EAW Hall of Fame 2023 Red Carpet

(EAW intro plays.)

( ‘Hall of Fame’ by The Script begins to play as a video package begins to play of the Elitists getting inducted tonight — Drake King, The Visual Prophet, Sienna Jade, Jack Ripley and Superior Quality 85. )

(It pans to the outside of the Gaylord Opryland Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside the building, we see fans getting their tickets and metal detected as they make their way inside the Convention. Already, we see a bunch of press and media interviewers already beginning to go into work interviewing a series of Elitists. Right away, we see a couple of Elitists from the 24/7 Battle Royal — Drake Armstrong, Lucas Johnson, Roberto De La Rosa and La Famila. After a moment or two, we pan to Gavin Kirkland, Flannery McCoy and Jake Mercer standing by.)

(Gavin Kirkland and Jake Mercer are in designer tuxedos. Both men have a blue and red handkerchief on their blazer pocket for Showdown and Dynasty. Meanwhile, Flannery McCoy wears a chiffon laced red gown with a v-neckline and a flowy train right behind her.)

Flannery McCoy: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the EAW Red Carpet show! I’m Flannery McCoy and with me are my fellow commentators on the Dynasty brand, the knowledgable Jake Mercer! And from the Showdown brand is the incredibly provocative, but subtle, Gavin Kirkland!

Gavin Kirkland: Flannery, you look amazing!

Flannery McCoy: Well thank you, Gavin! Persephone did warn me about you though. You tried to hit on her last year.

Gavin Kirkland: I was being nothing more than a gentleman, Flann! Jake, you’re looking good yourself!

Jake Mercer: Thank you, Gav! It’s been crazy here since the moment we stepped onto the Red Carpet. We got E!, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Vogue, People, Sports Illustrated, Telemundo and a bunch of other media out here, swarming these Elitists for interviews about Pain for Pride! It’s around this time of year where it finally hits me again that this is truly the biggest company in the world!

Flannery McCoy: Indeed, but happily, we’re not the one doing the interviewing. We got two women who are more than up for the job! Let’s go to one of them first!

(Camera transitions to Sofia Clarke)

Sofia Clarke: Thank you Flannery, Gavin and Jake for that lovely welcoming. It’s a scorching day here at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center and as you can see, paparazzi are lining the red carpet and key figures in the wrestling world are already beginning to arrive. We’re kicking today off with quite the bang here, joining me at this time is none other than the reigning, defending EAW World Champion, Drake King!

( A couple of playful cheers from members of the paparazzi aired as cameras would pan over, revealing Drake King. Drake looked dashing on the red carpet in his black tuxedo with a single-breasted jacket adding a touch of sophistication. White dress shirt and black, slim-fitted bottom wear would complete the look along with polished black leather shoes. Drake gestured for Sofia to begin the interview, in a bad mood given the events of Voltage’s go-home show. )

Sofia Clarke: Drake, welcome, you’ve certainly beaten most of the traffic here. This must be a very proud day for you. The headlining inductee, all your years of hard work recognised. Also being inducted alongside a man who played a big, big part in your career in The Visual Prophet. We’re on the cusp of one of the biggest matches of your career, perhaps one of the biggest in this promotion’s long, storied history. So I have to ask, how has the last couple of weeks been?

Drake King: Dreadful.

( Sofia Clarke looks somewhat taken aback. She waits a couple of moments, in which Drake realizes there’s no follow-up question coming so he continues to speak. )

Drake King: Why do you think I arrived early, Sofia? Because I don’t like the fanfare. I do not want people taking photos of me, for an event I don’t want to be at in the first place, days out from a match that I do not wish to be competing in. All the commotion is unappealing, I don’t agree with the Hall of Fame even being a thing. It’s silly and frivolous. So no, I’m not proud of this day, I’m happy for the rest of the class, like The Visual Prophet and Sienna Jade, but this isn’t something I necessarily wanted or asked for.

Sofia Clarke: I caught that you said you don’t want to be facing Methuselah at Pain for Pride this weekend, is that something you’d be willing to expand upon?

Drake King: Let me stop you right there Sofia, because I didn’t say that I don’t want to face Methuselah. He brought all of this on himself, with mind games and obsession. I wanted no part in this to begin with, and he kept pushing and pushing. I am absolutely fine taking to the mat against one of the greatest to ever do it. It’s the stipulation that I disagree with. It’s like I said on Voltage, I despise matches like this. Always have, always will. They don’t represent the reason why I compete or the vision I believe that this promotion should be implementing. I keep hearing people say that facing Methuselah, it’s like nothing I could begin to comprehend. But I believe it’s the opposite of that, Sofia. I believe he’s stepping into the ring with someone like me, someone who’ll stop at nothing to ensure I’m seen, heard and recognised as the best.

Drake King: His actions last week were deplorable. They’ve further dampened my mood in relation to this upcoming week. I don’t want to be here, I don’t agree with it. Sure, I dressed up nice, but this wasn’t by choice. At Pain for Pride I am going to put an end to this obsession, being a Hall of Fame talent or not, it makes no difference to me. Then I can look ahead to the future and have the EAW World Championship with no strings attached, without having to deal with this madman who has practically been stalking me ever since he just randomly showed up during my match with Yhwach. Methuselah and I are nothing alike, and at Pain for Pride I am going to prove that. Now, is that enough for you? Are you happy? May I please be allowed to get on with my day?

( Sofia Clarke gestures that Drake is free to head further inside the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. King walks off, clearly somewhat rattled by Sofia’s questioning. Either Drake is feeling the pressure ahead of a monumental clash with Methuselah, or he really, really does not approve of the Hall of Fame as a concept. Sofia clutches the microphone closer to her chest with a blank expression on her facial features. Perhaps, this was not the beginning to her day that she had envisioned in her mind! From here, we soon cut elsewhere. )

(The cameras transition to the gorgeous Molly Waters, who is standing on the Red Carpet with a microphone in her hand. Molly is wearing a velvety red high slit mermaid dress. The dress lands to the ground as the slit reveals the nude colored pointed heels. She has a smile on her face as she waits for her cue to say something.)

Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s always an honor to stand on the red carpet at the Hall of Fame. I thought that last year was wild, but this year might top things off. The crowd behind me has been cheering the entire time as some of our favorite Elitists walk past this red carpet. But, happily, I was able to get someone to do a quick interview with us. Joining me at this moment is none other than our current World Heavyweight Champion, Limmy Monaghan!

(The camera pans to Molly Waters, who is standing next to the EAW World Heavyweight Champion, Limmy Monaghan. Limmy is wearing a navy blue, tight-fitting suit that manages to show off his muscles. Although, the most important thing that he’s wearing is the World Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder.)

Molly Waters: Looking good, Limmy!

Limmy Monaghan: Hey, hey, hey, Mei might not be here, but she could be somewhere listening to this. :krabs:

Molly Waters: :whoa: I have no intentions to home wreck, but it seemed like Myles had intentions to wreck your Pain for Pride. About a month ago on Dynasty, Myles sent the message by attacking you with a steel chair and that left you on the shelf for about three weeks. Now, with Pain for Pride in a matter of days, I think the whole EAW Universe wants to know is that: are you going to be in full, physical health going into your title defense?

Limmy Monaghan: I plan to be a fine specimen of health. I plan to walk into Pain for Pride as the World Heavyweight Champion at tip top shape. One year ago, I told the entire world that Season 16 would be mine. I told everyone that I would walk into the main event of next year’s Pain for Pride. I had all of these aspirations that I wanted to accomplish this season and I did that. Everyone has begun to see me as a man of my word. Myles will understand that soon enough when it’s me that leaves Pain for Pride still the World Heavyweight Champion. I have accomplished everything that needs to be accomplished this season. As for the next? It’s only another page in my story. Who knows what else is there to accomplish? Maybe, I’ll add another title like Andre Walker did during his reign. Maybe, I’ll go after a certain Ace’s record. Not sure how Cameron would feel about that – they’re not here yet, right? :krabs:

Molly Waters: No one has spotted them yet. :krabs:

Limmy Monaghan: Alright, but to make this quick. Myles has done everything that he could to make me hate him. He’s given me the spine injury, he’s given me the concussions, he’s given me the rib injury. He has looked for ways to weaken me. While he can claim that it was never his intention to hurt me, but make a statement. I still respect Myles. I still respect everything that the man has accomplished during his time on the Voltage brand. Going into this title defense, it’s going to be tougher than the last one, but that’s the price of being a champion and I am ready for whatever Myles has to throw at me.

Molly Waters: Despite all that has happened to him, he still holds respect for Myles. Limmy, best of luck to you at Pain for Pride.

(The scene fades into the Red Carpet as we see one of the number one contenders for the Interwire Championship, Jay Jerry Johnson wearing a black tight-fitting suit with a tie in the middle. We go to another spot at the red carpet as we spot another contender, Shane Gates with a pinstripe navy suit with a white handkerchief hanging on in the pocket of the blazer. Then, we go to Keoga Leoso, who wears a black suit with a chain around his neck. Lastly, at another place at the Red Carpet, we spot the Interwire Champion himself, PJ Hendrx, posing for the camera with his Interwire Championship.)

(The cameras transition to Jake Mercer, who is standing on the red carpet with a microphone in hand.)

Jake Mercer: My oh my! What a night we have had so far. We just had the opportunity to listen to the current EAW World Heavyweight Champion talk about his upcoming Pain for Pride match. Now, we’re going from one champion to TWO others… Please welcome my guests at this time… EAW Answers World Champion Jake Smith and one-half of POTARA, EAW Unified Tag Team Champion Holly Arrow!

(The cameras pan over to Jake and Holly standing side-by-side. Jake is wearing a dark green Valentino men’s suit with a black shirt and tie. Jake’s hair is slicked back into a high ponytail as he sports a big grin on his face. The camera’s focus is on Holly, who is wearing a stunning Chanel dark green sleeveless dress that has diamond rhinestones that glimmer in the light.)

Jake Mercer: Now, you both make a great good-looking couple!

Holly Arrow: You mean, I make us a good-looking couple.

Jake Smith: Oh, I’ll remember that when I somehow lock you out of the hotel room later tonight.

Jake Mercer: Now, now! Can you guys believe that Pain for Pride season is officially here?!

Holly Arrow: That’s kind of how calendars work, Mercer.

Jake Mercer: I mean, its mind-boggling how a year ago – Jake, you were walking into one of the biggest matches of your career at Pain for Pride. You were one of the six participants in last year’s Cash in the Vault Ladder Match and you won! You beat other great, well-established Elitists like SOSA Henderson, Ronan Malosi, Adam Lucas, Jon Kelton, and Jerry Johnson.

Jake Smith: Holly, you think this guy is in his right mind? He just called Ronan “great” and “well-established!” :mjlol: Is the Nashville heat getting to you, Mercer?

Jake Mercer: What I’m trying to say is that you had a great showing which made YOU Mr. CITV. And how could we forget when you used that contract to face AND BEAT Impact for the Answers World Championship. The same championship that you’re putting on the line against this year’s King of Elite Adam Lucas. How are you feeling, Jake, knowing that we are a few days away from that matchup of the century?

Jake Smith: My thoughts and opinions on this match haven’t changed, Mercer. I’ve always said that I’ll be the first person to acknowledge all the triumphs that Adam Lucas has achieved in EAW. If you think about it, he has gone through so many trials and tribulations, it’s crazy how that old dog is still alive and breathing. But it doesn’t matter if Adam Lucas had to walk through fire. It doesn’t matter if he dragged his [bleep] through glass – He’s not going to walk out as Answers World Champion. That is a guarantee.

Jake Mercer: Strong words from the Answers World Champion. What about you, Holly? You, alongside Harper Lee, are going to defend your tag team titles against –

Holly Arrow: Mercer, I think we all know who POTARA is going to beat mercilessly to retain our prestigious titles. I’m not going to stand here and allow you to give those losers more airtime. POTARA is undefeated in tag team competition and quite frankly, no one has ever seen a tag team as dominating and powerful. We beat your favorites.

Jake Mercer: (Chuckles) Alright, I’ll let you guys go. Thank you for your time. Sofia, back to you!

(Camera transitions back to Sofia Clarke who introduces her next guest.)

Sofia Clarke: The sun continues to beat down here in Nashville, but it hasn’t deterred from paparazzi’s continuing arrivals as Elite Answers Wrestling hosts its Hall of Fame ceremony for this year’s class. Obviously, as well as that ceremony, Nashville will play host to Pain for Pride this weekend, perhaps the biggest event known to the entire sport of professional wrestling. I spot two key figures who’ll have big, big parts to play coming into the show walking up to me. Adam Lucas and Dr. Bethany Blue, somewhat of a power couple in the sport, how are you guys doing this week and what do you think about this year’s Hall of Fame class?

( The camera pans to reveal two names who’ll be fighting in World Championship matches at the upcoming Pain for Pride event. Dr. Bethany Blue radiates confidence as she dons a burgundy floor-length gown, the material hugging her figure gracefully. Her hair is in a stylish updo showcasing beautiful diamond earrings, while strappy heels match her dress. Adam Lucas meanwhile commanded attention in a navy blue tuxedo which accentuated his figure. Blue bow tie and matching navy trousers lead into polished, black shoes. A nod to the brand that Adam Lucas had been fighting on this season? Who knows. Sofia Clarke awaits a response. )

Adam Lucas: It’s an exciting class, most definitely. I have a history with a couple of the inductees and so does Bethany, but we both appreciate and support events like this. Events that bring the entirety of the wrestling industry to celebrate some of the best who have ever done it. Obviously, Drake King is the headlining inductee. He’s top of the class and he and I have some history going back to King of Elite. Then there’s Sienna Jade, who Bethany defeated to win the Universal Women’s Championship. We’re looking to have a good time and a good night out as a couple, because with how busy our lives are and how we’re on different rosters, we don’t actually get the opportunity to do something like this all too often.

Sofia Clarke: What about yourself Bethany, how do you feel about this year’s inductees? And might I add you’re looking absolutely dazzling in that dress, who are you wearing?

Dr. Bethany Blue: This little old thing? I just found it in the back of the closet, figured that I’d look semi-decent in it. No, I’m kidding, it’s Givenchy. There was a bit of a mishap and the dress had to be re-tailored but we made it in the end. The inductees? Could care less. I don’t really have an amazing relationship with any of them, but I’m not going to dispute them deserving their place amongst the halls of legends, even Sienna. She and I have a very personal, very bloody history with one another. But she’s earned her stripes and she’s deserving of going in.

Sofia Clarke: Speaking of Sienna Jade, not only did you defeat her to win the Universal Women’s Championship, but you’ll be fighting with her tag team partner in a Glass Wallz match at this Pain for Pride. That’s a hell of a match, and as we saw on Voltage you documented how much this means to you and spoke on how much hard work you’ve put in to get to this point. Would you care to shine a light on the match you’ll be competing in with Kassidy Heart?

Dr. Bethany Blue: Speaking candidly, Sofia? I don’t want to give Kassidy any more attention. I’ve spoken at length about my reasons for doing what I’ve done. She doesn’t take her mental health seriously and she’s a danger to others. She should be locked-up, and they should throw away the key because she’s an animal, an animal who is begging to be put down. I am going to be the one to put her down at Pain for Pride. But honestly? Like I said, I don’t want to give her the attention she deserves or give her the impression she’s in my head. I’m here to enjoy a good night with my baby, and just thinking of that witch puts me in a bad mood.

Sofia Clarke: That’s understandable, I won’t press the issue further, but before I let you go I have to turn back to you, Adam, and ask about this upcoming match with Jake Smith. What’re your thoughts heading into what could be described as the biggest match of your career?

Adam Lucas: Well, mine and Jake’s issues aren’t quite as prominent as my darling’s with Kassidy Heart. But there’s still a score to be settled. Jake likes to think he’s the one in control and he’s the undisputed star of Saturday Night Showdown. I happen to disagree. This is a big moment for me like you said, and I’ve been putting in the work that a match like this deserves and I am confident of walking from Nashville this weekend with the Answers World Championship. There’s been a lot of claims made ahead of this match. I’m going to be the person who puts those claims to rest.

Sofia Clarke: Bethany, Adam, thank you so much for your time and have a good evening.

( The couple of Lucas and Blue acknowledge Sofia’s positive sentiments and walk out of shot. From here, Sofia stares into the camera with a professional smile. We soon fade elsewhere. )

(We see Cash in the Vault competitor, Sheridan Müller posing on the Red Carpet. We see another Cash in the Vault competitor, Donovan Duke talking with an interviewer. Then, we see one of the number one contenders for the National Elite Championship, Jon Kelton being directed on where to pose on the Red Carpet, so that the photographers can get the best shot.)

Molly Waters: The arrivals keep on coming as the Hall of Fame approaches. Thank you to everybody that is watching live through all of our social media platforms! Joining me at this time is another couple here in Elite Answers Wrestling, well, at least I /think/ they are. This weekend we’ll see the two of them come up against some difficult, difficult challenges in the form of Yhwach O’Hara and the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, Limmy Monaghan. Now I turn the attention to you guys, Minerva and Myles, how are we feeling?

Myles: We’re excited to be here, aren’t we love?

( Myles extends a hand and gestures for Minerva to take it. The European wrestler doesn’t hesitate to interlock her digits in Myles’ own. Myles dons a black tuxedo with crisp white shirt, black bottom wear and matching black oxford shoes with a white bow tie. Minerva meanwhile wears a crimson red customized gown, with sparkles and sequins decorating the fabric. She also has a rose in her orange tresses, while red-and-gold heels complete her look. )

Minerva: It’s a beautiful day for it.

Molly Waters: Now before we speak about Pain for Pride business, the both of you being in huge matches that are bound to be big talking points leaving the show, I have to ask. Given the two of you have some interesting relationships with the Hall of Fame class of this season I was wondering if we could hear some comments regarding this year’s inductees — or more specifically, the man who is the top of class, your former stablemate Drake King.

Minerva and Myles in unison: We $#@&ing hate Drake King.

( Cue Minerva and Myles looking at one another, a loving expression forming on their faces. )

Myles: I am in no mood to praise that man, but, if you’re forcing my hand then obviously going off the accolades and the victories it’s a deserved induction. The two of us aren’t ignorant, despite all of what Drake has put us through, he’s a good professional wrestler. An abhorrent, cheating, disgusting, no-good rancid human being? Absolutely. But a good wrestler, I suppose.

Minerva: I’m inclined to agree with Myles. Drake’s a fine wrestler, that’s all you’re getting out of me in regards to that. I’d rather shine attention on the rest of the class. People like Jack Ripley and Sienna Jade. People who I am more than fine praising. Sienna, for example, is one of it not the toughest woman I’ve had the pleasure of facing inside the ring. We’re not close, but she has earned this induction and she’ll soon have a generation of wrestlers coming into this company who watched her and idolized her as they were starting out. The same sentiments go to Viz. We’ve had our issues and our wars. But he’s an integral piece of this business which wouldn’t be the same without him or his contributions.

Myles: And of course, congratulations go out to Jack Ripley and SQ, too. We’re not ignorant of their accomplishments, I just don’t believe the two of us have ever had much to do with them. Different eras, and in Jack’s case, we’ve never really crossed paths aside from the odd appearance here-and-there. I am fine saying for the rest of the class, it’s who they are as elitists and not who they are as people. Even for someone like Sienna, who I’ve fought in both singles and tag team action with championship gold on the line. But considering all Drake has done to me and to Minerva, I think it maybe sends the wrong message. He’s a thief, like it or not, and sooner or later I’ll get my hands on him and—

Molly Waters: On the subject of getting your hands on people, Myles, this weekend we’ll see you compete for the World Heavyweight Championship as you go one-on-one with the reigning champion, Limmy Monaghan. Now, not to open old wounds, but after losing your prior championship to Drake King, this match was put-together somewhat quickly. I’d imagine you don’t quite have the full picture of who Limmy is and what he brings to the table. How are you liking your chances of facing someone such as Limmy Monaghan at Pain for Pride?

Myles: You want to know what I’ve gathered about Limmy? He’s a fine, fine champion. But I’m stronger and I showed that at the contract signing. He has beaten some big, big names in this promotion but he hasn’t come against me. Against someone who’ll work like I do. Who’ll push him to and then beyond his limits in hopes of securing that World Heavyweight Championship. I look at it like this, Molly. I returned from a six-month hiatus and not two months later, I re-captured the championship. It took Drake King and Methuselah of all people, briefly aligning to rob me of that opportunity and that title. I’m essentially at the pinnacle, and while Limmy has done some great things, he isn’t prepared for what’s to come at Pain for Pride.

Molly Waters: And Minerva, this weekend we’ll see you go one-on-one with the legendary—

Minerva: I’m going to slay Yhwach O’Hara. I said it on Voltage, I’ll repeat myself now. Don’t let the attractive clothing, the beauty and the dazzle of this event fool you, Molly. Myles and I under the make-up and the expensive clothing are killers. No matter what “form” he wishes to show up as, no matter what promises he makes, I’m going to end it all. I saw it coming. All those weeks ago I attacked Yhwach before he could get the jump on me. Despite his insinuations, I know how he operates and I know who the man is beneath it all. I refuse to be another victim because I’ve been labeled as a victim all of my life and each-and-every time I’ve broken through that tag and smashed through the barricades that have been placed before me. Pain for Pride is going to be no different and I’m going to cull the legend that is Yhwach O’Hara.

Molly Waters: Minerva, Myles thank you so much for your time. Please have a great night and we wish you all the luck for Pain for Pride weekend.

(We go back to Sofia Clarke who has her next set of guests.)

Sofia Clarke: Once more, we continue on with our two for the price of one interview. Now, my next guests are looking towards their respective matches at Pain for Pride, looking to get a little retribution for themselves. One will be facing a former EAW Champion in Minerva in a ‘Three Stages of Voltage Hell’ match and the other one will be facing the newly inducted Sienna Jade one-on-one. Ladies and gentlemen, Yhwach O’Hara and Cameron Ella Ava!

(The camera zooms out and we see Yhwach O’Hara and Cameron Ella Ava next to each other. Yhwach is wearing a black tight-fitting suit. Cameron is wearing an off the shoulder emerald green mermaid gown with a high slit. She wears some diamond studded open pointed heels and a golden snake arm cuff on her left arm.)

Sofia Clarke: Now, the two of you have always dressed to impress.

Cameron Ella Ava: We really don’t need to try. It’s not even a competition at who’s best dressed, but it’s nice to see all of these pretenders put on their best suits and dresses.

Sofia Clarke: You look gorgeous. I appreciate the detail you got going on with your arm cuff.

Cameron Ella Ava: Gotta let everyone know that this ‘Serpent’ is out tonight. But, I’m not looking to get my hands dirty. It’s such a meaningful event. One of the only opportunities to go out and dress up. I look good and I’m not going to have this outfit go to waste.

Sofia Clarke: Now, I know that within the last month or so, you have had your issues with a woman who is going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame tonight, Sienna Jade. Things have gotten personal between the two of you.

Cameron Ella Ava: Now, I wouldn’t say that things have gone personal on my end, Sofia. I’ve tried to go into this entire lead up as calm and relaxed as I possibly can; however, when someone wants to take shots at my husband, when I haven’t really brought up her boyfriend much besides the competitive banter and grooming, the claws are going to come out. I have let my emotions get the best of me on a few occasions, but then I realized, he could come after her once he’s through with Minerva. He really doesn’t need me to defend him and fight for his honor. In fact, I find it quite attractive to see him dismantle all of my enemies. Sienna has been nothing more than a nuisance to me. I have dealt with many pains in the asses like Serenity Valdez and the Queen Bees. I’ve had more than enough with having to stoop down to levels that I haven’t gone to since the beginning of my career. The cattiness, the brattiness that I have seen from some of these women have been providing me with awful flashbacks of the Vixens Division back in the day. You would think that it would have disappeared with the merge, but I suppose that Sienna snuck through the hole undetected.

Sofia Clarke: But, is there any respect for Sienna Jade’s contributions as she gets inducted tonight?

Cameron Ella Ava: I’ve said my congratulations to Sienna. That’s all she’s going to get from me.

Sofia Clarke: Now, Yhwach O’Hara, since your return, we have seen you gunning down the members of New Eden, one-by-one, getting a bit of revenge after they cost you months of your career. You get your hands on the last member of the disbanded New Eden, Minerva, who had an amazing season so far as she reigned as EAW Champion. Would you say that Minerva is probably the biggest threat that you’ve faced all season?

Yhwach O’Hara: I always look to be entertained – even by the dumbest fucking cunts that this company throws at my direction. Or in this case, Minerva has tried to stop before it became a bigger issue. She was a smart woman to know that she was going to be next. She thought that she was one step ahead of the game, but I’ll always be two steps ahead of her. Whenever she’s thought of plan A, I have thought about plan B, C, D, E and so on. Minerva can come into this match, feeling prepared. She can be the most prepared that she’s ever been her entire career, but she’s nowhere near my level. She has that solid case of being one of the best that this company has to offer, but she’s not the best. In fact, she’s mediocre from some standards.

Sofia Clarke: :lupe:

Yhwach O’Hara: She can come out, making this declaration that she’s ‘changed,’ but that does not make whatever harm that she did with that meme faction disappear. Just because she’s a changed woman, does not mean that she is wiped clean from all of her wrong doing and that is something that she fails to understand. People don’t change, they lie. People don’t decide overnight to become a decent human being. It’s something that evolves over time. I didn’t decide to wake up one morning and decide to rid myself of the shackles of what made Jamie O’Hara one of the most beloved Elitists that this company has ever seen. This was something that I had thought about for years and worked slowly, but surely so that I can reach that point of ‘omnipotence’ that no man, Gawd or Ace has ever reached before. At Pain for Pride, Minerva will grow from this. She will be strengthened by this once she wipes the blood from her face and sees everything that she’s worked hard to maintain fall apart.

Sofia Clarke: Powerful words from the two of you. Best of luck to the two of you in your respective matches at Pain for Pride. I believe that you have someone with you, Molly?

(The camera switches over to Molly who has a smile on her face.)

Molly Waters: I sure do, Sofia. In fact, this person in question is one of the most popular and beloved Elitists on the roster. Throughout this season, so many fans have followed his comeback story closely, and now, they hope to see everything finally pay off for him on the grandest stage of them all. I’m talking about none other than the ‘Heart and Soul of Dynasty’ himself: Bronson Daniels.

(The shot zooms out, showing off Bronson with his dreads in a slick hairstyle and donning a nice, fresh white and blue suit ensemble.)

Molly Waters: Bronson, it’s great having you here.

Bronson Daniels: Thanks. I have to say, it’s an honor to be able to attend a ceremony like this. It’s kind of grounding, you know? It reminds a lot of people of what they can achieve here in EAW if they put in the work necessary.

Molly Waters: I guess that means you’d like to be inducted yourself.

Bronson Daniels: Just about everyone does. It’s all about having a legacy. In fact, it’s something I’ve discussed at great length with Andre throughout the week. We both have different ideas on what it means, but at least for me, I want all of the work and effort I’ve put in to matter. Outside of the gold and the nice, shiny accolades, I want my journey to be remembered and what I had to go through to stand the test of time. Being able to have my entire career and what it’s embodied not just for me but for others as well immortalized in this manner would be an honor of the highest order. I look forward to that day. However, I know I have to push myself if I want to get that sort of recognition.

Molly Waters: I think a lot of people can agree that one of the things that make you stick out as an Elitist is your determination and your consistent ability to persevere – even when things may not necessarily go right for you. Of course, you’ve battled Andre Walker throughout your career here, and more often than not, he has gotten the better of you. However, you’ve never really let that fact bother you. Why is that?

Bronson Daniels: Well, aside from the fact that I have beaten him before?

(Bronson laughs.)

Bronson Daniels: If I were to let those thngs bother me, I’d be losing a lot more matches. As it stands now, yes, Andre has more wins over me. Still, that doesn’t mean he’s always going to get the better of me. For him, he sees it as an advantage. He has tried to at the very least instill a sense of doubt into me so that I can buy into this legend he has created for himself. He expects me to shrink and cower, but I don’t do that. I’m not the type of guy. Andre himself has done a lot, don’t get me wrong. His resume speaks for itself, and just looking at the surface from an outsider’s perspective, it would make a lot of people nervous. However, the most important thing is being able not to get nervous. You can acknowledge the strengths of your opponents, as I have done with him, but the moment you let them and all that they have done overwhelm you? You might as well call the match right there and then. Andre prides himself on being this untouchable ‘Kaiser’, seeing many here as being unworthy of standing at the same peak as him. But me? I’ve known him long enough to know which route to go in order to reach the same destination.

Bronson Daniels: Besides, who’s to say that Andre is truly at his best right now? He lost the world heavyweight championship and went away for six whole months. Meanwhile, I’ve remained here. I’ve been elevating myself, becoming a consistent main-eventer, and carrying Dynasty contrary to his unpopular and incorrect belief. I’ve been through some of the toughest matches of my career, been dragged through hell and back, but I’m still here. I’m battle-tested. And while everyone wants to focus on the dominance of Andre Walker, let’s not also forget my own dominance at this very same event. This big stage with all of the bright lights shining down on it is something I am familiar with that I might as well be synonymous with Pain for Pride. That’s not a simple accomplishment, either. It’s not bragging or being arrogant. It’s just the truth. The fact that I get to fight him on a show like this makes me want to go all-out and do everything I can to beat me. Pain for Pride is an event known for creating legends, and what better way to become one by taking the down the legend of someone as noteworthy as him?

Molly Waters: Calm and cool as always. Still, that sort of mentality has endured you to a lot of people.

Bronson Daniels: As it should. I would hope that with my words and how I carry myself I’d inspire anyone watching to always keep a level head and remain focused. With all that I’ve gone through, it would make lesser people want to quit or not want to come back to EAW ever again. Still, this is my pride, this is my life, and nothing can ever take it away from me. No one can ever make me entertain the thought of leaving this place again, and that includes Andre Walker. I’m here to stay, and I’m going to solidify that fact by beating him this weekend.

Molly Waters: I have to say, obvious history aside, energy like that is why this match has been one of the more highly-anticipated bouts for Pain for Pride this year. Thanks for the chat, Bronson.

Bronson Daniels: No problem. It’s been my pleasure.

(Bronson nods at Molly before offering a quick two-finger salute to the camera as a form of saying goodbye. He leaves, going on to take his seat as more guests continue to flood in.)

Molly Waters: You heard it here: Bronson Daniels is not nervous at all. He’s ready for a fight, as is Andre Walker. I personally can’t wait to see who comes out on top considering how intertwined these two Elitists have been over the years. At any rate, Sofia, I’m throwing this all back to you.

(Transitoning over back to Sofia Clarke, she already has a guest joining her: Joso! The bright star of Dynasty can be seen donning shades, a crisp, white tuxedo suit and classic yet stylish black pants. A sturdy, dazzling gold watch bejewels his right wrist, matching the couple of rings and the gold chain he has on.)

Sofia Clarke: Thanks, Molly! You’re not the only one here with someone who has an undeniable amount of hype behind them. Joso has been a breakout star for season sixteen following his New Era Classic win, becoming the Interwire Champion after facing off against Ruler and Andre Walker, represented Dynasty in the Anarchy in the Arena match at Terriotorial Invasion, defeated a legend in Cage, had many memorable title defenses in between those matches, and even found himself competing in the King of Elite tournament. It’s been a busy but productive year for a guy who doesn’t miss, and of course, I’m talking about none other than Joso. By the way, nice outfit!

Joso: Thanks, Sofia! See, when you’re a guy like me, you gotta come stepping out in your best wear. Part of being a star is looking just like one.

Sofia Clarke: Definitely matching up to that. But first off, how does it feel to have the season that you’ve had? A lot of people were already impressed with your rookie season, coming to EAW in January of last year, and now, you’ve only continued to blow your own accomplishments out of the water. Have you ever thought you would find yourself in this position in such a short amount of time?

Joso: I mean, in a way, yeah. I always have high expectations for myself, and I knew that once I was officially signed to the biggest wrestling promotion in the world, I wanted to wild out and the best that I could be. Period. Some people wanna treat this as more as a marathon than a sprint, and yeah, it’s valid, I guess. It ain’t the end of the world you’re not out here winning a million titles in a span of ten days. I don’t think it ever has to be that deep. Still, this is EAW, and I was never looking to be the kind of guy who’s content with doing absolutely nothing after being here for years, you feel me? I wanted to make a statement from day one that I was gonna be the one to represent the new era, and I did just that. First-ever New Era Classic winner? Check. Put an end to one of the most dominant title runs in this promotion’s history? Check. Been to main events and gave my best effort in all of them? You got that right – check! It’s been a hell of a run for me and it’s felt like a blessing, but I worked hard to ensure that all of this was going to be a reality for me. If I didn’t believe in myself or thought that I could do all of this, then I wouldn’t be in this comfortable spot that I am. It feels great, so great in fact that I don’t ever wanna let go of that feeling. That’s why I’m looking to make a bigger impact, and I wanna do just that by becoming the Cash in the Vault winner.

Sofia Clarke: It’s an amazing thing to have. After all, everyone saw how CITV has benefitted many Elitists over the years, including the current Answers World Champion, Jake Smith. However, that match is not easy to win. It can be seen as being one of the most competitive matches in an EAW season, and this year, the field is stacked as can be. You, Joso, Alex Myers, Donovan Duke, Miku Sakai and Sheridan Muller will be fighting to see who will be getting that coveted briefcase. It’s a daunting task, but what makes you think that you will be the one to get it?

Joso: You know, I think it’s just the fact that I know in the back of my mind that there aren’t going to be any excuses to be made in a match like this. Especially with what I’ve been able to accomplish and what I want to be able to do with my career still, the idea of losing this really drives me to want to succeed. I may not be doing this for a long time, but I am far from inexperienced. I’ve faced people all throughout this season who were considered to be of a higher caliber than me and I’ve been able to either beat them outright or come close to doing so. Like, Miku wanted to be all reckless talking about how my match with Limmy was embarrassing because it was a ‘fast loss’ as if I didn’t draw him to his limit and had everyone think for a moment that I was gonna be a new champ. Matter of fact, when was the last time she’s had a world title match? If she ever had one at all. But then again, shawty said she ain’t cared for what I did while she was at home, so I ain’t even gotta stress about that. The match, and matches like that, speak for themselves and for me.

Joso: I know I can be even more of a main-eventer than I already am. I know that I have the capabilities of becoming a world champion. I’ve brushed shoulders with some of the greatest to ever do it, and taking all that I’ve learned, be it from defeat or victory, I’m gonna apply everything to this match. I’m gonna show I can outlast someone who is supposed to be efficient. I’m gonna show I can outwrestle someone who is all about their in-ring talents and being one the best, pure wrestlers in this promotion. I’m gonna show I can up the ante and outdo someone who thinks they can come on along, run their mouth, and try to upstage people. I’m gonna outsmart two individuals who I know like the back of my hand.

Joso: They all wanna make the same mistake that I’m still a rookie who don’t know what I’m getting myself into, but I do. I never got handed anything here: I EARNED everything that I have ever won in this company. Still, I don’t need to go red in the face and let any of ‘em press me like theyy’ve been trying to do all week long. In the end, I’m gonna surprise them. Show just how much they truly don’t know about me. Then, I’m gonna make that climb to the top and show the whole world that when it truly matters the most, Joso don’t miss.

Sofia Clarke: I’m sure many can’t wait to see what you can do in a match as wild, chaotic and fun as the Cash in the Vault match.

Joso: I look forward to putting on a show myself, ‘cause it’s gonna lead me to seeing some gold again real soon… and when I put on one hell of a performance, I’m sure people are gonna talk about it years down the road when I get inducted into the Hall of Fame myself.

Sofia Clarke: Alright, Joso. Thanks for stopping by!

Joso: Aye, it ain’t nothing. Thanks for letting me holla at you real quick. You been doing a good job tonight.

Sofia Clarke: Thank you.

(As Joso leaves, Sofia looks back at the camera.)

Sofia Clarke: Joso is as ready as he can be. Of course, he isn’t the only one though from the field. I think this CITV match has the makings of being the best one yet due to everyone involved and the effort they have been putting in all week long. They’re already leaving some strong impressions within the EAW universe. Speaking of impressions though, I’m hearing that you have a certain someone by your side that has made a huge one since making his debut here not too long ago. Isn’t that right, Molly?

(We see Alex Myers and ARIA as well as Usagi Senshi and Ayu Megumi giving their best couple poses on the Red Carpet, almost like it’s freaking prom for those four. We see Hall of Famers such as Brian Daniels, Lethal Consequences, Masters and Sabina posing for the Red Carpet, catching up and smiling.)

( Cameras cut to Molly Waters who is standing with her next guest. It’s Hans Grayson! Hans will be fighting for the New Breed Championship this weekend at Pain for Pride. This will be his first of hopefully many Hall of Fame ceremony events. The paparazzi are snapping photos like they’re hot cakes because let’s not forget — outside of the world of professional wrestling, Hans Grason is quite the internet sensation! He has his camera out on a selfie stick and is vlogging the entire experience. Hans wears a classic tuxedo. Sharp black jacket, crisp white shirt and black pants completed with snazzy white leather shoes. )

Molly Waters: You hear right Sofia! As the Hall of Fame ceremony grows closer-and-closer the stars are continuing to arrive and joining me at this time is a man the paparazzi here seemingly cannot get enough of. How’re we feeling ahead of tonight’s ceremony, Hans?

( Opposed to addressing Molly directly, Hans speaks into his own vlogging camera with a cheerful and positive tone. He could sell ice to an eskimo, the man is so talented in regards to the energy he has and knowing how to captivate an audience. )

Hans Grayson: Graysonites! What’s up?! I am here with a talented woman. And to answer your question, Molly, I’m feeling hyped up! Part of the reason I joined Elite Answers Wrestling is because of this week. Pain for Pride week, arguably, not an event situated in this sport but a worldwide thing. Like the SuperBowl. People who aren’t used to professional wrestling tune in for the flair and the drama and the starpower. It’s entertaining, I’m entertained, and I’m excited for tonight but also excited for the match that awaits me this weekend.

Molly Waters: We’ll get onto talking about that in a little bit, but for now I have to ask, are you pleased with how your debut season has gone in Elite Answers Wrestling? It’d be fair to say some had their doubts and skepticism regarding your signing, considering you were somewhat of an established name not in professional wrestling, but in the world of vlogging and being an internet influencer in a sense. Do you feel like you have defied those expectations?

Hans Grayson: I’d definitely go along with that assessment. I’ve had some good, good fights and this season has been a big, big learning experience for me. You couldn’t have put it any better than I did, Molly. I’ve proved people and the doubters wrong. They figured this was a publicity stunt but no, I’m all about this. I’m all about climbing the rungs of this promotion’s ladder and making a name for myself. Look at where I’m at, look at how far I’ve come and now I have a chance of winning my first-ever championship in Elite Answers Wrestling. I’ve made a statement this season and I’ve shown I’m serious and I’m all about this. People see the camera and they see the attitude and they think I’m goofy, some wannabe-famous kid. But I’ve shown I can compete with the best-of-the-best and winning the New Breed Championship against Caroline would go some ways in proving Hans Grayson is here to stay.

Molly Waters: So, with all of that in mind, would you care to share your thoughts regarding your match with Caroline this weekend, as you pointed out, the New Breed Championship on the line?

Hans Grayson: First and foremost, I want to acknowledge how dangerous she is. I joined around the time of Road to Redemption, just before perhaps. So I was just getting my foot into the door when Caroline had her first shot against Ruler. She’s grown and evolved so much since that point and for that she deserves credit. But so have I. Caroline underestimates me, she’s arrogant and overconfident in her abilities to put me down and keep me down. She said that I’ll never win the New Breed Championship, so long as her heart beats I don’t have a chance. She’s a great talker and I recognise, Pain for Pride and wrestling at such a historic and well-known event is very, very different to your typical Saturday night match. So maybe she does have that experience over me, but talent? Hard work? Heart? No, she’s heartless, and I’m very confident in my own chances of coming away from Nashville with the New Breed Championship around my waist.

Molly Waters: Before I let you go, do you have any comments regarding this year’s class and the inductees who are going into the Hall of Fame?

Hans Grayson: Honestly, not really Molly! It’s not personal, I’ve just never really interacted with any of them aside from Jack Ripley and my impression of him is not so great. Obviously they’re all deserving, I’m not entirely ignorant to that. I know of Jack’s accolades, and someday I hope to join him, Drake King and the rest of the class in the Hall of Fame, that’d be sweet.

( Hans and Molly shake hands and share a selfie for Grayson’s vlog. He walks off and the camera pans elsewhere soon after. )

Sofia Clarke: Pain for Pride sees a lot of Elitists bring out their heart and soul into ther matches, wanting to put on a performance of a lifetime while also winning big. Of course, there’s one group that comes to mind when we often think about people possessing those two qualities, and that group is none other than the Ice Aces.

(The camera pans over to show Usagi Senshi, Ayu Megumi and ARIA standing next to each other, arms looped together, smiling radiantly.)

ARIA: Well, it sure does feel good to hear some praise after the past few weeks we’ve had to deal with.

Sofia Clarke: Especially for you, right?

ARIA: Honestly, if someone was to tell me I’d be having a Pain for Pride match against an established hall-of-famer all because she wanted to be a bully, then I would’ve laughed. Unfortunately, that is the case here.

Sofia Clarke: Well, either way, it’s great having you three here.

Ayu Megumi: Thank you. We’re glad to be here as well. Festivities such as these are always fun. Of course, we’re absolutely focused on winning this weekend, but it’s also great having the chance to unwind for a bit before the three of us have our respective big matches.

Usagi Senshi: Not to mention being able to decompress after everything that’s happened to us this season.

Sofia Clarke: Yeah, well, I’ve been meaning to ask the three of you about everything that’s transpired. Your season has been filled with many highs but lows as well. Even with the three of you being in good spirits tonight, are you feeling any added pressure to win this weekend because of how inconsistent things have been?

Usagi Senshi: Pressure? In a way, yes. It’s no surprise that we’ve gone up and down this sort of rollercoaster for so long and at this point, it’s been tiring. Last year, the three of us lost our matches at Pain for Pride, and it sucked. We knew we wanted a change when season sixteen started, and as much as we tried to make that happen, some of the changes we’ve made have been undone along the way. I can definitely say that we aren’t in the camp of letting things end the same way they did last year. We’re not here to make empty promises. We’re here to win, and we’re going to win. We absolutely have to.

ARIA: Yeah, Usagi is right. We have been through a lot. We’ve been able to get some huge wins and I was able to become the Specialists Champion. Yet it feels like we don’t really get any proper credit for what we’ve been able to do. Granted, yes, we’ve made some mistakes. Have we absolutely slipped up? We did! But I hate knowing that this prevailing thought that all the Ice Aces do is choke continues on, with people wanting to paint a nasty picture about us.

(ARIA, Usagi and Ayu look at each other.)

ARIA: I think we are more than capable of being able to be a strong team together, and I want to be able to show that. We want to show that. Usagi has her huge, hyped contendership match coming up, Ayu gets to make a statement with the 24/7 battle royale, and of course, I get to cut down a hall of famer who decided to take it upon herself to try and make an enemy out of me. There’s so much for us to gain, but also so much for us to lose; it’s the exact same position we’ve been in before and we don’t want to be dealt with the same exact outcome. We’ve been training and pushing ourselves for weeks now wanting to be the best that we can be for this event, and I like to think that with the extra push, motivation and determination, we’ll be able to do end our season with our hands raised in unison.

Ayu Megumi: It’d be a perfect way to end things, don’t you think?

Usagi Senshi: I think so. We won’t let the pressure ruin us. We’ll only let it be fuel for us to go out there and do everything we can to win.

Sofia Clarke: Well, it’s nice to see that you three are doing everything you can to not be bogged down by all of the noise. I’m sure you all have worked hard towards preparing for Pain for Pride, and for you, ARIA, it must be exciting getting to face some hall of famers, including Madison Kaline who you’ll be fighting come this weekend, and of course, your last couple of run-ins with our newest inductee: Drake King.

ARIA: In a way, it is. Even though I still don’t know why Madison decided to come after me, at the end of the day, it’s always going to look good when you can say you’ve beaten a hall of famer. It’s a shame that this couldn’t have been a simple, cordial match, but it’s alright. I look forward to teaching Madison about being humble and not letting your accomplishments act as some kind of justification to push people around. As for Drake King, well, we have conflicting ideals and whatnot, but he’s done a lot in this promotion — even if he wants to try and destroy it. I don’t think I would ever go down the same route that he did, but at the end of the day, he’s been able to do a lot in EAW. He’s always been looked at as a top competitor, and matches against him are what helped push me to be the best that I could be. I may not have to like how he goes about certain things, or other Elitists for that matter, but I’ll always enjoy the opportunities presented to me at the very least. It’s all about being the best, so if I could beat someone like Drake King, then I’m sure I can beat Madison as well.

Sofia Clarke: You seem quite confident about your match.

ARIA: (laughs) Well, Madison wasn’t the first person who tried to big league me here. It helps when you have experience with those kinds of people already.

Sofia Clarke: I guess it does, doesn’t it? The three of you have been in some high-profile matches throughout this season, including you, Usagi. Of course, people gave you a lot of praise for your fight against Minerva at Tempest. We’ve seen you even handing a loss to Drake King and Methuselah in tag team action. You definitely have the background to do some big things here in EAW. For your fans, they’ve been wanting to see you become a champion here for the longest time now, and even with some of the losses you’ve had, there still seems to be some semblance of hope that you can move on and likely beat Mill for the Specialists Championship.

Usagi Senshi: Our fans really are loyal, and we’ve always appreciated them. Still, none of that will matter if I ultimately can’t win at Pain for Pride and get that title. It’s been a long time coming, and at this point, I have no intentions on letting an opportunity like this pass me by. I’ve had my fair share of that already for this season and the last. Most importantly though, I’m tired of letting myself and my team, my friends, down. We’ve come so far that failing at this stage again is simply not an option. We’re tired of the disappointments and falling short. And we get it, it’s not enough to say that you’re sick and tired of something if you continue to do things that make you feel sick and tired. So, that’s why at Pain for Pride, the Ice Aces are going turn things around for the better.

Usagi Senshi: We aren’t go to let our victories go to waste, either. ARIA is going to continue the impressive run she’s had facing off against the bigger names of this promotion. Ayu is going to find her own spot and keep it, using the 24/7 as a surefire way to get some gold on her. As for me? I’m going to move on, beat Milli, and elevate the Specialists Championship the same way ARIA was able to. Of course, while adding my own unique touch to it. Either way, we’re going to make season seventeen ours. Doesn’t matter if we’re still on Voltage or not either. Wherever we go moving forward, the goal will remain the same – and we will achieve it.

(Usagi smiles at ARIA and Ayu, who return the gesture. Ayu goes far as to playfully pinch the cheek of her beloved.)

Ayu Megumi: Couldn’t have said it better myself. We want to make some worthwhile changes for our careers. We’ve always been so close to breaking that ceiling we always seem to stop short of. However, things will be different, and we’ll make sure of it.

Sofia Clarke: A whole lot of determination coming from you ladies, but that’s not surprising at all. Thank you ladies! Your attitudes are just infectious. Well, I don’t wanna keep you three back for much longer. I think some of the seats are getting filled up even more!

(We begin to see Elitists such as Kassidy Heart and Methusleah finding their seats in the already crowded Hall of Fame. We see seat directors escorting Jake Smith and Holly Arrow to their seats. We see Bronson Daniels and Limmy Monaghan talking to each other.)

(The cameras transition to Sofia Clarke, who is standing on the red carpet with a mic in hand and a big smile on her face.)

Sofia Clarke: Let me just say that this might be one of the most important interviews of my career. Standing by my side is the ever-so-beautiful Briana Bankerson along with the EAW Hall of Famer, EAW Legend, EAW Founding Father… Ronn Banks.

(The camera’s focus is on Briana Bankerson, wearing a custom-made white sequined gown handcrafted by Donatella Versace herself. Ronn Banks is also wearing a silver/gray custom-made suit by Versace. The matching pair look and smile at one another.)

Sofia Clarke: Ronn, what an honor it is to have your presence at this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony.

Ronn Banks: It’s the least I can do.

Sofia Clarke: It’s been almost a year since we’ve been graced by your presence. Specifically speaking, the last time we saw you… You were being put through a flaming table by one-half of Dominion and fellow Hall of Famer, Xander Payne. I must ask – what have you been up to since then?

Ronn Banks: (Smiles) Geez, just getting straight to it, huh?

Sofia Clarke: Reopening old wounds, unfortunately. Sorry!

Ronn Banks: Old wounds? I think that’s a bit of a stretch. I’ve had a lengthy career and I’ve lost to more reputable Elitists in my day. But if you want to know more about my thoughts when thinking about my last match – I can’t help but rewatch and shake my head. It should’ve been Xander’s fat ass who should’ve been put through that flaming table. You want to know what I’ve been doing since my loss at Pain for Pride, right? What have I been doing this entire year? I’ve been shaking my damn head. I’ve been following EAW programming and I’m appalled at the absolute downfall of that obese fatherless moron. Look at his counterparts – Drake King is facing Mr. DEDEDE in a championship match; Jake Smith is facing Adam Lucas in a championship match… And Xander? He’s over there tag-teaming with the homeless bum Ryan Wilson and getting nowhere. Let’s cut the BS – Everyone knows that they aren’t going to walk out as tag team champions. They were put in that match as the team to take the pin. I don’t know if you’ve been watching the promos this week, but DOMINION has been getting buried, mercilessly. And that’s the person who I lost to? That’s the person who can brag and say that he retired Ronn Banks? Pitiful.

Sofia Clarke: It seems like there is still bitter blood within that feud. May we be seeing Xander Payne vs Ronn Banks Part 2 in the near future?

Ronn Banks: (Laughs) Let me make it clear – I would never waste my time with Xander Payne ever again. He was given the ball and boy did he drop it. What a fall from grace, right Bri?

(Briana smiles and grabs onto Ronn’s arm.)

Sofia Clarke: One last question, Ronn. Who are you most excited to see getting inducted into the Hall of Fame?

Ronn Banks: I’m a fan of everyone who is going in this year, but it’s great to see old friends like Superior Quality 85 getting his well-deserved praise. Take care, now.

(Ronn and Briana begin to walk away as they leave Sofia Clarke front and center.)

Sofia Clarke: Phew! What an interview, my goodness! Alright, Molly. Take it away while I go find some water.

(Transitioning back over to Molly, she can be seen chuckling.)

Molly Waters: You enjoy that water, Sofia. Besides, I think a lot of people are going to be excited to see this lady making her way on over to me right now.

(In comes Milli Banks, shuffling on in wth comedic baby steps as she’s blinged out in a sparkly silver dress as she enters the frame. She gives off a playful wave before laughing alongside Molly.)

Milli Banks: Molly, what’s good?

Molly Waters: Oh, I’m doing just fine, Milli! How about you?

Milli Banks: Me? Popping. Thriving. You already know the rest. I’m excited though, for real. Getting to attend a ceremony like this is amazing.

Molly Waters: It absolutely is. Speaking of the hall of fame though, who are the most excited about being inducted?

Milli Banks: Most excited? Whew. I think imma have to go with Sienna on that one. Not many people can say that their careers have been filled with multiple peaks like hers. Like, she went from being a double champion at Pain for Pride to coming back and winning the Universal Woman’s Championship within a month of returning to this promotion. People ain’t gotta like her, but listen, she’s made some serious boss moves over the years. She deserves this, and that goes without saying. Period.

Molly Waters: She certainly has. Everyone that is being inducted tonight have been able to go above and beyond when it comes to having stellar careers. Now, I’ve talked to some of the other Elitists here and a lot of them have viewed this sort of event as being inspirational to them. Are you the same way?

Milli Banks: Oh, girl, absolutely! Who wouldn’t be inspired by this? Being able to see the legacies other Elitists have created for themselves makes me want to do the same thing. I think everyone that gets signed to EAW dreams about becoming a hall of famer anyways. That’s the ultimate accomplishment right there. You have people who have been able to garner some cute title reigns and memorable matches for themselves, but for one reason or another, they’ll likely never see themselves get inducted. So, to make it here? And have your entire career be validated by ths company? That’s every Elitists’ wish. I definitely do want to be in this position in the future, without question.

Molly Waters: Well, you’ve impressed a lot of people so far and it’s clear to see that you’re here for the long run, Milli. Another thing that has been on the long run though is this match between you and Serenity.

Milli Banks: Oooooh, I see what you did there. You’re so slick! You just know how to get straight into the meat and potatos, huh?

Molly Waters: Wouldn’t be here if I couldn’t. Besides, you and Serenity have been the talk of town ever since this match was made official — but then again, we can say it’s been that way ever since this rivalry between you two formed.

Milli Banks: Hah! That’s putting it mildly.

Molly Waters: Well, it’s a major story that’s been known all season long, and it has picked up again now that the two of you will be having another singles match. The only difference is that this time, it will be in a ‘Karma’s End’ match. What made you agree with Serenity and deciding that this is the route you wanted to go on?

Milli Banks: I mean, Serenity wanted to do this whole thing, which I thought was the cherry on top of the humiliation she’s gonna be faced with this weekend. Like, imagine putting out there a stipulation, making claims about how your opponent is gonna rue this day and all of that madness just to lose in the end? And with Seren-ren, I think there’s nothing better than for her to get beaten at her own game, the same game she wanted to set up in the first place. That, and, well… I rather not be restrained to the confines of a standard match when it came to us. If I’m going to take her down, then I want her to be completely miserable throughout the whole thing.

Molly Waters: :damn: Not putting any fluff around it, huh?

(Milli shrugs.)

Milli Banks: No need to. Everyone knows about our mutual disdain for each other, and how because of that, I want to beat her in the worst way possible. She started everything, and now, everything is going to end with me proving that I have always been the better Elitist out of the two of us. She’s going to get what’s coming to her. Trust.

Molly Waters: No love lost whatsoever. Straight to the point.

Milli Banks: Well, you know me. I got to keep it real.

Molly Waters: Thanks for stopping by, Milli.

Milli Banks: No problem, boo. Aye, hope you have a great rest of your evening.

Molly Waters: It’s been a fun night so far, so I can only imagine. You do the same. Sofia, I hope you enjoyed your refreshment, because I’m sending it back over to you!

(Sofia Clarke is now in the frame as she is back on the red carpet with a mic in hand.)

Sofia Clarke: Alright, everyone! Let’s keep the star-studded interviews going! Please help me welcome my guest at this time, one-half of DOMINION and possible future EAW Unified Tag Team Champion… Xander Payne and his lovely wife, Peyton Payne!

(Xander and his wife, Peyton, are shown. Xander is wearing an all-black suit while Peyton is wearing a sea-green gown.)

Sofia Clarke: Tell me, Xander, what designer are you wearing?

Xander Payne: Whatever my wife chose for me, really. I have no clue.

Peyton Payne: His job is to take care of the in-ring stuff and I can take care of everything else!

Sofia Clarke: Now THAT’S teamwork! Gosh, I just must ask since I just interviewed him earlier – Xander, did you hear what Ronn Banks had to say about you on the red carpet?

Xander Payne: Oh, he’s here? Ronn decided to crawl out of the black hole he dragged himself into after losing to me. Bravo and kudos to him! Hey, can I ask – Did he have scars? From the 3rd degree burns he got courtesy of the Best Wrestler in the World? Never mind, don’t answer that because I really don’t care. I heard that he had some strong words regarding the path I’ve decided to take within my career – tag teaming with Ryan Wilson and the creation of the greatest tag team to ever exist, DOMINION. I know that he’s just bitter and angry that he went out the way he did, and hey! I don’t take it personally. I’m just focusing on my match at Pain for Pride and ensuring that DOMINION is the next tag team to hold the EAW Unified Tag Team Championships.

Sofia Clarke: Speaking of which, which tag team in your match surprised you the most this week?

Xander Payne: Literally none. POTARA are delusional, Queen Bees are useless, and Off-Brand Amphetamines are just weird.

Sofia Clarke: If I can ask – Why would you describe POTARA as delusional?

Xander Payne: They really believe that they are the greatest tag team to ever exist which is LAUGHABLE! I can name five other tag teams that run laps around Holly Arrow and Harper Lee. And guess what? DOMINION is at the top of that list. I’ve been trying to warn all of the other tag teams this entire week but they won’t listen. When Ryan and I walk out of Pain for Pride with the tag team titles in our possession, I won’t be able to help but tell all of them, “I told you so.”

Sofia Clarke: Oh my goodness – well, I know that I will be wishing you the best of luck this upcoming weekend and I know that you and Ryan will do what it takes to take him that W. One last question; Who are you excited to see inducted into the Hall of Fame?

Xander Payne: This is the worst Hall of Fame class ever. Last year’s, though, was the best. Mainly because I was in it.

Sofia Clarke: Oh geez! Everyone is getting so feisty this evening! Can you imagine how Pain for Pride night is going to be?! Well, guys, let’s keep things going as we transition back to the announcer’s panel with Jake Mercer!

(The cameras transition to the interviewer panel with Jake Mercer.)

Jake Mercer: Thank you so much, Sofia! Now, ladies and gentlemen, I am honored to have my next guest this evening… She is an EAW Hall of Famer… the Mistress of Death… Madison Kaline!

(Madison Kaline comes into the frame. She is wearing a beautiful, gothic-like dark red gown that accentuates all her beautiful qualities. Madison is seen sitting next to Jake Mercer in the interviewer panel. Madison looks ahead with a confident look on her face, knowing that she looks and feels beautiful.)

Madison Kaline: It is certainly your pleasure to have me here.

Jake Mercer: Oh, trust me, I know how lucky I am! Now Madison, I know that you’re not new to Pain for Pride. You’ve been an EAW Elitist for several years and are seen as a veteran within our industry. How does it feel walking into Pain for Pride, facing ARIA, in a kiss my ass match?

Madison Kaline: I think that it’s something ARIA needs. She needs to be humbled. In fact, many of these dumb millennials that walk around within MY company need to be humbled. I see losers like Cameron Ella Ava and even that other bigger loser Sheridan Muller get respect because they have a few EAW years under their belt – but what about me?! I am always seen as the villain of the story and I’m tired of it! I never get any respect and I’m done taking the blatant disrespect. If I am not getting the respect that I deserve, I’m going to TAKE IT BY FORCE. Starting with ARIA. Actually, a brilliant idea just popped into my head – Do you know what I should do, Jake? I should look for the Elitists that are nothing but haters, call every single person’s GM, and file a formal complaint. Someone of my stature should never be treated as if I’m just another regular Joe Schmoe.

Jake Mercer: I agree! You are certainly a big deal, Madison!

Madison Kaline: Finally! Someone with half a brain! Sometimes it feels like I’m talking to a wall whenever I interact with the majority of Elitists in EAW.

Jake Mercer: Madison, how do you feel about the Kiss My Ass stipulation? While you appear confident to win, what if you don’t? What’s going to happen then?

Madison Kaline: …

Jake Mercer: :krabs:

Madison Kaline: What if I don’t win? What if I lose?

Jake Mercer: :lupe:

Madison Kaline: Give me the number of your supervisor.

Jake Mercer: My… Supervisor?

Madison Kaline: YES! Stupid morons like you shouldn’t even be allowed to breathe! Do you believe that I’m going to lose to the likes of ARIA? Someone who didn’t have what it took to become Women’s Champion? Literally, can’t relate because unlike her, I am a former Women’s World Champion. That is just another reason why ARIA can’t touch me. I’m not going to lose, Jake. I won’t allow myself to get my plump, luscious lips get anywhere near her sour ass. I am out for blood and I can’t wait until I force ARIA to kiss my big, juicy ass. It needs to be kissed by default by everyone, according to me at least.

Jake Mercer: I won’t take much more of your time, Madison, but thank you for your words. I will be rooting for you at Pain for Pride. Molly, I’m throwing it back to you!

(The camera pans to Molly Waters, who has her next round of guests with her.)

Molly Waters: These interviews have been serving. Everyone has looked so amazing and with me right now are two people who always dress to impress. My next guests consist of a woman who will be walking into Pain for Pride as National Elite Champion, where she faces Jack Ripley and Jon Kelton. The next guest returned to Voltage two weeks ago and stuck himself in the middle of Theron Nikolas and Chris Elite’s ordeal. Despite not being cleared to return, it has not stopped him from appearing in this Red Carpet. Ladies and gentlemen, Charlie Marr and the National Elite Champion, Veena Adams!

(The camera pans to Charlie Marr, who is wearing a light grey three piece suit. Meanwhile, Veena Adams is wearing a light pink sequin a-line, long sleeve evening gown with an overskirt dropped all the way down to the floor. Charlie is making sure that the camera gets a good look at the dress, trying to be the best feminist possible and giving his evil partner in crime the spotlight.)

Molly Waters: Now, I’m glad that the two of you could do this quick interview.

Veena Adams: Enough with the festivities, Bharlie and I need to get to our seats.

Molly Waters: You will be walking into Pain for Pride as the National Elite Champion. You’ll be defending the title against Jon Kelton and a newly inducted Hall of Famer in Jack Ripley. How are you feeling going into this title defense?

Veena Adams: It’s such a fucking dream to make it to Pain for Pride as National Elite Champion. I have been having my gear personally designed. I had a look at the progress earlier today and it’s to die for. It’s obvious that I’m going to be the best person dressed – not only in my match, but the entire weekend. The outfit is going to be something that only gods can dream of wearing, Molly. Jack Ripley and Jon Kelton are entertaining the idea that my reign ends here, but the only thing that I’m entertaining is me leaving Pain for Pride with my National Elite Championship on my shoulder. I know that both of these men would love nothing more than to conclude their lackluster and mediocre seasons with championship gold. But, I’ve been on a roll. I have been in the best game of my entire career. I have been consistent. I have been learning from the losses. I have been busting my ass off in the gym, trying to look better than I already do. I am a star, Molly. I was more than born to be a champion in EAW. Those two can be cute and try to team up on me, but we’re not going to act like it’s going to be so easy to take me out of the equation. Pain for Pride is going to be my opportunity to show everyone that Veena Adams is a mainstay in the championship picture and as long as she’s National Elite Champion, things are only going up from here.

Molly Waters: Powerful words from the champion. Charlie, I know that you returned a few weeks ago and are not medically cleared yet, but what are your thoughts on how Pain for Pride is shaping up to be?

Charlie Marr: Do you want to know the absolute truth, Molly? This is the WORST Pain for Pride in recent memory.

Molly Waters: :come again:

Charlie Marr: I didn’t think that these Pain for Prides could get worse. Last year was terrible. This year is worse. I mean, I can go down the entire card. Let’s start with Limmy Monaghan versus Myles. I mean, who the fuck wants to watch these vanilla, steroid induced weebs wrestle in the main event of Pain for Pride? Like, forget One Piece. Here’s the new spinoff, Two Weebs! Limmy Monaghan makes me go to sleep and Myles is the third worst Australian in this company and Kassidy Heart is awful. I mean, I’m a known feminist, but why are we letting these cumsluts Kassidy Heart and Dr. Bethany Blue headline Pain for Pride? What have these two done to headline Pain for Pride?

Molly Waters: Kassidy Heart won Grand Rampage. Dr. Bethany Blue is Universal Women’s Champion.

Charlie Marr: “Omg, Kassidy Heart became the first woman to win a Grand Rampage match! Girl power!” That makes me want to vomit. All of this female empowerment for these gutter sluts makes me want to get sick. Kassidy would be nothing without her grandpa-husband. Bethany’s reign would have been over if Veena had an opportunity at the belt. Speaking of Bethany, Adam Lucas and Jake Smith are a couple of cucks. Adam Lucas is gonna have to watch his wife being fucked up by Kassidy Heart harder than Lexi Chambers did with her strap on and Jake is probably the one that is gonna beg Holly to let him watch Harper peg her. Adam and Jake are having a cuck off on the biggest FPV of the season. Oh, and don’t get me started on the worst match of the card and that’s Drake King versus Methuselah. I mean, who asked for this match? It’s almost like asking the question: would you rather die via drowning or on fire? Would you rather get stabbed in the left or right testicle? It’s equivalent to Donald Trump and Valdimir Putin getting into war with each other. No one wins. This FPV is a bigger bust than Terry Chambers and I could go on all night with some of these awful matches on the card. This event needed me terribly. It needs Charlie Marr to save it. But, Veena will carry the entire event on her shoulders as she decimates Jack Ripley and Jon Kelton to retain the National Elite Championship!

Veena Adams: Talk that shit, Charlie. As much as I would love to hear you shit on the card, we gotta find our seats. Later, Molly.

(The camera pans back to the Red Carpet where we see the #DisneyBesties — Sierra Everett, Halsey Neel and Candice Blair on the red carpet. All of them are posing for the camera just inches away from each other.)

(The scene pans to Lexi posing on the Red Carpet. Jamie Cross is posing in another spot on the Red Carpet, the stars are in her eyes. We see some of the Cash in the Vault contenders like Ruler and Alex Myers posing at random spots on the Red Carpet.)

Sofia Clarke: Everyone’s out and about on the Red Carpet! Everyone’s taking the time to strike a pose here and there, chatting it up, and having fun. You still can’t help but think that in a matter of twenty-four hours, all of the feel-good energy won’t be present. We’re going to have plenty of wars on our Pain for Pride plate, and that includes the match pitting two hall of farmers: Theron Nikolas and Chris Elite. In fact, my next guest happens to be Chris himself!

(Chris Elite comes to view, opting for a dark navy suit piece with some black details. Chris gives a nod to the camera before turning his attention over to Sofia.)

Chris Elite: One and only, baby.

Sofia Clarke: Chris, thanks for taking the time to come on over. I’m sure a legend like you loves nights like these, especially since you’ve been honored at this ceremony yourself.

Chrs Elite: Oh, it is a great feeling. At the end of the day, people can say whatever they want about me, but my name is always gonna be attached to EAW. I may not have been all that perfect ths season, but at the same time, I’m still gonna keep it pushing because I know I’ve proven my worth to this promotion on numerous occasions. People can never take away what I’ve been able to do, and that’s a fact.

Sofia Clarke: You definitely earned it. Still, even with you trying to make some changes, I’m sure you weren’t expecting to end your season facing off against Theron Nikolas.

Chris Elite: Definitely didn’t. However, bro wanted to come after me and get all crazy with the d–

(Sofia gives Chris a look, causing him to pause.)

Chris Elite: You know what I mean. He’s been on my case ever since Fighting Spirit, wanting to point a finger and say I ain’t did nothing worthwhile this season – as if I haven’t heard it all before already – and thought he had any ground to stand on. I don’t know about you, Sofia, but f a person is going to essentially belittle someone else for not beng at their best, then they shouldn’t be out there stinking up the joint themselves. Makes no sense. When we look at what he’s been doing, he hasn’t been at the top of his own game. Bro been falling off week after week, so I really was not in the mood to hear him out about anything. He came out for no reason and wanted to join on the dog pile, but it was never going to work out for him like that. But you know what? It’s whatever. At least I got a Pain for Pride and I can beat his goofy self in the process.

Sofia Clarke: So, you’re looking forward to beating him?

Chris Elite: Yeah. I am. He turned around in a month and became one of my biggest haters out from left field, so you know what, Sofia? I am looking forward to beating him this weekend. Theron ain’t had no right trying to pipe up to me, but since he felt compelled to try and serve a drag just because he wanted to be insecure about his own fall off or whatever, I’m gonna make sure he never thinks about doing the same thing twice.

Sofia Clarke: Wow. Some pointed words there, Chris! You look a bit annoyed too.

Chris Elite: When you hear the same things over and over again, it’s hard not to be a little frustrated. Still, Pain for Pride is the opportunity I need to shut bozos like Theron Nikolas up and finally stop allowing people to try and walk all over me verbally. I been too complacent this season. Maybe I shouldn’t have waited until the end to try and get right, but aye, there’s always next season, right? So why not try to enter it with a big win at Pain for Pride, getting ready to rejuvenate my career in the process?

Sofia Clarke: That’s a good outlook to have.

Chris Elite: Of course it is. I’ve been through a couple of slumps before and made it out of those, so I can definitely do it again. Now, this slump has been a crazy one, no doubt about it, but if I didn’t care to do better, I woulda been at home right now. I’m here though. I’m not about to run off and cry just like these people seem to want me to. I’m gonna improve, get back on top, and finally put to bed these allegations that I can’t hang with the best of EAW anymore. Theron is gonna help me out with that this weekend. But it’s been good having this little chat and getting the chance to express myself more. I think it’s about time I take my seat and get to enjoy the show.

(Chris throws up the deuces before heading out, joining the rest of the crowd filling in the venue.)

Sofia Clarke: Well, there you go, everyone. Chris has nothing else but a win on his mind. However, he isn’t the only one, is he, Molly?

(The camera pans back to Molly Waters with her next guest.)

Molly Waters: As we continue on with this Red Carpet, we gotta give some love to these multi-brand matches. Caroline versus Hans Grayson for the New Breed Championship, Jamie Cross versus Lexi versus Usage Senshi, the Fatal-4-Way for the Unified Tag Team Championships, the 24/7 Battle Royal. It’s just some of the matches that we gotta keep an eye on this weekend. But, one match that we can’t overlook is one featuring my next guest. Ladies and gentlemen, Theron Nikolas!

(The camera pans to Theron Nikolas, who is dressed up in a slim-fitting ivory/white suit with some dark shades in a brightly lit room.)

Molly Waters: Looking sharp tonight, Theron. Now, I think that a lot of people raised their eyebrows when you decided to target Chris Elite during the press conference during Fighting Spirit week. We saw you following the National Elite Championship match consisting of Veena Adams and Chris Elite. A lot of people have said that you had no right to appear to knock Chris down for his loss knowing the tough season that you had.

Theron Nikolas: It seemed hypocritical to have walked out there to mock Chris Elite for falling short at capturing the National Elite Championship. I’ve experienced my set of losses going into this season. Me and Chris are similar in a way. The both of us are walking down similar paths, but we’re on opposite ends of the spectrum. I would have been crucified for things that he has been rewarded from. I would have had to start all the way back in the bottom while Chris’ position would not have been impacted at all. I mean, let’s talk about his Grand Rampage performance?

(Theron Nikolas drops his hands to his sides. He pauses there, almost it being an awkward pause. He is trying to be a bit dramatic, but reflective at the same time. He continues on with his point.)

Theron Nikolas: I know that you are thinking the same thing, Molly. I can assure you that I’m not the only one that thinks it. Can you imagine if I would have found myself being the first eliminated from the match? I would have had my championship match taken away from me. I would have been sent home for a bad performance. People would be holding that against me for years. Meanwhile, he still had his title match to look forward to at the following Showdown. That’s not morally right. I’m done with being ignored. I’m done with having this stigma around me. I’m done with having to find myself needing to earn my position up the card while men like Chris have continued to show the same laziness that’s gotten him rewarded time after time. At Pain for Pride, I am going to bring the world to its knees and Chris Elite will be a demonstration of that.

Molly Waters: You seem quite focused on the future, Theron. I think that you have someone with you, Sofia?

(Cameras transitions back to Sofia Clarke, who is sitting at the interviewer’s panel.)

Sofia Clarke: This night has certainly been one to remember. I just have to say that I LOVE Pain for Pride Season. You truly have no idea who is going to grace you with their presence. Oh, oh! Speaking of which! Now, onto my last guest of the evening, please help me welcome the absolute legend and EAW Hall of Famer, Cy Henderson.

(Cy Henderson is shown sitting next to Sofia Clarke. Cy is wearing a handcrafted Gucci all-black suit.)

Sofia Clarke: Let me be the first one to say that I was SHOCKED when you made your grand return at the Grand Rampage. I seriously felt like I was dreaming!

Cy Henderson: Yes, I get that reaction quite a lot, actually.

Sofia Clarke: How did it feel walking through the EAW curtains again after so many years since your last match?

Cy Henderson: It certainly felt different. For some reason I wasn’t anticipating the reaction I got from the EAW Universe. It was incredibly humbling and I’m glad that I’m back to the place that gave me my start in professional wrestling.

Sofia Clarke: I think we’re ALL happy to see you in an EAW ring once more, Cy. Now, you’re taking an incredibly pivotal part in one of the most anticipated matches of this evening; the Visual Prophet versus Scott Diamond. And you will be the special guest referee. What are your thoughts as to how this match has transpired in the last couple of weeks?

Cy Henderson: I’m a firm believer in addressing things in the ring. All these cheap shots that they’ve been taking at one another is not something that I’m fond of – which is why any altercation that has happened, I’ve been at the center of breaking it up. I really want them both to come into their Pain for Pride match ready. I want them to release all that pent up anger, frustration, and absolute rage as soon as that bell rings. Now, Scott Diamond and The Visual Prophet aren’t some small little fellas. They’re two beasts that are ready to devour one another in the most merciless way possible. I don’t think I’ve trained this hard for a match that I’m technically not going to be a part of. That’s how seriously I take this opportunity.

Sofia Clarke: On behalf of the EAW Universe, we thank you for your commitment and for returning to your stomping grounds. One last question for you, Cy – Who are you excited to see get inducted into the Hall of Fame this year?

Cy Henderson: To avoid any bias, I’ll have to give it to Drake King. I’ve admired his work ever since he started his career within EAW. I believe that his induction is more than deserved and I can’t wait to hear what he has to say.

Sofia Clarke: Thank you so much, it’s been such a pleasure!

(With the Hall of Fame scheduled to get underway in a little less than twenty or so minutes, those who like to be fashionably late are finally arriving. Among them are two Hall of Famers in their own right, as well as two people who will find themselves challenging for world championships at Pain for Pride. They are, of course, the Chairman of EAW himself, Methuselah, and his gorgeous wife, the incomparable Kassidy Heart. As always, the couple were dressed to the nines, with no one really able to compete with them in that area. Methuselah was in all black. He wore a custom made, Alexander McQueen tailored suit that was made of slim fitting black pants, silk, black dress shirt, and coat with just the subtlest hint of gold stitching and diamond cufflinks. Chunky Louboutin boots with gold detailing completed his look and his hair was in a manbun. His arm was wrapped protectively around his wife’s waist, who for her part, was in custom Zuhair Murad. Kassidy wore a high-neck sheer, gold romper that had gorgeous black and gold details and beadwork and came with a long, golden taffeta overskirt that was open in the front, exposing her tanned, muscular legs and gold, platform Louboutin sandals. Her hair had hints of golden highlights scattered through various shades of dark and soft brown and was down in soft waves. As they paused for photos along their descent towards the theater entrance, Sofia Clarke walked up to them.)

Sofia Clarke: To the shock of absolutely nobody, you two look stunning tonight!

(A charming smile crossed Methuselah’s face and he took Kassidy’s hand, gesturing for her to step forward so he could show her off like a prized thoroughbred. Kassidy neverminded and knew the routine. She loved that he was proud of her. Methuselah moved Kassidy’s hair over her left shoulder and guided her in a circle, showing off her exposed back and just how gorgeous and unique her look was tonight.)

Methuselah: It’s all her, Sofia. What can I say?

(Kassidy returned to Methuselah’s side, wrapped her arms around his waist, and cast her eyes up at him. His hand came to rest on her backside as he signaled for Sofia to get on with it.)

Sofia Clarke: It’s a big weekend for you both. Kassidy, you have personal ties to this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony, as well as a huge and extremely dangerous match coming up against Dr. Bethany Blue that has managed to make the Universal Women’s Championship seem secondary due to the personal turn this situation has taken. Methuselah, you also find yourself in a dangerous situation as you challenge Drake King for the EAW Championship. Glass Wallz and Barbed Wire Massacre respectively. How are you guys preparing?

Methuselah: Both of us stick to pretty disciplined routines and have proven over the years there’s nothing we can’t handle. Stipulation or not, title or not, my wife and I are prepared for battle. Our respective opponents know what’s at stake for them and the risks they’re taking meeting us in these environments and neither one of us are going to be held liable for what happens to Dr. Bethany Blue and Drake King when this weekend is said and done. My wife especially is dealing with a unique situation that’s caused us to have to do a bit of adjusting to her schedule and preparation, especially for a match that has world championship implications. However, she understands what her focus needs to be on and that’s that. I’m confident both of us will be leaving Nashville with what we want when the weekend is out and we’re looking forward to enjoying ourselves tonight. Kassidy is excited and proud to see Sienna Jade enter the Hall of Fame and I know she will enjoy seeing that induction. How many times throughout the course of history have we seen a tag team like the Jaded Hearts have such equally strong careers as individuals?

Sofia Clarke: Perhaps the Liquid Swordz?

(Methuselah winks at her.)

Methuselah: Fitting, isn’t it? Sienna and Karl, Kassidy and myself are the very definition of Elite.

Sofia Clarke: I’m sure there’s another induction you’ll be interested in.

(This was stated as a fact, not a question, and Methuselah let out a chuckle.)

Methuselah: Sweet boy. Drake King has certainly made a name for himself here in Elite Answers Wrestling but do you know who has the power to eradicate him from history? Me. He will say he isn’t going to enjoy his moment tonight, but I know better because I know him. Drake is living for this and the fact he’s now being immortalized does nothing but inflate an already oversized ego. That’s alright, though. I actually want him to find some peace and comfort in this moment because after Barbed Wire Massacre concludes, there’s not going to be anything left for him to enjoy.

(Sofia nods her head. The journalist in her wants to question Kassidy about the situation she’s in with Dr. Bethany Blue but it is obvious that Kassidy will not be doing any speaking tonight until she gets on stage to induct Jack Ripley, and no doubt that is by design considering Kassidy’s mental health and how easily she is triggered. Sofia suppresses a sigh and smiles at the couple.)

Sofia Clarke: Well, I wish you both the best of luck this weekend. Thank you for your time.

(Methuselah nods his head as Kassidy lets him go. He places his hand on her back, guiding her away from Sofia and to the next designated photo op spot.)

(The scene pans back to Molly Waters, who is thinking to herself.)

Molly Waters: I think that I’ve covered everyone that’s needed to be covered at my end —

???: THANK GOD, I MADE IT!

(Ronan Malosi is shown panting as he stops where Molly Waters is standing. Ronan is wearing a nice black suit with a cowboy hat on his head because Nashville. Meanwhile, Molly can’t believe that Ronan showed up at the last minute.)

Molly Waters: Ronan, we have like two minutes before this ceremony begins. Did you just show up?

Ronan Malosi: You can’t rush perfection, Molly. You really thought that I would roughen up with some of these chumps? :mjlol:

Molly Waters: :francis:

Ronan Malosi: No, I had to make the best introduction possible. I wanted to make sure that I was the last man to enter this building. I wanted everyone to pay attention to me. I’m the one that people SHOULD be paying attention going into Pain for Pride where I put the final nail in the coffin of the #DisneyBesties. Candice Blair, Halsey Neel and Sierra Everett are done at Pain for Pride.

Molly Waters: You do realize that they could all just attack you in this match? Do you not realize that there could be a disadvantage with you?

Ronan Malosi: What disadvantage? What did Voltage look to you, Molly? I thought I handled myself fine. It just needs another one of those mishaps for this match to be mine. Eden Sinclair has entrusted me to take down #DisneyBesties and I plan to do that at Pain for Pride. They’re completely done by the end of this weekend. I don’t care which of them I will need to pin. Maybe, I’ll stack them on top of each other and pin them at the same time. The three of them won’t have to fight over me anymore. Those three women have been obsessed with me. I wouldn’t be shocked if they were in love with me. Typical females fighting over the man that they want. I get it — tall, handsome, rich. I’m the full package. After this season is over, I am moving on to bigger and better things.

Molly Waters: Can you post more than one promo video?

Ronan Malosi: I’m the full package, not god. Let’s be a little realistic here. :mjlol:

(Ronan Malosi is clearly amused as it fades back to Gavin Kirkland, Flannery McCoy and Jake Mercer, who are standing behind the front row seats of the theater room.)

Flannery McCoy: Well, that’s an interesting way to conclude this Red Carpet. Who was your favorite interview to listen to too?

Gavin Kirkland: Limommy. God, I miss him on Showdown.

Jake Mercer: Limmy Monaghan, but all the interviews were great — but Bronson’s.

Flannery McCoy: I knew that you were going to say that. I loved hearing from all the couples. It’s always fun to see the different dynamics each year with these Red Carpets.

(The clock begins to count down from 15…14…13..12…)

Gavin Kirkland: All of these seats are getting filled up and I think that it’s about time that we find ours.

Jake Mercer: Yes, but signing on behalf of all of us, I’m Jake Mercer! Stay tuned for the Hall of Fame Ceremony in just a matter of moments!

(We see a bunch of the producing and technical aspects in making the Hall of Fame Ceremony possible. The producers begin to count down from ten as we see the production lights beginning to shine their spotlights on the stage, the crowd and sea of Elitists. The audio and cameras are beginning to turn on as we see multiple camera angles, ready to capture the best shot. We head backstage as we see some of the inductees such as Drake King, Jack Ripley, Sienna Jade, Visual Prophet and Superior Quality 85 getting their mics adjusted onto the color of their shirts. You can see the emotion and nerves around them. We see various Elitists filling the seats, some of them talking to each other as it goes from: 5…4…3 … .2 … .1…)

(EAW logo buzzes.)
