smirk on his face. Bronson begins walking down the ramp, but on his way to the ring he looks at Sofia.)

Bronson Daniels: Nah Sofia, you can keep going. Don’t let him stop you.

Sofia Clarke: Well.. Next is Dynasty’s representative in the King of Elite finals… Please welcome Bronson Daniels!

(There’s even more cheers as Bronson gets up onto the apron and enters the ring.)

Bronson Daniels: I don’t see what the problem is, here. We need a way to pass the time anyway, why not have some fun and do this interview?

Drake King: You-

Bronson Daniels: Don’t think I didn’t hear what you just said about the finals. I don’t need to speak for anyone else here, but I know for a fact that I worked way too hard to be written off as some inevitable failure. See unlike you I didn’t have terrible referees or a Yhwach O’Hara to bail me out in every single match I’ve had in this tournament, and unlike you I’m not already a former World Champion that woke up one day and decided that holding a Championship is the worst thing anyone could do. I want to win this tournament way more than you could imagine Drake, so why can’t we have a little interview tonight before we finally get to face off at King of Elite? I’m the one that’ll be winning that crown and I have the benefit of being able to walk out with a microphone without hearing a collective groan from the entire crowd. People actually wanna hear what I wanna say and I have no problem sharing my thoughts on what’ll be the biggest win of my career, so let’s do it.

Drake King: I really hope you’re not serious. “I don’t want this more than you”? Who cares? Like I said, this is a waste of time. You can fool yourself all you want now but if you haven’t realized it yet you’ll realize at King of Elite that you should’ve just listened to me.

Bronson Daniels: What are you expecting from me right now? You think I’m just gonna back out and accept defeat because you think I can’t win? You must not know the first thing about me, but that’s fine. Just wait until King of Elite, you’ll learn everything you need to know when you’re on the ground and my hand is being raised.

(The two Elitists have a staredown, but before things could get out of hand, ‘You Know My Name’ by Chris Cornell hits. This catches the attention of both Bronson and Drake, and the crowd continues to cheer as Showdown’s Adam Lucas begins to walk out, also holding a microphone in his hand. Adam doesn’t look too impressed by the argument that’s already begun to spill out between the other two finalists, and as Adam makes his way down the ramp Sofia Clarke begins to speak, hoping to introduce him before things could get any worse.)

Sofia Clarke: And finally… Showdown’s representative in the King of Elite finals… Please welcome Adam Lucas!

(The cheers continue, and Drake can just be seen shaking his head. Bronson on the other hand doesn’t seem to mind the appearance of Adam tonight.)

James Peters: It was only a matter of time before we saw Adam Lucas come out here, and it’s a good thing he made an appearance when he did, because things were clearly starting to heat up between Drake and Bronson.

Rich Russillo: Adam had some great fights of his own on his path to the finals. The former PURE and Hardcore Champion definitely earned his spot in this position, and let’s not forget that he’s the only person in this match to have been in the finals of the tournament before.

James Peters: Yeah. Maybe this time he’ll win the whole thing.

(Adam steps into the ring, beginning to speak as he looks at his two opponents.)

Adam Lucas: It should’ve been obvious that something like this wouldn’t remain civil. This was honestly never going to work and that much should’ve been obvious, but I don’t plan to sit here and whine about it like Drake. Either way there’s still an entire week before we have the opportunity to actually face each other, and it’s not like this is a completely new experience for me. It’s my second time in the King of Elite finals and there’s not many people who can say they’ve made it into this position two years in a row. To be honest I don’t think either of you really know what you’re getting yourselves into if you’re arguing over which one of you will be picking up the victory, but that’s something we’ll have other opportunities to talk about. I’ll entertain this interview for now though, I might as well with this being the last stop before King of Elite. There’s no point in arguing amongst ourselves now when we could just get this over with and save our energy for when it’s really important.

(Adam takes a seat in one of the chairs, and Bronson takes a seat as well. Drake reluctantly sits down as Sofia begins to speak.)

Sofia Clarke: Thank you. Now this first question is for all three of you. You’ve all had some challenging matches throughout this tournament, yet managed to overcome each challenge on your way to the finals. With this being one of the biggest matches of the year, what does the King of Elite finals mean to you?

Adam Lucas: Well, for a long time I’ve known that I was capable of becoming World Champion, but I don’t have the results to prove it yet. Sometimes it was my fault, whether it was because I didn’t push myself hard enough or because I simply made a slight mistake that’d cost me. Other times it wasn’t my fault, times like the Elimination Chamber back at Road to Redemption. We all know how that match ended. We all know that there’s no way you could possibly defend what happened in that Chamber, but with this King of Elite tournament I’ve been given the opportunity to earn one more shot and finally take what I thought would already be mine one month ago. As I’ve said before it’s not my first time in this tournament and my failure last year resulted in Andre Walker being crowned King, but you can do a lot of learning in one year and if there’s anything I know for sure, it’s that I didn’t let the past year go to waste.

Sofia Clarke: Do you believe that your experience in this tournament will give you an advantage next week?

Adam Lucas: Yes, but not for the reason I’m sure you’re thinking. This match won’t be exactly like last year’s King of Elite finals, and it’d be a mistake to think otherwise. Drake King and Bronson Daniels are not Andre Walker and Chris Elite. I believe that it’s the experience of coming as close as I have before having an opportunity ripped away that’ll help me next week, and it’s not just last year’s triple threat where I went through that. I’ve had various opportunities to reach the top of Showdown’s mountain throughout 2022 and unfortunately I didn’t end up getting what I wanted, but after everything I did accomplish I know that I’m capable of doing more. I can win where it matters most. I can become World Champion, and at King of Elite my opponents will realize that they can’t match the hunger that I’ve had for a very long time now.

(Bronson and Adam stare at each other as Adam finishes speaking. From there Sofia continues, moving on to the next person.)

Sofia Clarke: Thank you Adam. What about you, Bronson? After you returned just this season, what does the King of Elite finals mean to you?

Bronson Daniels: This season’s been a rollercoaster. For a while I didn’t know if I was ever gonna come back, but only a few months after returning I showed out in the Brand Warfare match and took Andre Walker to his limit at the next event. I may not have made it to the King of Elite finals in the past like Adam has, and I may have been gone for a while, but these last few months proved that I’m not one of those people that take these breaks and need an entire year just to shake off the ring rust. By the end of 2022 I was in the World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber and I brought my very best to that match, but I’ll give credit where credit is due. I was defeated. I didn’t win, but that’s exactly why I’m still pushing right now. I’m not the type of person to stay down for long, and knowing that the last singles Championship I’d need for the grand slam is the World Championship? Why would I stop when I’m this close?

Sofia Clarke: While you may have been away from EAW for a long time, you did accomplish a lot before your departure. Do you believe you’re even greater than you were back in 2021?

Bronson Daniels: No doubt. I’ve evolved throughout my career, and I don’t think there’s any greater proof of that than my performance in this tournament. No point in being here if you’re not gonna improve, and it’s only a matter of time until I finally win the World Championship that I haven’t been able to in the past. In the first few months I’ve been back I’ve shown out and gotten this close to winning the World Heavyweight Championship. It’s been a while and I’ve had this entire tournament to talk about my World title aspirations. So far I’ve been able to keep my promises, but this is where it matters most. This is the match where I really need to deliver, and I’m ready for it. Adam’s not the only one that knows what it’s like coming close to getting what you want before having it taken away, and he’s not the only one that wants to win this tournament more than anything else. If he hasn’t realized it yet, that’s his problem.

Adam Lucas: You think I doubt that you want this?

Bronson Daniels: After what you just said? Yeah, I do.

(Drake just shakes his head as there’s another brief staredown between Adam and Bronson.)

Sofia Clarke: Thank you Bronson. Drake, that just leaves you. What does-

Drake King: Nothing. It doesn’t mean anything to me, and it’s so embarrassing that these two are arguing over who wants that crown more like they’re kids. They were literally just in an Elimination Chamber for a World Championship last month and are now pretending that this tournament is the end all be all. I’m only here to do one thing, and that’s take that crown away from Bronson and Adam. This interview is going exactly how I thought it would, and trust me when I say this. None of the things being said tonight are going to age well, because in case you all haven’t realized it yet, the result of the King of Elite finals won’t be determined by something as stupid as “who wants to be World Champion more”. Neither of them are going to win this match, and honestly if I were them I’d be embarrassed leaving King of Elite having fallen flat on my face after making such stupid promises that revolve around whether or not you can win a certain match.

Bronson Daniels: “Stupid promises”? Didn’t you just waste like two years trying to keep a promise? Want us to apologize ’cause we’re not all trying to change the entire industry?

Drake King: You really think that what you’re doing is any better?

Adam Lucas: It’s definitely more realistic than whatever you’re doing now. You’ve always been beyond delusional so I’m sure you don’t understand something as simple as wanting to better yourself and show where you currently stand, but Bronson is right. The only thing he’s wrong about is how this tournament will end.

(Bronson gets out of his seat and Adam does the same.)

Bronson Daniels: You think so?

Adam Lucas: I do. Like I said, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into. Drake over there doesn’t seem to get it either, which isn’t a surprise.

Drake King: What’s there to get? You both want the same thing, and it’s not like there’s anything for me to overlook. You want to win the King of Elite tournament and become World Champion. That’s it. That’s all you two are here for, and every single Elitist that was defeated on the path to the finals had that goal as well. I said from the very start that I’d be winning this tournament just to see the rest of you fail, and I’m not saying that out of a misunderstanding of who I’m up against. If I was, I wouldn’t have made it this far.

Bronson Daniels: Well this is as far as you’re gonna go. I think I’ve already gone through this enough times now to let this be another opportunity fumbled, and I’m not about to lose this match because of someone that couldn’t care less about this tournament. This is m-

Adam Lucas: Your time? Is that what you were going to say? Or let me guess, you were going to say that this was your match to win. I’m sure it was something of the sort, and no Bronson. This isn’t yours to win.

Bronson Daniels: I guess we’ll just have to see, won’t we?

Adam Lucas: I guess we will.

Bronson Daniels: Good. As long as you realize-

James Peters: WAIT A SECOND!! DRAKE KING JUST GOT UP AND HIT BRONSON IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH AN ELBOW, CAUSING BRONSON TO COLLIDE WITH ADAM! BRONSON TURNS AROUND NOW, AND DRAKE AND BRONSON BEGIN TRADING PUNCHES AS A BRAWL SEEMS TO HAVE STARTED BETWEEN THE KING OF ELITE FINALISTS!

Rich Russillo: ADAM LUCAS GETS BACK UP AND PULLS BRONSON AWAY FROM DRAKE BEFORE HITTING BRONSON WITH A FOREARM! DRAKE NOW GOES AFTER ADAM WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION, BUT ADAM PUNCHES DRAKE IN THE SIDE JUST AS DRAKE TRIED TO GRAB HIM! BOTH MEN PUNCH EACH OTHER- UNTIL BRONSON DANIELS DIVES IN AND HITS A DOUBLE CLOTHESLINE, CAUSING ADAM AND DRAKE TO TUMBLE OVER TWO OF THE CHAIRS AND ALL THREE MEN ROLL OUT OF THE RING!

James Peters: Bronson Daniels gets up before pulling Adam Lucas back to his feet, AND ADAM DRIVES BRONSON INTO THE RING APRON! BRONSON STARTS PUNCHING AWAY AT ADAM THOUGH, AND NOW THESE TWO BEGIN GOING BACK AND FORTH AS ADAM HITS BRONSON WITH AN ELBOW! BRONSON NOW KICKING ADAM BEFORE SLAMMING HIS FACE INTO THE RING POST, BUT DRAKE RUNS IN BEFORE SENDING BRONSON FACE FIRST INTO THE POST AS WELL!

Rich Russillo: Now it’s Drake that’s approaching Adam, BUT ADAM HITS DRAKE WITH A FOREARM THAT CAUSES DRAKE TO STUMBLE BACK, AND NOW BRONSON GETS UP BEFORE GRABBING DRAKE AND SENDING HIM INTO THE BARRICADE! THINGS HAVE CLEARLY GOTTEN OUT OF HAND BETWEEN THE KING OF ELITE FINALISTS, AND IT LOOKS LIKE SECURITY IS FINALLY RUNNING OUT HERE TO SEPARATE THESE THREE BEFORE THINGS COULD GET ANY WORSE!

(The brawl continues between the King of Elite finalists, but the fans begin to boo as a bunch of security guards are seen running down the ramp, realizing that they’re going to break up the fight. Before long, the security guards start pulling the three men away from each other, stopping them from fighting any longer.)

James Peters: It seems like they all had a good feeling that something like this would happen, but in the end some things just can’t be helped! I wouldn’t say that any of them are the best of friends, and knowing how much they all seem to want this win, even if it’s for different reasons, something was bound to happen!

Rich Russillo: Yeah. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of this at King of Elite as well, which I’ll admit makes me excited. This will definitely be an incredible match.

Persephone: :mjlol: MaTcH oF tHe YeAr.

(All three King of Elite finalists are slowly dragged up the ramp, and there’s multiple security guards around each of them to make sure they can’t break free and keep fighting. From there, Voltage begins to fade away from ringside and into a commercial break.)

[ SCREEN BAR – EARLIER TODAY ]

(Voltage returned and quickly faded backstage and into one of the rooms where two leather chairs sat and a small table in the middle. With bright lights shining on the scene and a very familiar person sitting down on one of them showed what was going to happen next, as the woman sitting down was none other than Sofia Clarke, ready to have one of her sit-down interviews with one of the wrestlers of the EAW. As the camera panned over to her she let out a bright smile and began speaking.)

Sofia Clarke: Hello EAW Universe, I hope you all had a good night, it is great to see you all! As you can see I am about to have one of my special sit-down interviews and the guest that I have for all of you tonight is none other than the Specialists Champion, ARIA! How are you doing at this moment?

(It was then that the camera panned over to the other person sitting on the chair and it was revealed to be, of course, ARIA! She sat there comfortably with the Specialists Championship on her shoulder and a big excited smile on her face as she didn’t waste any time responding to Sofia.)

ARIA: Hello Sofia, it is so good to see you! And honestly, I am genuinely excited! I always wanted to be in one of these cool sit-down interviews with you! I am not really the kind of person to take interviews but I’ll make sure to make this one a really good one!

Sofia Clarke: It makes me happy to hear that then! Now then, are you ready for the questions?

ARIA: Ready is my middle name!…well, it is actually Ella, but it is just a way to say I am ready!

Sofia Clarke: Alright! Let’s start off with an easy one, tell us a little bit more about you.

ARIA: Jeez, is there really anything more I can tell? I have basically told everything I could but hmmm… Well, my name is ARIA! With caps, without caps, or as Aria Lestrade, it is basically the same, I live with my uncle who I appreciate a lot, he is a detective, I am a detective, he has a detective agency where I work at and yeah, as you can see I am a wrestler on the side! Wouldn’t…really be here if I wasn’t! I have two best friends named Usagi and Ayu, I have a soulmate who I really love named Alex aaaand I like cookies! They are really delicious! Wait, hold on, I just figured out something I didn’t tell!

ARIA: I make drawings as a hobby! But yeah aside from that, I told everything I could straight, as I have always said, detective’s always make sure to tell the truth!

Sofia Clarke: I see, I see. Following up when it comes to the wrestling side of your life, what made you become a wrestler in the first place?

ARIA: Ooooohh… getting a bit personal right off the bat, alright. Well, you are probably expecting an attention grabbing anecdote that happened to me in my past that shaped me who I am today, and even though it did shape meeee… it isn’t the most interesting thing in the world. I just discovered wrestling like anybody else, watching television and then bam, these out of the world humans beginning to fight to call themselves a champion, that captivated me a lot. Staying up late every night watching every show I could to see what would happen next, who would be able to succeed, that kind of stuff. And well, I was just passionate enough to go from being a fan to then being a full on wrestler, another reason being because of a little incident but it was mainly my passion that made me want to be a wrestler and my dream to be able to become a champion just like any other.

Sofia Clarke: And after everything that has happened, you are here holding the Specialists Championship! How are you still feeling from it and what do you expect to do being the Specialists Champion?

ARIA: Honestly, what else can I say about it? I have been fighting to achieve this for like what? For around 7 years? I have felt the most happiest I have been in a while, it feels…satisfying, like the weight of the whole world was just lifted right off my shoulders, I genuinely felt sometimes that I would simply cease to exist before I was able to achieve this because it was honestly so rough, having to go through the kind of things that I have. I know that my wrestling dream is kind of simple. I know it might not seem much at first when you see it but when you look at everything that I left behind in my journey for this? I have all the reasons in the world to keep talking about it, having to overcome 100 losses in my career that I had to move the ocean to redeem, having to overcome people giving up on you and thinking you would never be able to reach the point that you are at right now, having to deal with the soul wrenching fact that you let down the people who believed in you in the first place. I had so much, so much on the line that I didn’t want to lose, that is why on that Road to Redemption week, I said that my determination to continue would be the reason for me to be able to come out as the Specialists Champion, and I did just that.

ARIA: So that is why holding this belt, what do I expect to do? Break my limits even more holding this championship. As a detective I promised that on this job I would help those who weren’t able to help themselves, and that is why when it came to it, I helped myself after everything that happened and I was able to finally reach where I dreamed to be. So now, with this kind of position of power, I am still going to be helping myself. There is no way I am letting the kind of reign I am just fall short like that, but I will be able to show that I can just as easily help other people being the Specialists Champion, because as I have said already, I am going to prove that I can be one of the greatest Specialists Champions around…and I am going to show that in my own way, in my own rules, with my own beliefs. What is the point of being the best if you can’t beat the best? I am going to leave to people’s own imagination to figure out what that question of mine means, but I will reveal the purpose of it in due time.

Sofia Clarke: And to show you are the best, you have to be the best wrestler in the ring as well, for you will fight Lexi in a Pure Wrestling Rules Match at King of Elite for the Specialists Championship. Do you have any final thoughts to say to Lexi?

ARIA: Honestly, I feel like I have said everything I can to Lexi by this point. I am not really the kind of person who likes repeating herself various times, it gets annoying very fast having to do that, and besides that, I have my own trump cards and thoughts I have to say so I don’t want to reveal them toooo soon. But to sum it all up and be straight with it, I never thought I would end up liking Lexi in the first place. The type of person in the past before she returned disgusted me and the actions she ended up doing when she returned just simply horrified me, so the fact that she was able to finally put her foot down and resolve to change her destiny, that is the kind of thing I most admire and respect of a human being. That is why she ended up deserving my attention. That is why she ended up earning that opportunity at the Specialists Championship. So no matter what happens, it will be an honor fighting that changed woman who promised she would turn things around. For me being the obstacle that she faces, I will not hold back on anything at all. I will not lose the absolute truth of this seven year long journey. I wish Lexi once again good luck…but she isn’t taking this away from me.

Sofia Clarke: Strong words from the champ! And now, to finish, one extra question that the public is just dying to know! How did your relationship with Alex end up developing?

(It was then that ARIA’s confident smile turned into a surprised and nervous one. She looked kind of embarrassed at the question as she rubbed the back of her head while letting out a nervous laugh.)

ARIA: Eeeeehhh…well, it ended up being a bit of a complicated situation, you know? We were best friends for a long while now…and then we didn’t end up being after that day. Sooooo much happened that day, in fact, I don’t really have the time to talk about it. I have to go find and help other giraffes for another case later. I can say it another day!

Sofia Clarke: Oh. Well then, that is all the questions that I had for this interview. Thank you so much for being here, ARIA. Any last words that you have to say?

ARIA: It was a pleasure to be here as well, Sofia. And well, last words? Easiest answer in the world. Stay Alive!

(ARIA and Sofia waved goodbye over to the cameras as Voltage faded away from backstage and cut to the ringside area.)

(The camera pans to Kylie Grace and Michael at the commentary table with ‘Unbreakable’ by Fireflight playing in the background. The commentators are noticeably a bit uncomfortable with Michael there, but keep smiles on their faces.)

Bella Braxton: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE WELCOME… KYLIE GRACE AND MICHAEL!

James Peters: We… Thank you two for joining us this evening.

Michael: Thanks for having us!

Kylie Grace: Same here, I look forward to seeing this match unfold.

(The camera cuts to Bella Braxton in the ring.)

Bella Braxton: THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS SCHEDULED FOR…ONE FALL!!

(The crowd reaction is mixed as Blackway & Black Caviar’s “What’s Up Danger” plays out Korey Gaines, who walks onto the stage area with his arms spread wide, taunting to the audience before he stays put on the ramp area, awaiting the arrival of his partner in Trish Edwardson, “Who We Be” by DMX plays her down, and the duo wait for the final man in Mercer McKay, who marches to the ring with them as ‘Run’ by Zeal & Ardor plays in the background.)

Bella Braxton: Introducing first! At a combined weight of 625 pounds…THE TEAM OF KOREY GAINES, MERCER MCKAY, AND TRISH EDWARDSON!!

Michael: 👏

James Peters: Michael, you are aware that those will be your opponents come King of Elite, right?

Michael: Yeah, but I hope that doesn’t get in the way of us being friends!

Rich Russillo: Fair enough. Granted, I’m unsure if any of those three are particularly interested in being friends, not even with one another.

James Peters: Korey Gaines, and Mercer McKay have exchanged banter on social media, and that might be a dent in their armor when it comes to this match

(‘Rhapsody in Pink’ by Stela Cole (Clean Version) plays to a negative reaction from fans as both Candice Blair and Sierra Everett exit onto the stage together, and taunt alongside one another, acting as if they’re the center of the universe before ‘Kamikaze’ by RedHook plays out Daryl Kinkade, who walks past them, forcing both women to trail behind. He’s clearly not thrilled about teaming with them, but is all business on the match.)

Bella Braxton: And their opponents! Weighing in at a combined weight of 487 pounds…THE TEAM OF CANDICE BLAIR, SIERRA EVERETT, AND DARYL KINKADE!!!

Persephone: Korey and Mercer may struggle together, but Sierra and Candice won’t.

James Peters: They’re the only ones in this match I feel are truly on the same page.

Kylie Grace: They’re all for this Disney agenda.

Rich Russillo: Which has gotten them involved when it comes to Hikari Kanno, and her Hardcore Championship, but they need to focus on what’s in front of them.

James Peters: Besides, even if two on the team can work together, Daryl needs to be included in that bunch.

(The referee signals to the bell as both Sierra and Korey start things off.)

(DING! DING! DING!)

James Peters: Alright, the bell has rung, and it’ll be Korey Gaines, along with Sierra Everett starting things off for their respective teams. Korey Gaines has yet to find that big win since coming back, but this could be a step in the right direction, gathering some momentum ahead of his match at King of Elite. Sierra Everett has history with Korey Gaines, of course, beating him in their singles match two weeks ago, albeit with some assistance from fellow Team Eden member, Ronan Malosi.

Rich Russillo: Perhaps Korey can prove that to be a fluke as the two circle one another before locking up in the center of the ring. Gaines easily backs Sierra into the corner, carrying the strength advantage, but Sierra grabs Korey’s tights for leverage, shifting the momentum as she pins him in the corner now. The referee gets involved, giving both competitors the count of five to release the collar and elbow tie-up.

Referee: ONE! TWO!

James Peters: Looks like we’re gonna get a clean break- OOH! SIERRA TRIED FOR A CHEAP SHOT ON GAINES, BUT HE DUCKED UNDERNEATH! Sierra turns around in the corner, and is on the receiving end of right ends by Korey Gaines! Sierra grabs the back of his head, and slams him face first off the top turnbuckle! Everett’s in control now as she scores with a right hand of her own, followed by a knife edge chop to the chest, then another!

Rich Russillo: Korey begins to fight out of the corner with right hands to Sierra Everett, so the two are back in the center of the ring. With his opponent stunned, Korey grabs her in a standing side headlock, but Sierra quickly bounces him off the ropes to escape! SHOULDER TACKLE BY KOREY GAINES! Sierra goes down, and Korey runs off the ropes beside her! Sierra rolls over to her stomach, forcing Korey to leap over her, and rebound off the ropes a second time.

James Peters: Sierra pops back to her feet, and attempts scooping Korey up for an almost body slam of sorts, but he slips behind her for a rear waistlock. Sierra scores with back elbows to the head of Korey Gaines, trying to loosen his hold over her. Sierra goes for another, but Korey ducks underneath, and tries for a northern lights suplex as Everett spins around, but she hooks her leg on the inside of Korey’s, preventing him from getting her up too high.

Persephone: That’s a smart move by Sierra.

Michael: Very smart!

Rich Russillo: Sierra breaks Korey’s grip from around her waist with a 12-6 elbow to the back of his head. Korey is doubled over, and Sierra attempts to get him up for a suplex, BUT KOREY COUNTERS WITH A SMALL PACKAGE!

ONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

James Peters: Sierra shifts the momentum in the small package, rolling KOREY onto his shoulders!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

James Peters: KICKOUT! Both competitors scramble back to a vertical base, and SIERRA NEARLY TAKES KOREY’S HEAD OFF WITH A STEP-UP ENZIGURI!

Michael: Uh-oh, Korey’s on spaghetti legs!

Kylie Grace: I’m surprised he isn’t down after that, Sierra caught him pretty good behind the ear.

Michael: Korey doesn’t go down easy, that’s one of the many things I like about him! His story is so inspirational! Hopefully, I never have to go through what he did. :lupe:

Kylie Grace: Me neither. Not just talking about injuries, but losing family and friends must be rough.

Michael: I’ll never lose you, right Kylie?

Kylie Grace: No, I’ll always be here.

Michael: Good, friends don’t leave friends!

James Peters: Korey gets caught with a forearm smash that backs him up against the ropes for an irish whip by Sierra, who gets reversed, and sent towards the ropes instead! Korey goes for a dropkick, BUT SIERRA CLINGS ONTO THE ROPES, CAUSING KOREY TO LAND BACK FIRST ON THE CANVAS!

Rich Russillo: Gaines sits up, clutching the back of his neck, and Sierra bounces off the ropes for a penalty kick, but Korey Gaines lies flat on the mat, effectively avoiding it before rushing back to his feet. Sierra turns around, and runs right into an ARM DRAG! Korey transitions into a seated armbar, and after giving it some thought, reluctantly reaches out for the tag to Mercer McKay.

**TAG!!**

James Peters: Mercer McKay enters the ring, and Korey releases the seated armbar after Mercer delivers a kick to the abdomen of Sierra Everett! Sierra clutches at her midsection while Mercer pulls her to a vertical base, and knocks her back into the corner with a right hand! Irish whip into the opposite corner by McKay. Sierra goes up and over, but McKay had it scouted, not running in after her. Everett turns around, and gets SMASHED with a forearm by Mercer!

Michael: That guy is big, and a bit scary!

Persephone: Some say you can be that way a bit yourself, Sa- Michael.

Michael: Maybe that’s why I struggle making friends sometimes! :oh:

Kylie Grace: Totally.

Rich Russillo: Back in the ring, Sierra went down to all fours off that forearm strike, but Mercer isn’t done, grabbing the back of Everett’s head, and sending her out up and over the top rope! Sierra hit hard ringside, landing in front of the ramp area. MERCER CHARGES DARYL, CATCHING HIM OFF GUARD WITH A FOREARM THAT KNOCKS HIM OFF THAT APRON! McKay goes to do the same with Candice Blair, but she drops off the apron just in the nick of the time!

James Peters: Mercer beckons Candice to get in the ring, waiting for her in the center.

Persephone: I don’t think this is a good idea on Mercer’s end, his focus should solely be on the actual legal competitor.

James Peters: Mercer might want to neutralize all the competition now, and could get a chance to do that as Candice appears to be entering the ring as she gets up on the apron. Blair is moving at a very slow, very methodical pace, WHICH KEEPS MERCER DISTRACTED FOR SIERRA TO BLINDSIDE HIM WITH A RUNNING FRONT DROPKICK TO THE ABDOMINAL AREA, KNOCKING HIM BACK INTO THE CORNER!

Rich Russillo: Sierra proceeds to lean Mercer up against the ropes, and irish whips him off, but Mercer reverses, sending Sierra to the ropes instead! Clothesline by Mercer… gets ducked underneath by Sierra, who continues her momentum by running off the ropes a second time! Mercer sidesteps whatever Sierra had planned, grabbing her by the back of the neck, and trying to send Everett over the top rope a second time. But she hangs on, having learnt from earlier, and skins the cat!

James Peters: Sierra turns around, AND RUNS RIGHT INTO A BIG BOOT! Mercer McKay stands Sierra back up, and bounces her face first off the top turnbuckle in his team’s corner. Mercer tags out to Trish Edwardson!

**TAG!!**

James Peters: Trish Edwardson enters the ring for her first time in this match up, and scores with an elbow smash on Sierra! Trish wrings the arm of Everett, and short-arms her into a clothesline- no! Sierra ducks underneath it, and grabs Edwardson in a rear waistlock. Trish gets caught with a shot to the back of her neck by Sierra, doubling her over. Sierra takes advantage, trying to bounce Trish off the ropes for an irish whip, but Edwardson counters, and irish whips Sierra towards the ropes instead!

Rich Russillo: BICYCLE KICK! SIERRA GOES DOWN, AND JOLTS UP TO A SEATED POSITION BRIEFLY BEFORE COLLAPSING BACK TO THE CANVAS! TRISH RUSHES INTO THE COVER!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THHHH-

Rich Russillo: Too early for Trish to get a cover off that as Sierra kicks out!

James Peters: Speaking of, Kylie, recently you faced Trish.

Kylie Grace: I did, and after that match, there’s definitely some mutual respect between us. Just like me, I feel Trish is a rising star within this company, and we opened plenty of eyes to that.

Persephone: It’s not often we see sportsmanship shared between competitors, I hope you guys can start a trend.

Kylie Grace: I’d hope, but I’m glad Trish isn’t bitter after the loss, and is using it as a learning experience.

Michael: Ooh, I have an idea! Maybe you can invite her to join us for skateboarding after this!

Kylie Grace: Maybe, that is if she isn’t too beaten up after this match.

Rich Russillo: Right now, she’s firmly in control, picking Sierra back up to her feet, and knocking her back into the corner with a knife edge chop! Sierra winces in pain off that chop, but Trish doesn’t allow her much time to recover, landing a follow up knife edge chop to the chest!

James Peters: Sierra gets irish whipped to the opposite corner, and Trish builds a full head of steam-

Michael: Ouch! She ran right into a back elbow!

James Peters: Sierra hops to the middle rope, and dives down into a CODEBREAKER FROM TRISH! Everett goes down, and Trish crawls into the cover, hooking the leg!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

James Peters: Kickout! Trish gets to her feet, and brings Sierra to hers, BUT SIERRA USES HER SHOULDER TO DRIVE TRISH BACK INTO HER TEAM’S CORNER, AND IS KEEPING EDWARDSON PINNED THERE!

**TAG!!**

Rich Russillo: Candice tags herself in, and with Trish still being pinned in the corner as Sierra continues to bury her shoulder deep into Edwardson’s abdomen, CANDICE CONNECTS WITH A YAKUZA KICK TO THE SIDE OF TRISH’S FACE! Sierra finally exits the ring afterward, and Trish collapses down to all fours, and tries crawling away from Candice to create seperation, but Blair easily catches up to her, standing Edwardson up, and leaning Trish up against the ropes.

James Peters: Candice irish whips Edwardson off the ropes, but Trish counters with an arm wringer, short-arming Blair into a SPIKE DDT! The cover is made almost instantly!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Persephone: Candice gets the shoulder up, which means I get to spend more time with Kylie and Michael on commentary! How fun! 🙃

Michael: Aw, thanks, Persephone! I really appreciate that! 🤗

Rich Russillo: Candice is quickly back to her feet, but Trish is back to hers a bit earlier, and continues to inflict punishment with a knife edge chop that backs Candice up against the ropes. A forearm shot to the face stuns Blair, who gets irish whipped off the ropes by Edwardson! Trish ducks down, perhaps signaling a back body drop, but Candice stops herself short, delivering a penalty kick to the face that jolts Trish up, who’s barely able to keep her balance.

James Peters: Candice grabs the back of Trish’s head, and slams her face first off the top turnbuckle! Blair hits Trish square in the ribs with a few methodical shoot kicks in the corner. Trish goes down to a knee, and Candice stands her back up, getting a right hand shot to the face for her troubles. Candice fires back with one of her own. TRISH FIRES BACK WITH A KESAGIRI CHOP!

Rich Russillo: Trish delivers a right hand afterward, but Candice halts her momentum with a knee to the midsection, doubling Trish over. Edwardson gets sent into Candice’s corner, but Trish shows signs of life, delivering a big boot to Candice as she came wandering into the corner! TRISH DELIVERS A BACK ELBOW THAT KNOCKS SIERRA OFF THE APRON, AND SCORES WITH A RIGHT HAND THAT ALMOST MANAGES TO TAKE DARYL OFF THE APRON, BUT HE BARELY HANGS ON TO THE TOP ROPE!

James Peters: Candice recovers from that boot, and tries going after Trish, but she gets caught with repeated right hands from Edwardson, which backs her up against the ropes for an irish whip! Candice reverses at the last minute, irish whipping Trish towards the ropes instead! …ALMOST THERE! EDWARDSON REBOUNDED INTO A DISCUS CLOTHESLINE FROM CANDICE BLAIR!

Kylie Grace: Throughout my matches in EAW thus far, I’ve learned it’s that easy for someone to shut your momentum down like Candice just did with Trish.

Rich Russillo: Candice is catching her breath on both knees, and proceeds to tag out to Daryl Kinkade afterwards. Kinkade enters the ring, and runs toward a downed Trish for a shooting star press! BUT TRISH GETS OUT OF THE WAY LAST MINUTE, LEAVING NO WATER IN THE POOL FOR DARYL, WHO POPS TO A KNEE, CLUTCHING HIS ABDOMINAL AREA! Meanwhile, Trish crawls over to Korey Gaines for a tag!

James Peters: DARYL RUSHES KOREY ON THE APRON, BUT RUNS INTO A ROPE-ASSISTED ENZIGURI FROM GAINES! Kinkade goes down to all fours, and Korey enters the ring, standing Daryl up, and knocking him back into the corner with a right hand! Irish whip to the opposite corner, and Daryl staggers out of said corner into a BACK BODY DROP BY GAINES! Sierra senses her partner is in trouble, and enters the ring, making a beeline towards Korey Gaines, BUT SHE GETS BACK BODY DROPPED OVER THE TOP ROPE!

Rich Russillo: Candice enters the ring, and tries for a clothesline, but Korey Gaines traps the arm, and pulls her in for a SPANISH FLY!

Michael: Whoa! Do it again! Do it again!

Rich Russillo: Candice Blair rolls out to the apron, and Daryl gets back to his feet. Korey bounces Daryl off the ropes, but Kinkade reverses the irish whip with one of his own. OKIE CUTTER! GAINES SPRUNG OFF THE MIDDLE ROPE FOR A OKIE CUTTER! Daryl Kinkade is sprawled out on the canvas, and Korey rushes to the top rope! OKIE DOKIE! THE 450 SPLASH HITS ITS MARK! KOREY GAINES HOOKS THE LEG!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWW-

James Peters: Candice Blair pulls Korey off the cover, and places his head between her legs for THE DISNEYLAND DESTROYER! Mercer McKay enters the ring, and marches toward Candice Blair, who quickly rolls out of the ring to escape the big man’s wrath.

Michael: Now, BOTH Korey and Daryl are down!

Kylie Grace: Neither has moved either.

Persephone: That’s to be expected after eating finishers like both men did.

Rich Russillo: The referee forces Mercer back to his corner. Meanwhile, Daryl begins to show signs of life, and groggily rolls to his corner, extending his hand for a tag out to Sierra Everett.

**TAG!!**

James Peters: Sierra enters the ring, and isn’t even interested in covering Korey at first, simply having a bit of fun as she pokes his limp body with her foot before placing that same foot over his chest for a cocky cover.

ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THHHHHHHRRRRRR-

Rich Russillo: Korey Gaines inches the shoulder up! Sierra seems a bit annoyed that her cover didn’t work, and sits Korey up for a rear chinlock, digging her knee in between his shoulder blades.

James Peters: Korey appears to be in so much agony as Sierra attempts to wear him down. But Gaines grits through the pain, and powers back to his feet, delivering back elbows to the midsection, loosening the grip of Sierra Everett, which he officially breaks after a back suplex!

Rich Russillo: Sierra jolts to a seated position, wincing while favoring her back. Korey begins to stir, and starts crawling out for his partners. Sierra scoots back, and extends her hand to Candice on the apron, who makes the tag!

**TAG!!**

James Peters: Candice makes the tag, and goes after Korey Gaines, BUT HE MAKES THE TAG OUT TO MERCER MCKAY BEFORE SHE CAN GET HER HANDS ON HIM!

**TAG!!**

Michael: This isn’t good for Candice!

Kylie Grace: :yikes:

Rich Russillo: Candice isn’t happy about being forced to square off with Mercer McKay, but begins to unload with strikes, which have barely any effect on McKay, who biels Candice back into the corner! Mercer drives the back of his elbow into Candice’s head, and she might not be so disney hot after this.

James Peters: Sierra enters the ring, but walks right into a punch! Daryl enters the ring, and walks right into a punch also, taking both competitors down momentarily. Candice charges out of the corner, and at Mercer, but he scoops her up for a body slam! Sierra is back to her feet, and runs right into a body slam! Daryl uses the ropes back to his feet, and walks right into a body slam from Mercer!

Rich Russillo; He’s after anything that moves! Daryl favors his back while getting to a vertical base, using the ropes for assistance, and gets clotheslined over the top rope!

Michael: He wiped out right in front of us! Hey, Daryl!

Persephone: Sierra pulls herself up in the corner opposite to Candice, and gets irish whipped into her by McKay!

Rich Russillo: Both competitors collide, and Sierra spins out of the corner, walking right into a big boot from Mercer! Candice wanders out of the corner, and gets scooped up on Mercer’s shoulder for SNAKE EYES! A stunned Candice spins around, and walks right into EMPTY PRAYERS! THE SPINNING BACK ELBOW CONNECTS, AND CAUSES CANDICE TO GO DOWN!

James Peters: Mercer shoots the half, and hooks the leg on Candice!

ONNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THHHHH-

James Peters: DARYL BREAKS THINGS UP WITH A STOMP TO THE BACK OF MERCER MCKAY! TRISH ENTERS THE RING, AND DARYL CHARGES FOR A CLOTHESLINE, BUT SHE DUCKS UNDERNEATH, AND SENDS HIM TUMBLING OUT THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE WITH A SUPERKICK! Trish goes back on the apron, and Mercer tags her in!

Rich Russillo: Sierra spins around, and Mercer is waiting there for her. MCKAY TRIES LIFTING SIERRA UP FOR A CHOKESLAM, BUT SHE CATCHES HIM WITH A KNEE THAT DOUBLES THE BIG MAN OVER! SIERRA RUNS OFF THE ROPES IN FRONT OF HIM, BUT GETS CAUGHT WITH A SPINEBUSTER- JUST BEFORE BEING THROWN OUT OF THE RING BY CANDICE!

James Peters: Trish rushes into the ring, but is kicked in the gut by Candice! DISNEY DESTRO- NO! TRISH REVERSES WITH A BACK BODY DROP! Candice gets to her feet, and gets caught with a knee to the midsection by Edwardson!

Rich Russillo: SIERRA EVERETT INTERRUPTS WHATEVER TRISH WAS GOING FOR, DIVING OFF THE TOP ROPE FOR A MISSILE DROPKICK TO THE FACE OF TRISH! Sierra sits up, BUT THAT TURNS OUT TO BE A BAD MOVE AS TRISH USES ALL HER ENERGY TO PUSH HERSELF UP AND BARRELS INTO HER WITH THE EDWARDSON KICK, AKA PENALTY KICK!

Kylie Grace: Look out, Trish!

Rich Russillo: SPINNING WHEEL! SPINNING WHEEL KICK TO THE BACK OF TRISH’S HEAD BY CANDICE! TRISH goes down to all fours, and gears begin to turn in Daryl’s head as he calls for Candice to tag him, which she quickly does!

**TAG!!**

James Peters: Daryl rushes into the ring, and grabs hold of a stunned Edwardson in position for a suplex.

Persephone: You don’t think he’s gonna do it, do you?

Rich Russillo; Daryl crosses the leg, AND GETS TRISH UP FOR A BEAUTIFUL LIE! THE CROSS LEGGED FISHERMAN BUSTER CONNECTS, AND THERE’S A HOOK OF THE LEG!

ONNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

TWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Bella Braxton: HERES YOUR WINNERSS… THE TEAM OF DARYL KINKADE, CANDICE BLAIR, AND SIERRA EVERETT!!

(‘Kamikaze’ by RedHook plays as Daryl Kinkade rises off the body of Trish Edwardson, who rolls out of the ring as Kinkade gets his hand raised in victory. Both Candice Blair and Sierra Everett slide into the ring, and hug one another before posing parallel to each other on the middle rope.)

Michael: What a match! I’m almost sad that it’s over!

Kylie Grace: I’ll admit, it was fun to do commentary, and scout the competition as well.

James Peters: The scaffold of opportunity match is stacked, and you just found that out right here.

Rich Russillo: Regardless of outcome, everyone got to show a bit of what they’re capable of.

James Peters: Yeah, good luck to both Michael and Kylie, you’re both gonna need it.

Michael: Thanks, James!

(Michael enthusiastically claps for his future opponents in the ring, as does Kylie.)

James Peters: WAIT A SECOND!!! MERCER MCKAY JUST SLID IN THE RING AND KNOCKED DARYL KINKADE OUT FROM BEHIND!!!! MERCER DOESN’T SEEM TOO HAPPY, AND NOW HE TAKES IT OUT ON THE REMAINING ELITISTS AS DARYL IS SLAMMED ON TOP OF TRISH EDWARDSON WITH A POWERBOMB!!!

Rich Russillo: Korey Gaines is seen getting up using the ropes on the apron, AND MERCER RUNS IN BEFORE KNOCKING KOREY OFF THE APRON WITH A BIG BOOT!!! MERCER MCKAY IS ON A RAMPAGE, AND NOW HE RUNS IN BEFORE LOOKING TO HIT CANDICE BLAIR WITH A CORNER CLOTHESLINE!!!

James Peters: NO! SIERRA EVERETT SEEMED TO SEE WHAT WAS COMING AND ROLL OUT OF THE RING, AND NOW SHE PULLS CANDICE OUT OF HARMS WAY JUST BEFORE THE CLOTHESLINE COULD CONNECT!!! It looks like Team Eden may have avoided trouble this time!

(Candice Blair and Sierra Everett have smiles on their faces seeing that they’re okay, slowly backpedaling away from the ring but this changes once they both seem to bump into people.)

James Peters: R.I.P TO SIERRA EVERETT!!!!!

Rich Russillo: KYLIE GRACE SHOVES CANDICE AWAY, CREATING THE DISTANCE NEEDED FOR THE KY-KICK!!!

James Peters: MICHAEL AND KYLIE GRACE JUST LAID OUT CANDICE AND SIERRA, AND IF TEAM EDEN, KOREY GAINES, TRISH EDWARDSON AND DARYL KINKADE ARE NOT CAREFUL, THE THREE ELITISTS STANDING MAY JUST BE THE WINNERS AT KING OF ELITE!

(Michael, Kylie Grace and Mercer McKay stand tall as the remaining Elitists are all laid out both inside of the ring and down at ringside. From there, Voltage fades from the area.)

(Promotional ad for King of Elite, where the Scaffold of Opportunity match will take place.)

(Voltage fades back in from break. The camera pans around to show fans before “It Follows” by Cane Hill blares throughout the arena, and Xander Payne steps out onto the stage, sporting a blazer over his EAW branded t-shirt, and gray jeans, along with yellow sneakers. Xander looks around at the booing crowd, and awaits the arrival of Ryan Wilson, who follows in shortly after ‘The Only Thing They Fear is YOU’ from Mick Gordon plays next. Ryan’s wearing a blazer over his EAW t-shirt, dress pants, and black sneakers to cap off the outfit. Ryan and Xander both walk down the ramp with Wilson talking to Payne along the way.)

Bella Braxton: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE WELCOME… XANDER PAYNE AND RYAN WILSON!

James Peters: Well, here are Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson, who we’ve been told would come out here and address the Ice Aces.

Rich Russillo: After last week, I’m sure there’s some stuff to get off their chest.

James Peters: Well, we’re about to find out as both competitors enter the ring.

(Ryan enters the ring, and sticks his head through the middle rope, demanding microphones, which he soon gets from a stagehand. Ryan ducks his head back into the ring, and hands off one of the microphones to Xander Payne, who almost immediately begins speaking.)

Xander Payne: Cut the music!

(‘The Only Thing They Fear is YOU’ from Mick Gordon fades out in the background.)

Xander Payne: Last week, I competed in the main event of Voltage against… Myles, and unfortunately, he managed to get one over on me. But the real story comes afterward, because Ice Aces attacked both me and Ryan after the match. Now, some can call that revenge for what we did to them earlier, aka costing Ayu Megumi her match against Lexi, but there’s a drastic difference between our actions, and their actions.

Ryan Wilson: That being Ice Aces had everything coming to them last week, and if you ask me, what happened to Ayu was the least we could’ve done. I mean, they cost Xander his spot in the King of Elite tournament. Do you know how rare opportunities like that are?

Xander Payne: You two should be punished, reprimanded for your actions, but your commissioner, Captain Charisma, won’t give the proper punishment. At King of Elite, we wil thoughl by brutalizing the both of you.

Ryan Wilson: Yeah, Ices Aces have been a team for longer, and yeah, while they’re in an intimate relationship outside of the ring, that doesn’t make them suddenly capable of beating Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson, especially when we’re pissed off.

Xander Payne: Ice Aces… you’ve made this unnecessarily hard on yourself. Ya see, this could’ve just stayed at a simple exhibition, but you couldn’t allow that, and had to make things personal. At King of Elite, me and Ryan are gonna make you wish that you hadn’t, and that beating I promise we’ll give you at King of Elite?

Ryan Wilson: It’ll be worse than anything we’ve, and you’ve done.

(‘Pinky! Pinky!’ by The Idol Formerly Known as LADYBABY plays, receiving a positive reaction from fans as Ice Aces have successfully ended the yapping from both Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson, who are irate at being interrupted, taking umbridge with the lack of respect shown. Both Usagi and Ayu walk onto the stage area with microphones in hands, and look around to the crowd, taking in their reaction. Both Xander and Ryan are seen leaning over the top rope, yelling out to Ice Aces, but what they’re saying isn’t quite picked up on the mic. Usagi can be seen wearing a black bra top, and white jeans with black stripes on the side, topping the outfit off with black sparkly chelsea boots. Meanwhile, Ayu is wearing a gray cardigan with a white shirt underneath, black shorts, and matching knee high boots.)

James Peters: I didn’t expect Ice Aces to stand in the back, and take this for long.

Rich Russillo: Xander’s an EAW Hall of Famer, so I’m sure he’s learnt the rule of thumb by now. You don’t put someone’s name in your mouth without expecting any pushback.

James Peters: Granted, the Ice Aces don’t appear to be out here so they can fight, similar to both Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson.

Persephone: Good, maybe that can save that energy for the ring next week and wrap this mess up quickly so I can go home.

(Both Ayu and Usagi walk down the ramp as they begin to speak.)

Ayu Megumi: Ryan, Xander, please do us a favor, and save your empty threats for someone who cares.

Usagi Senshi: If these last few weeks have taught you anything, it’s that we don’t fear you in the slightest.

Xander Payne: Figures. Maybe that’s why you attacked me AFTER my match.

Ayu Megumi: Before your match, after you match, it wouldn’t have made a difference.

Usagi Senshi: Literally. Whether we interfered or not, you would’ve still lost to Myles.

Ryan Wilson: Funny. You should take up comedy with my former tag team partner, Ronan Malosi.

Ayu Megumi: Not only are we not intimidated by you two, or your status within this company, Xander, we certainly don’t regret our actions either, given what you did to me.

Xander Payne: Hey, what goes around comes around.

Usagi Senshi: Maybe, but here’s something I can one-hundred percent agree with you on Xander, we haven’t done nearly enough to either of you.

Ayu Megumi: But at King of Elite, we’ll get that chance, and once the bell rings, once the dust settles, we’ll be the last two standing, and the only ones laughing. Because not only will we have beaten this new team before it even gets off the ground, we’ll have earned ourselves number one contendership for a shot at the Unified Tag Team Championships.

Usagi Senshi: And once we win said titles, something that feels like a long time coming by now, guess what? We still have the last laugh over you two, because you’re gonna have no choice but to sit back, and watch as we hoist those titles in the air, and Bella Braxton announces “and new…”

Ayu Megumi: And if you can manage to pick yourselves up, and not self destruct after your first setback together, maybe you’ll manage to face us for the titles, but I’d hope it’s with a different mindset, and by then, you’ll have learned not to underestimate the Ice Aces.

(Ice Aces walk up the steel steps, and stand on the apron, staring daggers right at Xander Payne and Ryan Wilson, who stand in the center of the ring, looking around to the audience, who are fully in support of the Ice Aces.)

Xander Payne: So, us being fully aware of what we’re up against is being deemed as underestimating? Ayu, Usagi, neither of you belong in the same ring as me, and if Ryan hadn’t convinced me, we wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place.

Usagi Senshi: Perhaps Ryan needs this match against us. After all, he needs to redeem himself since he couldn’t make it past our friend, ARIA, last week. And Xander-

James Peters: OOH! XANDER PAYNE JUST BLASTED USAGI OFF THE APRON WITH HIS MICROPHONE! AYU CAN BARELY REACT BEFORE BEING BIELED OVER THE ROPE BY BOTH MEN!

Rich Russillo: Ayu gets up to a knee, favoring her back while wincing in pain, and Ryan hooks both arms of Megumi. SHE’S COMPLETELY DEFENSELESS AGAINST XANDER PAYNE, WHO FORMS A SMIRK ON HIS FACE BEFORE CHARGING IN!

James Peters: WOW! AYU MANAGED TO GET BOTH FEET UP, DROPKICKING XANDER IN THE STERNUM, WHICH SENT HIM TUMBLING OUT THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE! AYU STOMPS ON THE FOOT OF WILSON TO BREAK FREE, AND RUNS OFF THE ROPES IN FRONT OF HIM FOR A BICYCLE KNEE STRIKE! THE FATALITY CONNECTS!

Persephone: SHADES OF USAGI!

Rich Russillo: RYAN GOES DOWN TO ALL FOURS, BUT XANDER PAYNE PULLS AYU OUT UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM ROPE, AND DRIVES HER BACK FIRST INTO THE APRON!

James Peters: AYU WINCES IN PAIN BEFORE DOUBLING OVER, AND XANDER’S GEARS BEGIN TO TURN IN HIS HEAD, PLACING AYU’S HEAD IN BETWEEN HIS LEGS!

Persephone: OH NO! HE’S GONNA TRY TO POWERBOMB HER ON THE APRON! THIS COULD POSSIBLY ENSURE THAT AYU DOESN’T MAKE IT TO KING OF ELITE, AND ICE ACES WOULDN’T EVEN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS!

Rich Russillo: USAGI! USAGI HAS RECOVERED, AND SLIDES BACK INTO THE RING, CHARGING AT RYAN WITH A FULL HEAD OF STEAM! WILSON TRIES TO HALT HER MOMENTUM WITH A CLOTHESLINE, BUT SHE DUCKS UNDERNEATH IT, AND CATCHES XANDER WITH A WRECKING BALL DROPKICK TO THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD, SAVING HER PARTNER FROM THE APRON POWERBOMB!

James Peters: USAGI SPINS AROUND, AND DOUBLE LEGS RYAN DOWN TO THE CANVAS BEFORE REIGNING DOWN WITH RIGHT HANDS AS WILSON TRIES HIS BEST TO COVER UP!

Rich Russillo: WILSON SHOVES USAGI OFF FROM ON TOP OF HIM, AND XANDER SLIDES INTO THE RING, RUNNING RIGHT INTO A FOREARM SMASH FROM USAGI! SENSHI SPINS AROUND, AND SCORES WITH A FOREARM SMASH ON RYAN AS HE GOT BACK TO HIS FEET!

James Peters: SUPERKICK TO XANDER PAYNE CAUSES HIM TO COLLAPSE DOWN TO A KNEE, AND AN ENZIGURI SENDS RYAN DOWN TO ALL FOURS! BOTH MEN CRAWL TO THE CENTER OF THE RING, AND STAND THEMSELVES BACK UP!

Rich Russillo: AYU COMES BACK IN WITH A SPRINGBOARD MISSILE DROPKICK TO BOTH COMPETITORS, KNOCKING THEM DOWN, AND SENDING BOTH XANDER PAYNE AND RYAN WILSON ROLLING OUT OF THE RING!

Persephone: ICE ACES STAND TALL!

James Peters: IT’S SURPRISING JUST HOW MUCH THE TIDE TURNED FOR THEM, BUT THEY MANAGED TO FEND OFF XANDER AND RYAN, WHO KICKED THINGS OFF WITH A CHEAP SHOT!

Rich Russillo; COULD THIS BE THE SIGHT WE SEE AT KING OF ELITE?!

(Xander and Ryan sit up on the outside, and scoot back up the ramp, clutching at their chest while Ice Aces stare at them from inside the ring, encouraging them to come back in as ‘Pinky! Pinky!’ by The Idol Formerly Known as LADYBABY begins playing in the background as Ice Aces taunt the audience, fired up while the camera fades elsewhere.)

(The camera transitions backstage to see Yhwach O’Hara walking down the hallway, before being stopped in his tracks. He stares on for a second before Natasha Agnello walks into the frame and comes eye to eye with Yhwach. Yhwach tries to move around her, but Natasha blocks his direction. His silence is still deafening for several moments before he finally speaks.)

Yhwach O’Hara: Alright, what do you want?

Natasha Agnello: So you do know how to speak? Would you like to explain why you picked now of all times to get your revenge on Theron? It has been four years, and you seemed to have recovered just fine since that moment. I’m sure you aren’t actually going to explain yourself but I hope you know that you really shouldn’t have come after Theron, because it’s been a very long time since you two have shared the ring with one another and the Theron Nikolas that you are after is not the same man that defended the Answers World Championship against you all those years ago at King of Elite. You truly don’t have a clue of what he is capable of now, and costing him the chance to be a two time King of Elite only spells disaster for you and you have no idea about it yet. This match is unnecessary. It never needed to happen, and I don’t believe it’s going to end well for you. You are making the very poor decision to try and avenge a four year old loss and that decision is going to blow up in your face very soon.

(Yhwach gives a tiny grin while pretty much brushing it off. Several more seconds pass before he opens his mouth to speak.)

Yhwach O’Hara: That won’t be happening, and even you know that. Let me just remind you that you were the one who repeatedly warned Theron about what was coming in the first place. You knew what was going to happen, and you know that things are about to get a whole lot worse for Theron when King of Elite gets here.

(Natasha looks as if she is distraught at the words Yhwach just said. She looks down several seconds before looking back into the eyes of Yhwach.)

Natasha Agnello: You’re right.

(This look on Yhwach’s face doesn’t change hearing Natasha agreeing with him, knowing that he is right.)

Natasha Agnello: You’re right, because I’ve had a vision recently. I had a vision of Theron in a pool of blood…. But that’s not the only vision I have had in the past couple of weeks, I also had one of Yhwach O’Hara, one of Yhwach in a precarious position, one that is very dangerous, and one he’ll only be able to blame himself for in the end. I’m warning you right now that King of Elite is going to end very badly for you.

Yhwach O’Hara: :usure:

Natasha Agnello: Of course you’re not going to take this seriously but you really should take this warning and keep it in the back of your mind. You truly have no idea what you have done and what is in store for you in the very near future, and you’ll be finding that out soon enough. You have no idea the fire you’re playing with when you decided to cost Theron his shot at immortality in the King of Elite tournament. And all of this happened why? The only reason we can think of is you holding a grudge from having to kneel to Theron all those years ago.

Yhwach O’Hara: As I already told Theron, what I do at King Of Elite will say all that needs to be said.

(Natasha just shakes her head, knowing that she’s not going to get through to Yhwach at this point. Yhwach is about to just walk away from the area but he is stopped in his tracks, as a finger taps Yhwach on the shoulder from behind.)

James Peters: OH MY GOD!! YHWACH TURNS AROUND AND THERON NIKOLAS JUST SPIT HIS RED MIST INTO THE EYES OF YHWACH!! That mist is meant to burn the eyes of anybody it comes in contact with!

(Yhwach falls to the ground holding his eyes in pain. Yhwach is lying on the ground with his hands pressed against his eyes as Theron and Natasha stand above him. Theron has a straight expression on his face as he picks Yhwach off the floor and then throws him into a pile of pipes laid against a wall. Theron takes his jacket off and throws it to the floor. Theron then grabs a pipe and begins to whip it across the back of Yhwach with some anger behind every shot.)

Natasha Agnello: I warned you that things were about to get worse.

Rich Russillo: THERON IS RELENTLESS IN THIS ATTACK RIGHT NOW! THERON IS JUST SLAMMING THAT PIPE INTO HIS BACK TAKING OUT QUITE A BIT OF FRUSTRATION! THERON NOW BEGINS TO STOMP THE LIFE OUT OF YHWACH ON THE FLOOR! Officials try to step in to break it up but quickly back up as Theron turns to face them with the pipe in hand. Theron then tosses the pipe aside as it flanks on the concrete floor. Theron has a look of disgust on his face as he quickly begins to stalk Yhwach from behind as Yhwach struggles to stand back on his feet as his eyes are still burning. Yhwach stands and turns around – “CARPE DIEM!!!” THE SPINNING BACK ELBOW DROPS YHWACH BACK DOWN TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR!!

(Theron stands over the lifeless body of Yhwach, kneels down and talks slowly into the ear of Yhwach.)

Theron Nikolas: I sincerely hope you can hear me because you need to listen to my words very carefully. Is the message starting to become clear? Natasha wasn’t joking when she told you that I’m not that same man that defeated you four years ago. You decided to get involved in a match that didn’t concern you. Why? Because of a match from four years ago? You cost me far more than you could imagine with what you did that night, and with that comes serious consequences. I beat you back then four years ago, and you’re about to learn really quickly that nothing has changed in the modern day and I am going to make you wish that you never decided to come back in the first place. You chose to target me because of something that happened a long time ago, but didn’t think of what could happen if that backfires and I make you look like a fool all over again. I already told you before that the last thing I’m going to let you do is make a statement at my expense. Most importantly, when this is all over with and I dispose of you once and for all, you’re going to wish that I tried to make you kneel again, because what I’m going to do at King of Elite is going to be much, much worse.

(Theron takes a breath before standing up and picking up his jacket from off the floor he tossed aside earlier.)

Theron Nikolas: You got what you wanted but I’m sure you’re not satisfied, and I won’t be going down quietly, regardless of how stupid your reason for returning may have been. If Natasha’s visions were true then this isn’t going to end until there’s only one of us left standing, and I’m not going to wait around and allow that to be you. If you think what went down four years ago was humiliating and this little attack right here was bad, then Yhwach, you haven’t seen nothing yet because King of Elite is going to be the night you get the message through your head that you will never be better than me.

Theron Nikolas: Just do me a favor okay? Four years from now, don’t suddenly show up looking for revenge assuming that you could finally get the redemption you’re seeking because you had to kneel down to me. It’s the worst mistake you could’ve made in 2023 and the worst you could ever make in the future, but if you do, I’ll do all over what I do to you next weekend at King of Elite.

(Theron stands back up above the motionless Yhwach and then backs up out of the scene with Natasha as medical personnel come in and try to help aid Yhwach who is completely laid out before the camera switches to the commentary team in the arena and zooms into Janes Peters.)

James Peters: Wow, Natasha tried to get into the head of Yhwach a bit, but he is a man of few words again, and then Theron just made a huge statement here tonight in taking out Yhwach and sending him the message that he’s not in the mood after having King of Elite taken from him and now the question is if Yhwach will be one hundred percent by the time King Of Elite rolls around?

(The camera then fades to black.)

(Commercial of the Burger King “WHOPPER WHOPPER WHOPPER WHOPPER” jingle commercial featuring Xander Payne who sings it at the top of his lungs before getting winded quickly.)

(Voltage fades back in and ‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky hits, as the crowd erupts into boos. After a moment, it’s Ronan Malosi who steps out onto the stage wearing a suit while holding an EAW microphone in his hand. Malosi doesn’t look happy whatsoever. After the events from last week’s number one contenders match, how could he be? His face is still healing from all of the thumbtacks piercing into it, and the wounds are very visible. He seems pretty pissed off with a lot to say, but here he is ready to let the world know what has been going through his mind this past week. He continues down the entrance ramp and towards the ring.)

Rich Russillo: And here comes Ronan Malosi! Last week he had the opportunity to become the number one contender for the Hardcore Championship. All he had to do was defeat Halsey Neel.

James Peters: Which he did have her on the edge and nearly defeated, however, it was the distraction by Korey Gaines that ultimately cost him the match. There is no doubt that is exactly why he is out here tonight.

(Ronan Malosi steps through the ropes and into the ring. Eventually the booing calms down, as Ronan begins to speak.)

Ronan Malosi: Where do I begin? There’s a lot for me to say right now, and most of it stems off of last week’s number one contenders match for the Hardcore Championship against Halsey Neel. You see, I was going to beat Halsey Neel, face Hikari for the title, beat her too, and become the NEW EAW Hardcore Champion!! But.. That perfect scenario that we all were hoping for was completely interrupted and destroyed by Korey Gaines.. And because of him, look at me.. Look at my face! Scars from all of those thumbtacks piercing through my skin. I wake up, and dread looking at myself because of him. Because of these scars.. With all of the money that I have, I should just hire a lawyer and sue him, but why would I do that when his life is already as depressing and pathetic as it is? I mean, why else would he choose to disrupt my path to greatness? It’s because his life has sucked for years now. Even before he left EAW a few years back his career sucked here too. There hasn’t been a single thing for him to be happy about his entire life, so when he sees someone as great as me closing in on a title match, he can’t help but let his jealousy take over his actions, and cost me what I rightfully deserved. But why me? Why be so bitter by trying to affect my match, when he should be focusing on his pathetic self? I’m the one competing for opportunities at titles while he’s just being a player hater by getting involved in matches that are too big for him to even be considered for. He’s on the outside looking in, and wanted his little fifteen minutes of fame because he knows he couldn’t bring this type of attention for himself by himself. He needed the likes of me, Ronan Malosi, for him to get the people talking, because quite frankly nobody cares about Korey Gaines. He even lost to Sheridan Müeller last week in Korey Gaines fashion. Tapping out, screaming, and begging for mercy. I would have just packed my bags and went home after that type of a performance, but not him. He just had to ruin someone else’s day, because his day sucked so bad. Do whatever you want to vent after a loss that I had nothing to do with, but don’t come at me and cost me what I deserve to have. It’s just so-

(Suddenly, ‘What’s up Danger,’ by Blackway and Black Caviar hits, as Korey Gaines steps out onto the stage with a microphone in hand. The crowd boos him as well, as he looks pretty ticked off at the statements that Ronan Malosi has said already. Ronan Malosi looks annoyed, as he crosses his arms, and waits for Korey Gaines to arrive at the ring. Gaines eventually slides inside, and steps right up to Ronan Malosi.)

Korey Gaines: You talk about how you deserve this or you deserve that. Well guess what, Ronan.. You deserve exactly what happened to you last week, and to be quite honest, I did you a favor, because those thumbtack wounds cover up all of the ugly that you call a face. I would have thought that looking into the mirror and being upset was already routine for you, but knowing your corrupted mind, you probably thought you were handsome or something before last week. Well, newsflash Ronan.. You’re not handsome. Never were.. You’re just ugly.. Plain and simple. But you know what? As ugly and disturbing as you were before the thumbtacks, nothing was uglier than how you left me after my first match back in the ring.. You see, I didn’t cost you your match for no reason. I did it, because you got involved with my return.. Something that meant so much to me, so you can take this entire situation, and look at it as an eye for an eye, because I’m not the type of guy to take all of that without retaliating.. If you want to settle this and fight, I’m here.. I’m ready.

Ronan Malosi: Haha, No. Listen here, Gaines.. I want you to pay close attention to my match against Hikari tonight. It may not be for the title like it should be, but regardless, it’s a match that will show you exactly who you’re dealing with here.. And by the time I’m done with her, I believe that you’ll realize that stepping up to fight me will only get you another trip to the hospital.

Korey Gaines: I’ve seen all that I’ve needed to see, Ronan.. And to be quite honest with you, after last week, I can’t help but acknowledge that even after nearly two and a half years away from this company, some things never change.. And one thing that remains the same is the fact that you, Ronan Malosi, are still nothing but an absolute joke.

James Peters: AND THERE HE GOES!!! RUNNING LARIAT BY RONAN MALOSI!!!!

Rich Russillo: NO!!! KOREY GAINES DUCKS THE ARM, AS RONAN RUNS RIGHT PAST HIM! Malosi turns around.. SUPER KICK BY GAINES!!! HE JUST CAUGHT RONAN MALOSI RIGHT AT THE JAW!!!!

Persephone: Ronan staggers back, but then steps back towards Gaines.. SPIN KICK TO THE MIDSECTION BY KOREY GAINES, AS HE JUST KNOCKED THE WIND OUT OF RONAN MALOSI!!!

James Peters: Ronan is hunched over, and looks up at Gaines. Eventually, Malosi stands upright.. BUT IT’S GAINES WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK!!!

Rich Russillo: NO!!! Ronan ducks underneath the leg, as Korey spins all the way around. Ronan then shoves Korey back towards the side ropes! Korey doesn’t rebound back though, as he grabs a hold of the top rope!! Ronan Malosi then charges at Gaines!!! RUNNING LARIAT BY RONAN MALOSI!!!!!

Persephone: NO!!! KOREY GAINES JUST PULLED DOWN ON THE TOP ROPE, AS RONAN MALOSI JUST TRIPPED OVER AND LANDED HARD ON THE OUTSIDE!!

James Peters: Korey is inside of the ring, and sees Ronan slowly working his way up to his feet! Korey runs to the far ropes, then rebounds back!! Ronan is standing up on the outside, as Korey leaps out towards him!!! SUICIDE DIVE!!!!

Rich Russillo: NOBODY HOME!!! RONAN MALOSI STEPPED OUT OF THE WAY JUST IN TIME, AS KOREY GAINES CRASHED AND BURNED ON THE OUTSIDE!!!

Persephone: Gaines clutches at his body in pain, as he slowly gets up to his feet..

Rich Russillo: BUT RONAN MALOSI COMES FROM BEHIND, SPINS GAINES AROUND, AND DELIVERS A STRONG KNEE STRIKE TO THE FAMILY JEWELS!!!! GAINES YELLS OUT IN PAIN, AND NEARLY FALLS TO THE RINGSIDE FLOOR, BUT INSTEAD, RONAN KEEPS A HOLD OF HIM!!!

James Peters: What is Ronan Malosi thinking here?!? He grabs Korey by the shoulder!!! DEATH RO!!! RONAN MALOSI JUST SNAPPED GAINES HEAD RIGHT UP AGAINST THE RINGSIDE FLOOR, AND NOW KOREY GAINES IS UNCONSCIOUS!!!!

(‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky hits, as Ronan Malosi rises up to his feet and smiles at Korey Gaines who still has yet to move a muscle after getting hit by the Death Ro.)

Rich Russillo: Wow!! Tons of action in such little time! These two really don’t like each other, but after going back and forth verbally, it was Ronan who put the final nail in the coffin tonight, as he leaves Korey Gaines unconscious here at ringside.

James Peters: Ronan has to be feeling good after that one. ESPECIALLY after what went down last week.

Rich Russillo: But if I know Korey, he won’t let this one slide at all.

(The screen shows Ronan Malosi walking away from Korey Gaines and heading up the entrance as if his business for the day is done, which it’s not. Korey Gaines is then seen on the screen trying to get up to his hands and knees, but instead just collapses back down to the ringside floor. Voltage eventually fades into a commercial break.)

(Commercial break for Fashion Nova Men starring Ronan Malosi. That is not Dolce and Gabbana he is wearing.)

(Voltage returns to ringside.)

Bella Braxton: The following contest is a singles match, and it is scheduled for ONE FALL!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(‘Mo Money’ by Ben McLusky begins to play throughout the speakers of the arena to a large reaction of pouring boos, as Ronan Malosi would make his presence known on the stage. Ronan would begin to make his way down the rampway, as a cameraman zooms in on him and it shows him wearing a shirt… that says “RIP Grandma Gaines” on it?!)

Amaya: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM MONTE CARLO, MONACO…WEIGHING IN AT 285 POUNDS…”HE HAS MORE MONEY THAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!” RONAN MALOSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Persephone: There is… NO way.

James Peters: Well, talk about disrespect. We all saw what happened last week on Voltage, when Ronan faced off against Halsey in a Number One Contender’s match to the Championship that his opponent for this week is currently holding. Team Eden have been looking to abolish the Hardcore Championship, but the more the weeks go by, the more that it seems like it’s becoming more and more of an impossibility.

Rich Russillo: Ronan has the opportunity to be able to take out the Hardcore Champion this week, however. We all know the orders that he was probably given by Eden Sinclair, and with Hikari Kanno being the target, Ronan is getting his opportunity to execute it.

(Ronan would walk over to the steel steps, as he takes the moment to continue the disrespect, giving a little prayer before stomping down on the ringside floor and waving at it. We all know what he means by that. He then walks up the stairs, stepping up onto the apron and entering into the ring, getting one last good shot of the disrespectful shirt, as he would then back into his corner.)

(Then, ‘As Long As I Love’ by TK from Ling Tosite Sigure would begin to play to a much warmer reaction, the boos still being heard however with some cheers as the current Hardcore Champion, Hikari Kanno appears on the stage. She’s holding the Championship by her waist side as she would begin to walk down the rampway, keeping her eye on the ring.)

Bella Braxton: AND HIS OPPONENT…FROM OKINAWA, JAPAN…WEIGHING IN AT 121 POUNDS…SHE IS THE CURRENT EAW HARDCORE CHAMPION…THE ‘PENITENT IDOL!!!!!!!!!!’ HIKARI KANNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

James Peters: We all know what the Hardcore Champion is about and what she is looking forward to doing tonight. Using this match as a way to make a statement to her current Number One Contender to the Championship Halsey Neel, while also getting her hands on Ronan and just flat out making him suffer? It’s safe to say that Ronan is definitely in for a challenge tonight.

Rich Russillo: But you shouldn’t discredit him. We all know how Ronan is viewed as, but he is really smart when it comes to in-ring competition and if Hikari undermines him at any point in this match it could be game over. He knows how to use his size and strength to his advantage. If Hikari makes any mistakes in tonight’s match, Ronan might just steal it.

(Hikari would climb up onto the apron, entering into the ring as she would hand the referee the Hardcore Championship. As she backs into her corner, she spots Halsey Neel standing near the timekeeper’s area, and she suddenly sets a glare onto her. After a couple of moments, Hikari focuses her attention back to her opponent and the ring, as the referee calls for the bell.)

(DING! DING! DING!)

Persephone: Wow, I am totally and completely ready for what this match is to bring between Ronan Malosi and Hikari Kanno. Can only imagine the sheer stuff of GODs when you have such a great and charismatic pair of Elitists in the ring at the same exact time!!! And it’s proven right at the start as Hikari goes in for a collar and elbow tie up, before wrapping right around Ronan Malosi’s body and locking in a waist lock. Such action!!! Such power!!!

James Peters: Ronan Malosi then begins to land some back elbows to the head of the reigning EAW Hardcore Champion, allowing for the lock to be broken free, but that isn’t for long as Hikari jumps up and locks in an immediate sleeper hold! She has it in and looks to apply it more tightly, but the adjusting of her body allows for Ronan to swing Hikari Kanno around and back into her feet, before landing an uppercut to Hikari’s jaw! And a second one! And now that’s a strike to the head that sends Hikari into the ropes! Ronan Malosi grabs Hikari by the wrist and pushes her off of the ropes and looks to see her rebound off on the other side..

Rich Russillo: But Hikari Kanno puts her ring awareness to great use as she catches herself on the opposite side of the ring with help of the ropes, grabbing her arm around them. Ronan Malosi charges straight at the champion anyways, and he looks to clothesline her right over the top and perhaps out to the floor near Halsey Neel.. But it isn’t meant to be as the fully aware Hikari simply ducks underneath the attempt. Ronan turns around, very close to the ropes, and is met with an immediate punch to the temple by Hikari! Hikari now grabs Ronan by the wrist and looks to send him off to the other side, but Ronan Malosi turns the momentum around and Irish Whips Hikari with as much force as he can.. But Hikari rebounds off the opposite ropes with a Basement Dropkick to the right knee of Ronan Malosi!!!

James Peters: Ronan drops down to a single knee as holds the right one, before quickly trying to get up to a full standing base. Hikari Kanno rushes straight at Ronan Malosi once more, as he does get back up to both feet, this time baseball-sliding into the ankle of Ronan’s left foot! He stumbles into the ropes and hops on one foot for a mere moment, as Hikari Kanno then springs up and connects with an Enzigiri to the face! She then grabs Ronan Malosi by the bald head of his, kneeing him in the gut as she walks him into the center of the ring. It looks like she will need to put in a little more damage though, as Ronan Malosi shoves her away after not even two seconds. Hikari Kanno goes for a strike to the head…

Persephone: But the charismatic character of calamity responds with a shocking punch of his own, as he catches the face of the EAW Hardcore Champion! Wowza, did you see that, guys? Ronan laughs in the face of Hikari as he now holds her fist with a tight grasp… Oh, but Hikari Kanno goes right underneath the arm, twisting Ronan’s joints before launching him with an arm drag… Amazing!!!!!

James Peters: Ronan Malosi immediately gets right back up to his feet as he meets with Hikari Kanno, but he is met with a huge Running Big Boot to the chest!! He holds his chest in pain for a moment as he looks to retaliate, but Hikari Kanno responds again as she is able to step to the side, before landing a huge elbow jab right into the THROAT of Ronan Malosi!! Ronan Malosi holds his throat with both hands as he slightly crouches over, thus allowing for Hikari to wind up and land a PICTURE PERFECT uppercut that sends Ronan’s head smacking the back of the mat. She falls into the first cover of the match!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Rich Russillo: Nope! Ronan Malosi sprouts the shoulder up and off of the mat, one hand still on his throat after that brutal elbow jab! Hikari Kanno wastes no time at all as the champion gets up to her feet, beginning to stomp onto the arms, legs, and the overall general body of Romani Malosi… BUT OH! Ronan catches a stomp that was meant for his chest, as he begins to get up. Holding onto the foot of Hikari Kanno, Ronan carefully motions himself upwards… And Hikari Kanno looks to land another surprise Enziguri to the head.. NO!! Ronan is able to duck underneath and dodge the kick, still with the grasp of one of Hikari’s feet. He takes the foot and pushes it away, allowing for Hikari Kanno to roll through on the mat, over and onto her knees—

James Peters: And Ronan Malosi meets Hikari Kanno with a forearm smash to the jaw!! Holy heck, did you hear that echo?? Ronan Malosi isn’t finished here as he grabs the EAW Hardcore Champion by the hair, popping her up… AND THEN PLANTING HER, as Ronan Malosi connects with a devastating powerbomb to the spine. Hikari Kanno arches back in agony as Ronan Malosi lifts her up once again, forcing her with the grasps of the arm, AND HE PULLS HER IN AND LANDS A BELLY TO BACK OVERHEAD SUPLEX!! Hikari Kanno is down on the mat and Ronan Malosi slides in for the quick cover, hooking the leg!!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Persephone: Wooohoooo. Hikari Kanno rolls the shoulder off of the mat as Ronan Malosi goes right into punching her chromium dome. This is exciting and really worth my watch. After a few strikes, Ronan brings Hikari back up to her feet once again, and he pushes her away and grabs the hand at the last moment.

Rich Russillo: Ronan Malosi looks to pull Hikari Kanno in with some built up force, and he spins her around looking for a possible Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker… BUT HIKARI CAPTURES THE ARM IN THE ROTATION AND LOCKS IN AN ARMBAR OUT OF ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE!!! The arm bar is locked in tight as Ronan is screaming and yelling for the ropes, trying his best to motions his way over.. BUT HE INSTEAD ROTATES HIS WEIGHT AND IS ABLE TO GET A PINFALL ON THE EAW HARDCORE CHAMPION!!!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TW-

James Peters: Hikari Kanno is forced to let go of the trapped arm, allowing to kick out just before two! Both Ronan Malosi and Hikari Kanno bounce back up to their feet.. And it’s Hikari who lands a Bicycle Kick to the chest of Ronan!! This sends Ronan back a bit as he bounces off of the ropes… AND WOAH!! A BACK BODY DROP BY HIKARI TO RONAN!!! Ronan gets sent right over Hikari Kanno with such impressive strength, but he gets right back up as he holds onto his spine. Hikari Kanno comes in with an uppercut with a huge positive reception of the crowd following, as Ronan Malosi is sent into the corner.

Rich Russillo: Hikari Kanno takes a step back before dashing into the opposite corner, running off of the turnbuckle looking to come right at Ronan’s head in the opposite direction… BUT RONAN MALOSI SUDDENLY SHOOTS HIMSELF OUT OF THE CORNER WITH A CLOTHESLINE THAT TURNS HIKARI INSIDE OUT!! Amazing awareness by Ronan!

Persephone: Yup… indubitably. Ronan Malsoi is having a pretty okay showing right now against the current Hardcore Champion right here, as Hikari is trying to get back to her feet and shake off the cobwebs, but it’s Ronan who cuts her off, picking her to her feet himself before throwing her off the ropes, and catching her with a scoop slam that whiplashes Hikari right back down into the mat, and now Ronan is going to go for another cover… or not? Sigh.

James Peters: I can’t say we didn’t expect this to come from Ronan inside of this match, as of course knowing him, he was going to take any sort of moment that he can get making sure that he can taunt to everyone in attendance, shoving it to them in the process, but I don’t think that he realizes that he is wasting precious time right now that he could be using to get a huge win over the current Hardcore Champion… nor do I really think that he is going to care. I think that is pretty evident right now. :francis:

Rich Russillo: Well it seems that Ronan is finally going to go back to actually do his job, as he grabs Hikari by the hair… but look! Ronan wasted too much time and Hikari pulls him by his head down and over right into a cradle pin! Hikari might be able to steal the win right here and now!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Persephone: Great! I am so glad that this match is continuing onward as Ronan is able to kickout just in time, as both very very very talented Elitists (I’m serious) both are quick to get back up to their feet, as Ronan swings right at Hikari, but Hikari ducks it, and she catches Ronan with an open hand slap right across the face, and that might just knocked Ronan silly! Ronan is stumbling around, and Hikari drops him with a dropkick! Ronan goes down, and Hikari is back up to her feet, and it looks like she might actually be calling for an end to this match!

James Peters: Hikari quickly gets Ronan back to his feet, as Ronan is clearly seeing stars, and it looks like she is going to set up for it, as she goes to lift Ronan up into the air!! HIKARI KANNO IS GOING TO GO FOR THE NORTHERN LIGHTS BOMB, ‘ALLELUIA’ TO PUT AN END TO THIS MATCH BUT RONAN IS ABLE TO FIGHT OUT OF HIKARI’S GRASP! Ronan knew what was about to happen and he got out of it quickly, before catching Hikari with a right hand to the jaw! That stumbles Hikari, as Ronan quickly runs off the ropes, and he looks for another huge clothesline right here to knock Hikari quite possibly out cold…

Rich Russillo: But Hikari is able to side step it, before quickly moving behind Ronan, and she lifts him up into the air! SNAP DRAGON SUPLEX BY HIKARI! That just knocked Ronan silly as he landed right onto his head, but I don’t think that Hikari is going to stop there, picking Ronan right back up, AND SHE HITS ANOTHER ONE, RONAN ONCE AGAIN LANDING RIGHT ONTO HIS HEAD! And the worst part about this for Ronan, is I don’t even think Hikari is done yet!

James Peters: You got that right! Ronan is trying to get away from Hikari, but he is caught as Hikari grabs Ronan by the head, before lifting him up to his feet, and she locks his wrist! Ronan is trying his hardest to fight out of Hikari’s grip… BUT IT’S NO USE, AS HIKARI PULLS HIM IN FOR A SHORT ARMED VERSION OF THE ‘BRIGHTSTAR!!!!!’ HIGH ANGLE URANAGE SLAM DROPS RONAN RIGHT DOWN ONTO THE MAT, AND HIKARI SLITHERS OVER INTO THE COVER, HOOKING THE LEG TO WIN!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!
TTT-

Persephone: If I speak-

Rich Russillo: Ronan Malosi is able to stay alive in this match once again! You can tell that even Hikari Kanno is pretty surprised from the resilience on display here by Ronan tonight, but Hikari isn’t going to take too kindly to it, as she gets back to her feet once more, grabbing Ronan again, as she looks towards Halsey Neel who is still looking on very closely… and that might have just cost Hikari right then there, as for one split second she took her eye off the game, and Ronan is able to capitalize, lifting Hikari up into the air before dropping her with an olympic slam!

James Peters: Hikari with a huge crash landing down to the mat below, as Ronan quickly gets back to his feet, pulling Hikari up as well as now it might be his turn to be calling for the end here! Ronan grabs Hikari by the arm, as he tries to pull her in, but Hikari is able to side step it and go around to the behind, and she pushes him up into the ropes, looking to pull him over into a schoolgirl pin, but Ronan holds on and Hikari goes down.

Rich Russillo: Ronan turns his attention back towards the ring, as Hikari quickly gets to her feet, and she jumps at Ronan! BUT RONAN LOOKS TO CATCH HER WITH THE ‘DREAM CATCHER,’ THE RIGHT HOOK BUT HIKARI HAS TO FORCE HER MOMENTUM OF THAT JUMP RIGHT TO THE SIDE JUST TO AVOID IT! I’m surprised that Hikari was able to avoid the right hook in the way that she did, but she also made herself vulnerable in the process, falling to a seated position near the ropes as Ronan realizes this, and rushes towards her, but Hikari kicks him in the knee!

James Peters: This forces Ronan to step back as he favors his knee, and Hikari is going to look to take advantage of the opening that was given to her, as she grabs a hold of the ropes before sliding under the bottom and moving to the apron! Ronan is trying to recover, while Hikari gets her standing on the apron… AND SHE SPRINGBOARDS ONTO THE TOP AND LEAPS TOWARDS RONAN-

Persephone: Well dang.

Rich Russillo: ‘DREAM CATCHER!!!’ THE RIGHT HOOK CATCHES HIKARI IN MIDAIR, AND THE HARDCORE CHAMPION FALLS LIMP FLAT TO THE MAT BELOW! HIKARI IS OUT COLD! Ronan sees this and he knows that he has it in the bag right here, as he grabs her by the arm, before dragging her to the center of the ring! Ronan rolls her over onto the back, before shooting the half and hooking the leg! Ronan might be able to steal the win here over the current Hardcore Champion! This could be huge!!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!
TTT-

James Peters: HIKARI KANNO IS ABLE TO ROLL HER SHOULDER OFF OF THE MAT AT THE LAST SECOND!

Persephone: Ronan does not look happy whatsoever at the kickout from Hikari, and it looks like he might just start pulling his hair out if he has to continue on with this match. Wait, nevermind, forgot he doesn’t have any.

Rich Russillo: :mjlol:

James Peters: Well, besides that, Ronan looks like he is going to call for the ending to this match, as he quickly picks Hikari back up to her feet by the hair, before driving his knee right into her gut! She doubles over, as Ronan locks her wrist, before irish whipping her into the ropes… AND RONAN MIGHT BE GOING FOR THE ‘DEATH-RO’ TO END THE MATCH RIGHT HERE AND NOW!

Rich Russillo: BUT HIKARI KANNO HOLDS HERSELF UP ONTO THE ROPES INSTEAD OF REBOUNDING OFF THEM! Ronan is NOT happy at that, as he takes the chance, and he runs straight for Hikari, but she moves out of the way, and Ronan runs right into the ropes, before stumbling backwards… and Hikari catches him with a schoolgirl pin! HIKARI IS GONNA GET IT!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!

Persephone: Man, can these two stop kicking ou- I mean, keep going! Drag this match out even longer because it’s so amazing!!!!-

James Peters: RONAN IS ABLE TO QUICKLY GET OUT OF THE PIN! Both Elitists quickly get back to their feet, as Ronan goes for Hikari, but Hikari is able to move to behind him, before turning him back around towards her, BUT RONAN GRABS HER BY THE ARM AND HE PULLS HER RIGHT IN FOR THE ‘DEATH-RO!!!!!’

Rich Russillo: HIKARI FLIPS OUT OF IT AND SHE LANDS ON HER FEET! RONAN CAN’T BELIEVE IT, BUT HE HAS NO TIME TO EVEN FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING, AS HIKARI QUICKLY GRABS A HOLD OF HIM, BEFORE LIFTING HIM UP INTO THE AIR!!! AND HIKARI DROPS RONAN DOWN WITH ‘ALLELUIA!!!!!!!’ THE NORTHERN LIGHTS BOMB CONNECTS WITH FORCE, AND RONAN IS COMPLETELY OUT OF IT! HIKARI GOES INTO THE COVER!

OOONNNEEE!!!!!!!!!
TWWWWOOOO!!!!!!!!!
TTTHHHHHRRRRREEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Bella Braxton: HERE IS YOUR WINNER OF THIS MATCH; THE EAW HARDCORE CHAMPION, HIKARI KANNO!!!!!!!!!!!

(‘As Long As I Love’ hits, and there’s a mixed but mostly positive reaction as Hikari Kanno rolls off of Ronan Malosi. She takes a little bit to catch her breath before slowly getting back to her feet. She looks over to where Halsey Neel was, but notices that she isn’t there any longer.)

James Peters: Great match by these two! Ronan put up a nice fight seeing how long he’s been out of the ring, but tonight was the Hardcore Champion’s night!

Rich Russillo: Hikari’s title reign has been great so far, but her challenger at King of Elite is no joke. This should definitely be an interesting first defense for Hikari. Will it be her last though?

James Peters: Speaking of.. Why does Halsey- wait a second! LOOK OUT HIKARI!

Rich Russillo: HALSEY NEEL JUST SLID IN THE RING AND HIT HIKARI KANNO IN THE FACE WITH THE HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP!

James Peters: HIKARI REALIZED SOMETHING WAS UP WHEN SHE SAW HALSEY HAD MOVED, BUT BECAUSE OF THAT SHE ENDED UP TURNING AROUND RIGHT INTO A SHOT WITH HER OWN HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP! HALSEY DROPS DOWN AND BEGINS PUNCHING AWAY AT HIKARI, KNOWING THAT HIKARI IS BASICALLY DEFENSELESS AT THIS POINT!

Rich Russillo: HALSEY IS PUMMELING AWAY AT HIKARI, AND THAT TITLE MIGHT BUSTED HIKARI’S HEAD OPEN FROM THE LOOKS OF IT! IT ISN’T A BIG CUT, BUT HALSEY SEEMS TO BE TRYING TO MAKE THE CUT FAR WORSE! Halsey finally gets off of Hikari before tossing her out of the ring, and now Halsey rolls out of the ring in pursuit of her as she seems to have even more planned!

James Peters: HIKARI ISN’T GOING TO GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT THOUGH, PUSHING HALSEY BACK FIRST INTO THE RING POST! HALSEY PULLS HERSELF OFF OF THE POST, BUT HKARI GRABS HER BY THE HEAD BEFORE BASHING IT INTO THE POST REPEATEDLY, SEEMINGLY TRYING TO RETURN THE FAVOR FOR THE CUT THAT HALSEY OPENED UP!

Rich Russillo: HALSEY DELIVERS A BACK ELBOW AND GETS HIKARI OFF OF HER, BUT HIKARI RETALIATES WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION! Hikari quickly goes under the ring before grabbing a steel chair, AND SHE HITS HALSEY IN THE BACK WITH IT BEFORE HALSEY COULD TRY AND ATTACK! HIKARI KANNO NOW WITH A CHAIR SHOT TO THE HEAD-

James Peters: NO! HALSEY CAUGHT THE CHAIR AND SENT IT INTO HIKARI’S HEAD INSTEAD, MAKING THE WOUND EVEN WORSE AS HALSEY QUICKLY GRABS HER BEFORE SENDING HER INTO THE STEEL STEPS!!

(Crashing into the steps knocks over the top half of the steps, giving Halsey an idea as Hikari slowly grabs onto the ring apron.)

Rich Russillo: Halsey picks up the top half of the steps as Hikari is somehow trying to power herself up.. AND HALSEY RUNS IN BEFORE DROPPING HIKARI WITH A STEEL STEPS SHOT TO THE HEAD!!! THE HARDCORE CHAMPION IS DOWN, AND THIS MIGHT JUST BE A PREVIEW OF WHAT’S TO COME AT KING OF ELITE!

(Halsey drops the steps, and at this point the screen is black and white as both women have blood on them. Halsey looks down on Hikari, and after a few seconds a smirk appears on her face. This is the last image shown as Voltage fades from ringside.)

(Promotional ad for King of Elite, where Hikari Kanno defends her Hardcore Championship against Halsey Neel.)

(‘Amerika’ by Rammstein hits, as the crowd gives a loud, and somewhat mixed reaction. After a moment, it’s Sheridan Müller who steps out onto the stage wearing a leather jacket, leggings, and black boots to complete the outfit. She has an EAW microphone in her hand, as she continues down the entrance ramp, and towards the ring.)

James Peters: And here comes Sheridan Müller who is just a week away from her big match against Harper Lee and Madison Kaline.

Rich Russillo: That one is going to be good! Last time those three were in the ring together, security had to get involved due to the amount of chaos they managed to cause on Cloth Talk.

Persephone: Yep. Can’t wait for that match. Definitely can’t get any better than that. :wow:

(Sheridan Müller enters the ring, and begins pacing back and forth before stopping in the center, and raising the microphone up to her lips.)

Sheridan Müller: In just a week, I’ll be competing in a match that means so much to me for various reasons. One of the main reasons why my match against Harper Lee and Madison Kaline is so important to me is because the night it happens will mark one year since my return to EAW after YEARS of being away from the company. There has been quite a bit of growth in myself during the many years that I was away. There is absolutely no doubt about that, but when I look back and see where I was as a competitor, athlete, and person just one year ago when I was preparing to make my return, I can’t help but acknowledge that I am far beyond even that. The growth that I have made this past year is evident, and not something that you can look over. It’s something that screams in your face and the change is as extreme as the difference between night and day. That’s what I believe, and I believe this because of all of the great battles I’ve taken part of over the past year. This past year, I was fortunate enough to showcase my growth, as I faced my fair share of elite talent.. I even managed to team up with one in the form of Dr. Bethany Blue, and dominated the tag team division with her as the Universal Women’s Champion. That time has passed, however.. Bethany and I don’t see eye to eye like we once did, and now our paths are on different trajectories. There’s nothing I can do to heal what has been damaged between the both of us. Nor is it my job or obligation to do so. All I can do is move on regardless of whatever Bethany does. So good luck, Bethany. I’m sure you’ll be *just* fine..

(Sheridan Müller takes a moment, breathes in, then exhales out after her sarcastic good luck wishes directed towards Dr. Bethany Blue. She then proceeds to speak.)

Sheridan Müller: As for me? Like I’ve said before, since returning to EAW I have shown nothing but growth in myself as an Elitist. Bethany definitely helped me showcase that growth as we became champions together, however, I didn’t return to EAW solely to be a tag team competitor and champion. I returned to EAW to establish myself and build onto my legacy as a singles competitor. I want to show the world exactly what I can do without anyone by my side. The Prescription had a fantastic run throughout this season, but I’m going to spend the rest of this season doing exactly what I did when I initially returned, fighting my own battles without the help of anybody else. My match at King of Elite is giving me the opportunity to remind everyone what kind of talent I am. It’s the perfect test for me to challenge myself against competition that has already established themselves as some of the most accomplished singles competitors this company has ever seen. Harper Lee is fresh off of a Universal Women’s Championship run and since Madison Kaline spends every week reminding everyone, it’s no secret that she’s a hall of famer. My only recent success in this company is that I’ve held tag team gold, but that’s something I plan to change, and this match will allow me to right that wrong and set the tone for things going forward. This is exactly what I want. It’s exactly what I need, because I know what I am capable of doing. I know that I can arrive at Rogers Arena mentally and physically prepared for whatever Madison and Harper have waiting for me. Not only that, but I know that I can leave Vancouver with a victory over both of them. I don’t care what Harper Lee has accomplished or how “great” her Universal Women’s Championship reign was this past year. I don’t care about Madison Kaline constantly clinging to her past accolades in order to keep herself relevant, or how she uses her Captain role in Brand Warfare as some sort of validation, when the Captain of Dynasty sank with the rest of the ship that night. None of that stuff matters to me. I know what I am capable of doing, and that’s defeating both of them and letting the world know that not only can I succeed in tag team competition, but I can be even greater as a singles star in this company. I am going to put the entire locker room on notice. Every Champion here on Voltage, and even some outside of it will need to realize that I’m not going to be playing games this year. I’m a major threat to every single one of them and their championship reigns, and if they don’t know it yet then they will very soon. I know that kind of talent, and it will be highlighted at King of Elite.

Sheridan Müller: I am going to defeat Harper Lee once again, and show Madison Kaline that it was a stupid idea to even consider trying to insert herself into this match, because what I am bringing to the table is far more than either of them can handle. I don’t plan on sitting on the sidelines watching others create history while building onto their legacies. I plan on being out there in the ring being the one that creates history. It’s my time to make things happen for myself. I know how important this time of the year is, and how King of Elite has always been known to be the perfect jumpstart for someone as they head closer to Pain for Pride. This isn’t a matter of trying to win against Harper Lee and Madison Kaline, but moreso making sure that I walk out with the win with absolutely no questions left on the table. I want everyone to know that out of us three, I am the best out of the bunch, and that what I accomplished in 2022 won’t even compare to what’s in store for me here in 2023. None of you.. Absolutely none of you have seen what I am truly capable of, but don’t worry.. At King of Elite, you’ll get a glimpse of what I can become here as an EAW Elitist.. And with how important this match is for me and my career, I promise that I will walk out of Rogers Arena exactly how I intend to.. Victorious.

(Sheridan Müller lowers her microphone, lets the crowd gets loud at her statement, then raises the microphone back up to her lips to say one final thing.)

Sheridan Müller: Harper Lee and Madison Kaline… At King of Elite.. You will lose. I promise you that.

(‘Amerika’ by Rammstein hits, as Sheridan Müller drops her microphone down onto the ring mat. She then steps off to the side, rolls out of the ring, then proceeds to walk up the entrance ramp with a determined look on her face. She’s ready and prepared for this upcoming match at King of Elite. Her facial expression as well as the confidence heard in her voice just now confirms that.)

Rich Russillo: Well you heard it from her first! Sheridan Müller promises to win next week at King of Elite!

James Peters: Those are some pretty big words to try and back up, but we all know Sheridan is no pushover. If she manages to find a way to win this match at King of Elite, she very well might just open up more opportunities for herself as a singles competitor as Pain for Pride gets closer and closer. She has the right mindset, but now it’s a matter of performing when the time comes.

Rich Russillo: Regardless of the outcome, we should expect Sheridan to bring one hell of a fight to King of Elite next week in Rogers Arena!

(The screen shows Sheridan Müller at the top of the stage. She looks over her shoulder briefly, as she scans the arena once more. She then turns her head forward, and proceeds to exit the main stage and towards the backstage area of the arena. The camera then pans over the microphone that she left inside of the ring. Eventually, the camera zooms out from the microphone, as we get a shot of the entire arena before eventually fading out and sending Voltage elsewhere.)

(Promotional ad for King of Elite, the event where Sheridan Müller takes on Madison Kaline and Harper Lee.)

( As Voltage returns, ‘Ambitionz az a Ridah’ by Tupac hits, and the crowd explodes with extremely loud cheers. After a little while TLA would make his way out to the stage, and he is seen holding a microphone in his hand. He has a smirk on his face, likely due to what happened last week where he was given the opportunity to take part in the EAW World Championship match that was initially between Myles and the Champion, Minerva. Myles didn’t seem to take too kindly to it, but judging by TLA’s response last week as well as his attitude this week, he doesn’t seem to care.)

James Peters: TLA is out here and it looks like he has something to say!

Rich Russillo: Last week had to have been a rollercoaster for this man. He missed out on the King of Elite finals thanks to a missed rope break, but in that exact same night he was granted the opportunity to compete in the EAW World Championship match at King of Elite! World title opportunities don’t come around often so I could see why TLA is in a good mood. He was nearly screwed out of the EAW World Championship entirely.

Persephone: Yeah, and that’d just be awful.

James Peters: Last week there seemed to be some surprising tension between the three competitors as Myles responded to the announcement of TLA being added to the match. Maybe we’ll be getting a response to all of that tonight.

(TLA enters the ring as the fans continue to cheer. Once the fans start to quiet down, he begins to speak.)

TLA: Ayyyy que pasa Spokane! It’s yo boi TLA up in this bi-

(TLA pauses as he takes notice of some stern looking men wearing Mickey Mouse pins at ringside.)

TLA: Nah we gotta keep it PG I ain’t about to get fired just before my World Title match. Gotta get them priorities in order.

(The crowd boos loudly as TLA tries to calm them down from their protests of the censorship.)

TLA: Nah Nah tranquilo y’all. You too all y’all goons lurking. Tranquilo a todos. There will be plenty of time later when I be uploading my videos from my personal server. A vato be self hosting ain’t nobody touching a real one. I be doing hacker shit out here. But that is for another time. Tonight we are out here to say screw Drake King and we are out here to say that gracias to the homie Minerva. You know we may not be getting that King of Elite in this year. But that ain’t mean I gotta walk away empty handed!

(The crowd cheers loudly at the idea of TLA winning the championship at King of Elite.)

TLA: Pero y’all understand that it ain’t going to be easy. Minerva is a hell of a champion but that ain’t stopped me before. I done beaten some of the greatest champions in this company history. I also gotta go through Myles and he be real salty I be sliding into he heina’s DMs like this. You know he real territorial. The jealous type for real. But the truth is that TLA ain’t the problem here. In fact I could sense the tension even before Minerva done called me to the ring. I know that there be some trouble in paradise for these two lovebirds. TLA knows all about that amor. Be an expert in all of this. In fact I be running a little side business y’all may have heard of.

(The crowd begins cheering and chanting for the Poon Palace and it is clear many of the residents in attendance are regulars at the establishment.)

TLA: Yeeeeee I be knowing you all be knowing what I am talking about. So I have decided what better way to pay Minerva back for her generosity? Gotta show all that luv to chica. You know some of y’all newer homies may be unaware but back in the day it was Uncle TLA who helped these two hook right up in the first place. I done invited them up into the Poon Palace and in an environment like that they just could not resist the tension and amor that they had buried deep down for so long. I ain’t expected them to go and get married but that ain’t for me to judge. This foo Myles tho he ain’t know what he been missing out on for real for real. But you know I be showing my luv and appreciation to them both and so this week I would like to invite the happily married couple Myles and Minerva to the ring… for some couples counseling!!!

Rich Russillo: Couples counseling? That has to be a first for Voltage.

James Peters: I’m not sure it is a good idea to do this publicly in a wrestling ring.

Persephone: I wonder if TLA could host couples counseling for me and Rex? Not that we need it just so that our love can grow even stronger. :wow:

(‘Enemy Strike’ by Yuki Hayashi hits, and the fans cheer as Myles begins to walk out. He looks annoyed seeing what TLA is doing, and as he stands on the stage he just stares at his future King of Elite opponent. It takes a few seconds, but eventually he just continues to walk down the ramp and head to the ring.)

James Peters: We know that Myles and Minerva are engaged, and I guess TLA is taking the opportunity to sort things out between them tonight. I don’t think Myles sees things that way, though.

Rich Russillo: He sure doesn’t, not with that look on his face. Then again, Myles’ return run hasn’t exactly been as smooth as he’s hoped, and on top of everything that’s happened to him, he has to think about TLA being added to their EAW World Championship match out of nowhere.

James Peters: Well, out of nowhere in his mind at least. We know how much Myles wants to reclaim that title, and clearly that’s getting to him.

(Myles enters the ring, and he just looks at TLA for a few seconds before walking over and having a microphone handed to him from an official at the timekeepers area. Myles turns towards TLA, beginning to speak.)

Myles: What’s this?

TLA: Couples counseling holmes. I’m here to repair your marriage! Qué chingón!

Myles: Do you really think that any of this is funny?

TLA: Yes.

(Myles doesn’t say anything in response, but it becomes clear that he’s become far more upset with everything. Before long ‘Blood, Milk & Sky’ by White Zombie hits, and even more loud cheers come from the crowd. Minerva begins to walk out, and she’s holding the EAW World Championship on her shoulder while holding a microphone in her free hand. She doesn’t look too happy either, making it clear that the only one in on this is TLA himself.)

Rich Russillo: Minerva’s out now, and I have to admit that this is a very unique situation. We all thought that Myles and Minerva would be able to fight without any issues, but after last week? I’m not so sure.

James Peters: I’m sure Minerva feels the same way, but in the end it all comes down to Myles and whatever’s been going on with him. I have to say this, though. TLA isn’t making matters any better for them.

Rich Russillo: That’s true, but then again it’s not his job to.

(Minerva enters the ring, and she stares directly at Myles, who still looks just as frustrated as he did on his way out to the ring. During this, TLA begins to speak.)

TLA: Here comes our beautiful bride! ¡Estás fabulosa, chica!

Minerva: I’m really not out here to play along with any of this.

(Minerva turns to Myles.)

Minerva: We just need to talk, because I refuse to keep putting up with this attitude. I’m not sure what’s gotten into you lately or where all this came from, but I refuse to believe that this is all over the EAW Championship. You of all people know that I can’t just turn down anyone that wants a shot at my title. I didn’t do it for any of my previous challengers, I didn’t do it for you, and I wasn’t going to deny TLA the chance to face me for the title. I’m not going to keep walking out here having to wonder what’s wrong with you because you refuse to tell me anything, so if you want to say something, just do it. Say whatever’s on your mind so we can get this all over with!

(Myles remains silent, as he and Minerva just stare at each other.)

Minerva: Nothing? You have nothing to say? Then what happened last week? What was that outburst for? Like I said, if you have a problem then you need to just tell me what’s wrong, because I’m not going to keep trying to guess what the issue is when you’ve had all the time in the world to talk about it. You know that I wanted to be there for you, but I’m not going to be disrespected for weeks without being given any reason as to why. If you have nothing to say then you could tell me that, too. At least then I’d know not to bother you until King of Elite.

(TLA laughs seeing Minerva argue with Myles.)

TLA: Dayum bro ain’t wanna sleep on the couch tonight. Prolly best to keep silent frfr. Gotta securer yo spot up in the big bed tonight hermano. Happy wife happy life!

(Minerva turns towards TLA, clearly not taking the comment too kindly.)

Minerva: You can just shut up, because I’m really not sure what’s so funny about any of this to you. There’s nothing to laugh at here and you know exactly what you’re doing. “Couples counseling”? Really? If this is your idea of a joke you have a lot of work to do, because neither of us want to be part of whatever game you’re trying to play right now. You really need to remember what you signed yourself up for last week, because at King of Elite we’re going to be in the ring with each other and I’m not just going to forget about the fact that you took an opportunity like this just to try and make us look stupid.

TLA: Wait what?

(TLA ignores Minerva as someone at ringside whispers something to him.)

TLA: Ayo these two ain’t even got hitched yet? My bad I thought y’all just ain’t invite me to the wedding! Now you best make sure I am there this time. Y’all can’t be having no wedding reception fiesta without La Pantera Sexual!

(TLA stops for a moment as he takes notice that Minerva is glaring at him angrily.)

TLA: I just be paying back yo generosity for giving me that title shot. Helping all y’all out up in here. Mira chica… I done gave y’all this huge platform to settle yo beef. Get it all out there and deal with yo issues try and have a good time but y’all ain’t wanna work it out. Y’all making me feel like a third wheel up in here. I get it tho this ain’t none of my business imma let you both work this all out yourselves. You say you got a problem with what I’m doing up in here but yo actions speak otherwise. Cuz you both came out here the second I done called.

Minerva: So you still think this is a joke..

(Minerva and TLA walk up to each other, and at this point it looks like a fight might just break out between the two as there’s clearly a lot of tension. This brief staredown would soon be interrupted though.)

James Peters: WAIT A SECOND, MYLES JUST RAN AT TLA AND HIT HIM WITH A KNEE STRIKE!!! TLA WAS FOCUSED ON MINERVA, AND MYLES JUST CAME OUT OF NOWHERE BEFORE KNEEING HIM IN THE JAW!!

Rich Russillo: Yeah, and judging by the look on Minerva’s face, she didn’t expect that at all! This wasn’t some plan or anything to take him out, Myles just snapped and now he’s setting TLA up for something!

James Peters: MYLES LIFTS TLA UP, BEFORE DROPPING HIM ON THE MAT WITH DE FACTO!!!!

(There’s a mixed reaction as Myles stands back up, and for a little while he just looks down on TLA. Eventually he goes to leave the ring, but he’s stopped as Minerva grabs him by the arm.)

Minerva: (off-mic) What’s your problem, Marco?

(Myles doesn’t respond, and instead he and Minerva just stare at each other. The crowd goes almost silent as they’re not sure what’s going on, but the staredown comes to an end as Myles just turns away, continuing to walk out of the ring.)

James Peters: I’m not so sure what any of that was about. Myles just laid out TLA, and it really doesn’t look like Minerva was a fan of that.

Rich Russillo: I don’t think she’s a fan of anything Myles has done recently. He hasn’t given many answers for his actions lately, either.

James Peters: This Championship match is going to be interesting, but clearly the quality of competitors here won’t be the only reason.

(Myles continues to walk up the ramp, and from there Voltage fades to a commercial break.)

(Promotional ad for King of Elite, the event where Minerva defends her EAW World Championship against Myles and TLA.)

(Sunday Night Voltage fades back to the backstage area after a brief commercial break, with the camera focusing on the entrance heading into Gorilla Position. Someone is seen entering through, and it’s revealed to be Myles, who stormed away from the ringside area after destroying TLA at the center of the ring. He speed walks through the halls while his head is bowed down, trying to contain his anger and take some time to calm down after his burst of aggression. Meanwhile though, behind him boots are seen clicking toward him, and the shot pans over to show that it’s Minerva, who has been chasing after him the whole time. She’s finally on his tail, and quickly snatches him by the arm, jerking Myles back and stopping him in his tracks. Myles turns around, still a straight look on his face, while Minerva takes a moment before opening her mouth.)

Minerva: I am going to ask you again. What is your problem?

(Myles brings his eyes up from the ground to look at his fiancee, and looks to respond to her. His mouth slightly opens, and it seems like for a moment he’s thinking about what to say… but he doesn’t. Instead his eyes shut and it looks like he crumbles in her grip, with his head sagging down further. He’s exhausted with everything, and right now it’s hard to even speak. The only thing he can really do in response to Minerva, is just let out a sigh and shake his head.)

(While that was more than what she got in the ring, it’s not enough for Minerva. She lets go of him and looks down at her hand, specifically, the one with the engagement ring that Myles proposed to her with at Pain For Pride. Slowly, she pinches her fingers around the ring, twisting it around her finger and seemingly looking to take it off. But suddenly, it looks like Myles comes to his senses, reaching out and slowly wrapping it around hers. Minerva freezes and looks back up at him, while Myles does the same.)

Myles: I’m sorry.

(Myles pauses, looking down and shaking her hand slightly, trying to pick his words carefully given the circumstance.)

Myles: I’m sorry… for the tension between us.

(Minerva’s face scrunches momentarily, slipping her hand and pulling it away while Myles willingly lets go. Once again, it’s not enough for her.)

Minerva: An apology is fine, but that doesn’t tell me what’s wrong.

(Myles once again brings his head down, possibly hoping to have avoided giving an explanation to her.)

Minerva: Your entire demeanor changed when I gave TLA a spot in our match… why? Did you want to beat me this badly?

Myles: Of course not, is that what you think-

Minerva: If not then what am I supposed to think Marco???

(There’s deadly silence in the area for a moment, with Myles completely despondent for a moment, and Minerva just in anger trying to piece this puzzle together. After a moment, Myles sags his shoulders, taking a deep breath and looking to respond.)

Myles: I’m not going to try and blatantly lie to you, because I do want to win the EAW World Championship. I do want to be a World Champion again. When I got injured at Pain For Pride I was forced to sit at home and watch, watch everything, and it absolutely KILLED me not to be out on the road, doing what I love… with who I love.

(Myles reaches his hand out and takes Minerva’s hand again, which is limp in his grasp while he continues.)

Myles: I meant what I said, I’m proud of you and all that you’ve accomplished as Champion, and I’ll admit that you’ve had a title reign for the ages. It’s like you’ve truly come into your own as an Elitist and shook off the sins of your past, in and out of the ring. While all of that has happened, I was kicking myself for months because I wasn’t there too, to witness this moment with you. I love you, more than you could ever imagine, and not being there I feel like has left a huge gap where my heart was. Which is one of the many reasons why I came back in the first place, but I’m also going to be upfront and say that I’m looking out for myself as well, because even with everything that I’ve managed to accomplish on this brand, I still feel like I have a tremendous amount of work that I still have left to do. That’s why I feel the way I do, I’m at a crossroads fighting with my own self.

(Minerva’s face of anger dissipates, and instead turns to confusion.)

Minerva: I don’t… I just don’t understand. I don’t understand why you feel this way, because I shouldn’t be the one getting all the praise between the two of us. You’ve done some extraordinary things in your own right, and while all that time off I can understand is unfortunate, you’re here, and I’m forever grateful that you are. Now that you’re back though, you can continue to elevate yourself just like I did.

(Myles’ grip on her hand tightens while he nods his head in approval. But of course, despite all of that, Minerva knows that there’s going to be a ‘but’ in the middle of what he says to her.)

Myles: I know I can, trust me. But, to get what I truly want, and you know what it is… I have to defeat you. No mistake about it, I do not feel great about it at all. Even though I said I was going to do so, it doesn’t feel right to extinguish your fire right now. Even worse, I knew that the second that you let TLA get involved, he would turn the match AND our relationship into a circus. It’s less of a mentality thing, because I know I have that above all. It’s just… one horrible circumstance for the two of us, that’s all. That’s why I did what I did out there, I snapped at him.

(Minerva lets out a sigh of her own, shaking her hand in his hand.)

Minerva: I get where you’re coming from, now that you explain it, I can understand how frustrated you are about this. I could very well be the same way about it as well, but even then I knew that adding TLA to this match was the right thing to do. He got screwed by Drake last week, just like you did, and nobody was going to make the situation right. So, I took matters into my own hands. He’s trying to drive a wedge between us and take advantage of the situation that we’re in, so what? That’s what he does, and if what we have is genuine then we’re not going to let it get the better of us. You’re not wrong at all for doing what you did, don’t for a second think that. You’re strong, you’re a lot more thick skinned than a lot of people, and even then you can’t help but let your emotions get the better of you, you know that… and I know that…

(Minerva pulls herself closer to Myles, taking his other hand into hers as well.)

Minerva: What matters is that through all of this mess, we have each other, nobody will ever be able to take that away from us. Not even TLA.

(Myles reciprocates the love, finally a light smile begins to show on a usually cold face. Only Minerva could bring this level of emotion out of him, and the only person that Marco could love was Siobhan.)

Myles: I’m sorry, again. You didn’t deserve that, you were only trying to do what’s best. I left you in the dark and didn’t let you in and that’s not what I should’ve been doing, it was wrong of me. But you’re right, sometimes I can’t help myself, that’s on me.

Minerva: We’re human, it happens. But what matters is that we grow from those mistakes and we become better, I know I did.

(Myles pulls Minerva in and embraces her for a big hug.)

Myles: I love you so much, Siobhan.

Minerva: I love you too, Marco.

Myles: I will never, ever let you go.

(Myles and Minerva break apart, before pulling back in for a kiss. The two of them look like a scene straight out of a love story, and it seems that despite their differences at the start of this, they’ve reconciled with one another with their love overtaking all. And although TLA did try to take advantage of that at their expense, they know themselves that nothing, absolutely nothing, will tear them apart. The two of them continue to embrace each other in the middle of the backstage area, letting this moment soak in as long as they can, while it’s the last shot seen before Sunday Night Voltage from there begins to transition over to a commercial break.)

COMMERCIAL

(The camera fades in to Bella Braxton in the ring.)

Bella Braxton: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!

Crowd: ONE FALL!

(“Ambitionz az a Ridah” by Tupac is heard playing. TLA is in the corner of the ring, having pulled himself back up after Myles’ attack. TLA still looks focused on tonight’s match, attempting to keep his mind off of what happened earlier and not let the pain get to him. He obviously isn’t in the best mood after something like that, but he’s able to try and pump himself up heading into this match.)

Bella Braxton: Already in the ring, from Tlaxcala, Mexico weighing in at 210 pounds he is “La Pantera Sexual” T!!!!!!!!!!!!!! L!!!!!!!!!!!!! A!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rich Russillo: TLA is still out here after what happened not too long ago and looks ready for action, but as if Usagi Senshi wasn’t enough of a challenge, he has to face her after already taking a bit of a beating a few minutes ago.

James Peters: We learned last week he will be competing for the EAW World Championship at King of Elite and since then things have clearly gotten out of hand. TLA might not be at his one hundred percent after that. He was cleared to compete, but will he be able to win?

(“A Cruel Angel’s Thesis” by Yoko Takahashi hits as the crowd begins to cheer.)

Bella Braxton: And her opponent, being accompanied by Ayu Megumi… Residing in Okinawa, Japan.. Weighing in at 115 pounds…. USSSSSSSAAAAAAGIIIII SSSSEEEEEEENNNNNSSSSSSHIIIII!!!

(Usagi Senshi makes her way out to the ring accompanied by Ayu Megumi following her to the stage. The fans cheer on for the Ice Aces, and Usagi Senshi has a focused look on her face as she knows very well just how good of a competitor TLA is. Knowing that the match is a good opportunity for her to pick up a big win ahead of King of Elite she and Ayu make their way to the ring.)

Persephone: The love that these two Ice Aces share is truly beautiful. Just like me and Rex.

Rich Russillo: Usagi Senshi competing in singles action this week but it will be a tag team match at King of Elite and that is where the Ice Aces truly shine!

James Peters: Even then, we can’t ignore what each competitor in the team can do in singles competition. I’m sure Xander and Ryan will be watching this one closely.

(DING! DING! DING!)

Rich Russillo: We are underway and this is going to be a great match between two tough competitors. TLA is muscling in on Usagi Senshi as he lunges towards her and grabs her… but Usagi darts around behind TLA locking her arms in around behind him. TLA weasels out of it and grabs Usagi who ducks down and slides beneath his legs. TLA turns around grabbing at Usagi who ducks away with a smile on her face. TLA won’t relent however as he charges in with a rushing right hand but Usagi moves out of the way! Usagi with a series of quick jabs catching TLA on the face repeatedly staggering him backwards. TLA taking damage but he suddenly grabs Usagi around the face with both hands and tosses her hard with all his power into the corner. Usagi in the corner as TLA charges in with a running clothesline battering her hard into the turnbuckles. TLA with repeated strikes on Usagi now… No! Usagi moves out of the way again knocking TLA into the corner!

James Peters: Usagi Senshi flailing wildly with strikes getting in kicks and punches everywhere she can on TLA just straight out assaulting him! Usagi now kicking at TLA repeatedly trying to do as much damage as possible stomping a mudhole as TLA falls down into the corner. TLA powers back up… but Usagi with a Running Forearm to the face staggering TLA forward. TLA hurls an arm at Usagi who ducks under and runs off the ropes… Running Double Axe Handle to the face from Usagi who knocks TLA down and so far in this match it has been all Usagi as she takes it to TLA with all she has got! TLA back up now as he staggers off the ropes trying to stand… but Usagi comes charging in with a Running Lariat! Usagi with all the force she can knocks TLA over the top rope as he goes flipping out to the outside crashing near Ayu Megumi on the floor!

Rich Russillo: TLA is out of breath and taken aback by the relentless assault of Usagi Senshi as he pulls himself up by the barricade. The fans are all patting him on the back and cheering him on to get back in this thing as TLA catches his breath. But not for long as Usagi runs the ropes and flies to the outside!!! TOPE CON GIROOOO!!!! Usagi gets all of it knocking TLA back first into the barricade at ringside! And Usagi rolls back into the ring, waiting for TLA! TLA is down and out on the outside and the referee is counting!

Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR-

Rich Russillo: And TLA rolls back into the ring! Usagi Senshi is measuring TLA as he gets back up. Usagi rolls out to the apron and measures TLA as he staggers back up to his feet. USAGI COMES FLYING IN WITH A SPRINGBOARD CROSS BODY!!!-

James Peters: No! TLA counters it in midair connecting with the Very Mexican Uppercut right to the jaw of Usagi Senshi! She just got knocked the hell out as TLA slides into the first cover of this match!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

James Peters: And the kickout by Usagi Senshi! She just got rocked there by the force behind that attack and TLA now looking to take advantage. TLA leaps into the air and kicks off Usagi with an athletic Dropsault sending her crashing down to the mat. TLA now talking smack to Usagi as he grabs her from behind and begins throwing down hard punches to the back of the skull. TLA with a hard Curb Stomp to the back of the neck of Usagi before going for the pin!

Persephone: COULD THIS BE IT!?!?

Rich Russillo: No! It could not! Because Usagi Senshi just rolled out of the ring before TLA could get the cover! Usagi is catching her breath as TLA stands in the ring with his hands on his hips looking annoyed. TLA watches as Usagi breathes heavily on the outside before he runs the ropes… TLA with a cartwheel into a backflip and Moonsault over the top rope to the outside landing on top of Usagi! TLA gets all of it as Ayu Megumi is shown looking on at ringside with a concerned look on her face at the state of Usagi. TLA grabs Usagi and she tries to shove him away but TLA kicks her in the gut and connects with a sudden Sit Down Powerbomb on the outside! TLA doesn’t often have the power advantage in the match tonight but as he tosses Usagi back into the ring effortlessly it is clear tonight is a rare case for him!

James Peters: TLA climbs up to the top rope as Usagi Senshi is knocked out in the middle of the ring. TLA perches up on top as Usagi is motionless. TLA signals to the crowd before jumping into the air and connects with the 420!!! TLA gets all of it as he slides into the cover and this could be the end of Usagi in this match!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usagi now with repeated forearm strikes to the back of TLA’s head as he tries to get back up to his feet but continues to eat those blows to the back of the head and neck from Usagi.

James Peters: TLA powers back up taking hits from Usagi Senshi before punching her hard in the gut. Usagi retaliates with a spin kick to the midsection of TLA. Usagi now lifting TLA up into a Powerbomb position! But Usagi can’t quite get TLA up as he jams his fingers into her eyes causing her to collapse down in the ring. The referee warning TLA but he brushes it off and begins to stomp away at Usagi on the mat. Usagi sweeps the leg of TLA but he jumps over it. Usagi rolls away back up to her feet and suddenly charges TLA at full speed with a Running Shoulder Thrust sending him back first into the turnbuckle. TLA collapses face first onto the mat as Usagi bounces off the ropes with a Running Knee Drop rolling off the back of TLA’s head!

Persephone: Usagi Senshi with the cover! I hope… I mean could this be it?!?!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Rich Russillo: Kickout by TLA! Usagi Senshi pulls herself up in the corner and is stalking TLA as he is slowly getting back up. Usagi is going to hit TLA with something vicious if he gets up in the ring! TLA gets up and turns around as Usagi charges in with the Fatality!!!

Usagi back up as TLA grabs her arm and spins around her head before yanking her down into an armbar! The Crossed Paths has been applied! But it is too close to the ropes as Usagi grabs onto the bottom rope for dear life forcing TLA to break it up. TLA breaks it up immediately rolling back up to his feet and runs and hits a hard kick on Usagi sending her under the bottom rope. Usagi falls to the outside as TLA climbs out of the ring. TLA throws Usagi hard into the barricade!

Rich Russillo: Ayu Megumi is running over now to make sure Usagi is alright. TLA ignores her and hits a Superkick on Usagi before throwing her back into the ring before sliding back into the ring and continuing the beatdown on Usagi climbing on top of her and delivering a series of hard right hands to the face.

Persephone: We should stop the match! TLA is being too brutal.

James Peters: They are just having a wrestling match calm yourself, you are acting hysterical.

Persephone: :mjpls: !

Rich Russillo: He didn’t mean it my queen. But TLA means to win this match as he picks up Usagi Senshi and tosses her like a ragdoll into the corner! But Usagi manages to land on her feet on the middle rope! Usagi hops up to the top rope and leaps off taking TLA off guard as she falls backwards into a Flying Crossbody! Usagi gets all of it and begins to light TLA up with punches on the mat getting fired up now! TLA shoves Usagi off him as both competitors return to their feet. They charge at each other and connect with a Double Clothesline! Both competitors down on the mat as the referee begins the ten count and this thing could end in a draw!

Referee: ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE!

James Peters: But both competitors are back up to their feet to beat the count. TLA lunges at Usagi Senshi who moves out of the way and runs off the ropes! Usagi hits TLA with a series of hard forearm strikes knocking him back into the corner. TLA walks out of the corner as Usagi grabs him from behind and tosses him backwards with the Ace-Plex!!!

Rich Russillo: But TLA flips out of it! TLA with a backflip landing on his feet as he bounces off the ropes and hits a Thesz Press on Usagi Senshi! I wonder what that move is named after was Thesz a former EAW Champion? TLA lighting up Usagi with right hands to the face until Usagi pushes him off and you can see a black eye beginning to form from all of the shots to the face from TLA beating on her so far in this match. Usagi charges in at TLA with a sudden Fatality!!! But TLA moves out of the way and leaps up into the air… CARTEL KICK CONNECTS!! TLA with the Pele Kick catching Usagi off guard! May the legend RIP. 🙏 Usagi falls backwards into the ropes from that hard kick to the face as TLA grabs her and kicks her in the gut. TLA pulls Usagi up and drops her with a Gory Special Bomb! TLA slides into the cover on Usagi and this could be it!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

James Peters: Usagi Senshi gets the shoulder up! That was a close call there! TLA falls backwards into the corner measuring his opponent as Usagi Senshi slowly gets back up. TLA has something in mind here as he goes to grab Usagi and suddenly throws her over the top rope to the outside of the ring.

Persephone: OH NOS! SHE IS GOING TO BE COUNTED OUT! WAIT NO! TLA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!

Rich Russillo: TLA isn’t interested in winning this match by countout as he goes to the outside of the ring to follow Usagi Senshi! TLA grabs the arm of Usagi and slams it hard into the turnbuckle pole on the outside! Usagi yells out in pain as she collapses onto the mat. TLA runs off the steel steps and connects with a Shooting Star Press onto Usagi on the outside! Usagi is in a bad way as TLA tosses her back into the ring and goes for the cover!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

James Peters: But Usagi Senshi kicks out yet again! TLA having trouble putting Usagi away who is showing a lot of resilience in this match. Usagi rolls out of the ring where Ayu Megumi comforts her trying to will her back into this thing as TLA waits for a moment before rolling to the outside of the ring and slowly pacing around it. TLA stalking Usagi now as she gets back up to her feet. Usagi turns around and TLA applies the Mandible Claw on Usagi! No! Usagi manages to block the hand from entering her mouth and instead forces TLA’s hand into the apron! TLA punches the apron painfully as his hand hits directly into the hardest part of the ring! Usagi throws TLA back into the ring as she climbs up to the top rope! Usagi off the top with a Flying Moonsault!

Rich Russillo: But TLA moves out of the way! Usagi Senshi lands on her feet! TLA turns around and Usagi leaps off the ropes… she springboards off the ropes and hits TLA in the skull with the Time Deficiency! TLA drops with a thud on the mat and this could be the end for La Pantera Sexual! Usagi unable to capitalize however! She collapses in the ring away from TLA and attempts to crawl to the cover! But she is taking too much time! TLA might have lost the match but Usagi unable to make it for the pin! Usagi crawling across the ring and manages to get an arm over the chest of TLA! Could this be it?!?!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-

James Peters: But TLA kicks out just in time! The match continues! Usagi Senshi is unable to put TLA away! Usagi sighs as she rolls off TLA wondering what it is going to take to end this match. She is tired as she slowly pulls herself back up. Usagi yanks TLA back up and hooks the arms. Usagi going for a Double Underhook Facebuster here! But TLA with the back toss flips Usagi up and over causing her to land on her back. The effort behind the counter causes TLA to collapse to the mat as both competitors are down once again!

Persephone: Normally I would not say this… but maybe the match should end to check on their safety?

Rich Russillo: But both competitors are still in this! TLA and Usagi Senshi pulling themselves up in the ring! They fight back and forth with right and left hands trying to fight for control in this contest! TLA! USAGI! TLA! USAGI! TLA! USAGI! USAGI! USAGI! USAGI manages to gain control bashing TLA back across the ring into the ropes. Usagi whips TLA across the ring as he comes back on the rebound and goes flying into the air off the Back Body Drop! Usagi is rolling now as TLA slowly gets back up and she is measuring him! Usagi looking to put TLA away! Usagi measuring TLA as he slowly gets back to his feet and turns around! FATALITY INCOMING!!!!!!?-

James Peters: NO! TLA moves out of the way! TLA with a Running Dropkick to the back of Usagi sending her flying forward into the ropes! Usagi lands on the middle rope as TLA runs the ropes and swings around kicking Usagi in the face with the 305!!! TLA showing that luv to Miami here tonight! Usagi staggers back up to her feet as TLA leaps off the top rope into the ring landing on top of the shoulders of Usagi and whipping her around with a Dragonrana! Persephone: No! It can’t be over so quickly?!!???!?

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Rich Russillo: TLA kicks out! That was a close call! If I was the EAW Tag Team Champions I would be watching this match with concern right now seeing what the Ice Aces are capable of in this ring! They have gotta be clutching their tag gold real tightly right about now!

James Peters: Both wrestlers back up and what the….

Rich Russillo: USAGI SENSHI OUT OF NOWHERE WITH THE FATALITY!!!

James Peters: NO! Usagi Senshi missed! Usagi whirls around wildly as TLA kicks her in the gut and pulls her in!

(DING! DING! DING!)

Bella Braxton: Here is your winner… T!!!!!!!!! L!!!!!!!! A!!!!!!!!

(“Ambitionz az a Ridah” by Tupac hits as the crowd cheers loudly and TLA has his arm raised in victory by the referee. Ayu Megumi is shown sliding back into the ring to check on the fallen Usagi Senshi.)

James Peters: Big win here tonight for TLA as he is rolling heading into King of Elite!!

Rich Russillo: Usagi Senshi put up a tremendous effort but in the end the veteran TLA was able to find a way to outmaneuver her and score another big win tonight on Voltage.

(TLA is shown shaking the hand of Usagi Senshi in the ring after she was helped up by Ayu Megumi in the ring as the crowd cheers.)

James Peters: Great show of respect from these competitors here tonight. You gotta love to see it.

Persephone: She should low blow him! Show him he didn’t deserve to win this match!

Rich Russillo: Come on now Usagi would never do that. This isn’t Drake King that was TLA’s opponent last week. Usagi has class and honor!

Persephone: What a great company representative. 😃

(The camera fades to a commercial for Ant-Man: Quantumania starring Jake Smith who didn’t even have to use a suit to enter the quantum realm.)

(The camera returns to ringside, and the ring has been set up for a contract signing which causes the fans to cheer. James Peters is standing inside of the ring with a microphone in his hand, and inside of the ring with him is a table with a chair on both sides. On top of the table is a match contract, and there’s a pen and a microphone on both sides of it. After a few seconds the crowd begins to quiet down, and this allows James Peters to begin speaking.)

James Peters: Ladies and gentlemen… Welcome to the contract signing for the Universal Women’s Championship match at King of Elite!

(The crowd cheers once more, as it’s clear the fans are extremely excited for the upcoming contract signing.)

James Peters: This Universal Women’s Championship match has become very personal in a short amount of time, and I’m sure all of you are extremely excited to see what they bring to the table once the time comes. After all these are two of the very best this entire company has to offer, let alone the women’s division. Dr. Bethany Blue won last year’s Empress of Elite tournament and waited for the right time to cash in, meanwhile Sienna Jade made a shocking return at Territorial Invasion and successfully capitalized, winning the Universal Women’s Championship at Justified Reckoning! With that being said I believe it’s time to get these two women out here, starting with the challenger!

(There’s a more mixed reaction as James continues.)

James Peters: Introducing first.. She’s a former Interwire Champion, Specialists Champion, Unified Tag Team Champions and 2022’s Empress of Elite winner, who is finally cashing in at this year’s King of Elite! Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome-

(‘Somebody Get Me A Doctor’s by Van Halen hits before James could even finish speaking, and Dr. Bethany Blue immediately begins walking out. After everything that’s happened in the past few weeks it’s clear that she isn’t in a great mood, and from the looks of it she wants to hurry and get this over with.)

Persephone: She must be excited for this contract signing. She didn’t even let James finish speaking!

Rich Russillo: I actually think it’s the opposite. I don’t know if she’ll even be able to look at Sienna Jade without feeling the urge to start a fight, so I’m sure she just wants to wrap this all up as soon as she can so the only thing on her mind will be King of Elite.

(Dr. Bethany Blue enters the ring, taking a seat before picking up the contract. In surprising fashion, she immediately picks up a pen before signing it, not waiting at all as usually seen in contract signings. This causes the fans to cheer in excitement, and after she puts the pen and contract down, she picks up a microphone.)

Dr. Bethany Blue: Alright let’s just move this along because it’s quite safe to say that me and Sienna have done just about enough talking over the past few weeks. I made a promise to Sienna last week that she made the biggest mistake she could possibly make by making things as personal as she has. I’ve held my own and I’ve shown restraint when I usually don’t do that. I could have done something just as worse last week in her home but I didn’t, because that does nothing in the long term, and my long term goal is taking that Universal Women’s Championship away from Sienna and watch her world crumble around her. Let’s just bring Sienna out here already and make the last night of her reign official shall we?

(This surprises the fans, but after a few seconds ‘Unf**kwithable’ by Deez Nuts hits, causing loud boos from the Voltage crowd. Sienna Jade would walk out with her Universal Women’s Championship, but she’s actually holding a microphone of her own, seemingly not waiting to get inside of the ring to have the opportunity to speak.)

Sienna Jade: I’m really not sure why you’re in such a rush to get this over with and fumble a World Championship match and lose your second title match in a row. You’d think that people would wanna cherish every day they have left without the humiliation of defeat, but I don’t mind skipping all the theatrics and introductions just this once. It’s not like the end result changes, anyway. It’s obvious how this ends and it’s not with your hand raised, nor is it with you holding my Championship. This ends with you being forced to leave King of Elite empty handed, completely wasting the Empress of Elite win you waited an entire year to actually do something with. I’m fine with skipping the introductions Bethany, because I don’t need James to list my many accomplishments for people to remember who I am. In fact, the only one that doesn’t seem to understand what I’m capable of is you.

(Sienna Jade walks up the steel steps before entering the ring. She walks over to her chair but she doesn’t take a seat just yet, instead staring at Dr. Bethany Blue as she continues to speak.)

Sienna Jade: You don’t have what it takes to defeat me. I’d hope you were listening to everything I said back on Dynasty, but you must not have heard a word if you’re sitting here right now asking me to sign that contract. When I make this match official there’s not gonna be any running away from this. You’re not gonna have a choice but to accept the embarrassment that’s coming your way, and I don’t get why someone would be dumb enough to do this knowing that they just can’t come out of a match like this on top. Seriously, you’d be better off tending to your father than actually showing up at King of Elite. I’m sure he could use your support right now, unless you want your next visit to be in a hospital bed right next to his.

Dr. Bethany Blue: Just sign the contract.

Sienna Jade: Wow. You really don’t get it, do you?

Dr. Bethany Blue: You really went on about not having time to list your accomplishments, but you’re just going to stand there and pretend I haven’t made one of the biggest impacts throughout my career? Let me just remind you of who you’re stepping in the ring with, not the other way around. I’m the woman who captured the Interwire Championship after only a few months of being on the roster. I’m the woman who started out her rookie season almost unbeatable, I’m the woman who has accomplished everything there really is to accomplish both outside the ring and inside of it, and the only thing missing from that is the World Championship that has eluded me for a long time. Interwire, Specialists, Tag, Empress of Elite, I’ve done it all and that Championship is the next thing on my agenda as I reach closer and closer to the pinnacle of this business when in the beginning I wasn’t given a chance because of my profession and not belonging here. When talking about not beating a competitor like yourself, it’s the opposite way around.

(Sienna begins to fake yawn.)

Dr. Bethany Blue: Attacking my father people would think I would let this opportunity slip up, but you haven’t gotten in my head the way you think you have Sienna. I’m sure you thought you were funny with what you said on Dynasty about “tying up loose ends”, but after King of Elite is done and over with, that attack is going to be the last thing on your mind. Not only am I going to take the Universal Women’s Championship away from you, but I’m going to make sure you never, ever forget what I’m going to do to you and make sure you regret that you ever came back to EAW let alone everything you have done since. Everything is going to crumble around you and you’re going to wonder where it all went so wrong when it was supposed to be so easy and then, you’re going to quit again and wallow in self regret and be too ashamed to show up again. I’m going to do more than take your title, I’m going to do EAW and everybody else a favor which is rid this place of your ugly face once and for all.

Sienna Jade: Oh is that right?

Dr. Bethany Blue: If you wanna go right now, we don’t have to wait.

Sienna Jade: You really think it’d be smart to fight me right now? I’m not sure who you think I am but let me remind you that what I did to your father was barely even scratching the surface of what I can do.

Dr. Bethany Blue: You can say that as many times as you’d like, I don’t care. If after all this time you’re still planning to walk into King of Elite with your head held high and without any idea of what *I* can do, it shouldn’t come as a surprise when the “Sienna Jade full time run” comes to a tragic end. I already knew that I could beat you when I showed up back at the Christmas show, but after what you did a few weeks ago? The result of the match isn’t what you should be worried about. You should be worried about whether or not you’ll ever be able to wrestle again afterwards.

Sienna Jade: You’re not scary, I just hope you know that. If you had the guts to do anything meaningful, my home wouldn’t be in perfect condition. My career isn’t ending anytime soon, and when it does end it’s definitely not because you forced me into retirement. You showed up at the Christmas show because you were cocky. You got arrogant and decided that I was the person that’d get you to the Universal Women’s Championship, and now you look stupid because of it. Coming after my title is the worst mistake you could make. Your old friend Sheridan learned that a week after Madison Kaline did. I was told when I returned that I wasn’t in my prime, that this was just going to be another “failed return”, that I wasn’t going to find the success I had in my prime, and then in my third match back I took this title from Harper Lee and proved every single one of those claims wrong. This is just going to be another day for me Bethany, so you know what?

(Sienna Jade puts the microphone down for a second, before taking the contract and the other pen, finally signing the contract. This causes extremely loud cheers from the fans as this means that the Universal Women’s Championship match is now official.)

Sienna Jade: There you go. You want the match so bad? You got it.

(Both women get out of their seats with the contract signing finished, staring directly at each other as the fans cheer as loud as they can.)

Rich Russillo: Well there we have it! The match is now official as Sienna Jade and Dr. Bethany Blue face off for the Universal Women’s Championship at King of Elite! This is surely one of the most anticipated matches at the event, which is saying a lot knowing just how stacked this show really is! These two managed to make things very personal very quickly, and I for one can’t wait to see what happens when they face off!

Persephone: Me too.. It should definitely be a great match. 😄

Rich Russillo: I’m not too sure how this could end, either. Both Elitists are beyond talent and they’ve accomplished all that they have for good reason. It could really go either way, which is exactly why this is such an exciting match. It’s completely unpredictable. The only thing we know for sure is that they’re going to tear each other apart.

(James Peters exits the ring with the signing over, making his way back to the commentary table. In the meantime Sienna Jade picks up her microphone, beginning to speak once more.)

Sienna Jade: You really shouldn’t have signed that contract, but it’s your funeral. By the time King of Elite is over, your father’s gonna realize he got off easy compared to you-

Rich Russillo: OH! IT LOOKS LIKE DR. BETHANY BLUE HAS HAD IT WITH SIENNA BRINGING UP HER FATHER, AS SHE JUST GRABBED SIENNA BY THE HEAD BEFORE SLAMMING HER FACE INTO THE TABLE! Sienna stumbles away, AND NOW DR. BETHANY BLUE USES THE OPPORTUNITY TO RUSH AFTER HER, BEGINNING TO ATTACK JUST ONE WEEK BEFORE THEIR MATCH AT KING OF ELITE!

James Peters: Oh man.. I had a feeling something like this would happen while I was in the ring! I was surprised that those two hadn’t gotten into a fight, but I guess it was only a matter of time! Dr. Bethany Blue has Sienna in the corner and is just stomping away at her! There’s not much Sienna can do right now as she might just have to eat her words!

Rich Russillo: Sienna Jade pushes Dr. Bethany Blue’s leg away before quickly getting back up, BUT BETHANY RETALIATES WITH A RIGHT HAND- THAT’S DUCKED BY SIENNA AS THE CHAMPION HITS BETHANY WITH A RIGHT HAND OF HER OWN! SIENNA NOW BEGINNING TO PUNCH AWAY AT THE CHALLENGER AS BETHANY TRIED RETALIATING WITH PUNCHES TO THE SIDE, AND THINGS HAVE COMPLETELY BLOWN UP HERE AS THIS CONTRACT SIGNING HAS SPILLED INTO CHAOS!

James Peters: BETHANY SENDS SIENNA BACK FIRST INTO THE TURNBUCKLES, BUT SIENNA KNOCKS BETHANY BACK WITH A FOREARM BEFORE GRABBING HER, SMASHING THE CHALLENGER’S FACE INTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Dr. Bethany Blue stumbles away, BUT SHE QUICKLY GOES AFTER SIENNA AGAIN, LOOKING TO DROP HER WITH THE REMEDY!!!!

Rich Russillo: SIENNA DOESN’T LET IT HAPPEN THOUGH, GRABBING ONE OF BETHANY’S ARMS FROM BEHIND BEFORE SPINNING HER AROUND! WITCHES HAMMER!!!!!

James Peters: IT CONNECTS, BUT SIENNA QUICKLY PULLS BETHANY INTO A FRONT FACELOCK BEFORE SHE COULD EVEN FALL!!! Sienna Jade turning back first to the table… OH NO! SIENNA LIFTS BETHANY UP, BEFORE PUTTING HER THROUGH THE TABLE WITH RDG!!!!!!

(There’s loud boos from the crowd as Sienna Jade uses the ropes to pull herself up, grabbing the Universal Women’s Championship.)

James Peters: I think if there was any contract signing we should’ve known would fall apart, it’s this one! These two were never going to remain peaceful!

Rich Russillo: Yeah, I think you’re right about that. Sienna Jade just put Dr. Bethany Blue through that table, and it looks like Bethany is out cold!

James Peters: This is going to be the match to watch at King of Elite. There’s really no telling how this one ends!

(Sienna Jade slowly walks over to Dr. Bethany Blue, before stepping on the challenger’s face. After this Sienna Jade raises her Universal Women’s Championship, all while standing on Dr. Bethany Blue. From there, Voltage fades to black.)

(EAW logo buzzes.)
