(‘Rubber Band Man” by T.I. begins to play as Damien Kutcher walks out talking smack to the camera. He seems massively confident as he’s on the stage. He stops and waits for his partner.)
Bella Braxton: INTRODUCING FIRST…FROM ATLANTA, GEORGIA…WEIGHING IN AT 240 POUNDS…HE IS “THE DIVINE ONE”…DAAAAMIIIIEEENNN KUUUTTCCCHHHHER!
(“Catch Me If You Can” by runblebee now plays as Akari Kiyoko slowly emerges. In contrast to his partner, he seems extremely serious at this moment. There is a chip on his shoulder here.)
Bella Braxton: AND HIS PARTNER…FROM AOMORI, JAPAN…WEIGHING IN AT 187 POUNDS…HE IS “THE FLAW OF THE WORLD”….AAAKKKKAAAARRIII KIYOOOKOOO!
(The two nod to each before down to the ring. They slide inside and Kutcher immediately climbs to the top rope to make his presence felt. Akari just waits for his opponents. “My Own Summer” by Deftones plays as Selina Reyes makes her appearance. She steps onto the stage and smirks. She is entirely calm, measuring her opponents in the ring.)
Bella Braxton: AND THEIR OPPONENTS…FIRST…RESIDING IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS…WEIGHING IN AT 117 POUNDS…SHE IS “THE ORYX QUEEN”…SEEELINNNAAA REEEYYEEESSS!
(She looks behind her expectedly. “Diva” by Beyonce begins to blast throughout the arena as the crowd finally fully cheers. Candice Blair makes her way out looking determined. Her and Selina exchange a look before heading down to the ring.)
Bella Braxton: AND HER PARTNER…FROM SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA…WEIGHING IN 126 POUNDS…SHE IS “THE HOT COMMODITY” ….CAAANDDDDIIIICCEEE BLAAAIRRR!
(The two get inside the ring and stare down Kiyoko and Kutcher. The two teams exchange some words before the lights suddenly go out.)
???: REFUSE!
???: RESIST!
???: RECLAIM!
(‘Refuse/Resist’ by Sepultra begins to play as a spotlight comes down on the stage. Standing in the middle of it are Halsey Neel and Pandora Paisley standing back to back. As the chorus revs up, Pandora lets out a scream and a wicked smile comes across the face of Neel.)
Bella Braxton: INTRODUCING FROM ENGLAND…WEIGHING IN AT A TOTAL COMBINED WEIGHT OF 20 STONES…THEY ARE THE EAW UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS…“THE HELLCAT” PANDORA PAISLEY AND “THE RIPPER” HALSEY NEEL…. THE BRITISH INVASION!!!!!
(They head down to the ring with complete focus. On their way to the ring, Pandora goes out of her way to rip a Candice Blair sign out of a fan’s hand and tear it in half. They then get inside the ring, and Halsey gets on her knees with her title hanging around her neck. Pandora has a hand on her shoulder and holds her title high in the air. Fireworks come down, the war-torn flag comes down from the rafters.)
(The other competitors look at their titles greedily. The British Invasion take off their ring gear and everyone is sent to their corners. The official then calls for the bell.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
James Peters: There’s the bell and this Unified Tag Title match is now underway! It looks like Halsey Neel, Candice Blair and Akari Kiyoko are going to start things off in this one! Right off the bat Akari is able to catch Blair with the spinning heel kick straight to the stomach! He then quickly tries to dispatch Neel with the spinning backhand! She’s able to duck under it…and then takes him down the snapmare! SHE THEN KICKS HIM RIGHT ACROSS THE SPINE!
Rich Russillo: Neel moves to the other side and tries to follow up with a roundhouse kick! Kiyoko however, rolls backwards to avoid it and ends up back on his feet! He goes to approach, but Blair gets him from the side with the dropkick! Neel scrapes her off the mat and tries to get her with a german suplex…but she takes an elbow in the face instead! Blair turns it around and sends her into the ropes with an irish whip!
Persephone: And Blair takes her down with the over-the-shoulder armdrag! And it looks like she wants to focus on Neel here. Things have been less-than-friendly between them lately, not I care or whatever.
James Peters: You got that right. Candice Blair barely lets her opponent stand back up before she delivers a nasty chop right across the chest! She then goes over to the ropes…AND COMES BACK WITH THE HANDSPRING! She tries to get the stunner! BUT NEEL CATCHES HER FROM BEHIND! SHE TAKES BLAIR DOWN WITH THE GERMAN SUPLEX! She hits the mat and rolls into the corner! Halsey Neel looks to line up her shot…
Rich Russillo: She’s about to take off with the running face wash BUT KIYOKO SNEAKS UP AND GETS HER WITH A DISCUS ELBOW SMASH RIGHT IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD! Neel falls down to a knee! He sees Blair pulling herself to her feet in the corner! HE TAKES A RUNNING START AND USES NEEL AS A LAUNCH PAD! HE HITS A FLYING EUROPEAN UPPERCUT ON BLAIR!
Persephone: Did he just use the champion as a springboard?
James Peters: It sure seems like it! That was some innovative offense from Kiyoko! Now that Blair is down, he turns his attention to Neel! He manages to get her up onto her shoulders! HE’S LOOKING FOR THE USHIGIROSHI! But Neel is able to land on her feet! Akari quickly tries to regain it with a right hand….BUT SHE CATCHES IT! SHE THEN SENDS HIM STUMBLING INTO THE CORNER WITH A HEADBUTT!
Rich Russillo: Pandora Paisley immediately grabs hold of Akari, holding him in the corner! NEEL RUSHES INTO THE CORNER AND DRILLS HIM WITH THE RUNNING KNEE! It catches him right underneath the jaw! And now she reaches out to her partner for the tag!

Persephone: Well, Akari’s night just got worse. Pandora Paisley is in and the British Invasion are on the offensive. They throw Kiyoko in the middle of the ring…AND THEN GET HIM WITH THE RUNNING KNEE AND SUPERKICK! That’s going to kill whatever brain cells that loser has lefr.
James Peters: Hell, it might have just knocked Akari out! Pandora hooks the leg and goes for the first cover of the match!

Rich Russillo: NO! Candice Blair is back inside the ring and she drags Pandora off! She goes to take on Paisley…BUT NEEL TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE ROUNDHOUSE! She goes back to her corner now to let Pandora pick up the pieces!
James Peters: And Pandora applies the reverse chinlock on Blair! She’s just trying to punish her right now! She’s got her arm tightly around her head, squeezing like a constrictor!
Persephone: Oh? Seems like Candice is fighting back! She manages to get back to her feet and then elbows her in the stomach! Damn, she actually breaks free. AND THEN SHE DROPS PAISLEY WITH A SINGLE KNEE FACEBREAKER! That might be an improvement really…
Rich Russillo: Candice gets back up and begins to head over to tag in Reyes! BUT AKARI GRABS HER AND SENDS HIM INTO HIS OWN CORNER WITH AN IRISH WHIP! He then gets her with the uppercut…AND THEN GETS HER IN POSITION FOR THE EXPLODER SUPLEX! Before he can connect with it though, she shoves him back into turnbuckles!

James Peters: Akari Kiyoko quickly tags out before Candice can take advantage! In comes Kutcher now! The biggest competitor in the match enters and just stares Candice down! She doesn’t seem fazed in the slightest!
Persephone: PANDORA JUST RUNS RIGHT BY HER! SHE DELIVERS A RUNNING DROPKICK STRAIGHT TO THE FACE OF KUTCHER!
Rich Russillo: She just caught him completely off-guard there! She wanted to take him down while he was distracted! Paisley goes to get up and Blair immediately gets her with a kick right across the back! She picks her back up…AND DROPS HER WITH THE DOUBLE UNDERHOOK FACEBREAKER! SHE COVERS!

James Peters: DAMIEN KUTCHER LITERALLY LIFTS HER UP OFF OF PANDORA! HE THEN SMASHES HER INTO THE MAT THE POWERSLAM! Kutcher doesn’t seem to have any patience here! He goes over to Paisley and forces her up to a vertical base! HE TOSSES HER ACROSS THE RING WITH A BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX!
Persephone: Talk about divine intervention there. He now drags them both in the middle of the ring and then turns his attention towards the crowd. Is he…oh god.
Rich Russillo: Look at Kutcher go! Talking all the trash he can to everyone he can! He’s immediately trying to get the attention of the EAW Universe here! The confidence that he is exuding is practically toxic!
(He then turns around to face Halsey Neel. He gives her a wink.)
James Peters: Is he flirting in the middle of the match? WAIT! HE LOOKS FOR A DOUBLE BASEMENT DROPKICK ON HIS OPPONENTS! BUT PANDORA IS ABLE TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY! Blair got hit in the side of the head there…but Paisley gets back up! Kutcher goes to take her down…BUT SHE’S ABLE TO GET HIM AND DROP HIM DOWN WITH THE SAMOAN DROP!
Persephone: Wasn’t exactly a long drop but it was enough. Maybe he shouldn’t have taken his eye off the ball.
Rich Russillo: She isn’t about to let him recover here! INSTEAD SHE GETS HIM WITH THE LEG DROP! SHE QUICKLY HITS A SECOND! For the third, she really builds up some momentum to make it count! IT DOES! Paisley now goes for the cover!

James Peters: KUTCHER IS ABLE TO KICK OUT HERE! Paisley doesn’t put any energy into being surprised, just immediately goes back on the offensive! She brings him back up to standing position and then places him in the abdominal stretch! Look at the way she’s trying to break him in two…that might be a bit tough! IN FACT, KUTCHER THROWS HER OVERHEAD WITH THE ARMDRAG!
Persephone: He then just begins stomping down on Pandora! He really just went from cocky to pissy really fast. But you know what? He should really turn around right now.
Rich Russillo: He listens to that advice…AND IS IMMEDIATELY STRUCK DOWN BY THE SPINNING HEEL KICK FROM BLAIR! She looks furious right now! She grabs the big man and places him on the middle rope! SHE THEN MAKES THE TAG TO REYES!

James Peters: AND NOW SELINA REYES IS LEGAL! Both Reyes and Blair head over to the opposite side of the ring! BLAIR RUSHES IN FIRST, DELIVERING A DROPKICK RIGHT TO BACK OF KUTCHER’S HEAD! Reyes then follows up, delivering a tiger feint kick!
Persephone: Kutcher gets rocked and he bounces back towards the center of the ring! He slowly rises back to his feet looking groggy! BUT HERE COMES REYES WITH THE SPRINGBOARD CROSSBODY! That was precise.
Rich Russillo: Indeed it was and now Reyes has taken the driver’s seat here! She sees Pandora trying to get back up and she takes hold of her! She sends her across the ring with an irish whip! SHE LOOKS FOR A CLOTHESLINE BUT PAISLEY DUCKS UNDER! SHE TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE SIDE RUSSIAN LEGSWEEP!
James Peters: She might have just gotten lucky there but she’s not willing to push it! She delivers a stomp right down on the back of her opponent’s head! She then picks her back and brings her near the downed Kutcher! BACK SUPLEX RIGHT ON TOP OF HIM!
Persephone: Not quite. Reyes is able to roll backwards and delivers a double stomp right down on the chest of Kutcher instead! He really got the worst of that one.
Rich Russillo: As Reyes scrambles back to her feet, Pandora Paisley tries to take her down with the armdrag! REYES COUNTERS! SHE TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE SAITO INSTEAD! Her attention turns now to Kutcher! She puts him in the headscissors….AND THEN PROCEEDS TO SMASH HIS FACE OFF THE MAT RAPID-FIRE! REYES IS LOOKING DOMINANT HERE!

Persephone: As Reyes was taking care of Kutcher, Pandora has rolled back into her own corner. She just made the tag to Neel! AND NEEL IMMEDIATELY BRINGS THE AXE DOWN ON THE BACK OF HER HEAD!
James Peters: That was clever, waiting for the moment to blindside an opponent! Neel now drags Reyes away from Kutcher and takes hold of her leg! SHE LOCKS IN THE HEEL HOOK! This is also a smart tactic here, taking away one of your opponents most essential tools! LOOK AT THE WAY SHE’S TWISTING ALL THE JOINTS IN THE LEG! This has to be excruciating!
Rich Russillo: If you are Reyes, you want to get out of this before any more damage is done! AND IT LOOKS LIKE BLAIR IS COMING TO THE RESCUE! As Reyes crawls towards the ropes, Blair takes hold of her hands and pulls her out of the ring! SHE TAKES NEEL WITH HER!
Persephone: That was one way to break it up. Candice Blair is now getting in between Neel and Reyes! HERE COMES PANDORA NOW! It looks like the two teams are doing some sort of Mexican standoff here. Someone fucking shoot already.
James Peters: AND IT’S DAMIEN KUTCHER WHO PULLS THE TRIGGER! AKARI STANDS ON HIS SHOULDERS AS THE TWO WALK OVER TO THE ROPES! AKARI LEAPS OUT OF THE RING AND CRASHES DOWN ON EVERYONE WITH A SHOOTING STAR PRESS!
Rich Russillo: Damien quickly gets Reyes back inside the ring! He is still the legal man! HE THEN PICKS HER UP AND SPIKES HER DOWN WITH A MASSIVE FISHERMAN SUPLEX! He has the leg hooked and goes for the cover!

Persephone: Of course it isn’t enough. Reyes is able to kick out right at the two. Kutcher is looking pretty disappointed that he didn’t just take it…just like God is disappointed at him.
James Peters: He looks towards Akari now who is reaching out for a tag! He goes to approach…but something…or someone catches his eye.
Persephone: You have to be kidding me right now. I’m going to throw up.
Rich Russillo: Halsey is back inside the ring and Kutcher stops dead in his tracks! He turns towards the champion and there’s a smile on his face! He just struts right over and begins…is he flirting? RIGHT NOW?
Damien Kutcher (off-mic): Crazy running into you like this.
Halsey Neel (off-mic): Is it?
Damien Kutcher (off-mic): You know, when Akari and I win this, you’re more than welcome to celebrate at my hotel room.
James Peters: And this romantic interaction is interrupted as Akari Kiyoko and Pandora Paisley are screaming at their partners to focus on the match! Halsey Neel gives Kutcher one last smile BEFORE KNOCKING HIS BLOCK OFF WITH A STEP-UP ENZIGURI!
Rich Russillo: He stumbles back into the ropes and then stumbles towards her! SHE THEN GETS HIM UP FOR THE AIR RAID CRASH NECKBREAKER! FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS! Kutcher’s neck is crushed here and his heart might be aching as well! Halsey Neel hooks the leg for the cover!

Persephone: REYES MAKES THE SAVE! She pushes Neel off right before the three! That was soooo close. I hope the soap opera crap is over now.
James Peters: I don’t think Reyes plans on flirting here! She brings her opponent back up and drills her in the nose with an open palm strike! She then drives her into the corner where Blair is waiting! SHE MAKES THE TAG!

Rich Russillo: AND BLAIR IS NOW THE LEGAL WOMAN ONCE AGAIN! REYES THEN UNLEASHES A MASSIVE UPPERCUT DROPPING NEEL INTO A SEATED POSITION! She positions herself in the opposite corner…BEFORE CONNECTING WITH THE KNOCKOUT SMASH! Blair then pulls her towards the middle of the ring! STANDING MOONSAULT WITH THE KNEES! SHE COVERS!

James Peters: BUT KUTCHER NOW MAKES THE SAVE! He still looks out of it though! Candice Blair looks to show him exactly where he messed up! SHE GETS HIM TO HIS FEET AND THEN ROCKS HIM WITH FOREHAND CHOP! KUTCHER FIRES BACK WITH ONE OF HIS OWN! It sounded like a gunshot just rang out here in Chicago! It could have been an actual gunshot…
Persephone: Wait…Candice is looking more pissed off than hurt! SHE TURNS AROUND AND CATCHES HIM WITH A SPINNING HEEL KICK TO THE STOMACH! AND THEN NEARLY TAKES HIS HEAD OFF WITH THE ROUNDHOUSE!
Rich Russillo: IN COMES AKARI! HE DOESN’T WANT TO WAIT! He comes up right behind Blair and takes her down with the poisonrana! He sees Neel almost fully on her feet…SO HE TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE GAMENGIRI! Now he gets Kutcher back on his feet and into the corner!

James Peters: Akari Kiyoko is now the legal man! He definitely is entering this match with a chip on his shoulder! If he can’t be King of Elite then he is damn sure going to be Unified Tag Team Champion! He drags Blair up and traps her in the ropes! He then does the same to Halsey Neel on the opposite side of the ring! AND NOW HE’S MAKING LAPS AROUND THE RING WITH THE TEN DIVINE THRONES!
Persephone: Dude is seriously getting his steps in here. Literally running around the ring as he hits these forearms. He is trying to get all ten on both of them!
Rich Russillo: BUT PANDORA’S SEEN ENOUGH! SHE INTERCEPTS AKARI WITH THE LOVE TAP! Honestly, he just got a taste of his own medicine there! Paisley now frees Neel from the ropes and gets her in the corner!

Rich Russillo: Pandora now makes her way up to the top rope! She looks down on Akari who doesn’t even seem to be moving here! HERE COMES THE PRICE TAG!
James Peters: BUT NOW IT’S REYES GETTING INVOLVED WITHOUT BEING LEGAL! SHE LEAPS UP ONTO THE TOP ROPE WITH PANDORA! PUNJABI FLY! BOTH OF THEM COME CRASHING DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!
Persephone: This is just chaos at this point. As it should be!
Rich Russillo: And now Reyes manages to get back up onto her feet! She wants to do the same thing everyone else has done! She grabs Blair and tries to bring her over to the corner! BUT AKARI GRABS REYES AND THROWS HER OUT OF THE RING! He then takes hold of Blair and stuns her with the bell clap!
James Peters: And now he goes to the corner while she stumbles into position! Akari Kiyoko knows exactly what he wants here! HE ROLLS FORWARD AND THEN LEAPS UP! DEAD STROKE!
Persephone: BUT NO! BLAIR INTERCEPTS WITH A SPEAR! Akari was nearly split in half!
Rich Russillo: Candice Blair now stands up! With determination in her eyes, she brings Akari Kiyoko to his knees! She then aims…AND FIRES OFF WITH THE BICYCLE KNEE TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD!
James Peters: BUT KIYOKO DUCKS UNDER IT A MILLISECOND BEFORE IMPACT! He then gets back up to his feet as Blair is trying to recover! She turns around…AND HER HEAD NEARLY COMES OFF WITH PEACH DREAM! THE CLAYMORE KICK CONNECTS! He looks for the cover and I think we can say this one is over!

Persephone: Reyes bails her out just in the nick of time! She shoves Akari off of Blair! We were literally less than a second away from having new champions. Seems like The British Invasion lucked out.
Rich Russillo: Selina Reyes goes to bring Blair to the corner but Akari is back on her! He tries to take her down with a dragon suplex but she pulls her arm free and elbows him in the face! That’s enough to stagger him and she’s able to get there!

James Peters: Finally, she’s the legal competitor once again! She leaps up onto the ropes immediately…AND TAKES DOWN KIYOKO WITH THE SPRINGBOARD DROPKICK! She caught him square in the chest there! She might have the chance to finish things off here!
Persephone: Thank God, this is about to be over. Reyes places Kiyoko’s head between her legs, getting him in position for the Styles Clash! HERE COMES THE ORYX AWAKENING!
Rich Russillo: BUT PANDORA TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE SPINNING HEEL KICK! She took advantage of that situation without any hesitation! And now she grabs hold of Reyes and drags her into the corner! SHE GOES FOR THE TAG!

James Peters: Halsey Neel is back in this match folks! Pandora Paisley gets Reyes up on her shoulders now! She is in position for the Electric Chair! She approaches the corner as Neel is up on that top rope! ARE WE ABOUT TO SEE BLACKPOOL TOWER?
Persephone: NO CAUSE WE’RE SEEING A POISONRANA! As Halsey goes off the top, Reyes spikes Pandora’s skull into the mat! Neel awkwardly lands in the middle of the ring, having missed entirely!
Rich Russillo: That was a more than effective escape from Reyes! She gets back up and so does Neel! The two lock eyes and approach one another! NEEL LOOKS FOR THE BICYCLE KNEE BUT REYES AVOIDS IT! REYES THEN LOOKS FOR A BASEMENT DROPKICK BUT NEEL ROLLS OUT OF THE WAY! Reyes scrambles back to her feet as Neel looks to take her down with a lariat!
James Peters: REYES NOW TRIES FOR THE SAITO SUPLEX! BUT AS SHE BRINGS NEEL UP, SHE ROLLS BACK AND ONTO HER FEET! She tries for the rear clothesline but Reyes ducks under it! THEN REYES TRIES FOR THE RUNNING FOREARM…BUT NEEL CATCHES THE ARM! SHE GETS HER WITH A HEADBUTT!
Persephone: Enough of this stalemate crap. Someone better think about actually winning. OH S-
Rich Russillo: AKARI KIYOKO AND DAMIEN KUTCHER TAKE BOTH OF THEM DOWN! Akari then drags Neel over to the corner and makes the tag back into Damien!

James Peters: KUTCHER IS BACK TO BEING THE LEGAL MAN! Akari Kiyoko places Neel on the top rope and tucks her head in! HE KICKS HER RIGHT IN THE SKULL! HE THEN GETS HER POSITION FOR THE POWERBOMB…ARE WE ABOUT TO SEE FREEWAVE? NO HE HOLDS HER IN POSITION AS KUTCHER CLIMBS TO THE TOP ROPE!
Damien Kutcher (off-mic): It ain’t personal babe. It’s just the cost of doing business.
Persephone: BUT PANDORA SHAKES THE ROPES WHILE HE’S ON THEM! KUTCHER LANDS RIGHT ON THE HOLY ROLLERS!
Rich Russillo: AND NOW NEEL BEGINS ELBOWING AND PUNCHING DOWN AT AKARI! SHE IS LIKE A WILD ANIMAL NOW! Meanwhile, in the corner, Reyes makes the tag back into Blair!

James Peters: Reyes dispatches Paisley with a dropkick! Halsey is too distracted with Akari to see that Blair is closing in on her! She turns around…AND GETS ROCKED BY THE BICYCLE KNEE RIGHT IN THE JAW!
Persephone: CANDICE THEN GRABS HOLD OF HER! SHE’S GOING FOR IT! CANDY DESTROYER!
Rich Russillo: No way…this has to be it! Candice Blair hooks the leg for the cover!

Persephone: That is a whole 240 pounds that flattened them. I don’t think either of them are coming back any time soon. Damien Kutcher gets up and an idea comes to mind! HE GRABS BOTH NEEL AND CANDICE…THE DIVINE SUBMISSION!
Rich Russillo: NO WAY! He has the Sharpshooter locked in on both right now! Look at the smile on his face, he believes that he’s going to take this! He’s practically them in two here!
James Peters: Wait a second here…is one of them about to tap out? It seems like both Halsey Neel and Candice Blair have their hands raised…

Gavin Kirkland: This Specialist Championship match is underway, Soari, a very white hot up and comer is looking to capture the gold after failing the first time. Aizen is confident this time around, things will be different. However, Nikki Kimura has been very good in her own right and some point out the weapon she has in her back pocket. Well, it’s more appropriate to say in her corner. Silas has been a big key to her success and while Soari was able to beat Kimura in the Empress of Elite tournament; Nikki is way more focused on retaining her Championship and proving to the world she isn’t a paper Champion.
Eve:Both women staring each other down as they slowly approach the center of the ring. Testing the nerves here, Soari putting her hand up looking to initiate a lock up. Looks like Kimura is accepting it, interlocking the hands and struggling for control in the middle of the ring! Both women not backing down, pushing each other back and forth- BUT SOARI GETS THE UPPER HAND WITH A KNEE TO THE MIDSECTION! Deadprez: Kimura looks to be trying to move herself into a better position but Soari gets a headlock! Dropping to one knee and now flipping Kimura on the ground! Wrenching in the hold now with 100% control! These two women are very well versed in this style but Soari is showing she got a little bit more experience. However, Nikki isn’t going to stay down for long- HOOKING HER LEGS AROUND HER NECK! Soari pops out and gets back to her feet! Nikki does the same and they are back at square one! Staring each other down, waiting for the next move.
Gavin Kirkland: This time Kimura is going for a lock up attempt, lifting her arm in the air hoping that Soari takes it. Which it seems like she is- NO! SOARI WITH A KICK TO THE MIDSECTION! Dropping Kimura down to her knees and immediately applying another headlock! Soari is not one to play by the rules, willing to take advantage where she sees them and Kimura is going to have to learn that it ain’t going to be fair. Especially with what’s at stake. But it looks like Kimura is getting a bit of a fighting spirit, slamming her fist into the side of Soari! Hitting that kidney!

(Brianna enters the ring and rolls her eyes after looking at Ryan before she takes her respective corner. The crowd gives Cody a mixed, but more positive reaction as he heads to the ring.)

Eve: Here is a man who is coming to the ring in probably not the best of moods considering how close he was last week on advancing himself into the King of Elite Finals, but he fell just a little short against TLA!

Any positivity from the crowd is completely gone as Ruler enters the arena while being flanked by Zariah Kennedy. Ruler has an unreadable expression on his face as he and Zariah head to the ring.)

Deadprez: This man is a complete nut. After seeing him interact with Kyra Phillips and his vignette the week before, there is obviously something wrong in the head with Ruler.
Gavin Kirkland: He’s scary. He’s dangerous and I would really not like to get on his bad side. And it will be the bad side that we see if he doesn’t win this four way match considering how King of Elite went with Ruler being eliminated in the opening round by Bronson Daniels… I’m still wondering how that was pulled off.
Eve: Shut up, Gavin! Ruler is a former champion in his own right and he would love to make his way towards another title shot in the hopes of, and I quote, satisfying the darkness that will eventually envelop EAW. What a match this will be. Four different personalities. Who will prevail? We are about to find out!

Gavin Kirkland: I love it when the action begins. These four are really slugging it out right now as Brianna has Ryan on the ropes WHILE SHE GOES FOR A RIGHT HAND—
Deadprez: RYAN DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY AND LIFTS BRIANNA UP IN THE AIR AND OUT OF THE RING! Brianna was close to hitting the floor, but she was able to catch herself on the apron to save herself.
Eve: Ryan turns around AND BRIANNA SLAPS RYAN IN THE FACE! Ryan didn’t appreciate that one bit AND HE FIRES OFF A DROPKICK THAT SENDS BRIANNA FLYING OFF THE APRON!
Gavin Kirkland: Poor Brianna crashes and burns on the floor right in front of us. Wait a second! They don’t get eliminated from this match by being thrown over the top rope, do they? If so, this sucks. Brianna is the prettiest one in the match.
Eve: No, Gavin. Pinfall or submission only. SOMEBODY didn’t listen to Gina Romano’s introduction just a few minutes ago. Stop thinking with your head and start thinking with your head.
Deadprez: I can’t believe I understood all of that. Anyways, Brianna is taken out for the moment as we see Ruler getting the advantage over Cody, BUT HERE COMES RYAN WITH A FOREARM TO THE BACK OF RULER’S NECK!
Gavin Kirkland: Ruler drops to a knee as Ryan brings him back to his feet and whips him to the ropes. Ruler rebounds AND RYAN FIRES OFF A CLOTHESLINE THAT RULER AVOIDS–
Eve: BUT HE RUNS RIGHT INTO A STRAIGHT PUNCH FROM CODY MAVERICK THAT SENDS RULER STUMBLING TOWARDS THE ROPES! Luckily the ropes are there or Ruler would have fallen out of the ring.
Deadprez: Ruler stays on his feet off the punch and Cody is right there DELIVERING A CHOP TO THE CHEST BEFORE FOLLOWING UP WITH ANOTHER! AND ANOTHER AS HE LIGHTS UP THE CHEST OF RULER!
Gavin Kirkland: Cody pulls Ruler off the ropes and whips him to the other side. Ruler comes back and Cody drops for a back body drop, BUT RULER USES CODY’S BACK TO FLIP OVER HIM AND LAND BEHIND CODY–

Gavin Kirkland: I don’t blame Cody for doing that to Ryan. Ryan is so good at mooching off of somebody else’s handiwork to claim the glory for himself. Cody made Ryan pay the price for that little stunt.
Eve: According to Cody, he will be damned if he loses another title opportunity at the hands of Ryan Wilson BUT HERE COMES RULER WITH A CHOP OF HIS OWN TO CODY’S CHEST! Turnabout is fair play as Ruler lifts Cody up and drops him with a vertical suplex–

Gavin Kirkland: Ryan planted on that empty head of his as Brianna runs over to the side of the ring AND DELIVERS A BASEBALL SLIDE DROPKICK SENDING RULER TO THE FLOOR! Now she runs to the other side of the ring where Cody is AND HITS ANOTHER BASEBALL SLIDE!
Deadprez: Cody hits the floor as well, but here comes Ryan Wilson after the DDT and HE DELIVERS A HEADBUTT TO BRIANNA KNOCKING HER FOR A LOOP! Ryan picks up Brianna and hoists her onto his shoulder.
Eve: Ryan is looking to deliver a running powerslam, BUT BRIANNA SLIDES OFF RYAN’S SHOULDER AND DELIVERS A DROPKICK THAT SENDS RYAN TO THE ROPES! Ryan doesn’t get a chance to recover AS BRIANNA DELIVERS A CLOTHESLINE THAT GETS RYAN OFF HIS FEET!
Gavin Kirkland: It also sends him OVER THE TOP ROPE AND RIGHT TO THE FLOOR NEXT TO CODY! The lone lady in this match showing everybody up right. This could be your Number One Contender right here and I am all for it.

Eve: No need for a spare as Brianna picks up the strike in the early frames of this match, but we still have a long way to go and three eliminations that need to occur before this is all said and done.
Deadprez: Brianna has made it back to her feet as she grabs Ruler by the hair to leverage him back to his feet AS HE SENDS HIM FACE FIRST INTO THE STEEL RING POST! DID YOU HEAR THAT THUD OFF THE POST!
Gavin Kirkland: Ruler is nuts so he probably enjoyed that much more than necessary. As Ruler stumbles over to the barricade, Brianna grabs hold of Ryan by the beard to bring him back to his feet! OUCH! Be careful! We don’t know what he looks like under there. It could be very scary!
Deadprez: Will you stop? Ryan is back to his feet as Brianna drags him to the ring steps on the other side of the ring AND SHE SWITCHES UP WITH A DROP TOE HOLD THAT SENDS RYAN GOING THROAT FIRST INTO THE RING STEPS!
Eve: RYAN IS HOLDING HIS THROAT IN PAIN AS HIS NECK NARROWLY AVOIDS THE CORNER OF THE STEPS! Brianna is completely proud of herself–

Gavin Kirkland: AND CODY MAVERICK CRACKS BRIANNA IN THE HEAD WITH A STEEL CHAIR! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? She’s beautiful and you’re trying to rearrange her face!!
Eve: Complain all you want, but that steel chair shot is as legal as a headlock in this match. The referee is only here to count pinfalls or check on competitors during a submission. But Brianna was certainly rocked after that chair shot to the skull.
Deadprez: Cody grabs Brianna with ease as he uses her as a battering ram AND SENDS HER HEAD FIRST INTO THE BARRICADE! SHE COULD BE KNOCKED OUT RIGHT NOW!
Gavin Kirkland: That’s exactly what he wants as he grabs the barely moving Brianna and rolls her back into the ring. Why couldn’t Cody just hit Ruler or Ryan? It would only be an improvement.

Eve: Meanwhile on the other side of the ring, we see Ruler has brought a table out from under the ring and now he slides it in the ring before following suit. That isn’t his preferred weapon, but that could certainly cause some damage.
Gavin Kirkland: As we cut back to the fight outside the ring, Ryan and Cody have made their way over to the timekeeper’s area. Gina Romano gets the hell out of there AS RYAN BOUNCES CODY’S HEAD OFF THE RING BELL!
Eve: That could bust Cody open right there as he holds onto the barricade for dear life to keep his balance but Ryan is right there to lift him up AND DROP HIM ON THE BARRICADE! Cody is teetering on the barricade as Ryan climbs up onto the barricade himself–
Deadprez: RYAN WITH A LEG DROP TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD SENDING CODY FALLING INTO THE SECOND ROW! Ryan jumps off the barricade as this fight is now in the crowd and they love it.
Gavin Kirkland: Now we are back in the ring and we see that Ruler has set the table up inside the ring as Zariah is cheering the Supreme Nutcase on. Brianna has rolled over to the ropes to pull herself back to her feet.
Eve: Ruler goes running towards Brianna FOR THE BUSAIKU RUNNING KNEE! RV1 ON THE WAY, BUT BRIANNA DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY AND RULER LANDS UGLY WITHIN THE ROPES!

Eve: Ryan lets Cody go and Cody grabs hold of Ryan by the head AND SNAPS HIM OFF THE ARENA STAIRS AND ONTO THE CONCRETE FLOOR! RYAN COULD HAVE CRACKED HIS HEAD OPEN!
Deadprez: No blood to be seen as Cody grabs Ryan and drags him back closer to the ringside area. Meanwhile, Brianna has been thrown out of the ring by Ruler as Ruler has made it to the top rope–
Gavin Kirkland: RULER COMES OFF THE TOP ROPE AND HITS AN AX HANDLE ACROSS BRIANNA’S FACE AND BOTH COMPETITORS ARE DOWN ON THE FLOOR AFTER DID SOME DAMAGE TO HIMSELF WITH THAT MOVE!
Eve: As we cut back to the other side of the ring, CODY GOES TO CLOTHESLINE RYAN OVER THE BARRICADE, BUT RYAN DUCKS DOWN AND COUNTERS WITH A BACK BODY DROP SENDING CODY OVER THE BARRICADE AND TO THE FLOOR!

Eve: While on the other side, Ruler has slid off the turnbuckle and he grabs hold of Brianna and brings her off the turnbuckle as Ryan lifts up Cody AND BOTH MEN COME OFF THE ROPES–

Eve: Ruler took the least amount of damage from all the table fun and he goes to beat the hell out of what’s left of Ryan and Cody.
Gavin Kirkland: But instead he walks over to Zariah. What the hell is he doing? He could eliminate another person, but instead he’s having a conference. We WRESTLE! We don’t take coffee breaks.
Eve: Look at what Zariah gave to Ruler! IT’S IZABELL! THAT DAMN GLASS SLEDGEHAMMER THAT RULER LIKES SO MUCH! RULER IS LOOKING TO CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE RIGHT NOW!
Deadprez: Ruler rolls back into the ring, but he puts the sledgehammer down as he grabs Ryan Wilson and brings him back to his feet and whips him to the ropes. Ryan comes back AND RULER LIFTS HIM UP AND DROPS HIM WITH A SPINEBUSTER!
Gavin Kirkland: Ryan rolls to the outside as Ruler picks up Izabell. Cody is making it back to his feet and Ruler is right there watching Cody struggle AS HE RUNS FULL SPEED TO CODY MAVERICK–
Eve: AND HE CLOBBERS CODY IN THE FACE WITH IZABELL! THAT SLEDGEHAMMER MIGHT HAVE JUST SCRAMBLED CODY’S BRAINS AS CODY FALLS BACKWARDS INTO THE CORNER!

Deadprez: Ruler has such a demonic look in his eyes AS HE GRABS CODY’S LEGS AND APPLIES THE BOSTON CRAB! SUBMISSION MANEUVER RIGHT HERE!
Eve: The referee is right there to see if Cody wants to give up this match… which we already know isn’t going to happen, but we are about to see how long Cody might have to hold out in this submission.
Gavin Kirkland: Cody has taken some damage to his back thanks to Ruler and the sledgehammer, so we can see some pain on Cody’s face as he tries to make it to the ropes.
Eve: But there is no rope break! Ruler can keep the submission applied as long as he damn well pleases to torture Cody. That’s exactly what he is doing right now. Cody’s back has got to be hurting him right now.
Deadprez: But Cody is trying to claw himself to the ropes. Not necessarily for the rope break, but to pull himself out of the ring to get some distance between him and Ruler as he can.
Gavin Kirkland: Cody is so close to the ropes, BUT RULER PULLS HIM RIGHT BACK TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! NOW WE CAN SEE MORE ANGUISH ON CODY’S FACE WITH BEING IN THE SUBMISSION AS LONG AS HE HAS!
Eve: He just does not want to submit, Cody might not be left with another choice–

Deadprez: I don’t think he was saving Cody as much as he was getting a little payback for that spinebuster Ruler gave earlier.
Eve: Either way, Cody is still in the match and he has slowly rolled over to the ropes and out of the ring. Might be the smartest thing for him right now.

Deadprez: Ryan is taking complete advantage of the no disqualification rule as he tries to do the same thing that Ruler did to Cody. Turnabout is fair play.
Gavin Kirkland: I knew Ryan hasn’t fully turned over a new leaf. Once an asshole, always an asshole.
Eve: You would know. But Ruler has made it to the ropes and rolls out to the apron, BUT RYAN GRABS RULER BY THE NECK AND PULLS HIM TO HIS FEET AS HE TRIES TO PULL RULER BACK INTO THE RING–
Deadprez: RULER CAUGHT RYAN IN THE FACE WITH A SPINNING BACK FIST THAT TAKES RYAN DOWN TO THE MAT! That gives Ruler a chance to regroup, but now he’s heading back up to the top rope.

Gavin Kirkland: This is a rematch from before Road to Redemption when both men fought for a National Elite Championship match. Ryan got the win in that one, but Cody wasn’t involved in the fall of that match.

(Cody has caught his breath enough for him to make it back to his feet. Seconds later, the cheers get a little louder for Cody as the referee raises Cody’s arm in victory for a moment before going to check on Ryan.)
Gavin Kirkland: To be honest, I was hoping Brianna would win so she could be out here the longest, but Cody winning is good too. He again showed why he is the one to watch in 2025.
Deadprez: Always thinking with your head, Gavin. We really appreciate it.
(Cody stays in the ring for a moment longer soaking in the feeling that he gets another shot at the National Elite Championship before he exits the ring and slowly makes his way up the entrance ramp.)
Eve: Even though Ruler and Brianna were eliminated earlier in the match, you can’t ignore their performances in this match. They should keep their heads high and let this match fuel them to new heights.
Gavin Kirkland: Then there is Ryan Wilson. I mean he did well to make it to the final two, but the result was not surprising. But Ryan is the type of person to use this to keep climbing I guess. Oh well. There’s nothing wrong with that.
Eve: If that was anymore backhanded of a remark, I’d reach over and backhand you myself. Ryan did work hard and showed improvement in his wrestling ability.
Deadprez: All four competitors showed out in this match all for the sake of getting a shot at the National Elite Champion, but it was the “Sin City Superstar” who hit the jackpot. Cody Maverick is the last man standing and now is the Number One Contender for the National Elite Championship. SOSA and Miku both better have been watching closely because whoever wins leaves with the National Elite Championship has to face Cody Maverick. Congrats once again to Cody for the very hard fought victory.
(The final shot shows Cody soaking in the cheers at the top of the entrance ramp before cutting down to Ryan, who is now sitting down in the middle of the ring with a look of disappointment on his face as the camera fades to the main show.)
