With season 17 coming to an end, May saw one of the final marquee events of the season in Fighting Spirit! This was a fantastic show with some huge moments, and at this event there were not one, but two people who’d go on to have a record breaking month. Those two Elitists are the TWO Elitists of the Month for the month of May, and the new Unified Tag Team Champions, Kassidy Heart and Sienna Jade! At Fighting Spirit, the Jaded Hearts defeated NICHOLISM to reclaim the Unified Tag Team Championships! Thanks to thus victory, these two would break the record for most Tag Team Championship reigns in EAW history, which is a huge achievement for these two. The Jaded Hearts was already a tag team that had gone down in history as the very best, but setting a new record like this only adds to their amazing legacy as a team, and further proves why they’re one of the greatest tag teams ever. This was a major victory for these two this close to Pain for Pride, as they’ll now be heading into Pain for Pride looking to defend their Unified Tag Team Championships! This was a great season for the Jaded Hearts, and in the last few months they’ve managed to bring their season to an end in a major way. Congratulations to the new Unified Tag Team Champions, Sienna Jade and Kassidy Heart!
