(Pyro explodes all across the stage before “Twisted Transistor” by Korn plays all throughout the arena as a large throne appears at the top of the stage that only shows the back of it, which reads “The Quintessential Champion” on it)
Announcer: First, the challenger…. From Seattle, Washington!…. He weighed in tonight at 226 pounds!…. HE IS THE QUINTESSENTIAL CHAMPION….
(The throne slowly lowers down as Y2Impact is revealed behind it, standing in his signature pose; dressed in a navy blue and orange light-up jacket with a large kanji symbol on the center back)
Announcer: HE IS Y! 2!! IMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAACCCCTTTT!!!….
(Y2Impact spins around with a smirk across his face as he slowly makes his way down to the ring)
Stew: You can always count on this man, Y2Impact, to show off his eccentric side on occasions such as Pain For Pride! I may not exactly be “pulling for him”, but he looks very confident in himself that he’ll be walking out tonight with a second National Extreme Championship victory as he eyes that empty glass case next to the replica of the very Title he’s about to compete for.
(A massive cacophony of pyro explodes all around the titantron, stage, and ramp before stopping with one final explosion as “Eyes Closed” by BADBADNOTGOOD plays all throughout the arena and Tyler Parker can be seen standing at the top of the stage, dressed in a black and gold hooded robe and the National Extreme Championship around his waist)
Announcer: And his opponent!…. From Syracuse, New York!…. Weighing in at 223 pounds!…. HE IS THE REIGNING AND DEFENDING E-A-W NATIONAL EXTREME CHAMPION…. THE LIEGE OF LIGHT….
(Tyler removes his hood and makes his way down the ramp)
Announcer: TYLER PAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRKKKKKKKEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!….
WWEFan: If you wanna talk about focused, then look no further than the National Extreme Champion. He shows NO intimidation whatsoever as he stares down with Impact while he passes that empty glass case… Tyler quickly enters the ring and takes off his robe before handing over his National Extreme Championship to the Referee… The Referee shows both men the prize they’re fighting for before signaling for the bell to officially begin this bout as the clock is thrown up on the screen!

Stew: BOTH MEN EXPLODE OUT OF THEIR RESPECTIVE CORNERS INTO A FRENZY OF FISTS INSIDE THE CENTER OF THE RING! NO MORE LOVE TO BE LOST BETWEEN THESE TWO ADVERSARIES AS THEY ABSOLUTELY WHALE AWAY INTO ONE ANOTHER! TYLER MANAGES TO CATCH IMPACT WITH A TAKEDOWN AS HE CONTINUES THROWING FISTS INTO THE CHALLENGER!! Impact’s not even making an attempt to defend himself as he instead sticks to the offensive! Impact manages to turn the tide into his favor as he rolls both men over to himself now mounting the chest of Tyler; both men not letting up whatsoever with those fists sent flying! Impact cuts through Tyler’s attack with a powerful forearm that smacks Tyler’s head off of the canvas! Impact immediately clutches the hair of Tyler and pulls him in for a headbutt right into the face! TYLER WITH A HEADBUTT OF HIS OWN INTO THE FACE OF IMPACT! Impact rolls off as both men quickly scramble back to their feet! This crowd is already salivating at the mouth at the mere sight of seeing these two men so rabid and out for one another’s blood as they get to their feet while both Impact and Tyler stare down from across the ring! Their hatred for one another ignites almost immediately as they both once again burst from their corners and come charging like locomotives on the same track! Impact goes for a clothesline, but it’s quickly scouted and ducked by Tyler! Impact realizes the mistake he made as he spins around, but he’s caught with a spinning kick into the mid-section from the Champion! Tyler pulls Impact in–European uppercut connects as Impact is sent backpedaling into the ropes! Impact uses the momentum off the ropes to his advantage as he charges forward! He’s caught with a second loud European uppercut from Tyler!
WWEFan: Impact may be losing any hopes of gaining control here as he’s sent back into the ropes from which he came! Impact nearly falling through the ropes! NO–HE USES THEM TO LAUNCH HIMSELF FORWARD WITH A BIG CLOTHESLINE THAT DROPS TYLER! I don’t know where that one came from! Impact’s got that snide look on his face as he looks at his now downed opponent; quickly looking to keep the damage coming as he rushes into the ropes and coming back as Tyler flips onto his stomach–Impact jumps over him and goes into the adjacent ropes as Tyler rushes back to his feet.. Tyler with a big leap over an oncoming Impact! Impact coming back now and right into Tyler’s clutches! Big hip toss! No–Impact lands firmly on his feet and nails Tyler with a toe kick before going for a hip toss of his own! TYLER PULLS IMPACT IN WITH A CLOTHESLINE; TAKING THE HALL OF FAMER DOWN! Look at this! Tyler’s not letting it end there as he keeps a grip on the arm of Impact; dragging him back up to his feet! SECOND powerful clothesline connects! Impact’s in a lot of trouble here if he can’t think of something as Tyler pulls him up once again! THIRD CLOTHESLINE DROPS IMPACT RIGHT ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD! TYLER SIGNALS A POTENTIAL FALL COMING AS THIS CROWD RISES AGAIN!! Impact rolls straight to the outside before Tyler can make a move and though it may come off as cowardly to some, that’s a very smart move to make! Every action – ESPECIALLY in an Iron Man match – counts!
HBG: It’s a smart move if you wanna make yourself a sitting duck, because that’s what Impact just became as Tyler stalks him as the challenger scrambles to get back up to his feet on the outside! TYLER LOOKING TO LAUNCH HIMSELF WITH A SLINGSHOT CROSSBODY! IMPACT MOVES! No–Tyler sees it coming and stops himself before it’s too late on the apron! Impact turns around to eat the bottom of Tyler’s boot as it connects with his face and sends him stumbling backwards! TYLER LEAPS WITH A FINAL CHAPTER!!! Nobody’s home as Impact dodges out of the way and DRIVES Tyler spine-first into the barricade! Impact just unloading now with shot after shot after shot into the face of Tyler Parker! That’s how you take care of business! Impact isn’t a six-time World Champion and soon to be two-time National Extreme Champion for nothing! He wasn’t going to fall for that little trick of Tyler’s and he’s showing that in spades here as he grabs Tyler and pulls him in for a series of knees into the mid-section! Now pulling Tyler’s head down into the onslaught of knees! Absolutely brutal! He grabs Tyler and could be looking for an Irish whip here! TYLER GOES FLYING INTO THE BARRICADE!! Stew: Those fans certainly don’t look very happy with finding the National Extreme Champion in their laps, but Impact looks all too pleased with himself as he gives a confident smirk while reaching down and dragging his opponent back up… TYLER SPRINGS UP WITH A EUROPEAN UPPERCUT?! ANOTHER! ANOTHER! TYLER’S NOT WASTING ANYTIME HERE WHATSOEVER AS HE PULLS IMPACT IN; LOOKING TO PICK HIM UP FOR SOMETHING HUGE AS THE CROWD SCATTERS AROUND THEM AND LEAVING NOTHING BUT A COUPLE ROWS OF EMPTY CHAIRS THAT ARE PERFECT FOR CAREER ENDING MANEUVERS!! HE’S GOT IMPACT UP!! IMPACT’S TRYING TO FIGHT IT AS TYLER COULD BE LOOKING FOR A DEPRAVITY RIGHT INTO THOSE CHAIRS! IMPACT WITH A KNEE TO THE SKULL OF TYLER! TYLER DROPS IMPACT FORWARD AS HIS BODY LANDS AWKWARDLY ON THE TOP OF THE BARRICADE! Impact may have found his way out of that precarious position, but it only lead him to another! TRIFORCE DDT!!! AN ELEVATED TRIFORCE DDT CONNECTS AS IMPACT IS DRILLED RIGHT INTO THAT CONCRETE!!! Tyler’s hurting, but he’s got the ball in his court as of THAT offensive maneuver! However, the clock is ticking and the only way he’ll be able to get any falls is by doing so IN the ring! Tyler realizes this and looks to do just that as he drags Impact back up with him.. Impact’s not done fighting! He’s miraculously not busted open as he gets up to his feet and pushes Tyler away and into the empty chairs!
WWEFan: IMPACT SPITS IN TYLER’S FACE!! HE’S GOT NO RESPECT! NO RESPECT FOR HIS FORMER PROTEGE WHATSOEVER! Tyler didn’t expect that as he slowly wipes off the saliva.. AND CHARGES!! IMPACT CATCHES HIM IN HIS TRAP AS HE SENDS TYLER UP AND OVER THE BARRICADE! Tyler manages to land on his feet! Forearm to the back of Impact’s skull! IMPACT GRABS A FRONT ROW CHAIR AND DRIVES IT RIGHT INTO THE BRIDGE OF TYLER PARKER’S NOSE!! IMPACT LEAPS TO ONE SIDE OF THE BARRICADE AND CONNECTS WITH A SPRINGBOARD DROPKICK RIGHT OFF THE FACE OF TYLER PARKER!!! Tyler drops like a sack of bricks down to the mat as Impact pulls himself up using the barricade and climbs back over… But he’s not alone! No; he’s got that steel chair in hand as he begins verbally assaulting the now downed Tyler… Tyler knows he can’t waste a single second, but he may not be in much of a position to decide how he spends his time as Impact continues to berate him! IMPACT DRIVES THE TOP OF THAT CHAIR INTO THE SPINE OF TYLER! HE DRIVES IT INTO HIS BACK AGAIN! IMPACT NOW REPEATING HIS ACTIONS FROM LAST WEEK’S SHOWDOWN AS HE CRACKS THAT CHAIR OFF OF THE SPINE OF TYLER WITHOUT MERCY!! Impact’s growing more arrogant with every passing second he has Tyler at his mercy… Tyler’s trying to get back up, but Impact continues to mock him as he pushes him back down the ground again and again and again! Impact aggressively grabs a hold of Tyler’s face! LOWBLOW!!! TYLER SWINGS AN ARM INTO THE GROIN OF IMPACT, WHO DROPS TO HIS KNEES!
HBG: Goddamn it! This is precisely why women don’t have balls; we’re not stupid enough to fall for shit like that! Impact’s in great pain, but he grabs his chair! TYLER WITH A CLOSED-FIST SHOT TO THE FACE! ANOTHER SHOT CONNECTS TO IMPACT! HEADBUTT FROM TYLER TO IMPACT! FOREARM! ANOTHER! ANOTHER! OPEN HAND CHOPS ACROSS THE FACE NOW AS A DAMAGED TYLER RISES BACK UP TO HIS FEET SLOWLY BUT SURELY, BUT NOT LETTING IMPACT OUT OF HIS CLUTCHES FOR EVEN ONE SOLITARY SECOND! HE’S UP! Impact is doing his damndest to get up, but he’s physically drained! He’s pushing himself to his limits just to get to his feet one more time and that may be all he needs to perhaps gain the upper-hand and even take home the victory! Impact’s almost up as he reaches for that chair; using it for leverage before unfolding it and placing it down.. Impact stumbles over to a downed and barely moving Tyler as he drags him up… DON’T! WWEFan: What an absolutely hard-fought brawl these two competitors have put on in this contest thus far, but regardless of that successful pinfall, the show will continue on and so will this match as the clock continues to countdown! Tyler Parker has found himself in the lead after that back and forth action with his former mentor; delivering not one, not two, but THREE Depravity’s onto his opponent before capturing the fall and yet anything could happen regardless! Both men look as if they may have nothing left in the tank, but Impact needs to pull through and fight to outscore Tyler now that he’s at the disadvantage! Tyler climbs back up to his feet using the ropes to aid him as he stumbles towards a still downed Impact; possibly looking for another fall!… No, Tyler seems to only be shaking his head… A distressed Y2Impact looks up at the seemingly refusing Tyler Parker..
Tyler (without a microphone): It’s over… You’re not worth anymore. You hear that? You’re not worth anymore.
HBG: Those are fighting words and it certainly seems to have ignited the proverbial fire underneath Impact’s ass as he attempts to get back up… Tyler with a shot to the face of Impact! Impact’s knocked back down, but his expression hasn’t changed one bit! He’s got a purpose and he’s not letting Tyler go after those words! Impact clutches the body of Tyler now as he uses them to drag himself back up while Tyler continues to shake his head! Tyler continues to disparage his opponent as Impact rises up! IMPACT THROWS A FOREARM INTO THE FACE OF TYLER! That’s gotta piss him off! Tyler only turns back around to a look of disgust towards Impact! Impact’s absolutely furious as he sends another forearm into Tyler! Another! Another! IMPACT WITH A KICK TO THE GROIN!!! NO–TYLER CATCHES IT! TYLER ONCE AGAIN SHAKING HIS HEAD AT IMPACT! Tyler refuses to fight him any further; telling him to just give up! IMPACT PULLS TYLER IN–SMALL PACKAGE?!!! HE’S GOT HIM WITH AN INSIDE CRADLE OUT OF NOWHERE!!

Impact’s being brought to his knees as Tyler continues to batter him! Tyler backs away from the attack as he once again tells Impact to stay down! Telling Impact he doesn’t deserve to be his mentor! Tyler Parker wasn’t kidding when he told Impact he wanted to humiliate him! Impact refuses to heed Tyler’s warnings nonetheless as he continues to seek his first fall of this contest! Stew: What an absolutely phenomenal match by two of the greatest competitors to have ever stepped foot in an EAW ring! They brought everything they had to the table tonight and what a show they delivered! Tyler Parker did exactly as he said he was going to do here tonight at Pain For Pride! He said he was gonna hurt Y2Impact! He said he was gonna humiliate Impact! And though he put up one Hell of a fight, Y2Impact has successfully been both hurt AND humiliated!

WWEFan: I couldn’t agree more, Stew, Tyler Parker has yet again reminded everyone why he will be back as a World Champion one day, but I think tonight will suffice quite nicely in the meantime. Tyler has defeated his former mentor and simultaneously retained his National Extreme Championship in his very first defense!
