Ayu Megumi
The Rising Star of the Week for this week is Ayu Megumi! At Midsummer Massacre, Ayu competed in a match against MITSUBACHI, Jon Kelton and Strawberry Steve in a fatal four way match with a unique opportunity on the line, and in her first free-per-view match Ayu managed to capture the victory! This means Ayu now has a special opportunity in her hands, and that’s a big deal for her especially seeing how she’s still relatively new. Congratulations to Ayu Megumi for capturing a huge victory at the first free-per-view of the season!
Beef of the Week
Kassidy Heart vs TLA
The Beef of the Week for this week goes to the Answers World Championship match and main event of Midsummer Massacre, Kassidy Heart versus TLA! This match was a big deal for many reasons, with it both being the first free-per-view main event of the season and it being a World Championship match, and these two Elitists delivered in a big way. They posted a bunch of amazing promos this week, and really showed everyone why they’re in the main event of Midsummer Massacre in the first place.
Show of the Week
Midsummer Massacre
This week’s Show of the Week was the first free-per-view event of the season, Midsummer Massacre! The blue brand put on a fantastic show, from the three Championship matches to even the nontitle matches such as Lethal Consequences versus Theron Nikolas and Limmy Monaghan versus Impact. Every match delivered on the show, and if that wasn’t enough, the show would end with a major surprise as Charlie Marr would return to the company, reuniting with Ad Infinitum partner Veena Adams. This was a surprising way to end the show, but from start to bottom, Showdown’s first free-per-view of the season was amazing.
Match of the Week
Adam Lucas vs Amir Yusuf
This week’s Match of the Week was the Hardcore Championship match at Midsummer Massacre, Amir Yusuf versus the Champion, Adam Lucas! This was Adam’s first Championship defense since Pain for Pride, and he really proved just how much he deserves to hold the Hardcore Championship in this match, all while Amir Yusuf showed how much potential he has. Both Elitists are extremely talented, and with this being a hardcore match this match reached a completely different level. This match was so good from start to finish, and both men should be proud of themselves for their performance.

Champion of the Week
Dr. Bethany Blue
This week’s Champion of the Week is the Specialists Champion, Dr. Bethany Blue! At Midsummer Massacre Dr. Bethany Blue defended her Championship against Ashley Flores in a Stretcher Match, but there was an added twist to this match. Had Ashley Flores lost, she wouldn’t be able to challenge for the Specialists Championship for as long as Dr. Bethany Blue is Champion. In the end, the Doctor managed to retain her title, stopping someone who faced her for the Championship twice now from ever challenging her again. Congratulations to the Specialists Champion for retaining her Championship!
Most Valuable Elitist
Kassidy Heart
The Promoer of the Week for this week is also this week’s Most Valuable Elitist, The Answers World Champion Kassidy Heart! At Midsummer Massacre Kassidy had her first Championship defense since Pain for Pride where she defeated Jamie O’Hara, and in the end Kassidy was able to get the same result over TLA that she did against the Ace. Kassidy was able to successfully retain her Championship and continue her title reign, once again proving that the current Answers World Champion might just be unstoppable. Either way, it’ll definitely be a very long time until we see anyone able to take down the Champion. Congratulations to Kassidy Heart for successfully retaining her title!
