(Showdown opens up with a recap of last week’s show. Team Wargames give an opening speech promising that they will do whatever they can to come out of Territorial Invasion with the victory. Kasai is able to defeat Mattias Burke. Kasai and Nikki Kimura get added to the Divide and Conquer Match alongside Lucas Johnson and Johnny Andrews. PJ Hendrx defeats Delilah Rose, and Kelton tries attacking him after the match but PJ is able to turn it around and take Jon Kelton down. Pandora promises that she will take the Specialists Championship away from Milli. Halsey Neel is victorious against Solomon Stane and Miku Sakai. Jon Kelton doubles down on saying that he deserves to be National Elite Champion and PJ will come to the conclusion that he bit off more than he could chew. Ashlynn Quinn and Veena Adams defeat ARIA and Usagi Senshi after Veena pulls Usagi on the way and ARIA accidentally hits her with her finisher. After the match, Veena leaves all by herself without Ashlynn and Usagi ends up pushing ARIA down to the ground in anger, as Daryl rushes out quickly to help calm them down and assure them it was an accident as ARIA and Usagi end up giving each other a hug in the end. Madison tries to talk with Kennedy about her match at Territorial Invasion and how she got screwed in her match with Pandora last week, but she is stopped by AJAX saying Kennedy was busy and after a while, Madison gives up and leaves. Daryl Kinkade is able to win against Johnny Andrews, and after the match, the Off-Brand Amphetamines come rushing down and chase Johnny after what he did last week to them. Kennedy finally sits Lucas down and tells him his Unique Opportunity, that if he listens and achieves the orders Kennedy gives to him, he will be rewarded, her first order being that he or anyone from Showdown wins the Divide and Conquer match. Daryl and Princess Candice butt heads about the Captain debacle again and Daryl promises Candice that if she beats Cameron and Ms. Extreme on Voltage, she can be captain. And finally, in the main event, Theron Nikolas defeats Donovan Duke and Scott Diamond but Scott is able to stand tall and take down Theron and Donovan after the match.)
(The recap ends, and it is replaced with the song “Brick Wall” by a Day to Remember, as the camera pans around the inside of the Gliwice Arena in Gliwice, Poland. Blue fireworks are shooting out of the stage and a very excited crowd can be shown on their feet. The camera ends up panning over to the commentary table with Deadprez, Eve and Gavin Kirkland as the commentators.)
Eve: Welcome everybody…TO SATURDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN!!!

Eve: Right, as my commentator partner has said, Territorial Invasion is just next week and everyone is up in arms here for Showdown, all of us are confident that it is going to be an amazing show but tonight we have a stacked show for all of you with various matches!
Deadprez: We have various Divide and Conquer Previews as Nikki Kimura goes against Johnny Andrews, Lucas Johnson fights against Madison Kaline and Delilah Rose faces off against Korey Gaines.
Eve: We also have Showdown vs Voltage matches as ARIA goes against Voltage’s Mei Sasaki and in the main event, the Empress of Elite Serenity faces off against Voltage’s Sierra Everett.
Gavin Kirkland: LET’S NOT WASTE ANYMORE TIME! WE ARE OPENING UP WITH A MESSAGE FROM TEAM BRAND WARFARE, LET’S GET RIGHT ON WITH THE SHOW!
( Kamikaze screams through the speakers, and the fans inside of the Gliwice Arena… Cheer? This can’t be right, Daryl Kinkade having fans? Wait, nevermind, it’s because the captain of Showdown’s Brand Warfare team has walked out alongside his teammates ahead of Territorial Invasion! Scott Diamond, Candice Blair Ava and of course, ARIA and Usagi Senshi of the Ice Aces, they’re all here! These are the five people who’ll represent Showdown in one week’s time from now in Poland’s neighboring country, Germany. Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen cross-brand matches take place — Dynasty against Voltage, Voltage against Showdown, it’s been a wild time to be a fan of Elite Answers Wrestling and it’s all to build-up to one of the biggest shows of the season next week, Territorial Invasion. Kinkade, Diamond, Blair and the Ice Aces make their way down to the ring — meaning we cut to the commentator’s desk. )
Deadprez: These five individuals have had their issues in the past, but it looks like things have cleared up in time for Territorial Invasion – great timing! Daryl Kinkade leads the Brand Warfare team out to kick-off Showdown. It’ll be a tough challenge considering the strength of Dynasty and Voltage’s respective teams – but I’m confident with the experience of Daryl and Scott, the unified teamwork of ARIA and Usagi and the.. Positivity and elegance which Candice provides, Showdown have an amazing chance of leaving Germany as the Brand Warfare winners!
Eve: I couldn’t agree more with that sentiment, Deadprez! Over these last couple of weeks we’ve seen some cross-brand matches take place across Dynasty, Showdown and Voltage and I’d argue our little brand fared well as we were baptized in fire! With Territorial Invasion around the corner, all that we were missing was cohesiveness – but going off what we’re seeing right now that little issue seems to have cleared itself up! Unless something extraordinary happens at the Allianz Arena next weekend, just maybe – we can believe Showdown will pick-up the win.
Gavin Kirkland: Let’s spoil this little fantasy before they get to the ring, shall we? Scott Diamond is a notorious backstabber, the Ice Aces are having their own problems which I’m certain will flare-up during Brand Warfare, and Candice and Daryl can’t even get on the same page regarding who the true captain of this team is! Look, I’m not saying we’re screwed – I acknowledge things aren’t pretty-as-roses on Voltage or Dynasty’s teams, either. But just because they’re walking out together, doesn’t mean all these long-established problems have magically fixed themselves. Let’s hear what they have to say before jumping the gun!
( Gavin’s negativity doesn’t undo the good vibes in Poland tonight. We’re at the beginning of the show and the European crowd are here to have a good time! One-by-one, the members of Showdown’s Brand Warfare team get in the ring. Daryl Kinkade gestures for a microphone from a ringside attendant – as both his entrance theme and the crowd begin to simmer. Once silence hits the arena, Daryl raises the microphone to his lips and begins to address the audience. )
Daryl Kinkade: Well, I’ve got to admit, I like the change of pace, Poland! Being cheered for once does wonders for the old ego. But I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact I’ve walked out alongside the members of my team – of Showdown’s team, for Territorial Invasion. When I became team captain, when I was tasked with putting together a team to compete with Dynasty and Voltage respectively, I knew that it wouldn’t be plain sailing. We’ve had some.. Problems. It hasn’t been the easiest of challenges. But, with Territorial Invasion in just seven days, I think we’ve nipped all of these little issues in the bud, and I think we have an excellent chance of winning Brand Warfare and bringing brand supremacy back to Saturday nights.
Daryl Kinkade: People doubted my abilities. They doubted my skills, and they wondered and criticized the decision to make me Showdown’s team captain. But, then I wrangled in a beast in the form of Scott Diamond. I got two of the fastest, most deadly women in the business today in the form of ARIA and Usagi Senshi – and I also picked up an Ava sister in Candice Blair. Candice and I.. Had disagreements pertaining to Showdown’s leadership. Like Cameron, like Ms. Extreme, she too wanted to be the captain of Showdown. But, after the showing she had on Voltage and after we spoke about the victories I’ve chalked-up this season.. I think that we can all agree her ideas just weren’t the right fit, nor vision, for what ideals a captain should have.
( Daryl Kinkade makes a point of singling out Candice – and her loss last week on Voltage. The camera fixes in on the blonde, whose eyes look to the floor and a faint pout begins to illustrate itself on her glossy pink lips. Daryl snickers, rolling head along his neck, continuing soon after. )
Daryl Kinkade: A captain should be selfless. A captain should put their own feelings aside in order to make their team stronger. A captain should have championship experience and know what it feels like at the tip-top of the card and Candice, love, that’s simply not you. Maybe it will be in the future – maybe you’ll live up to the legacies your sisters have curated. But right now I think that we can all agree, I’ve done a cracker of a job. I’ve read the comments, the cohesion, how we all compliment one-anothers styles. But truth be told, Candice, I can cut you some slack because you’re not the only hen in the coop I’ve been stressed about if you know what I mean.
Daryl Kinkade: Because, ARIA and Usagi, things haven’t exactly been crystal clear in the Ice Aces either. I’ve seen the squabbling, I’ve seen the in-fighting, and truth be told, I’m more worried about that situation blowing up inside of Brand Warfare, than I am regarding Candice maybe stabbing me and this team in the back for her own personal gain. I’m concerned, concerned that the problems which have arised in recent months will come back with a bite at Territorial Invasion. I picked the two of you for your talents – what you bring in the ring. But I need to know right now, as do the rest of the team – is this going to be an issue next week?
( Attention turns over to the duo of ARIA and Usagi, two-thirds of the Ice Aces group who have been a constant in the promotion for a long time, now. Issues have arisen in recent weeks. But, ARIA is quick to take the microphone from Daryl and she’s oh-so keen to voice her response. )
ARIA: You’re right to have concerns, Daryl, the two of us know things haven’t been peachy in recent weeks – months even. So I can’t blame you for pulling us up and wanting assurances. But that’s what I – we, can give you. Usagi and I, we’re on the same page. The Ice Aces? We’re totally, utterly fine. Just squabbles, just things that any-and-every team goes through from time-to-time but ultimately, we’re a sisterhood. We’re in this to win this, we’re not looking to cause issues or do anything to put Showdown’s position at Territorial Invasion in jeopardy. We’re really excited to be on the team, we’ll stop at nothing to help you all get the win.
Usagi Senshi: What ARIA says is the truth. Yes, we’ve had our problems and I’m not going to be the one to deny that. But, as far as I am aware, those problems are solved. She and I, we’re both just focused on Brand Warfare. We’ve put whatever issues we have with each other, or with Ayu, or as a trio as a whole, on the backburner. There’s an agreement in place, we’ve solved the squabbling and we’re all on the same page. Like she said, we’re sisters, we’ve worked with each other for so long and had a lot of success – we want to continue the good times and help contribute to Showdown this season and help win Brand Warfare.
( Daryl takes a couple of moments.. Nodding to himself. The answer seems satisfactory enough. His eyes scan from The Ice Aces.. Back to Candice Blair.. And then to the former two-time Answers World Champion, Scott Diamond. Daryl smirks, raising the microphone after he takes it back from Usagi as the crowd cheers for the Hall of Fame talent. )
Daryl Kinkade: I’ve put out fires with Candice.. I’ve put out fires with the Ice Aces.. But the biggest enigma in this team is you, Scott. You’re impressive, you’re a risk-taker, and I took a risk when I asked you to be a part of Showdown’s team for Brand Warfare. I know what you bring to the table as do these people – your power, your resilience, your explosiveness. It’s something which neither Dynasty nor Voltage possess. We’ve seen it across the last season, as well as the beginning of this one – it could even be argued this is a step down for you, Scott.
Daryl Kinkade: You have a reputation – a reputation of re-writing the script. Taking the law into your own hands, I called you an enigma because you’re unpredictable. Now, truth be told, I don’t trust you. I don’t think ARIA, or Candice, or Usagi do either. We know at any moment you could grow bored, or you could decide to do something which would hinder us.. But, for one night, I believe you can suppress those inner demons. I believe, that you can put aside your ego and your status of being unpredictable and raising hell – to fight alongside me, alongside the Ice Aces and alongside Candice, in the name of having a common goal.
( Kinkade extends his hand. Scott looks down at it, and then out to the sea of Polish fans who begin to crescendo. Tension rises in the building.. Rising.. Scott extends his arm and shakes Daryl’s hand, leaning in and speaking into the microphone. )
Scott Diamond: I don’t see that being a problem, Daryl, we can certainly work together.
Daryl Kinkade: Well, that’s just brilliant. We’re unified. We’re all on the same page. We have a destroyer of worlds in the form of Scott Diamond. We have a tenacious, speedy and technical tandem in ARIA and Usagi and of course.. We have Candice Blair – too. Then there’s me. The spokesperson. The brains behind the operation and the captain of Showdown’s team, too. So this is proof, this is a message – we’re all on the same page and we all have one goal in mind in relation to next week’s show – winning by any means necessary and bringing the Brand Warfare title back to Showdown. So heed this warning, Voltage. Take note, Dynasty. Because at Territorial Invasion in seven days time, Showdown aren’t coming to compete, but to win the entire thing and you’ll have to be on top, top form to stop that from happening.
( Daryl is passionate, the crowd here in Poland are eating it up! Showdown’s Brand Warfare team are all finally on the same page after weeks of in-fighting, and this can only be a huge positive for the blue brand as they go toe-to-toe with Dynasty and Voltage. Daryl takes turns raising the arms of his team mates, the man and women he’ll lead into battle, before the five individuals begin celebrating and encouraging the crowd to make some noise. This is where we leave things for now, with the cameras transitioning into our first commercial break. )
(As Showdown returns from commercial break, ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ by Kanye West plays as the crowd goes berserk. Johnny Andrews comes out to a roaring crowd, who want to see him back in action. He high fives some people as he walks down the entrance ramp and into the ring.)
Gina Romano: THIS OPENING MATCH OF SHOWDOWN IS SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL WITH A TWENTY MINUTE TIME LIMIT! INTRODUCING FIRST, THE FACE OF ELITE, JOHNNY ANDREWS!
(‘Vroom’ by Hoodie Allen & Connor Price plays as Nikki Kimura comes out to a fairly loud crowd as well. She does the same thing as Johnny, high fiving some people as she walks down the entrance ramp. Entering the ring, Nikki eyes Johnny down.)
Gina Romano: AND HIS OPPONENT, THE ANCHOR, NIKKI KIMURA!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Eve: And so we begin the match now! Both of these competitors have very different styles here tonight, and the matchup of fast-paced offense versus striking and calculated offense is going to be interesting! Johnny coming into this match with a massive chip on his shoulder, and Nikki is looking to add to that even more! They circle the ring, as Johnny immediately uses his superior strength to dominate a collar-elbow lockup! He pushes her against the turnbuckle, and he lets go! Nikki has to know where she stands against somebody like Johnny! An EAW veteran like him is going to have some tricks up his sleeve!
Gavin Kirkland: Nikki circles the ring again, pissed off as she wants to make her mark in this match! Johnny is making it very hard for her to do so, though! As Nikki comes in with another attempt at locking up, Johnny sidesteps it and forces her to roll forward! She breaks her fall, and easily comes back as she tries to send a right hook, but it does seem very clear that the Face of Elite is simply too quick! He easily dodges the hook and pushes her against the ropes! She’s facing a man with something to prove as well!
Deadprez: Indeed she is, as Johnny is looking to see where she’s at in terms of her skill! He goes for a basic striking stance, and baits Nikki into attempting a side kick, which he dodges and immediately pushes her again, as he tries to just anger her! I don’t know how much it’s working in his favor, but Nikki might make some stupid decisions early on if she gets too emotional! Johnny is itching to make a move, but he has to be patient! New breeds can get intense at times, it’s the best move to let them gas out first! Johnny is using that high IQ play here!
Eve: Nikki is out here trying to throw shots just to throw them, and this might prove unfavourable for her in the long term! Her stamina might not match up to her output, and Johnny is taking advantage of this! She’s sending elbows, and one of them manages to hit Johnny and stagger him back! He knows she connected, so he’s about to enter panic mode, or take this match actually seriously now! Nikki rebounds off the rope as she attempts a clothesline, but no! Johnny goes under and takes her down with a tackle! Game-changing move from Johnny Andrews, which floors her!
Gavin Kirkland: I really do not think she expected that at all, Deadprez! Johnny has a knack for turning zero to a hundred real fast, and with all due respect, Nikki might not be ready for it! Johnny Andrews is taking his time, as he knows he’s out of practice and might need some time to get back into this groove, this match might help him do that! Nikki Kimura tries to kip up, which works as she transitions into a Pele Kick!
Deadprez: Oh my gosh, that just came out of nowhere, and Johnny staggers back! Nikki rebounds off the ropes, and sends a knee right into his face! She rebounds again, and she is absolutely aiming to connect a second time, but Johnny sidesteps it, picks her up and slams her down with a backbreaker! Devastating move from Johnny Andrews here, as she is lying on the ground! I’m hoping she can move, because that man did that so intensely! Brodie just laid her out, and he’s looking to go for the cover!

Eve: Not so fast, as Nikki manages to get up at the count of 2! Didn’t even get past the count of three, and Johnny doesn’t seem to care! She’s tougher than a lot of people, and Johnny might know that if he actually read the scouting report! Nikki gets up, and Johnny hits her with a knee to the gut! As she’s bent over, Johnny is sending hard jabs to her head, trying to put her down with ease! Nothing can stop this man now! Johnny is using his strength and quickness to his advantage right now! Pure explosiveness from this man!
Gavin Kirkland: Indeed, and he’s showing that there are levels to this, whether she likes it or not! Johnny drops down and slaps her in the face! Nikki stands up but she’s staggering and stunned! The Face of Elite wraps his arm around Nikki’s head, lifts her up and he’s going for it! BRAINBUSTER CONNECTS AS NIKKI GOES DOWN! Straight up dominance for Johnny Andrews these past few seconds! Man is absolutely going crazy here, and he’s showing that if given the chance, he can compete for a title once again! Nikki is still locked in, and he goes for a DDT, straight up spiking her head on the mat!
Deadprez: Okay, Johnny, show us what you got, and what you learned from your time off! Nikki is laid out, and Johnny grabs her as he tries to pull her into another DDT position again— BUT SHE RESISTS! How is she still resisting despite getting planted on her head! Nikki must’ve gotten those Kasai lessons, because she is not giving up despite the pain and the agony! She is looking to straight up DAWG this match out, even if it may take off a few years off her new career!
Eve: Johnny is pulling as hard as he can, but Nikki pulls back even harder and throws him over her hip with a Hip Toss! What a counter, as she turns the momentum back in her favour! The Face of Elite is proving difficult to work with on the ground though, as he tries to push her off at every given second! Nikki is using her weight and trying to go for his arm, but he has those tucked in pretty nicely! She decides to just send elbows into his face, and this might actually work!
Gavin Kirkland: It looks like it’s actually working here, as Nikki manages to put Johnny into a facelock! She’s using her submission knowledge from working with a Japanese talent in Kasai and putting it to good use! Johnny hasn’t been able to use the skies to his advantage just yet, and this might prove to be the winning factor in this match! Johnny is reaching for the ropes with every fiber of his being, but Nikki is pulling back even harder! He might have to try something else here! Wait– WHAT? Johnny slides his hands in between hers!
Deadprez: Oh, Johnny, don’t do this, Johnny, this is a risky move, man! Nikki is pulling hard, but Johnny uses this momentum, feels a slight break and pushes his entire hands and neck forward, breaking the hold with ease! Superior strength is helping him get out of tough situations! That might’ve hurt her wrist too, as she’s grabbing those pretty badly! Johnny smiles, as he tries to get up! Nikki gets up too, and Johnny gets on the top rope! Nikki does so as well! They jump off at the same time— THEY COLLIDE! That just came out of nowhere!
Eve: Indeed it did, as they are now both down on the mat! Whoever is going to get up first is going to secure the advantage in this match, and Johnny has more experience with death-defying stuff like that! He might be able to get up quicker, but Nikki is tough as hell! Nikki pulls herself up, but Johnny does so and they get up at the same time! She sends a clothesline into his chest, but Johnny rebounds and hits her with a chop! Nikki is gritting her teeth, as she begins hitting Johnny with strike after strike, pushing him back! Johnny had his turn, now its hers!
Gavin Kirkland: And she is going hard on him tonight, kicking him in the ribs over and over again! She leaps up, and puts him down with a Hurricarana! She has some speed of her own here, and that’s showing! Former top soccer player here, guys! She has some explosiveness in the tank, if not more! When it comes to athleticism, this girl is up there in the new rankings! Johnny is itching for something more here, but Nikki is not going to let him have it! She rolls over and immediately splits his head open with a Leg Drop!
Deadprez: That choice of words was indeed interesting, Gavin. Really interesting, and Nikki might want to agree with you there! Johnny is out, and Nikki decides to attempt something even crazier! She heads to the apron, before doing a flip over the ropes and landing a devastating Elbow Drop! Right into the ribs of Johnny Andrews, and she’s showing that she can outperform somebody like him when it comes to aerial activities! Brodie is actually fast as hell here, and this might mean the difference in winning or losing the match!
Eve: And she picks him up, grabbing him by the hair as he goes for a spin! He’s lifted up in the air and legs all wobbly, as he goes down with a Gotch Style Piledriver! Oh my gosh, that was a move if I’ve ever seen one! Johnny is laid out and he’s absolutely confused here! Nikki has the momentum in her hands and this might mean that she picks up the win against an EAW Veteran! One of the biggest wins in her career if she manages this, like legit! Nikki stomps her feet, as she’s waiting for her chance!
Gavin Kirkland: Johnny stands up, and he is dead to rights here, Nikki has him in her sights and she doesn’t seem to be letting up in the least bit! Nikki rushes in, trying to be quick for the Superkick, but Johnny suddenly changes pace, doing a Cartwheel as he lands a Pele Kick into her face! We haven’t seen that in a long time, and Nikki is stunned! Welcome to Elite Andrews Wrestling, Nikki Kimura! I hope you enjoy your stay here, because it’s about to get nasty for you! Johnny just sealed the deal, and he might have it right here!

Deadprez: No! Nikki kicks out again, but that was closer than we expected! Johnny is livid, and he wants the win so bad, he can taste it! Johnny is itching for another shot to do what he just did, but he decides to take this into an even simpler route! He leaps up on the Springboard, and hits her with an Enzuigir! Now she’s stumbling back! Absolute display of gymnastic ability from Johnny Andrews here, as he does not want to lose two times in a row! That is the last thing he would want in this return to the company!
Eve: Nikki gets up, but Johnny is using every trick in the book to take her down! He’s going for a rollup, but Nikki reverses and does her own! No! Johnny is able to reverse it and let go! He goes for an ankle pick, but Johnny is countered and sent to the ground as a submission is about to be applied in the form of a crossface! That doesn’t work either, as the both of them are looking at each other like they have nothing left! I don’t know about Johnny, though! Brodie might have something in the tank!
Gavin Kirkland: Nikki is looking at him and starting to want to get into a brawl here! No! Johnny pushes her off, wraps his legs around her waist and goes for a pin! Doesn’t work! She gets up and Nikki is easily able to make herself free here! Johnny goes for a Superkick! She counters, grabbing the leg as Johnny does a backflip to set himself free! None of us expected him to get this good here tonight! Nikki tries something else, as she goes for a tackle, but no! That is what Johnny wanted! Arm wrapped around, NIkki can’t do anything! FUTURE SHOCK DDT! SKULL CRACKER CONNECTS! THE COVER!

(‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ by Kanye West hits as Johnny Andrews has his hand raised. The referee puts his hand down as he walks out through the entrance ramp. The crowd cheer him on, happy for his first win back. Nikki rolls out, exiting through the crowd as they also cheer her up as it fades into an ad for Territorial Invasion.)
(Showdown came back from commercials and for some reason all of the lights in the ring were completely turned off, it seems things were being prepared for something before the lights ended up turning on as the ring canvas was covered in a carpet and there were three podiums spread across the ring, Serenity and Halsey stood behind one, Miku and Hikari were standing behind the other and Solomon and Kirk were behind the last one. Mikaela Street was in the middle of the ring with a bright smile on her face as the camera focused on her face and then she spoke up in the microphone that she had on her hand.)
Mikaela Street: Welcome everyone! I hope all of you are enjoying the show so far because right now we have something out of the normal, I am here with all of the three teams that are facing off against one another at Territorial Invasion in a Falls Count Anywhere match, and before all of they face off in a physical battle in the Marquee Event, they are going to face off in a battle of words as they will square off in a debate. Mikaela Street: Alrighty then! Let’s get right onto the questions and let’s not waste any time, my first question for everybody is, what gives you the edge in the Triple Threat Falls Count Anywhere Match? Devolution, you go first.
(The camera then panned towards Serenity who really went the extra mile for this debate. She was dressed in a suit and she was wearing fake glasses for some reason, maybe to make herself look smarter or something. Halsey was just wearing normal street clothes. Serenity pushed up her glasses and then she started talking.)
Serenity: Thank you, thank you Mikaela. What edge do we have over everybody else? It isn’t even an edge, we are the whole sword that is going to cut down the chances all of this teams have of ever winning this dang match, I mean, have you seen me and Halsey? We look like we were sculpted straight out from Michalangelo’s hands, I am an Empress of Elite, former Specialists Champion, future Universal Women’s Champion, straight up built different as you can get, and then we have Halsey here, she literally looks like one of the most beautiful and deadly women I have ever met in my life, she can surgically rearrange your back with just her hands and look amazing while doing it, we are the whole package, we are above head and shoulders of everyone that tries to go against us, Devolution literally runs this whole entire show and we are at the tippy top of this brand, if we were able to get to that point by ourselves then why is it necessary for me to ask this question? You all saw it happen with your own eyes.
Mikaela Street: IDOL-GUN?
Miku Sakai: Alright, alright, I am going to keep this brief…all of you are TRASH!
Hikari Kanno: What my partner is trying to say here is that all of you are trash, and for a good reason, do you want to know why we have the edge here? Time. Time is the most valuable thing any human has and both me and Miku ended up spending that time together, making sure to build ourselves from the ground up when we first started teaming together, we have a connection that the other two teams don’t have at all, we have been teaming far longer than these two teams had, both Serenity and Halsey just started teaming a few weeks ago and despite the Off-Brand Amphetamines teaming for quite a while, their incompetence always ends up dragging them down when the bright lights are on them, so I truly believe the edge goes to us here due to the experience that we have as a team, and we showed that already various times when we haven’t lost a step together, thank you.
Mikaela Street: Off-Brand Amphetamines?
Kirk Redwood: Alright, I am not going to screw around too much, because it is clear as day the edge that we have here, you can mock the two of us for having a lot of bad luck when it comes to regaining the tag team championships, believe me, we have heard that so many times already, and we are going to turn that weakness into a strength of sorts because the teams that we are facing in this match, most of them are out of their mind and they think they are better than anybody else, and so they will end up underestimating us, they will treat us like we don’t belong and think we are just weak, and when they least expect it, we go all out and turn the tables around just like that, we are capable of that and a lot more
Mikaela Street: I see, I see! Alright, next question, what are your strengths and what are your opponent’s weaknesses that each of you will expose? Devolution?
Halsey Neel: Let me take this one right here Serenity, I think it is clear the strengths that we have here, Serenity is going to be a future World Champ and me? Despite my rough start here in EAW and a less than desirable Season 16, I have become a lot more better, my head is in the right place at the right time, and me being in Devolution has been the best thing that has happened to my career, and when you combine what we have you get one of the strongest, most ruthless teams you will ever get, do I even have to specify what the weakness Off-Brand Amphetamines has? Their weakness might as well be everything, and IDOL-GUN, they can flaunt the talent that they have but do you all really think after so many months apart they can work together again like a cohesive machine? They are going to break apart as soon as they step in front of us.
Serenity: COOK HALSEY, TELL EM HOW IT IS! HIKARI IS GOING TO HAVE TO COPE WITH ANOTHER LOSS AGAINST ME!
Mikaela Street: IDOL-GUN?
Miku Sakai: Oh, I can answer this one so easily, right then so what do we and Hikari have as a strength? Almost everything! Did you not see the two of us dominate when we were together? In just the first couple of months we debuted, we won the tag titles at the snap of our fingers, and when we were apart I won the Specialists Championship and my girl ended up winning the Hardcore Championship as well, AND we literally have an army of simps! Like come on, are you telling me I have that kind of power and people think we are NOT going to use it? We have been unstoppable in the team division, we have been unstoppable on singles. We are 10 times better than we were a few years ago and all of these [BLEEP] think they can beat us? Off-Brand Amphetamines are the biggest jokes I have ever seen and Devolution is so far up their own ass. All of the cards put down in the table are in our support, so their best bet is playing russian roulette and shooting themselves on the head to end their misery.
Mikaela Street: Off-Brand Amphetamines?
Solomon Stane: I think this match is most favorable to us because right now, it is do or die for us, for me and Kirk, to overcome a team like IDOL-GUN, to defy a force like Devolution, you might as well call us insane right off the bat thinking that we are going to go up against them but that is the thing about us, we are always labeled as the underdogs, as the black horses of the race, we have been pretty unlucky the past few months and you can make your argument that we have been in a downward slope but this is the perfect match to turn it around for us and both me and Kirk are going to make this count, one of our greatest strengths being that we both work at our best with our backs against the wall, that happened at Battle of Egypt and we came out with the titles, and this time it won’t be any different, the weakness that the two teams have is their gigantic egos that will be their downfall.
Mikaela Street: Alright, rapid fire question, give me one reason why are you going to win, go!
Serenity: Can I just repeat what I said already? Rhetorical question, because me and Halsey have already doubled down on everything we said. But I’ll say it again, we are going to win because we are the best thing around, don’t have to say anything else.
Hikari Kanno: Well, we have actual working brains so I think I could just leave my answer there but I think me and Miku are going to win because of the chemistry that we have and the talent that we display. It isn’t a matter of if, but when.
Kirk Redwood: We are just going to beat them to a bloody pulp until they can’t move anymore, and they are a blubbering mess, couldn’t be said anymore simple.
Mikaela Street: Alright then, final question! Any final thoughts you all want to give?
Halsey Neel: Devolution will always be on top, no matter how many people go against us.
Serenity: This match is just the first step to Serenity Dos Straps, baby!

(Security then finally arrives and quickly enter the ring, and began pulling the teams apart, Serenity and Halsey start laughing with confident grins on their faces, Kirk and Solomon look at their opponents with incredibly serious expressions on their face and Hikari looks unimpressed as Miku starts swinging around the podium in anger and trying to get somebody else but she is stopped by security. The segment ends on all three teams staring down at each other before Showdown fades away to a commercial break.)

She poses with the title in the ring before holding it in the face of Pandora who gives grins back in response. She sets the Specialists Championship on the table before they both sit down. Pandora Paisley: You’re damn right because I want this match finalized on paper and there’s just a few things I wanna get drilled into Milli’s head. Since the day I first walked in this company, everybody knew it was only a matter of time before I won my first championship. Has it taken a little while longer than it should have? Sure but nothing has changed in the fact that I am one of the fastest rising stars this company has ever seen and it’s about time I not only win my first taste of championship gold, but put your pathetic Specialists Championship reign out of its misery.
Milli Banks: I find it so amusing how you talk like you’re on my level when in reality you haven’t accomplished a damn thing besides switching up who your allies are. You talk about being disappointed that you didn’t win a championship early on and I mean what can you expect when you voluntarily align yourself with Ronan Malosi? I won this championship because I’m just that damn good, and I’ve been able to hold on to this championship because…you guessed it…I’m just that damn good and you can best believe I’m not going to let you be the one who trips me up on this run whether Devolution is there to help you or not. You say that you are out here by yourself and are looking to beat me on your own but do you expect me or anybody else to truly buy that Paisley? You expect me to buy that loaf of garbage with me knowing just how desperate you are inside to become the champion? You wearing this title would simply bring it nothing but shame after all the good I have done for it in the hundred plus days I’ve been champion. I have so much more to offer to this championship in this reign and all you are going to be is just another footnote in my historic journey to becoming the greatest woman to have ever held this championship. Your desire to win the title just does not outweigh my desire to keep it. You’re not on my level, and maybe someday you will be but that time is not now because you’re running into a buzzsaw but are too blinded by your own ignorance to see that and I’m going to drill that into your head the hard way in one week’s time.
Pandora Paisley: I’m not going to sit here and let you underestimate just how badly I want to win my first championship. You talked about how I always have needed people around me…well take a look around and see that I’m all by myself so that point is completely irrelevant. I not only have something to prove to you and the locker room, but to myself that I’m championship material and you best believe dethroning you and snapping your reign in half by myself is the best way to do that and I’ll stop at nothing in order to accomplish it. Since the first day I signed my EAW contract, all I ever needed was just an opportunity but over time I had to sit back and watch others pass me by and get their moment in the sun…including you Milli who joined pretty much around the same time as me. The only reason you hold that title being in the position you are with me being the challenger looking for my first huge taste of success is because of the fact that I was injured, nothing more. You were lucky that I was out on the shelf, but in one week’s time.. your luck has run out because I put the stamp on the message to EAW that they were backing the wrong horse all along. You passed me along, and next weekend, I overtake you and take my rightful place as the new Specialists Champion.
Milli Banks: You know, you sitting here talking about how things not going your way because of your injury or people passing you by…why don’t you stop bitching and do something about it? Stop pointing fingers and looking for excuses instead of taking responsibility and facing the reality that you have underachieved since you first started here. Outside of your injury when in the ring, you haven’t proven anything but just expect shit to be handed to you. People passed you up simply because you just sat back and watched nor gave anybody a real reason to take you seriously because you’re always surrounded by people to have your back. I didn’t overtake you because of some favorable position, politics, or any other excuse you have, I overtook you because I put in the damn work and I’ve shown that throughout my time holding this title, and I’ll continue to show it after I beat you at Territorial Invasion. Everybody including yourself deep down knows that you stand no chance against me and the quicker you come to terms with that, the better off you’ll be.
Pandora Paisley: And the quicker you come to terms that the times have changed, the better off you’re going to be. All I ever wanted was an opportunity and I’m not going to waste it on a huge stage like this. You’ve had an impressive reign, but time’s up because you haven’t faced anybody like me…because there is nobody like me. I will break through next weekend, and I’m more than happy to achieve that moment at your expense by taking history away from you while making history of my own.
(Pandora slams the mic down and picks up the pen before signing the contract. After she signs it, she tosses it at the face of Milli who didn’t take too kindly to that at all. Milli takes a deep breath before picking up the contract and signing her name on the dotted line before handing it over to Heidi Huxley right next to her.)
Heidi Huxley: And there we have it as it’s now official! Pandora Paisley challenges Milli Banks at Territorial Invasion for the Specialists Championship!
Milli Banks: I hope you are ready for –
Eve: OH MY GOD!!! PANDORA JUST WHIPPED OUT PEPPER SPRAY AND SPRAYS MILLI RIGHT IN THE EYES!!!
Deadprez: Milli falls to her knees screaming in pain not able to see a thing as Pandora forms a smirk standing above her…AND THEN PANDORA RUNS OFF THE ROPES AND DELIVERS “PANDORA’S BOX!!” Pandora hits the big boot as she smiles yet again and doctors rush in trying to separate them.
(Pandora has her hands up as if she’s about to take her leave, but turns around and quickly picks the lifeless Milli up off the mat.)
Eve: PANDORA PUTS HER IN A SIDE HEADLOCK….AND THEN DRIVES MILLI HEAD FIRST THROUGH THE TABLE WITH “CAT-ASTROPHE”!!! THE HEADLOCK DRIVER THROUGH THE TABLE!!
(She squats down after grabbing the mic.)
Pandora Paisley: And I did this all on my own, love.
(She throws the mic down and stands back up admiring her work. A few security guards rush to the ring and force Pandora to back off as they check on Milli. Pandora slowly picks up the Specialists Championship off the mat and holds it high in the air as the crowd rains down the boos on her.)
Deadprez: Will this be the scene come Territorial Invasion? Will Pandora take down Milli?
Gavin Kirkland: Well meow because Pandora for sure just sent a message here tonight, and next weekend looks to make the statement that she’s truly arrived.
(Pandora stares at the Specialists title before tossing it across the chest of the lifeless Milli Banks before exiting the ring and posing up the ramp as the camera fades to black.)
(The camera returns to the ring where Gina Romano is ready to start the introduction for the next match on Showdown.)
Gina Romano: Ladies and gentlemen! This next contest is a special DIVIDE AND CONQUER PREVIEW MATCH with a TWENTY MINUTE TIME LIMIT and it is SCHEDULED FOR ONE FALL!
Crowd: ONE FALL!
(“What The Dead Men Say” by Trivium starts playing as the boos grow loud with the entrance of Delilah Rose. She doesn’t look too pleased as she heads to the ring. )
Gina Romano: Introducing first and making her way to the ring. From Sheffield, England. Weighing 130 pounds. Here is “THE FINAL BOSS” DELILAH ROSE!
Deadprez: Here comes Delilah Rose heading to the ring for singles action. She will be heading to Territorial Invasion as she is one of five ladies heading towards the Divide and Conquer match.
Gavin Kirkland: Hey there, Delilah. What’s it like on Showdown? Would you be willing to spend a little time with me after this match and we can get to know each other. I think we would be a great couple.
Eve: She would rip your head off and use it as a basketball. Delilah thought she was going to be in the Brand Warfare match, but those plans were quickly changed. Delilah still gets to show her stuff at Territorial Invasion, but tonight, she’s taking on a future opponent.
(Delilah enters the ring and she takes her corner as her entrance music fades off. Seconds later, “The World Is Mine” by The Lost Themes as Korey Gaines enters the arena to a mixed reaction from the crowd as he heads right to the ring. )
Gina Romano: Introducing her opponent! From Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Weighing in at 170 pounds! Here is “THE EXTREME” KOREY GAINES!
Eve: Here comes the opposition and since his return, Korey Gaines has been wanting to use any opportunity he can to make a big name for himself. Next week, he will team up with four others in the hopes of Dividing and Conquering.
Gavin Kirkland: Out of all the people on the opposing team to face off against the lovely Delilah Rose, why did they choose Korey Gaines? Couldn’t they have chosen somebody less creepy?
Deadprez: That’s amusing coming from you, but even though Korey Gaines hasn’t had the best of luck this season thus far, all it takes is one victory to get things turned around. Could that win come tonight? We’re about to find out.
(Korey enters the ring and takes his corner as his entrance music fades off. The referee checks both competitors before calling for the bell. )
(DING! DING! DING!)
Deadprez: Here we go! Singles action on tap as we get a Divide and Conquer preview match. This match is also an interbranded contest as Delilah represents Showdown and Korey represents Voltage.
Gavin Kirkland: I already know how this match is going to end. Showdown is going to win another match because WE WRESTLE AND WE ARE SO AWESOME!
Eve: Thank you for the vote of confidence, Gavin. Now we see Delilah and Korey locking up in the center of the ring. Korey attempts the side headlock BUT DELILAH DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY!
Deadprez: Rose is behind Korey AND SHE POPS HIM IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH A FOREARM! Korey didn’t like that one bit AND HE THROWS A RIGHT HAND THAT ROSE AVOIDS!
Eve: Rose gets out of the way of the punch and SHE PICKS GAINES UP AND SLAMS HIM DOWN TO THE MAT! Power being shown early on in this match by Delilah. Delilah is strictly business in this match.
Gavin Kirkland: Of course Delilah is powerful. Then again Gaines only weighs about 125 pounds soaking wet with bricks in his pockets. I don’t think he stands a chance against Delilah.
Eve: Rose does have the advantage early on and she puts the boots to Gaines. Gaines is trying to get away and he finally makes it to the ropes. Now he is on the apron trying to get a breather from the early assault by Delilah.
Gavin Kirkland: The match has barely started and he is already backpedaling. He might be able to get away with that crap on Voltage, but this is SHOWDOWN! NO BREAK ON SHOWDOWN! Especially now with Delilah coming over AND GRABBING GAINES BY THE NECK AND BRINGS HIM BACK IN THE RING–
Deadprez: GAINES LANDS ON HIS FEET! Gaines hits the ropes before coming back and ducking the clothesline from Rose. Gaines hits the ropes again and comes back once more AND THIS TIME HE TAKES ROSE DOWN WITH A HEADSCISSOR TAKEOVER!
Eve: Rose sent for the ride and GAINES FOLLOWS UP WITH A BULLDOG THAT SENDS ROSE FACE FIRST TO THE CANVAS! Gaines is building up some momentum early on in this match.
Deadprez: Gaines hits the ropes one more time AND THIS TIME HE HITS THE BASEBALL SLIDE DROPKICK THAT TAKES ROSE UNDER THE ROPES AND DOWN TO THE FLOOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!
Gavin Kirkland: Come on, Delilah! Show this weirdo what Showdown is all about. Don’t let him get away with all that, my darling. MAKE HIM PAY!!
Eve: Of course you’re going there. Delilah is trying to get back to her feet as GAINES IS GOING FULL SPEED IN THE RING BEFORE DIVING THROUGH THE ROPES AND TAKING DELILAH BACK DOWN!
Deadprez: Gotta give Gaines some credit with taking it to Delilah early on in this match. That’s what he needs to do and stay doing that if he wants to win this match. Now he picks Rose back up AND WHIPS HER TO THE RING STEPS–
Eve: DELILAH MANAGES TO REVERSE THE IRISH WHIP AND SENDS GAINES BACK FIRST INTO THE STEEL STEPS! KOREY’S HEAD JUST BARELY CAUGHT THE STEPS ON IMPACT!
Gavin Kirkland: The lovely Delilah Rose is so vicious and seeing her cause so much pain to Korey is so exciting. Beautiful and dangerous. I love the ladies of Showdown! WOOOOOOOO!
Eve: You are absolutely disgusting right now! Just stay focused on the match if you can. Even after landing hard after the suicide dive, Rose is back in control as she picks up Gaines and rolls him back into the ring.
Gavin Kirkland: Delilah quickly rolls back into the ring as Korey is getting back to his feet. Rose locks him up AND TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A SNAP SUPLEX! This Delilah Rose is technically sound and finds such a thrill in causing pain to her opponents. You know what! I could watch Delilah do anything in the ring.
Deadprez: You say that about all the ladies who are in the ring. You need some serious help, dawg. But Deliliah grabs Korey’s leg AND TURNS HIM AROUND INTO THE SINGLE BOSTON CRAB! FIRST SUBMISSION OF THE MATCH!!
Eve: If Rose has her way, then this could be the last submission. Korey is going towards the ropes, BUT DELILAH STEPS FURTHER BACK TO CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO KOREY’S BACK!
Deadprez: Gaines needs to think of a way to get out of the submission because the longer that Gaines is in the move, the more damage his back takes and more of his arsenal away from him.
Gavin Kirkland: So what’s your point? THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT! Break his back and completely take him out of the match. Make things easier for one of our SHOWDOWN competitors to win Divide and Conquer.
Eve: LOOK AT GAINES! HE MANAGES TO ROLL THROUGH! GAINES USES HIS FREE LEG TO KICK DELILAH IN THE FACE AND SHE RELEASES THE HOLD! The force of the kick sends Delilah back to the ropes.
Deadprez: Delilah comes back AND KOREY SPRINGS UP AND TAKES DELILAH DOWN WITH A MONKEY FLIP AND HE ROLLS THROUGH WITH THE FLIP! KOREY IS ON DELILAH AND HE IS THROWING THOSE LEFTS AND RIGHTS!
Eve: The referee is admonishing Gaines to open the fists and he does when the referee starts a count. He’s back up and brings Rose back to her feet and whips her to the ropes.
Gavin Kirkland: Rose comes back AND KOREY CATCHES HER RIGHT IN THE FACE WITH THAT DROPKICK! NOT HER BEAUTIFUL FACE, YOU JERK! YOU COULD HAVE BROKEN SOMETHING OF VITAL IMPORTANCE!
Eve: You sound desperate and pathetic right now. Right now, Korey grabs Delilah’s legs and walks her over to the ropes. GAINES FALLS BACK AND USES THE SLINGSHOT TO TAKE DELILAH OVER THE TOP ROPE AND ONTO THE APRON!
Gavin Kirkland: How is he doing this? Gaines goes to grab Rose through the ropes AND DELILAH TRIES FOR A SHOULDER TACKLE THROUGH THE ROPES THAT GAINES AVOIDS… DARN IT!!
Deadprez: Gaines does grab Rose before she can get free and locks up her head. Gaines gets her positioned on the ropes BEFORE HE SPIKES HER DOWN WITH THAT ROPE HUNG NECKBREAKER!
Eve: ROSE WAS SPIKED RIGHT ON THE BACK OF HER NECK WITH THAT MOVE! Gaines sees an opening right there and pulls her away from the ropes and hooks the leg for the cover!

Deadprez: DELILAH KICKS OUT AT TWO! This has been a really competitive back thus far between these two competitors. Honestly, it’s hard to believe that this was the very first cover of the match.
Gavin Kirkland: THE HELL?? REALLY? Only the first cover? Could have fooled me. Second, STOP COMPLIMENTING THE OPPOSITION, PREZZY! He’s on Voltage and Showdown doesn’t compliment Voltage.
Eve: You’re only saying this because Delilah is on Showdown and you want a date with her. If Delilah was on Voltage, you would be complimenting her until she tells you no about that date you were never going to get.
Deadprez: Calm down, Eve. Right now, Gaines brings Rose back to her feet and whips her to the ropes. Delilah comes back AS KOREY JUMPS UP AND TAKES DELILAH DOWN WITH THE FRANKENSTEINER!
Eve: Rose taken up and over as she slowly gets back to her feet. Gaines grabs Delilah once more and whips her to the ropes once more. Delilah comes back again AND GAINES JUMPS UP FOR ANOTHER FRANKENSTEINER–
Gavin Kirkland: LOOK AT THE POWER OF THE LOVELY DELILAH! SHE CAUGHT GAINES! GAINES IS UP IN THE AIR BEFORE DELILAH DRIVES HIM DOWN WITH A POWERFUL SITOUT POWERBOMB!!
Eve: Did you see Gaines’ head bounce on impact? Good gawd that was a dangerous move right there. Gaines could be knocked out cold after that move, but Rose elects to not go for the cover. Instead he pulls Korey back to his feet and gets Gaines in the suplex position.
Gavin Kirkland: She lifts him up and has his feet on the top rope. Rose has him positioned right where she wants him before she changes her grip AND DROPS DOWN WITH THE TOWER OF LONDON! TOP ROPE CUTTER JUST SPIKED GAINES ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD!
Deadprez: Did you see the way that Gaines landed? He was spiked on his head and the force of the move just flips him forward. Holy crap! Delilah doesn’t care as she picks Gaines back up and looks to go for a slam—
Eve: HOLY CRAP! DELILAH DOES A BACKFLIP AND SPIKES KOREY DOWN AGAIN WITH A FALLAWAY MOONSAULT SLAM! ROSE KEPT HOLD OF GAINES AND HOOKS THE LEG FOR A COVER!

Deadprez: GAINES KICKS OUT AT TWO! I am not sure if Delilah was expecting this much fight from Korey, but look at him bring the fight in this match. Again I say, this is a very competitive matchup between these two competitors.
Gavin Kirkland: For the love of gawd. Nobody thought Gaines would last this long. The man is just a weirdo trying to get himself to where he once was. He needs to give it up because his fate is unavoidable. That’s because Delilah is so dominant.
Eve: That’s why you are single, Gavin. But that’s a story for another day. Right now, Rose is bringing Gaines back to his feet and he is on dream street right now. Rose lifts Gaines up as she is looking for a Michinoku Driver–
Deadprez: GAINES IS FIRING OFF ELBOWS CATCHING ROSE IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD! GAINES KEEP THOSE ELBOWS GOING UNTIL HE IS FREED! Gaines slides behind Delilah landing on his feet/.
Eve: GAINES IS FIRING KICKS TO THE BACK OF DELILAH’S LEGS! ONE AFTER THE OTHER UNTIL HER LEGS BUCKLE AND SHE FALLS TO HER KNEES!
Gavin Kirkland: That is such cheap back fighting. Wasn’t he taught manners or anything? You don’t kick a lady in the back of the leg!
Deadprez: You’re only playing high and righteous because you are enjoying having Delilah out here for competition. What are you going to do when she leaves?
Eve: Go on until the next lady comes out. But right now, Korey is not wasting a second as he is now facing Delilah AND HE JUST SUPERKICKS HER RIGHT IN THE FACE! “KICK, KICK, KICK, SUPERKICK PARTY” BY KOREY GAINES!
Deadprez: DELILAH ROSE FALLS BACK HOLDING HER FACE IN PAIN AS KOREY GAINES SCRAMBLES OVER AND FALLS FOR THE COVER! THAT COULD END THE MATCH RIGHT HERE!

Eve: Look in your damn monitor, Gavin. YOU CAN SEE THAT’S NOT BLEEDING OR ANYTHING! SO CALM YOUR ASS DOWN! Anyways, Gaines pulls Delilah back to her feet, BUT DELILAH LIFTS HIM UP OUT OF NOWHERE AND PLANTS HIM WITH THE SAITO SUPLEX!
Deadprez: Somebody hit that reset button of hers and she has found possibly her last bit of energy right there.
Eve: Rose brings Gaines back to his feet and tries to whip him to the ropes, BUT GAINES REVERSES IT AND DELILAH GOES FOR THE RIDE–
Gavin Kirkland: AND DELILAH JUMPS ONTO THE MIDDLE ROPE AS KOREY RUNS IN! DELILAH JUMPS BACK AND SHE CATCHES KOREY WITH “A SINGLE TEAR” SPRINGBOARD CUTTER SPIKES KOREY FACE FIRST INTO THE MAT! THERE WE GO!!!
Eve: Korey is on dream street right now as Delilah drags him towards the corner as she makes her way to the top rope. Delilah is done playing around and she is looking to finish the match right here and now!
Gavin Kirkland: OHHH YES! COME ON DELILAH! FIND YOUR BALANCE AND FLY TO VICTORY! YOU CAN DO THIS! BRING IT HOME FOR SHOWDOWN!
Deadprez: DELILAH COMES OFF THE TOP AND SHE HITS “FUNERAL FOR YESTERDAY”! DOUBLE FOOT STOMP DRIVEN RIGHT INTO THE HEART OF KOREY GAINES! KOREY ISN’T MOVING AS DELILAH GOES FOR THE COVER!

Deadprez: That was a fun match between two of the competitors in next week’s Divide and Conquer match. Tonight it was Showdown versus Voltage and tonight, Showdown gets the duke and Delilah Rose gets the win.
(The referee raises Delilah’s arm in victory before going back to check on Korey. Delilah looks down in disgust at Korey before leaving the ring and heading up the entrance ramp.)
Gavin Kirkland: WOOOOOO! SHOWDOWN WNS! The beautiful Delilah Rose picks up the win over that disgusting creepo. Let me go congratulate Delilah for bringing success to Showdown!
Eve: How about you sit back down and stay where you’re at? You might not like him very much, but Korey put up a lot of effort in this match and could have walked away with a big win here. It just wasn’t meant to be tonight.
Deadprez: It’s going to be interesting to see what will happen when we watch the five on five Divide and Conquer match at Territorial Invasion. Could it be Delilah or Korey that leaves the last person standing? That’s next week, but this week, Delilah Rose leaves Showdown victorious. Congrats to Delilah.
(The final shot shows Delilah standing at the top of the entrance ramp looking down at Korey Gaines, who is sitting in the ring feeling disappointed about the loss as the camera cuts elsewhere.)
(We cut to the back, the penultimate Showdown before Territorial Invasion now in full flow. The crowd roars, as they see Kyra Phillips, the roar diminishing just a little as they then see Candice Blair. Candice is once again dressed in full Princess regalia, a Diamond Tiara adorning her near perfect hair. She doesn’t seem to hear the crowd reaction, or at least she doesn’t acknowledge it, as Kyra lifts the mic to speak.)
Kyra Phillips: Candice, I’m sure you can agree that it has been an ‘interesting’ couple of months for you here on Showdown.
Princess Candice: Interesting? Is that what you would call it?
Kyra Phillips: Well yes, not many people can call themselves the Princess of Elite Answers Wrestling.
Princess Candice: Yes, I give you that. But unfortunately you are one in a minority that cannot see the obvious. That being that I am the way forward for this company, and especially Disney. I mean, have you seen the reaction I have been receiving in arenas around the world. The people whose smiles have grown as I have spread the Disney magic. Truth is, I am exactly the right person to do this, the ONLY person who could carry this Tiara with such grace. And yet, I am disrespected by the likes of Caroline and my OWN sisters. They ridicule me for making a life choice for the betterment of this company and indeed Disney. It seems that I am the only one capable of making sacrifices, but that’s ok. That’s what makes a Princess.
(She flips her hair from in front of her face, and awaits the next question. Kyra wears the expression of someone that can’t really believe what she is hearing, and in EAW, that’s saying something.
Kyra Phillips: By disrespect, I assume you mean the ending to your match on Voltage?
(Candice looks at Kyra in disbelief that she even has to ask the question.
Princess Candice: Of course that is what I mean. I get it, I understand their jealousy because it was I who was chosen. I know they cannot grasp that I have all the qualities to succeed. But to take away my opportunity to be Team Captain of Showdown at Brand Warfare instead of Daryl Kinkade, they were not just affecting me Kyra. They were affecting the whole Kingdom. A Princess should be allowed her throne, and I was denied, due to the actions of three spoilt little girls
Kyra Phillips: I have to say, you don’t seem very happy.
Princess Candice: You know something Kyra, I am furious, but being a Princess I have a certain decorum to uphold. I cannot be seen getting emotional over other people’s issues. So no, I am NOT happy, and guess what? I’m not going to tolerate this anymore, because Territorial Invasion and Brand Warfare is too darn important. (She moves closer to the camera, and then screams at the top of her voice.)

(She turns back to Kyra, who nods her head.)

(She pauses, her eyes narrowing.)

(The crowd roars, and Candice smiles, but when the scene pans out Caroline is stood behind her. Candice turns to face the smirking Caroline, and to her credit shows very little in the way of fear.)

Caroline: Just know that I will be watching Territorial Invasion with great interest. Hoping that you get the lesson you sorely deserve.

(She reaches into a pocket in her dress, and pulls out a handful of something, blowing what looks like glitter into Caroline’s face. Candice then takes a couple of steps backwards, before spearing Caroline to the concrete floor. She then starts wailing down on her, shot after shot raining into Caroline’s face, until finally officials come running in, and pull Candice away. Candice gets another kick into Caroline’s ribs, before she is dragged away down the corridor. Kyra bends down, seeing that Caroline is hurt.)
Kyra Phillips: You ok Caroline? Do you have anything to say?
(Caroline finally raises her head, and we see that her top lip is busted open. She wipes away the blood with her right hand, staring down the corridor, towards the noise of Candice still screaming that she is a Princess and to let her go. Her face then breaks out into a smile, her bloodied teeth on show for all to see. It is in that image that the scene fades to ringside.)
( Showdown returns from a commercial break back to the show, and we can see Gina Romano standing at the center of the ring, signaling the upcoming contest to be announced by her. )

Both women here have a goal heading into Territorial Invasion this year, so they are here to test their strength and give people a preview of what’s to come at the upcoming marquee event.

Eve: Voltage vs. Showdown! It’s Mei Sasaki taking on ARIA tonight in a singles competition, previewing their set of skills heading to Territorial Invasion next week in Germany! ARIA definitely brings a lot of experience, being a former Specialist Champion who is second to nobody. Mei Sasaki, on the other hand, has her unique opportunity to match up once again and looks to gain some leaps and bounds heading into this competition. Things are getting interesting between these two here tonight!

Deadprez: Aye Gavin, the match just started rolling, homie. You gotta chill out a little there and see how things are going to happen. This match could be good and bad, even though I think it’s going to turn out to be pretty great. You can’t doubt what these two women could bring to the ring here tonight on Showdown.
Eve: Mei and ARIA now meet each other at the center of the ring and both women tie up in a collar and elbow. Mei quickly switches things up and goes behind, having ARIA in a waistlock, and tries to send her down to the ground. ARIA comes up quicker, switching her position with Mei, and now Mei’s in a waistlock. She quickly grabs ARIA’s wrist and starts twisting it out while she’s got it! Mei has ARIA’s wrist being twisted by her, but she quickly responds, absorbing the energy to deliver a forearm strike to the side of ARIA’s neck!
Deadprez: ARIA sends Mei dropping to the ground this time, still holding her quite firmly. Mei tries to think of a good game plan to respond to her action. Mei kips back up onto both feet immediately once she’s been taken down by ARIA to the ground, using her free arm to grab ARIA’s wrist and take her hand off her wrist, twisting it out and now sending Aria rolling to the ground quickly with a snapmare, running from behind and looking to drive a kick to her spine! ARIA moves out of her way as Mei misses the mark!
Eve: ARIA from behind grabs Mei and now sends her down to the ropes! Leapfrog by ARIA as Mei returns to her. Mei rebounds and another leapfrog by ARIA, Mei rebounds and she just runs right into a Claymore Kick by ARIA!
Gavin Kirkland: ARIA’s speed has never gotten old, and that shows a lot. She could be a strong competitor for our team on Showdown this year! One of those decisions that has actually been really good, putting her into the team, and this has been showing so far. ARIA could be a good help to make Showdown pick up some sweet wins this year!
Eve: Mei slowly rises from the ground back onto her feet after being taken down by a Claymore kick from ARIA. ARIA now guides her back into the corner and steps back just a little, leaving some space before moving in and delivering a hard chop across the chest of Mei Sasaki! ARIA grabs Mei and sends her flying down into the opposite corner. Mei charges right into the corner and it bounces her off it… JUMPING DDT CONNECTS! ARIA JUST PLANTS HER WITH A QUICK JUMPING DDT AND SHE GOES FOR A QUICK COVER!

Deadprez: Mei manages to pull off the stop just in time, catching ARIA right and locking her arms while she’s at it! Mei turns ARIA around, facing her, and quickly seizes her arm, lifting it up… HAMMERLOCK STO, SENDING ARIA CRASHING RIGHT INTO THE GROUND! ARIA has been sending crashes and turmoil and Mei now has ARIA locked under her control there, rolling all the way down into the corner and now ascending up the third rope on top of the corner. Eve: Aria now has her eyes set for her match at Territorial Invasion in her first-ever Brand Warfare! Tonight, Aria has earned a victory in this match and she’s going to be one of the riders to witness the event at Territorial Invasion! Congratulations, Aria, for bringing the victory to Showdown, and great effort from Mei as well!
( ‘DESTINY’ by Saori Yoshida hits the PA system as ARIA backs up on the feet and raises both arms up, celebrating her victory over Mei while Mei looks down outside of the ring, holding her jaw and walking to the back with a distant look. Aria smiles and celebrates her victory there before the scene fades to a commercial break. )
(As the commercial break ends, ‘Paint it Black’ by The Rolling Stones kicks in over the PA, and the fans break out into a chorus of boos. Jon Kelton’s face flashes over the torn, showing images of his now many successes.)
Deadprez: Looks like we are going to be joined by the National Elite Champion, and I’m sure as always he will have plenty to say.
Eve: You think? This guy is on the mother of ego trips right now and if we are being honest here, who can blame him?
Deadprez: That’s right, Jon has been on a tear of late, and seems to have shed the weight that held him back. It’s no coincidence that people are now talking of him being a World Champion by the end of the year.
Eve: The guy is however insufferable, and these fans are letting him know that.
(As he finally steps out onto the staging, the noise levels go up a notch, but Jon doesn’t care for the boos he is getting. No reaction would be far worse, and in his opinion this only means he is doing something right. With a chuckle to himself, he starts to make his way down to the ramp with the title strap over his shoulder, as arrogant as ever.)
Gavin Kirkland: Aww, he hasn’t brought Pandora with him.
Deadprez: Devolution showing they are not joined at the hip. All of them have their own goals to achieve and they are concentrating on them. And that’s the correct way to do things
Gavin Kirkland: Not if it denies me some Pandora it isn’t.
(Jon slides into the ring, and takes a microphone from one of the crew members. Looking out over the crowd, he shakes his head, and has another chuckle to himself. His music then fades, and ignoring the boos, Jon starts to speak.)
Jon Kelton: Thank you that was quite the welcome. Devolution, thank you all.
(More jeers for Jon to ignore and carry on regardless.)
Jon Kelton: It’s funny isn’t it, how all my opponents try to go down the very same beaten track. For months, I was told to speak for myself, stop trying to be other people. Stop trying to please the masses and stand for what I believe in. Here I am, doing precisely that, and I’m scorned. Devolution is scorned. And for what? Clearing the trash and making things better. Unlike Drake King, Devolution has been getting results, our little island of Showdown is now a far more tolerable place, and thus, we spread our wings to Dynasty, and Voltage. We show our strength, and never back down. Why? We do this for you… the Showdown fans. But, yeah, I have to admit that we do this for ourselves. I mean, I had to change my life, I had no choice. I’d been dancing in the doldrums for longer than I could remember. All the years of trying to please every single one of you in this arena and those watching worldwide, I could have taken it as a waste, but instead I saw it as a learning experience to be a better man. PJ, no one in this arena truly believes that you are the one to knock me from my deserved place. In fact I doubt even you TRULY believe it. All your bravado, is just the desperate actions of a desperate man, who knows full well that he isn’t at my level. Because I have barely scratched the surface of what I will go on to achieve.
(He paces like a caged lion, the Devil of Devolution knowing that the fans are hanging on his every word even if they don’t really want to.)
Jon Kelton: And yes, you took away Londyn, I can see why you did that. I can see why you wanted to hurt me, to make me pay. But all you did was set in stone a situation where I no longer have any distractions. What you did, actually worked in my favor. Because you are not that important to me PJ, I have very little emotion towards you. The only reason I took you out was because you had no business getting involved at Midsummer Massacre. You did that, and you BECAME my business. And now, at Territorial Invasion, I conclude that business…
(‘Exhibit C’ by Jay Electronica kicks in, and the fans jump to their feet. In the ring, Jon rolls his eyes and walks back to the corner, leaning against it will pure disdain. PJ nods to his fans and thanks them for their ovation, but he wastes no time walking down the ramp and sliding under the bottom rope, his eyes always on Jon should he try something. PJ already has a mic, but instead of speaking immediately, he climbs a turnbuckle, again not taking his eyes from Jon. As he jumps down, his music fades, and PJ points out over the crowd.)
PJ Hendrix: You hear that Jon, that’s a little something called respect.
(The crowd pops again, Jon shrugging his shoulders.)
Jon Kelton: I don’t need theirs, or your respect. That’s kinda the point.
PJ Hendrix: Kinda mine as well bro. You think your life is all sweetness and light right now, but in six months, maybe a year, you’ll be looking back at this point and wondering what you were doing. You’ll be thinking, why didn’t I enjoy my greatness achievement? See, its funny hearing you say that you only reacted because of what happened at Midsummer Massacre. We both know that the real truth is you saw me as a threat. The one person who could take away that title. And I’m looking into your eyes now bro, and nothing’s changed has it?
Jon Kelton: If you truly believe that, then you’re an idiot.
PJ Hendrix: Then give me the dunce’s hat and sit me in the corner Jon, because that’s exactly what I believe. And now I have this shot Jon, you can be certain I’m going to make the best of it. (Jon and PJ are now almost nose to nose, Jon’s face one of pure fire, PJ’s actually filled with a grin which infuriates Jon still further. It’s like Jon is almost daring PJ to hit him, but PJ isn’t having any of it. PJ just takes a step back, still smiling, and brings the mic up again so it is between them.)
PJ Hendrix: You can have all the intensity in the world Jon, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the talent. In just a week’s time, I’m going to do what I have done so many times in the past. Beat someone, who I were supposed to best me with ease. You may want me right now, I can see all you want is to beat me limb from limb, but we’re not going to get physical anymore. But I will leave you with one last thought. You’ve got experience of this already thanks to yours truly, but the next time you are staring at the lights, the rest of the world will be staring at PJ Hendrix… NEWWWWW National Elite Champion.
(PJ drops the mic between them which lands with a thud, jst as his music hits again. And then he drops, and slides out the ring, backing up the ramp, motioning towards his waist where the belt is going to reside. As a reaction, Jon lifts the belt, PJ pointing at it and mouthing ‘that’s mine’ before turning and walking up, high-fiving some of the fans lucky enough.)
Deadprez: Both men making their points clear, this is fixing to be one heck of a match.
Eve: Both men are capable, but we only have one National Elite Championship belt. I don’t know, this one is difficult to call.
(PJ leaves through the curtain, Jon now dropping to the mat and rolling out the ring, still holding the belt aloft.)

(Camera pans back to Jon as he refuses to interact with the fans, and also disappears through the curtain.)
(Showdown faded to backstage as Veena was walking around the hallways and she was talking on her phone, she was feeling relieved because Charlie didn’t find out Ashlynn ended up making his car pink but she was also feeling sad due to everything that has been happening the last few weeks, she was still angry due to Ashlynn going behind her back and doing that to her, she felt like she knew Ashlynn well after they first teamed up and started working together, she thought there was a connection of sorts between the two of them and she could put her trust on Ashlynn after a long while, but it seems that wasn’t the case at all. She simply sighed to herself and hung up on the call, she was planning to simply go to her locker room and have some alone time for herself.)
(She continued walking around before all of the sudden, she stopped herself and she saw something that she didn’t like at all, and it made her frown when she saw it. Various roses spread across the floor that made a trail, this was her way towards her own locker room, she did not like this at all. She ended up following the trail making sure to be cautious as she went down the hallways and she was even more confused as she saw various pictures stuck onto the wall, and her anger simply kept rising up as she kept seeing more pictures, it was pictures of moments of her with Ashlynn, the first match they had against each other, the moment their partnership started, the first tag match they had together, as well as photos of their entrance at Pain for Pride, and seeing that one in specifically, on the event where she lost her championship, that definitely set Veena off enough that she stomped down on every rose that she could before she arrived at the door to her locker room.)
(There was a piece of paper taped onto the door with the words that said “I am sorry, Veena” with a pink heart at the end. Veena grabbed the paper, ripped it right off the door and didn’t waste any time on pushing the door open, the lights were off and the room was completely dark, oh, she had a feeling she would just explode if she saw what was inside. Veena turned towards the switch next to the door, and flipped it before the lights turned on and of course, she was close to correct. Ashlynn suddenly jumped out of a corner with an incredibly bright smile on her face.)
Ashlynn Quinn: MOTHEEEERRRR!
(Veena ended up letting out a scream as Ashlynn ended up making her almost fall and make her die from that sudden jump scare that she gave her, she put her hand to her chest wondering if her heart was still beating before Ashlynn went to grab her wrist and began to show her around all the locker room.)
Ashlynn Quinn: Look at everything that I made to repay everything that happened!
(Veena was still trying her best to process what was happening as Ashlynn began pulling her and showing everything that she did inside of the room. Of course, the walls were still in bright pink but the locker room was just completely covered in flowers, balloons, a table with champagne, lots of fruits and food that Veena enjoys, a freaking chocolate fountain, a massage chair and also a personal masseuse on top of that if the massage chair didn’t work, Ashlynn was really trying everything in her power to get Veena to forgive her for what she did. Veena was simply standing there in silence without saying anything at all to Ashlynn while Ashlynn turned to her with a bright smile.)
Ashlynn Quinn: How do you like it, Mother? I made sure to spend a lot of money to give all of you this and be able to satisfy every need that you might need or have, please tell me that you indeed like what I ended up doing.
(Veena’s silence ended up turning into anger once more as she turned towards Ashlynn and she simply shook her head, even though all of the things Ashlynn showed her looked incredibly nice, materialistic things just couldn’t fill the hole that she had after losing the National Elite Championship.)
Veena Adams: Is this really the best that you can give me, Ashlynn? Is this the way that you think you will get my forgiveness? I can afford this all by myself so easily with the money that I have as well, but you know what I can’t just simply afford with money? The National Elite Championship that I lost in the first place, the championship that was taken away from me in such an unfair manner, it can’t be brought back so easily, I don’t want any of this right now, I just want gold!
(Ashlynn panicked slightly as Veena looked at her with anger in her expression, Ashlynn began thinking quickly and she looked through her pockets in a frantic manner, before she ended up pulling a gold bar and showing it off to Veena.)
Ashlynn Quinn: Does this kind of gold work for you?
(Veena gave Ashlynn one of the biggest death stares she could ever give to Ashlynn after hearing the question that she just asked her. It was clear that was not the gold she was asking about at all. Ashlynn began stuttering slightly trying her best to think of what she could say next before she responded to Veena.)
Ashlynn Quinn: Alright, alright, I understand very well what you are trying to say to me, Mother, but I have been thinking very deeply after everything that has happened in the last few weeks and this is the best idea that I could come up with, I am really sorry for not telling you the idea that I had in the first place, I just wanted the best from you and I ended up committing an incredibly grave mistake that cost our friendship, that is why the best I can do is promise you after Territorial Invasion, you will end up being a champion again by any other means, I swear-
Veena Adams: How do I know you are really telling me the truth? How do I know you actually mean what you are saying to me? Because I am not buying anything at all from what you are saying to me
(Ashlynn continues panicking and growing a lot more worried as Veena doesn’t let herself be opened so easily and she doesn’t believe her words at all. Ashlynn bit her lip slightly and she quickly shook her head as she ended up raising her voice and giving it her all to drive her point home.)
Ashlynn Quinn: Look…Veena, I was never this close to someone else unlike you, I admit that I ended up making a mistake, I admit that like, due to my inexperience when it comes to having a partner like you, it ended up ruining a lot of things between us that is why I tried my best to think on how to be able to fix this and giving all of you this is the best idea I had, I genuinely tried my best so Mother…please forgive me-
Veena Adams: STOP, JUST STOP ALREADY!
(Veena suddenly shouted angrily at Ashlynn as she ended up backing away from Veena, and Veena simply shook her head and the anger on her expression turned into one full of sadness.)
Veena Adams: Just giving me all of these materialistic things that I don’t need in the first place isn’t going to fix anything at all, do you really want me to tell you the solution that you want? You are trying too hard to convince me, when the solution that you are looking so hard for is right in front of you. You don’t need to give me all of this, you don’t need to try and praise my every step and ignore my mistakes and failures. I just want you to be my partner, I just want you to be my friend, I just want you to be somebody that I can put my trust in! But if you aren’t able to get that kind of conclusion all by yourself and I have to spell it out for you, then I don’t really know what you want me to tell you Ashlynn, maybe I just want you to leave my life forever, maybe I just want you already to get the hell out of my locker room with all of the stuff that you bought for me and throw it on the trash, but I can’t even be angry or feel any kind of rage at this kind of sight, I just feel disappointed. (Veena without even looking directly towards Ashlynn’s eyes, turned her back on her and she stormed out of her locker room without looking back, as Ashlynn was left standing there feeling distraught and confused when hearing Veena’s words, was that…all she needed to do in the first place? Ashlynn decided to sit down and began thinking to herself once more before Showdown quickly faded away from backstage to ringside.)
(‘Attention’ by Doja Cat begins to play through the speakers as the crowd gives Sierra Everett a mixed ovation. Sierra does not care whatsoever. As long as she’s getting paid, it’s all good to her. She walks down the ramp with a bit of swagger in her step.)

Gavin Kirkland: Here is the woman who claims that she is going to be the one to dethrone Kassidy Heart for the Universal Women’s Championship. Right now, she has to set her focus on Sierra Everett and then, at Territorial Invasion, she has to deal with IDOL-GUN and the Off-Brand Amphetamines in a Falls Count Anywhere Tag Team Match! I have no idea how that’s going to even work out!
Eve: That match will lead to craziness for sure. Just like having the other members of The Devolution who could try to shift this match to Serenity Valdez’ favor. Serenity will love to get some momentum for The Devolution before Territorial Invasion!
Deadprez: She has a good shot at doing that, but Sierra Everett is no slouch! Both of these women are talented as hell! I can’t wait for this match to begin!

Gavin Kirkland: With the sound of the bell, Sierra Everett goes charging right after Serenity Valdez, taking her back to the corner! Sierra begins to throw some kicks to the Empress of Elite’s gut. Sierra goes for some punches to Serenity’s head, but Serenity manages to shove ‘Simply Better’ away, but Sierra is not pushed back for long as she manages to swing a forearm to Serenity, but Serenity manages to get herself out of the corner as she manages to shove Sierra at the corner! Serenity with some trash talking to the beautiful blonde before grabbing her by the arm, giving it a tug before whipping her to the corner diagonal from them — but, Sierra manages to counter the whip. Instead, she sends Serenity back to the corner as Sierra jumps right to Sierra’s arm, connecting with a double knee to the arm of the Empress of Elite!

Serenity is faced back as Sierra looks to jump herself on the second turnbuckle and wrap her arms around the waist of the Empress of Elite! Already, Sierra is looking to take some risk, but Serenity begins to throw an elbow to the face of Sierra! Sierra finds herself up to her feet as she picks up Serenity and connects with a ‘flower pot’ DDT or a modified version of the headlock driver as she plants Serenity face first against the mat! You can see that Serenity is trying to find her way out of the headlock, but Sierra is trying to keep her away from the ropes! But, still, you can see that Serenity is trying to push Sierra into the horizontal set of ropes to her left side! But, Sierra has her feet planted to the ground! Serenity manages to get Sierra and lift her up and over her head! But, Sierra manages to land on her feet as Serenity turns herself around and connects with a dropkick! The dropkick sends Serenity to one knee! Sierra runs after Serenity and takes her down with a knee to the temple! Serenity is sent to the ropes as Sierra begins to deliver some mud hole stomps to her stomach! Sierra places her foot on the neck, with a foot choke!

Eve: The rest of the members of The Devolution are trying to tell Serenity Valdez to hang on! Sierra Everett is looking to apply a camel clutch on the former Specialists Champion as Serenity is not allowing for Sierra to fully apply the move! Serenity is able to get herself into a crawling position and find a way back to her feet! Deadprez: Serenity Valdez connects with another knife edge chop, but Sierra Everett returns the favor by connecting with a palm strike! Then, she quickly follows that up with a high knee as that knocks Serenity back! Sierra jumps forward in a double knee face breaker position, but she connects with a monkey flip as that sends ‘Malevolent’ flipping onto a seated position! Sierra jumps onto and over the spine of Serenity before connecting with a basement dropkick to her face! Sierra goes for the cover!

At least, before The Devolution begins to worry and try to get themselves more involved than before! Sierra picks up Serenity and has her seated on her shoulders! I think that we might be seeing ‘Mount Everett’ — the one-handed electric chair driver! BUT, SERENITY BEGINS TO PUNCH THE TOP OF SIERRA’S HEAD AS SHE MANAGES TO GET HERSELF DOWN! SHE CONNECTS WITH ‘EL ULTIMO BAILE’ — HER VARIATION OF THE RECOIL AS THAT SENDS SIERRA BACK TO THE ROPES! SHE GRABS SIERRA AND THROWS HER THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE AND TO THE OUTSIDE! SERENITY THROWS SIERRA OUTSIDE WITH THE DEVOLUTION SURROUNDING HER LIKE A BUNCH OF WOLVES!
Eve: SERENITY VALDEZ HAS TOLD THEM NOT TO MOVE A MUSCLE AS SHE WANTS TO MAKE SURE THAT SHE PERSONALLY GIVES SIERRA EVERETT THE BEATING THAT SHE DESERVES! SHE GRABS SIERRA BY HER ARM, YANKING HER BACK TO HER FEET, BUT THROWING HER INTO OUR TABLE! BUT, SERENITY YANKS SIERRA BACK BEFORE THROWING HER TO OUR TABLE AGAIN! SIERRA MANAGES TO COLLAPSE TO THE GROUND AS SERENITY YANKS SIERRA BY THE ARM ONCE MORE AND THROWS HER INTO THE TIMEKEEPER’S AREA! Thankfully, Gina Romano managed to get herself out of the way before she could find herself in that collision! Serenity reaches over the pick up Sierra by her hair and flip her out of the timekeeper’s area! Sierra finds herself in a seated position as the referee begins his count, but Serenity rolls herself back inside the ring and out, restarting the referee’s count! Serenity goes over to pick Sierra up to her feet, but Sierra manages to see her opening and pushes Serenity into the edge of the apron! Now, Sierra jumps to the Empress of Elite, hitting her with everything that she has, but Serenity nails Sierra with a gut! She throws a punch to Sierra as that manages to take her back! But, Sierra goes after her with a lift up knee strike as that knocks Serenity to one knee! She pulls Serenity closer before running the edge of the apron, using the ring post to launch herself and connect with a tornado DDT!
Deadprez: Sierra Everett is back to her feet as she hypes herself up! Then, she looks across from her as her former stablemate, Halsey Neel is looking back at her! Sierra shakes her head as she grabs Serenity and throws her back inside the ring! Sierra slides underneath the bottom rope and heads back to the ring! She picks up Serenity and takes her down with her variation of the rolling cutter — ‘Aphrodite’s Kiss’ connects! Sierra with the cover!

Now, Serenity is feeling good about herself as she follows that up with a Boston crab! Now, it’s always refreshing to see a Boston crab being used! It’s nothing like the ones from Impact, but I think that Serenity could do a pretty good one! Eve: What a competitive match that was! While Sierra Everett had no idea what made Kennedy Street make this match, I think this crowd is happy that she did because this was amazing to watch!
Deadprez: Both of these women came out and put on an amazing match! Sierra Everett did great, despite The Devolution at ringside! Serenity Valdez demonstrates once more on why she could be the next Universal Women’s Champion!
(Serenity continues to celebrate as it fades into the last commercial break of the night.)
(As Showdown returns, “Be Legendary” by Pop Evil starts to play throughout the arena as the fans stand up and cheer. Adam Lucas slowly walks out, he is followed by Sheridan Muller and Chef Viz. The Showdown Team War Games is ready to make their last statement. They make their way toward the ring to close out the show.)
Deadprez: And here is Showdown’s Team War Games ready to make a statement and say their last peace. They look ready and things have been crazy for the last few weeks since the other brands have their teams all put together.
Eve: They have but I must admit that Showdown is showing a great camaraderie here and they look ready for anything.
Gavin Kirkland: Well… I hope so considering Sheridan is in her home country and that there is nothing that will be stopping her from proving herself but then again, I am sure Adam isn’t thrilled that she cost his wife, Dr. Bethany Blue a match with Drake King last week on Voltage either.
(Team Showdown gets in the ring, where they all stand there, each have mics, the music dies down while Adam takes a deep breath and starts to speak.)
Adam Lucas: It’s been a very interesting week in the Lucas household, that much I can say considering that I will be facing my wife inside the War Games, the match beyond. There are a lot of mixed feelings here with what has been going on knowing that I will have to step into that Steel structure against the woman who I consider my life. But I have matured a lot in the last season and realized, moments like this were going to happen and would be inevitable. There was that chance the moment Kennedy Street chose me as the Team Captain, and I knew there would be the possibility I would be fighting friends and loved ones. Limmy Monaghan is a friend. Myles is the fiancé of a friend. I respect Jamie O’Hara and Rex McAllister. Dr. Bethany Blue is MY wife! But one thing that has always been a cloud over my head is people like to say that I am soft.
(Adam pauses for a second and looks at his two teammates, the crowd boos even more at the thought of Adam being soft.)
Adam Lucas: No… no it is true. But in that time I realized that sometimes in this sport, you’re going to have to do something that you may not like. All I have to do is look across at Team Dynasty and Team Voltage to assess this. I can even look at Sheridan right now and ask her why she thought it was a good idea to attack my wife and cost her the chance at defeating Drake King and in any other time, I would drop Sheridan for that…. But all is fair in love and war.
(Sheridan and Adam look at one another, Sheridan knows there is some animosity but that still doesn’t shake as Adam understands why she did it, but at any other point, there would be issues.)
Adam Lucas: It is hard as a husband not to sympathize with Bethany but at the same time, like Kennedy Street chose me as the captain, she chose to throw her name in the hat with Jamie and Rex. Then there is Kassidy Heart. I don’t think she really understands what is going to happen in that cage, because she has 6 Elitists at the top of their game that are going to make sure she doesn’t win. I for sure am going to be one of those. But then, I look at my team. Chef Viz who has been cooking all season and then we have Sheridan Muller, the Cash In The Vault winner, which in reality, she could cash that in at Territorial Invasion with two World Champions in that match, me being one of them. That is the beauty of this match, it will have so many layers and we will all see what exactly happens moving forward… but I CAN promise you this…. Showdown WILL fight. And we DECLARE VICTORY! Cook.. Chef Viz.
(Adam looks over at Chef Viz before he looks around, wearing his apron and chef hat.)
Chef Viz: How will it feel when Team Dynasty loses to the last guy to lead their team to victory!? Oh, I get it, Kassidy Heart is the end all, be alright? Myles bum ass is going to be the Warlord, soldier, whatever the hell he is calling himself these days. Limmy is going to be… well Limmy. Dynasty doesn’t stand a chance because unlike them, sure we have egos, yeah I am with two white devils, but sometimes you have to dance with them before understanding what it is all about. It’s like making a Bechamel. That silky white mother sauce that you can turn into many incarnations, needs to have the right amount of golden roux, salt, nutmeg because that will kill a dish and finally a sprig of thyme. When making a recipe it has to be perfect and all the ingredients need to marry. Now look at Team Showdown? BAM! The right recipe!
(The crowd cheers as Chef Viz does a quick BAM. He then looks over at Sheridan who nods.)
Sheridan Muller: I don’t blame Adam for being upset after what I did to Bethany last week, but felt like I needed to send a message to her of all people knowing just how important that match with Drake King was. Even then, it was not enough, though she did get the message and that much is certain. Bethany just like the rest of Team Voltage needs to understand that we are the most coordinated team through and through. We have made that our creed and statement especially in my home country of Germany, where we will NOT lose. Showdown has all the tools, three Elitists that will walk into the War Games and leave as the top brand, for we will accept nothing less. Chef Viz and I had our issues in the past, but we have put that aside. Adam’s wife and I have had our issues, but Adam and I can work together for a common bond. We stand together.
(Adam Lucas nods at the sound of that as he goes back to speak…..)
Adam Lucas: For too long a lot of Elitists here have sold someone like me short, but I will not stop for anyone until the Blue Brand stands superior above everyone else. War Games….. is ours and…..
(The crowd starts to get loud, Adam is still talking when suddenly Dr. Bethany Blue hops the barricade and slides into the ring….)
Deadprez: IT’S DR. BETHANY BLUE AND SHE IS HERE, WAIT A SECOND…..
(Adam stops and turns around with Sheridan and Chef Viz…)
Eve: BETHANY ATTACKS SHERIDAN MULLER! SHE JUST HIT A LOU THEZS PRESS AND SHE IS WAILING ON THEM…. BUT WAIT….. IT IS JAMIE O’HARA AND REX MCALLISTER! THE FORCES ARE HERE AFTER LAST WEEK ON VOLTAGE AND THE YELLOW BRAND! JAMIE AND ADAM START TO TRADE BLOWS AS HE WAS TRYING TO GET BETHANY OFF SHERIDAN! REX MCALLISTER JUMPS CHEF VIZ AND WE HAVE PIER SIX BRAWL GOING ON!
Gavin Kirkland: DR. BETHANY BLUE IS LAYING LEFTS AND RIGHTS BUT SHERIDAN PUSHES HER OFF! SHE IS BACK TO HER FEET AND SHE TACKLES BETHANY TO THE CORNER! BETHANY NOW COVERS UP AS SHERIDAN SI THROWING STRIKES! AFAM LUCAS IS GETTING KICKED BY JAMIE O’HARA AND THE ACE WHIPS ADAM AGAINST THE ROPES….
Deadprez: … NO! ADAM LUCAS REVERSES AND HE CLOTHESLINES JAMIE OVER THE TOP ROPE! CHEF VIZ AND REX MCALLISTER BOTH TUMBLE TO THE OUTSIDE AND ARE STILL THROWING FISTS AT EACH OTHER! BETHANY IS COVERING UP….. WAIT… SHE DRIVES HER NAILS INTO SHERIDAN’S EYES BLINDING HER! TJD!

(Her eyes widened glaring at Adam not sure what she did but doesn’t see Sheridan Muller getting back up and….)
Deadprez: IN EXCELSIS! JAMIE O’HARA OUT OF NOWHERE TAKES OUT SHERIDAN MULLER AND HE STANDS BACK UP, LOOKING RIGHT AT BETHANY WHO STARES AT THE FALLEN ADAM LUCAS!
(Rex McAllister throws Viz into the stars and rolls back in, all three of Team Voltage are standing tall as Team Showdown is down and Bethany glares at her unconscious husband.)
Gavin Kirkland: WHAT HAVE WE WITNESSED HERE TONIGHT!? SHOULD WE DRAW UP THE DIVORCE PAPERS!?
(Jamie and Rex both stare at Bethany before she slowly grits her teeth and screams.)
Dr. Bethany Blue: (Off Mic) THAT IS WHAT YOU GET FOR PROTECTING HER!
(That brings a smile to Jamie and Rex nods, as Jamie grabs her wrist and lifts her arm in victory more confident than ever that he chose the right third partner especially if she was willing to stop the heart of her husband. Rex raises her other arm as the crowd boos heavily because they are from Voltage.)
Deadprez: What have we seen!? IS team Voltage as close as ever! BETHANY JUST STOPPED HER HUSBAND’S HEART AND HOW WILL HE RESPOND!? I DON’T KNOW BUT FOR EVE AND GAVIN KIRKLAND…. WE WILL SEE YOU ALL AT TERRITORIAL INVASION! GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY!
