PJ Hendrx
This week’s Rising Star of the Week was PJ Hendrx! PJ had a huge match on Dynasty as he was up against Amir Yusuf in an Interwire Championship match! Needless to say, this was a huge opportunity for PJ and a win here would have been incredible for him, and in the end that’s exactly what he got! PJ was able to defeat Amir, dethroning him to become the new Interwire Champion within his first year in EAW! That’s a very impressive accomplishment, and PJ Hendrx should absolutely be proud of himself for managing to win his first Championship. Congratulations to the new Interwire Champion!
Beef of the Week
Holly Arrow vs Alex Myers vs Jon Kelton vs Harley Lewis vs Donovan Duke
This week’s Beef of the Week is the fatal five-way elimination match that took place at Reasonable Doubt! With a match featuring five very talented Elitists this match had high expectations, and in the end those expectations were exceeded as everyone involved put out such great promos. This turned out to be one of the most exciting matches before the day of the event because of the amazing work that was put in throughout the week by everyone involved! Holly, Alex, Jon, Harley and Donovan all wanted the opportunity to fight for the Answers World Championship, and they all showed that with their performances this week.
Show of the Week
Reasonable Doubt
The Show of the Week for this week was Reasonable Doubt! Reasonable Doubt was Showdown’s marquee live event, and this event featured some incredible matches! From Ms. Extreme versus Jack Ripley, to Kassidy Heart versus Adam Lucas, to the fatal five-way, to the Armageddon Hell in a Cell, there was so much to look forward to on this show as the Showdown roster undoubtedly delivered! There were also some surprises at this event, one of them being the return of Pandora Paisley following the match between Jack and Ms. Extreme! This was a great way to start of the upcoming weeks of marquee events!

Jake Smith vs Chris Elite vs Impact
The Match of the Week for this week was the triple threat Armageddon Hell in a Cell match between Jake Smith, Chris Elite and Impact! This Answers World Championship match was the main event of Reasonable Doubt, and it was one amazing match as all three men did whatever it took to leave that match as Champion. With all three of them having history with each other this turned out to be fantastic, and the stipulation elevated what was always going to be a great match to an even greater level. This was the perfect match to close the show, showing just how great the Showdown roster is!

This week’s Most Valuable Elitist is the Answers World Champion, Jake Smith! At Reasonable Doubt Jake Smith had one of the biggest matches of his career, defending his Championship against two Hall of Famers in Impact and Chris Elite in an Armageddon Hell in a Cell! This was a huge match for Jake, but after an incredible performance, the Answers World Champion was able to leave this match with a successful defense under his belt and a major victory! This is one of the biggest wins of his career as he now moves on to a future defense against Alex Myers, so congratulations to Jake Smith!
