During the month of September, EAW saw one of its biggest events of the year in Territorial Invasion! This is the event where the three brands go head to head in various matches to see who will come out on top. One of the matches in question was the main event of the entire show, the War Games match! This highly competitive match has seen many different moments and victories over the years, but this year it saw history being made. This was all thanks to the three members of team Showdown, Bronson Daniels, the Universal Women’s Champion Milli Banks, and the team Captain and National Elite Champion Veena Adams! This was a history-making victory because for years, Showdown has been unable to win at this event. That would change this year though, and these three would contribute to what was a great night for Showdown by winning a highly competitive War Games match filled with fantastic talent. This definitely wasn’t an easy victory, but this was a highly capable team that proved to be able to get the job done. Veena, Milli, and Bronson had a great performance at Territorial Invasion and showcased how good of a team they had heading into it. This was a well deserved victory, so congratulations to Team Showdown for winning the War Games match!
