This weekend EAW announced on their weekly programming that Vic Vendetta would be the latest entrant into the EAW Hall of Fame Class of 2018.
This comes as exciting news for the veteran Elitist who made his humble beginnings in the late 2000’s, working his way up the ranks and inserting himself into highly notable feuds against the likes of Alexander Da Vinci, Heart Break Boy, and in 2010 he captured the New Breed Championship from Lucian Black. Vendetta gained an enormous amount of momentum in 2011 as an EAW Championship contender; however, after seeing everything come tumbling down Vendetta made his resurgence in EAW Season 7 three years later by starting from the ground back up as a NEO Elitist on the developmental brand. In just a few short months, Vendetta outlasted 17 other Elitists in the 24/7 Contract match at Pain for Pride 7, and captured the Interwire Championship using that contract at the very next Marquee Event.
Vendetta’s storied career of peaks and valleys reached its apex at Reasonable Doubt 2016 where he would defeat Aren Mstislav and Jamie O’Hara in a falls count anywhere triple threat match to win the coveted EAW Championship. Vendetta achieved his dream of walking into Pain for Pride as the World Champion, and set an example for many other Elitists around him as well as Elitists to be on the importance of true heart, and how dedication as well as patience can often lead to perseverance. EAW is proud to initiate Vic Vendetta among the ranks of greats, as he now joins Brody Sparks, Jamie O’Hara, Madison Kaline and Generation Genesis in the Hall of Fame Class of 2018. Video link below:
