Rising Star of the Week
Miku Sakai
The Rising Star of the Week for this week was undoubtedly Miku Sakai! Miku had a big night at Territorial Invasion as she went up against Dr. Bethany Blue for the Specialists Championship. This was a very close and competitive match, but in the end Miku managed to capture the victory, winning her second Championship in EAW! This was a huge victory for Miku Sakai and an amazing first year for the member of IDOL-GUN, so congratulations to the new Specialists Champion!
Beef of the Week
Brand Warfare
The Beef of the Week for this week was Territorial Invasion’s Brand Warfare match. As always three teams of five went up against each other to see who the superior brand was, and it’s safe to say that everyone in this match did their part to prove that it was their own brand. This was an extremely competitive match, and everyone that was involved with this should be proud of what they brought to the table this week, because they app did a great job with trying to bring their brand the victory.
Show of the Week
Territorial Invasion
Of course, this week’s Show of the Week was Territorial Invasion! This was a great show from start to finish, from the fantastic Championship matches that even featured a title change, to the reveal of Mr. DEDEDE being Myles’ opponent at Clash of Kingdoms, to the Divide & Conquer and Brand Supremacy matches, this show had a lot to offer. This was one of the biggest events of the year, and there’s no doubt that Territorial Invasion definitely lived up to the hype.
Match of the Week
Stadium Stampede
This week’s Match of the Week was definitely the Stadium Stampede match! When this was announced as the main event for Territorial Invasion instead of Wargames, there was no doubt that this match would be very interesting as it was something never before seen. In the end, it was exactly that. This match was extremely creative, and there has really never been anything like this before, especially when it comes to Territorial Invasion. Team Dynasty may have won this match, but there’s no doubt that everyone involved should be proud for taking part in a historic first Stadium Stampede.
Promoer of the Week
Everyone
After a week like this and a show like Territorial Invasion, there was no way that Promoer of the Week could be given to just one person. Territorial Invasion was one of the biggest shows of the year, and part of the reason was definitely because of the fantastic performances from everyone involved with the event. Every single match on this show was competitive, and there were so many fantastic promos this week coming from every single match on the show, that on a week like this everyone had to be recognized for the promos they put out this week.
Champion of the Week
Kassidy Heart
This week’s Champion of the Week was the Answers World Champion, Kassidy Heart! Since Midsummer Massacre a feud’s been building between Kassidy and Limmy Monaghan, and we already saw just how personal the feud became after the brawls the two had on Showdown over the past month. At Territorial Invasion these two competed in an amazing match for the Answers World Championship, and in the end Kassidy Heart managed to defeat Limmy to once again successfully retain her title. Kassidy has been unstoppable in 2021, and from the looks of it that may not change anytime soon. Congratulations to Kassidy Heart!
Most Valuable Elitist
Team Dynasty (The Visual Prophet, SOSA Henderson and Andre Walker)
The Most Valuable Elitists for this week is the entirety of the winning Stadium Stampede team at Territorial Invasion, team Dynasty! The Visual Prophet, Andre Walker and SOSA Henderson all did their part in that Stadium Stampede match to make sure that Dynasty brought home the victory in the main event of the entire show. Winning the first ever Stadium Stampede was always going to be a huge honor for whoever won the match, and in the end that honor went to these three, who have definitely shown that they’re some of the most talented on the planet. Congratulations to all three members of team Dynasty!
