Mercer McKay
This week’s Rising Star of the Week was Mercer McKay! Mercer McKay was one of the thirty Elitists competing in the Grand Rampage match, and despite Mercer being such a new member of the EAW roster, he had a fantastic performance! The Grand Rampage match is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact even if you’re not the Elitist to win, and in the end Mercer did exactly that as he outlasted some very talented Elitists and proved to be a major threat. His performance in this match showed just how bright of a future he may have, and how much of a force he is in EAW.

Show of the Week
Grand Rampage
This week’s Show of the Week was Grand Rampage! This event absolutely delivered. There were incredible matches all across the board, from all four World Championship matches, to the Specialists Championship match, to the Grand Rampage and so much more. This event featured surprises even before the Grand Rampage match as two Championships changed hands, and in the end the actual Grand Rampage match lived up to the hype, showing everyone exactly why this is one of the most anticipated events of the year! Grand Rampage is one of the most important shows on the road to Pain for Pride, and everyone delivered from the start of the show to the end of it.

The Match of the Week for this week is the Grand Rampage match! The Grand Rampage is always one of the most exciting matches of the year as thirty people look for a World Championship match at Pain for Pride, and this year’s match was no exception. With surprising returns, fantastic performances and great wrestling all around, this match was every bit as good as expected, if not even better! Everyone involved with this match should definitely be proud of themselves for what they brought to the table, as this turned out to be another successful Grand Rampage full of amazing moments.

Champion of the Week
Limmy Monaghan
This week’s Champion of the Week is the World Heavyweight Champion, Limmy Monaghan! At Grand Rampage, Limmy had one of the biggest matches of his career against possibly his toughest challenge yet, facing off against Hall of Famer Scott Diamond. This was in no way an easy match for Limmy, as Scott Diamond gave Limmy an incredible fight. In the end however, Limmy was able to pick up another huge win, defeating Scott and retaining his World Heavyweight Championship for the third time. Congratulations to Limmy, who just achieved one of his biggest wins yet!
Most Valuable Elitist
Kassidy Heart
The Most Valuable Elitist for this week is the winner of the 2023 Grand Rampage match, Kassidy Heart! Kassidy did what twenty-nine others couldn’t this year by winning one of the biggest matches of the entire year, and in doing so she also made history by becoming the first woman to win the match! This is a legendary win and accomplishing something like this from a spot as early as number five is exactly the kind of performance that proves just how talented Kassidy Heart is. Kassidy will now be fighting for her third World Championship at Pain for Pride in a headlining match, so congratulations to the Grand Rampage winner!
