(EAW Intro plays.)
(We get fast cuts of last week’s episode of Friday Night Dynasty. The year 2021 ended with a bang as we got to witness the first round of both the Empress of Elite and King of Elite tournaments. They began with Domino Stone advancing with the first win of the night against Kristen Myers. Next up, we watch Nariko upset Ayu Megumi to advance in the EOE tournament as well. Serenity Valdez alsp picks up a big win as she advances in the Empress of Elite tournament after coming out on top against Veena Adams. Meanwhile, the first to advance in the King of Elite tournament would be Angelo Carter, who got an upset win over Jon Kelton that shocked the entirety of the EAW Universe, especially the New Breed Champion. From there, we also got a shocker of a moment as Terry Chambers blindsided and attacked his KOE tourney opponent in Alex Myers to the point where Alex was sent to the hospital but also given a bye for the first round as Chambers was disqualified from even competing in the King of Elite tournament by StarrStan. Andre Walker then went on to defeat Cloud Stryfe and moved onto the next round of the King of Elite tournament. Lastly, in the main event, Ximena Velasquez would come out on top against Candice Blair and would also see herself advance to the second round of the EOE bracket to end the show and the recap as well.)
(The Nationwide Arena located in Columbus, Ohio is hyped as fans are lining up inside the place from every part of the building. Pyro begins exploding as the Friday Night Dynasty theme song pumps out the speakers. We get footage of the arena where we see fans sporting various Elitist’s merch before finally making our way towards the announcers desk, where we see Stew-O and his partners Flannery McCoy and Jake Mercer waiting.)
Stew-O: This is the FIRST Friday Night Dynasty of 2022 and we are here LIVE IN THE NATIONWIDE ARENA IN COLUMBUS, O-HI-O! We have a live crowd and a fantastic card for you guys here tonight as we continue our portion of the King of Elite and Empress of Elite tournaments here tonight! I’m here with my partners Flannery McCoy…
Flannery McCoy: You know it! Excited as ever for 2022 and for these two incredible tournament matches tonight!
Stew-O: And with us is our somewhat competent partner in crime, Jake Mercer.
Jake Mercer: I am also adequately excited to watch these tournament matches. Empress of Elite and King of Elite is our equivalent to NCAA’s March Madness. Fun fact; the first King of Elite actually took place in 1320 BC and was run by Ramasses II where he saw Rama Tut defeat Reed Richards for the throne!
Stew-O: Jake Mercer lies aside, tonight should be another doozy of a show as we will see Ximena Velasquez take on Serenity Valdez and Domino Stone face Nariko in the Semifinals of the Empress of Elite tournament!
Flannery McCoy: Lets not forget Andre Walker who is here to discuss his place in this year’s King of Elite tournament as two other men in the form of Solomon Stane and Johnny Andrews will actually fight in their second round matchups here tonight.
Jake Mercer: And Angelo Carter and Alex Myers in THE IMPACT ZONE!? Can you say classic in Japanese because if the Impact Zone was the Tokyo Dome those two young Elitists are easily getting a 7 STAR CLASSIC REVIEW from Dirt Sheet expert Mave Deltzer! On GD!
Stew-O: Uh…anyway. We also have-
(“Natural” by Imagine Dragons begins to explode out the public announcement speakers as out walks the one and only Terry Chambers, as the crowd gives off a huge pop and ovation for the Detroit native Elitist while one half of the crowd begins booing Terry as well.)
Terry Chambers: (Off-Mic) https://tenor.com/6alY.gif
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome at this time…HE IS THE BARBARIC CARNIVOOOORE…TERRRRRRY CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMBERS!!!!
Stew-O: This building has come unglued as here comes Terry Chambers! Former Interwire Champion and also former EAW World Champion, Terry is opening our first show of 2022 with the entire EAW fanbase going nuts. We’ve got a split reaction, more so cheers but also boos sprinkled in as fans seem off with how Terry behaved in response to his King of Elite tournament match up last week.
Flannery McCoy: Yeah, seemingly, Terry threw away his shot at the second round of the King of Elite tournament after being purposely disqualified against Alex Myers.
Jake Mercer: Either way, you hear that reaction? People care about Terry Chambers! This guy is pretty freakin’ over. Terry Freakin’ Chambers is REALLY FREAKIN’ OVAH, BRO! Almost as over as Bulk Bogan was when he did that show at that Army Base in the early 2000s when America was early in our war against terror in Iraq. Never found those weapons of mass destruction back then, but by the looks of Terry’s shoulders and muscles I’m pretty sure he found them and put them on his arms!
(Terry huffs and puffs as he slowly approaches the ring and surveys the audience.)
Crowd: TERRY CHAM-BERS!!! *CLAP CLAP CLAP-CLAP-CLAP*
Crowd: WHY TERRY, WHY?
Crowd: TERRY CHAM-BERS!!! *CLAP CLAP CLAP-CLAP-CLAP*
Crowd: WHY TERRY, WHY?
Crowd: TERRY CHAM-BERS!!! *CLAP CLAP CLAP-CLAP-CLAP*
Crowd: WHY TERRY, WHY?
(Terry enters the ring and is handed a microphone by Stephie Love, as he looks at the crowd once again, pointing at a fan wearing a “Terry Chambers” sweatshirt and giving a nod in approval. ‘Natural’ begins to fade out as Terry raises the microphone to his lips.)
Terry Chambers: I know, I know. Some of you are still on my side and some of you are owed an explanation. You want to know why I did what I did to Alex Myers. You guys want to know just why I got myself thrown out of this year’s King of Elite tournament. You guys want to know why a man who has been on record saying over and over again this entire season that he wants to regain the top spot in EAW and become a two time World Champion, yet was given a chance to earn another shot at not just a World Championship match BUT the honor and privilege to be the 2022 King of Elite winner. While those accolades and opportunities are life changing, I also heard a life changing opportunity be presented right here in this very ring last week by none other than the man carrying the World Heavyweight Championship. While the King of Elite tournament seems like it could have been the perfect way to rebound and come closer and closer to a World Championship opportunity that I feel I deserve… I couldn’t help but listen to The Visual Prophet last week.
Terry Chambers: He talks a lot, I know, but he sometimes says things worth grasping onto and last week he dropped one hell of a gem in this very ring. Viz said that this time as World Heavyweight Champion, his second reign with that big beautiful gold belt, that he was not in this business to go around hunting would be challengers and whoever wanted a title shot needed to come to him and get one. That’s when I realized that I could either lay waste to the entire King of Elite competition, make it to King of Elite event, and face off against two men from Voltage and Showdown JUST for a chance to be called King and get a title shot someday. Or…I could find a way to clear my schedule and take the title shot that’s sitting right in front of us all. Now, it’s a lot of guys in the back who probably are aware of The Visual Prophet’s infamous mind games, but I know Viz well. I’ve had my share of matches with him and even if this is a mind game being played… I don’t care.
(Terry shakes his head as he continues.)
Terry Chambers: A bird in the hand is better than two in the bush. So, Viz… I see neither one of us has plans at King of Elite. So let’s make them right here, right now. You and me for that World Heavyweight Champ-
(“Back to Life” by Soul II Soul plays as the crowd goes insane. Out walks The Visual Prophet with his World Heavyweight title on his shoulder and Dr. Angelo D’Angelo by his side with the VPLA’s Kimmy The Mascot on stage wagging his tail and flexing. The crowd is popping hard as Viz stands on stage smirking.)
Jake Mercer: THE CHAMP IS IN HERE RIGHT NOW!!!
Flannery McCoy: There has got to be a better way to say that, Jake.
Stew-O: Viz and his VPLA cohorts are on stage as Viz lets off an almost sinister smirk.
(Viz waves his music off as his theme begins to fade to black and he reveals a microphone.)
The Visual Prophet: … Hi Terry!
Terry Chambers: Hello, Viz. Hello Dr Hotep “I hate white people” friend of Viz.
Dr. Angelo D’Angelo: HEY! WATCH YA’ MOUTH YOU GIANT MAYO MUTANT YAKUBIAN SERPENT OF THE UNCUT GRASS SLITHERING LINT LICKING LEECH!
Terry Chambers: Sup mascot Viz made to commemorate his dead ass tiger that Mr. DEDEDE killed.
Kimmy The Mascot: Rawr rawr.
Terry Chambers: You coming out here to accept my challenge or to just pop the crowd?
The Visual Prophet: I mean, I gotta pop the crowd, Terry. I can’t help but get people excited whenever I appear. As for the challenge…at King of Elite? Sure, why not? Why not Terry Chambers? I was leaving an open invitation for anybody. Could have been Ronn Bank$ since he needed to come out of “retirement” to beat up my nephew Andre Walker. Could have been Jake Paul since he wants to make as much money as he can beating up soup cans but wants to be treated like a legit athlete. Shit, we could have called Korey Gaines back so I can kick skateboard G’s ass one more time. But sure, we can settle with Terry Chambers. Why not? I don’t see a problem with giving you the next crack at the throne. You seem to have a fetish for coming up short in important matches, so why not do it in the co-main event of King of Elite? We know the actual King of Elite and Empress of Elite matches are the marquee matches of that event but this World Heavyweight Championship is still the ultimate prize for all elitists…right?
Terry Chambers: I agree with you on that but I disagree with the fetish for coming up short nonsense. You can reiterate the same tired narratives others have, but the fact is I’m not coming up short when we go at it, Viz. I’m coming out on top and with that belt around my waist!
The Visual Prophet: Look, I’m a giver. I love to do charity work, Terry. The Visual Prophet Leadership Academy is my magnum opus and will be the legacy that defines me as much if not more than being World Heavyweight Champion and just simply the best ever at this game we play. BUT…I’ll gladly accept your challenge and give you exactly the type of trouble you THINK you want. Who would I be to deny Terry Chambers a title shot seeing as he went through all that trouble throwing away his King of Elite opportunity just to get my attention? You doing all that just to catch my eye? Isn’t that cute?
Terry Chambers: Look, I did that for me, not you. I had to get Alex Myers out my way to ensure I would challenge you outright. You can say anything you want and flatter yourself but the fact remains that nothing is going to stop me now from kicking that ass and prying that World Heavyweight Championship from your hands. When I’m done beating the hell out of you…You, Dr. Fubar over there, and that giant Beanie Baby mascot of yours will just have to cope with the fact that a guy that’s apparently always falling short of his goals just sent you back to The VPLA campus with the most disappointing looks on your faces. I’ve been fighting for too long and nobody knows how long we all have in this sport to be at our peak and in order for me to make the very best of my time in this business…I have to beat you and become World Heavyweight Champion.
Dr. Angelo D’Angelo: You puss colored pussy, HOW DARE-
(Viz raises his hand and stops Angelo from continuing before speaking into the microphone.)
The Visual Prophet: …I can respect that. Thing is, everyone in this business thinks they have a point to prove and believes that they deserve to hold this championship. I gotta see it to believe it, Terry. They don’t call me The Visual for nothing. So, how about you save some of those miles you run with your mouth, stop picking on the Alex Myers of the world, and do something besides beg me for my attention and my time. Maybe you can take this belt off me…most likely you won’t. Shit, I promise you that you won’t. Good luck, doe. THIS WAS FUN, AYE?! See you at the ppv, bro!
(“Back to Life” begins again as Viz and his two cohorts smile at a snarling Terry Chambers as Terry stands in the ring with his eyes fixated on that championship belt.)
Stew-O: Terry Chambers taking on The Visual Prophet for the World Heavyweight Championship? First time these two men will have faced off for a World title in a singles match ever!
Flannery McCoy: Don’t forget, Terry was one of the five men who lost to The Visual Prophet at Road to Redemption in the Extreme Elimination Chamber.
Jake Mercer: Terry Chambers losing inside a chamber? What a wild thing to say! Luckily they won’t be in a chamber this time and there won’t be four other men in the way. This is as even a playing field as it gets for Terry!
Stew-O: Even for Terry AND even for Viz. A blockbuster of a bout for all us that are definitely going to be tuned in as WE HAVE MORE FRIDAY NIGHT DYNASTY CONTINUES!
(We cut to a commercial for NBA All Star Weekend as we see Dr. Angelo D’Angelo promoting free tickets for lucky EAW fans who enter a contest. Angelo proceeds to go on a rant about overrated white basketball players for the next two minutes as the break ends with him saying “Bob Cousy sucks dick!”)
(Friday Night Dynasty comes back from commercial break as the camera fades back into the arena where Stephie Love is seen with a smile on her face and a microphone in her hand ready to announce the next match!)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
(While the crowd was getting ready and anticipated for the first match of the night, ‘Extreme Ways’ by Moby is heard blasting through the Nationwide Arena here in Columbus, Ohio. The crowd pops into an array of cheers when the theme plays while the camera cuts over to show Cloud Stryfe walking out from backstage to the stage, looking around to the crowd that cheered in his support. Cloud nodded his head slowly letting it all soak in before he from there began to make his way down the ramp and towards the ring, hyping up the crowd while he does so with a smile on his face, clearly ready for his second match here in Elite Answers Wrestling.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first… residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada… weighing in at 195 pounds… THE BLEACH… CLOUD STRYFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well here comes the man himself, someone who made one hell of a first impression last week in the first round of the King of Elite tournament against Andre Walker. While he didn’t exactly come out on top when it was all said and done, he definitely put some eyes on himself and showed that he was the mainstay and was absolutely not going to be someone to look over.
Flannery McCoy: And now he steps into the ring tonight against one Kristen Myers, as both of them have shown their enthusiasm for this match, it’ll be interesting to see what Cloud has instore for the EAW Universe here tonight. Let’s just hope that it’ll somehow lead him to victory when it’s all said and done, translating aspirations into success.
Jake Mercer: Well he’s no Lethal Consequences or Impact, but I guess he’ll make due for now while the old guard have their peace on Showdown. Believe me, one day they’ll come back to THE IMPACT ZONE and show that this was always their domain!
(‘Flying On My Own (Dave Audé Remix)’ by Céline Dion is then heard blasting through the speakers of the arena to a roar of applause resonating from the EAW Universe as a result. It isn’t long after that Kristen Myers is seen energetically making her way out to the stage with a smile on her face, having her arms spread out just soaking it all in while she can. She waves around at the crowd and points around while hyping them and herself up. It’s clear that she’s ready and excited to be out here tonight, and that is made more evident while she makes her way down the ramp and to the ring, high fiving members of the crowd while she can just letting it all sink in for herself.
Stephie Love: And his opponent… from Aurora, Colorado… weighing in at 95 pounds… AIRBORNE… KRISTEN MYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Just like Cloud, Kristen came up short last week in a tournament of her own in the form of the Empress of Elite where she lost her first round match against Domino Stone. While she doesn’t seem very affected by it and rather more motivated than ever as a result, she seems to be stepping into this match with a whole lot of energy along with a point to prove as well.
Flannery McCoy: I mean, it’s the new year I don’t know what more of an opportunity there’d be than that. 2022 is the perfect year for Kristen to start anew and she’s looking to challenge the best and be at the top of her game and each week she looks to get one step closer. It’s great to see her growth since her return and I’m sure she’s more ready than ever to make it known that she is here to stay and nobody is going to stop her!
Jake Mercer: :roman: I don’t think her win-loss streak really validates that, but you know what, we all have our opinions! Just like true wrestling fans, we’ll have to settle it on Social Stream later when this is all over!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: Here we go, as our first match of the night is officially underway! Both Cloud and Kristen are beginning to make their way out of their corner, both of them determined to make a point here tonight and prove that they’re at the top of their game. Both of them are getting closer to one another, while they look to engage in a Collar-and Elbow tie-up! Both of them lock up, jockeying for position and trying to get ahead of one another, before Kristen manages to pull through and lock in a headlock! Cloud isn’t going down so easily though, using his strength to his advantage by pushing her against the ropes and sending her to the ropes and back! BEFORE SENDING A KICK TO HER CHEST WHILE SHE REBOUNDS OFF THE ROPES!
Flannery McCoy: Kristen drops down to the ground, nodding her head and taking a mental note before helping herself up to her feet. Both of them circle around again, Cloud steps forward but it’s Kristen that connects with a sharp elbow towards his face! Cloud steps back, BUT IS MET THIS TIME WITH A SPINNING BACK FIST WHICH FORCES HIM DOWN TO A KNEE! Cloud managed to get the first hit in, but it looks like it’s all Kristen right now, she is in control.
Jake Mercer: But how long can she keep the advantage for is the question that I have in mind right now? Cloud manages to step up and shake it off, before stepping forward towards Kristen, BUT IT’S KRISTEN THAT SPINS AROUND AND GOES FOR A SPINNING HEEL KICK! But Cloud manages to duck under it just in time, BEFORE GRABBING KRISTEN BY HER HEAD AND TAKING HER DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH A SNAPMARE! Kristen is up in a sitting position right now, BEFORE CLOUD STEPS FORWARD AND CRACKS A KICK AGAINST HER SPINE LEAVING KRISTEN CRYING IN PAIN!
Stew-O: That had to have left a mark, but Cloud isn’t stopping just yet. Cloud makes his way towards Kristen, approaching her while she tries to get back up to her feet and shake off the pain she has to be feeling in her back right now. Kristen steps forward trying to engage, but It’s Cloud that manages to grab her by her head and send a knee towards her abdomen, BEFORE HITTING HER WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK!
Flannery McCoy: But Kristen manages to side step it, running to the ropes and back while Cloud stumbles forward, BEFORE EXECUTING A PERFECT DRAGONRANA TO TAKE CLOUD DOWN TO THE CANVAS! CLOUD IS DOWN WHILE KRISTEN DROPS DOWN AND GOES FOR AN EARLY PIN ATTEMPT!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO-
Flannery McCoy: BUT CLOUD MANAGES TO QUICKLY GET A SHOULDER UP BEFORE THE REFEREE COULD EVEN FINISH THE TWO COUNT! Kristen immediately pops up to her feet and begins to make her way up to the top rope from the corner, Cloud is still down as it looks like he doesn’t really know what’s going to happen right now. Cloud is up while Kristen…
Jake Mercer: LEAPS OFF OF THE TOP ROPE AND GOES FOR A FLYING BODY PRESS! But Cloud manages to catch her just in time up on his shoulders in a Fireman’s Carry, BEFORE TOSSING HER UP AND CONNECTING WITH A BRUTAL KNEE STRIKE TO HER FACE SENDING HER CRUMBLING DOWN TO THE CANVAS IN PAIN!
Stew-O: Kristen slowly manages to get up to her feet, but is forced to fall back into the ropes, clearly stunned and out of it for a good moment. Cloud nods his head and begins to make his way towards Kristen, BUT IT’S KRISTEN THAT STEPS FORWARD WITH A BURST OF ENERGY AND GOES FOR A LARIAT TO HIS HEAD!
Flannery McCoy: But Cloud manages to dodge under the Lariat just in time! Cloud turns Kristen around, BEFORE LIFTING HER UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS AND GOING FOR ANOTHER FIREMAN’S CARRY KNEE STRIKE! But Kristen was able to struggle out of it and slip off of his shoulders just in time, Kristen stumbles back and begins to climb up to the top rope while Cloud is left perplexed for a good moment. BUT AS SOON AS HE TURNS AROUND HE’S MET WITH KRISTEN SOARING OFF OF THE TOP ROPE AND TAKING HIM DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH A QUICK FLYING CROSSBODY!
Jake Mercer: CLOUD IS DOWN! KRISTEN ONCE AGAIN HOOKS THE LEG GOING FOR THE PIN ONCE AGAIN!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: BUT CLOUD MANAGES TO SHOOT HIS SHOULDER UP ONCE AGAIN! Kristen is looking to keep that high flying momentum going, not feeling very affected by the kick out while she makes her way up to the top rope and positions herself on the top while Cloud gets up, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! CLOUD IS UP WHILE KRISTEN LEAPS OFF OF THE TOP ROPE AND GOES FOR A CORKSCREW CROSSBODY TO DROP CLOUD DOWN TO THE CANVAS, THIS MIGHT BE IT!
Jake Mercer: BUT WAIT! WAIT! CLOUD MANAGES TO RECOVER JUST IN TIME AND LEAPS INTO THE AIR CONNECTING WITH A DROPKICK TO CATCH KRISTEN IN MIDAIR AND TAKE BOTH OF THEM DOWN TO THE CANVAS! WHAT A COUNTER BY CLOUD AS NOW HE LOOKS TO CAPITALIZE!
Stew-O: CLOUD SCOOPING UP KRISTEN BEFORE LIFTING HER UP OFF THE GROUND AND TAKING HER DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH ‘BLEEDING EDGE V4.20!’ SHOUTEN KAI TAKES KRISTEN DOWN TO THE CANVAS WHILE CLOUD TAKES A GAMBLE AND GOES FOR THE PIN ATTEMPT RIGHT HERE! COULD THIS BE IT FOR KRISTEN TONIGHT?!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTTHHHHHHRRRRRRR-
Flannery McCoy: BUT KRISTEN MANAGES TO SHOW SOME FIGHTING SPIRIT MANAGING TO KICK OUT OF THE PIN-
Stew-O: CLOUD NOT EVEN WASTING A SECOND, HE EXPECTED KRISTEN TO KICK OUT, AND NOW HE PICKS HER RIGHT UP BEFORE DROPPING HER DOWN RIGHT ONTO HER HEAD WITH A SNAP GERMAN SUPLEX! KRISTEN IS DOWN WHILE CLOUD HOOKS THE LEG AND GOES FOR THE PIN ATTEMPT, ONE MORE FOR GOOD MEASURE!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTTHHH-
Flannery McCoy: BUT KRISTEN MANAGES TO KICK OUT ONE MORE TIME! THE FIGHT IN BOTH OF THESE COMPETITORS ARE UNBELIEVABLE! Cloud nodding his head slowly expecting this to happen, but he isn’t going to let it get the better of him while he begins to get up to his feet. Cloud running to the ropes and back while Kristen slowly tries to get up to her feet at the center of the ring!
Jake Mercer: CLOUD LOOKING TO USE THE MOMENTUM TO SWING RIGHT INTO THE ‘SESTO ELEMENTO!’ THE GTR LOOKING TO CONNECT ON KRISTEN MYERS!
Stew-O: But Kristen manages to slip out of it, BEFORE RUNNING TO THE ROPES AND LEAPING OFF OF THEM LOOKING TO TAKE CLOUD DOWN WITH A SPRINGBOARD ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO HIS FACE!
Flannery McCoy: BUT CLOUD MANAGES TO CATCH HER IN MID AIR BEFORE DROPPING HER DOWN TO THE CANVAS WITH A BRUTAL SNAP POWERSLAM! Kristen is down while Cloud looks to set her up…
Jake Mercer: ‘SWORD ART!’ THE SUPERKICK TO THE HEAD OF KRISTEN DROPS HER DOWN TO THE CANVAS! CLOUD ISN’T DONE THOUGH AS HE PICKS HER RIGHT BACK UP AND THEN BEGINS TO SET HER UP FROM HERE…
Stew-O: ‘SESTO ELEMENTO!’ THE GTR CONNECTS DROPPING KRISTEN DOWN TO THE GROUND WHILE CLOUD ROLLS HER ONTO HER BACK AND HOOKS THE LEG! COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE IT FOR THIS MATCH RIGHT HERE?!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTTWWWWOOOO!!!!
TTTTTTHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRREREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Extreme Ways’ once again begins to blast through the speakers while Cloud Stryfe rolls off of the body of Kristen Myers and slowly begins to make his way up to his feet. He’s weary and exhausted trying to catch his breath while he leans against the ropes, nodding his head with a smile on his face while the crowd cheers in support for him. He then begins to back up, while the referee makes his way over and raises his hand in victory while he spreads his arms out and begins his celebration from there.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner… CLOUD STRYFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: What a match that we were able to witness tonight to kick off the show! Both competitors were willing to give it their all to come out with this victory knowing just how much they wanted it. They hit one another with everything they got, but in the end it was Cloud that managed to come out victorious!
Stew-O: The skies are the limit for someone like Cloud and it’s clear that his potential is immense knowing the effort that he’s put up these past two weeks. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us in the future, but until then, congratulations to Cloud on his victory here tonight!.
(Kristen sits up, shaking off the pain that she’s in while the referee goes to check up on her. Cloud then begins to make his way up the ramp, his arm raised high in victory before taking a bow as he makes his way to the backstage area while the camera then fades to elsewhere.)
(Friday Night Dynasty then transitions to go from the Nationwide Arena to a seemingly unknown location. A figure is seen walking through an abandoned area, with a hoodie on and her hands in her pockets, the only thing shining her way are the street lights that barely even light up as much as they should. The camera then goes around to reveal it to be Sierra, who is walking in complete silence with a dark look on her face. Considering everything that she’s had to go through personally and professionally in her life, instead of feeling affected by it, more or less she seems like she’s on a mission, but not for what we all think. Sierra looks into the distance, taking a deep breath while vapor emits from her mouth due to the coldness of the arena, before she begins to speak.)
Sierra: Last week on Voltage I won in the first round of the Empress of Elite tournament against Rebecca Blackwell, and everybody… seems surprised by it?
(Sierra can only give a small chuckle. She knows her reputation as of late and not many people can really look at her in a good light, and she’s been able to fully admit it and embrace it as well. It doesn’t really matter to her though, whatever they say it’s apparent that it’s the least of her concerns knowing what she needs to do.)
Sierra: Last week felt good, very good – but for any other reason than moving on in the tournament. I know I’ve said it before but I want to make sure I emphasize it now so I don’t sound like a broken record, I don’t really give a shit about any of that or the vanities in general, It’s just not as enticing to me as it would be for anyone else. There’s only one thing that I care about more than anything else and that’s making my opponent suffer and brutalizing them in any way that I can, which is why I felt accomplished in doing exactly that to Rebecca last week. With my ups and downs this Season so far and my personal life as a whole if you want me to be candid, it felt satisfying to the point a win and moving on in the Empress of Elite tournament is only an added bonus for myself. I’m not out to send the message that “Sierra is the one to look out for and she’s going to make herself known,” but rather, if you see her and make the unfortunate mistake of standing across the ring from me, you stay the fuck out of my way or take your chances with the consequences that come along with it as well.
(Sierra sighs and looks onward to the dark abyss in the distance that she’s walking towards. Which ironically, seems to describe the future that is in store for her, an unknown adventure into a destiny that even she doesn’t know for certain. She’s willing to take that risk though, and is willing to go through anything to get whatever it might be in store for her if there is anything.)
Sierra: But moving on from that, I shift my focus to the Quarterfinals round where I once again make my return to a brand I once called home and go up against Miku Sakai. Frankly, it’s the perfect fit for my next stop in my path of domination here in Elite Answers Wrestling. To put a little more content into that, when IDOL-GUN, the team of Miku and Hikari Kanno, first burst onto the scene, they were the ones that dethroned The Realm for the Unified Tag Team Championships a little less than a year ago at King of Elite. In some way, I’ve always kept that at the back of my mind, and it’s something that I’m going to make sure I get my revenge for, ruining something that I presumed for sure was an absolutely perfect reality. The main thing that Miku needs to understand is that although we’re both on our own as singles competitors now, and two different people from our times in tag teams… she has absolutely no idea just how dangerous I am now and what I’m capable of doing to her once the bell rings and it’s time to go. My guess is that Miku has no fucking idea how dangerous I am because of how foolish and arrogant she is and what I’m capable of doing to her inside of that ring. My guess is that Miku is going to play it cool like she has all week, and think she’s going to strut right into the Semifinals without a shadow of a doubt, that would be her biggest mistake. I wouldn’t really care if she defeated me but hypothetically if it does come to that, I’m going to make sure that she doesn’t walk into the Semifinals at 100%. She might have had singles success, but let me just say that no matter what she thinks of me, she’s going to learn soon enough that she’s never been in the ring against someone like me, because there is nobody like me in this entire damn planet. She has zero idea what’s about to hit her this week on Voltage. Both of us are fighting for different causes, but the one thing that we’re both fighting for is a ticket to the next round, not that I really care, but it’s something for Miku to hang her hat on despite having a horrible Specialists Championship reign.
Sierra: So what better way to get that revenge than to beat her in the tournament during her major rebound after losing the Specialists Championship at Road To Redemption? Now that would just shatter the gal’s heart into a million pieces wouldn’t it? I wouldn’t find any sympathy, it would just bring a smile to my face, even just thinking about it right now does so as well. I don’t give a shit what it takes or how I’m going to do so, but one way or another, I’m going to get my way of making sure that Miku gets everything her annoying ass deserves, before I rip her heart out and step on it. I will make sure that it is by any means necessary. Miku underestimates me on what I’m capable of doing to her inside of the ring, and last week against Rebecca isn’t even the tip of the iceberg in my journey of making each and everyone of my opponents beg for mercy, as they lie in a pool of their own blood, reflecting in their own regrets of ever even thinking of stepping into the ring against someone like Sierra.
(Sierra then walks past the camera, with a serious look still on her face as the last shot seen is her walking right into the abyss, while the scene then begins to come to a close from there.)
(Friday Night Dynasty fades back to the Nationwide Arena to show Stephie Love standing in the ring with a microphone in her hand ready to announce the next match at hand!)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a QUARTERFINALS MATCH IN THE EMPRESS OF ELITE TOURNAMENT!!! And it is a contest scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
(‘KARATE’ by BABYMETAL hits to cheers from the crowd while Nariko is seen making her way out to the stage with a calm and composed look on her face. She’s dead serious and determined to make one hell of a statement here tonight in the Empress of Elite tournament, while she then begins to make her way down the ramp and towards the ring from there ready to go.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first… from Fukuoka, Japan… weighing in at 103 pounds… BLACK SWAN… NARIKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well last week Nariko made her debut on Friday Night Dynasty, where she went up against Ayu Megumi in a first round match of the Empress of Elite tournament. And to the surprise of everyone, she managed to come out on top with a huge victory and one hell of a statement made to everyone else in the tournament.
Flannery McCoy: It was certainly one hell of a start, but my question is can she capitalize on that and keep the momentum going tonight?! That’s just something that we’re just going to have to find out for ourselves, but I have no doubt that she’s going to put her best foot forward to make sure that it happens one way or another.
Jake Mercer: She’s 103 pounds??? Good lord it won’t be long before she’s snapped into a twig inside of the ring, I fear for her safety more than her chances in this matchup.
(‘She’s a Bitch’ by Missy Elliott begins to play up to a mixed reaction from the crowd while Domino Stone makes her way out to the stage like she’s a woman on a mission. She seems more ready than ever while she pops her neck and cracks her knuckles, not wasting time with anything while she makes her way down the ramp and towards the ring with a no fucks given attitude.)
Stephie Love: And her opponent… from Los Angeles, California… weighing in at 157 pounds… THE BONE COLLECTOR… DOMINO STONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: And here comes Domino Stone who made one hell of a return to the ring last week against Kristen Myers where she advanced to the next round of the Empress of Elite tournament. Now she finds herself in the Quarterfinals, and I don’t think she plans to let her foot off of the gas pedal anytime soon.
Flannery McCoy: She’s not playing anymore games and she’s looking to go right to business here tonight. All I can say for certain, is that Nariko must have a lot on her plate right now going up against a determined and deadset Domino Stone. Let’s see how this match goes here tonight!
Jake Mercer: I hope it ends with a bone being collected, honestly she needs to live up to her nickname at some point right?
(DING! DING! DING!)
Flannery McCoy: We are in a zone beyond underway as Domino Stone is in the ring looking pumped to square off against Nariko in this second round Empress of Elite tournament matchup! My love for Nariko knows no bounds and I just hope Domino does not hurt her too badly! My stress and anticipation levels are truly off the charts. Domino looks big mad! She is talking shit to our beloved Nariko and she slaps the shit out of her! Damn that was disrespectful as fuck! Domino is sippin’ that haterade as Nariko looks enraged. NARIKO STRIKES BACK HER SLAP JUST NEARLY TOOK DOMINO’S WHOLE FACE OFF!! OH LAWD!
Stew-O: Suddenly both of these strong female athletes lock up in the ring only for Nariko to be kicked hard in the gut by Domino Stone. Domino with a Spinning Back Fist sending Nariko flying back into the corner with immense velocity. Nariko is in trouble now. Another Spinning Back Fist from Domino connects to the side of Nariko’s face removing some flesh as the knuckle grinds up against it. But Nariko is too strong and remains standing! Domino has her trapped however and is now just laying into her with a high velocity pummeling of her stomach. She is just pounding away and I hope that Nariko is able to keep her lunch down! She is getting real bruised n shit out here but Nariko needs to find a way out real quick.
Jake Mercer: Domino Stone whips Nariko across the ring and charges after her! But Nariko gets both feet up and propels out of the corner with a brutal Dropkick to the face taking Domino down! Nariko may have knocked her the fuck out! The cover!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-
Flannery McCoy: An immediate kickout by Domino Stone! She is showing Nariko what a real bad bitch do. Domino back up and tries to take Nariko’s head off with a Running Clothesline! But Nariko ducks beneath! Nariko scoops up Domino and slams her down to the mat showing impressive strength. Nariko with a Running Guillotine Leg Drop off the ropes as Nariko goes for another cover!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: This time Nariko nearly had her beat! But Domino Stone with the kickout!!! Nariko lifts her opponent back up and drags her over to the turnbuckle and bashes her skull into it! No! Domino turned it around and bashed Nariko’s skull into the turnbuckle instead!!! Domino picks up Nariko and drops her down with a power focused Fallaway Slam!!! Domino with the cover!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jake Mercer: Domino Stone nearly puts Nariko away with her first cover of the match! But she managed to kick out just in time! Domino picks Nariko back up and rakes her hard across the eyes! Domino spins around behind Nariko and launches her backwards with a lightning fast German Suplex. Nariko lands neck first in the ring and is favoring it as Domino stands back up and postures above Nariko.
Flannery McCoy: NARIKO WITH A SURPRISE ROLLUP FROM BEHIND! SCHOOL GIRL ROLLUP!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: NO! NARIKO was not able to steal it! Domino Stone almost let her confidence and ego cost her this entire tournament! Maybe wait until after the match to gloat and posture my queen! Both competitors back up as a pissed off Domino kicks Nariko’s head off with a Running Big Boot to the face! Domino follows it up by running off the ropes and connecting with a Curb Stomp to plant Nariko down for the count. But Domino isn’t covering. She is pissed Nariko tried to steal it like that and wants to make her suffer! Domino drags Nariko over to the corner and begins stomping a mudhole in her bitch ass. Opening up a can of whoopass and all that. Nariko being demolished and Domino is loving every minute of it. This rage this is what it takes to become the empress! Domino drags her unconscious opponent back out into the ring as she goes for the cover. Going to end things now!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: HOLY SHIT! NARIKO KICKS OUT IMMEDIATELY AND STANDS BACK UP ON TWO FEET!!! WHAT THE HELL I THOUGHT SHE WAS DEAD AND DOMINO STONE LOOKS LIKE SHE JUST SAW A GHOST! NARIKO HAS BEEN FILLED WITH DETERMINATION. THE CROWD IS ON THEIR FEET!!!
Crowd: :ahh: !!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Nariko ducks a Clothesline from Domino Stone and ducks behind her! Nariko with a fast as fuck German Suplex! Domino goes flying off to who knows where! Domino put down on her back as Nariko begins to drive her knee repeatedly into the skull of Domino! She is going to have to have her entire brain removed during surgery to recover from this trauma! Nariko applies a Bearhug on Domino squishing the life out of her as she is fading! She leaps forward driving Domino down on her back with the Bearhug still applied. She then grabs the arm and wrenches it backwards tearing it straight out the socket!!! Domino now screaming in pain! She wanted to enjoy Nariko’s suffering but now indeed it is she who is suffering!!!
Jake Mercer: Nariko pulls Domino Stone back up and then spikes her back down to the mat with a Snap DDT! Nariko with a look of pure insanity on her face as she is wildin’. Nariko pulls Domino back up and pulls her up into a Powerbomb position! This match is about to be over as any match could ever be over! NO! DOMINO ROLLS THROUGH WITH A SUNSET FLIP!!! SHE GONNA STEAL THIS THING!!! NOT THIS WAIIIIII!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: NARIKO GANG!!! GANG GANG NARIKO KICKED OUT OF IT AND ROLLED BACK TO HER FEET!!! NARI-KO OUT OF NOWHERE!!! BAH GAWD ALMIGHTY SHE GOT ALL OF IT THE COVER ON DOMINO STONE!!!! COUNT IT REF!!! COUNT IT!!!
Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Referee: THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stephie Love: Here is your winner…. NARRRRRRRRIKKKKKKKKOOOOOO!!!!
(‘KARATE’ once again begins to play up once more as the crowd erupts into cheers in surprise as Nariko rolls up to her feet while the referee comes over and raises her hand high in victory. Admittingly, she has a surprised look on her face as well, but that doesn’t stop her from relishing in her victory and advancing in the tournament.)
Flannery McCoy: OH MY GOD! NARIKO DID IT! She defied all the odds and managed to beat Domino Stone and advance to the Semifinals!
Stew-O: I’ll admit I’m a little surprised as well, but maybe this means we might just have a wildcard in the form of Nariko coming into prominence and making it known that she will win the Empress of Elite tournament! We might just see her shockingly become the winner of the whole damn thing when it’s all said and done! But let’s stick to the present, and congratulate Nariko on her victory here tonight!
(Friday Night Dynasty fades to show the backstage area of the Nationwide Arena. It’s a secluded arena that has a flickering light bulb to set the scene which is the only sound heard other than the deafening silence that reverberates off of the walls. It’s eerie, it’s unusual, but it’s fitting for the person that is about to be seen. The camera pans down from the ceiling to show a lone figure sitting on the ground, back against the wall with their hood up and their head down. It’s unbeknownst to the viewer who this might be, but judging by their tatted complexion and tattered clothing, they might just get the hint. Before long the hood is removed from their head to reveal ‘The Forbidden Future’ primarily known as Alex Myers. They bring their head up to look at the camera, slightly tilting it with a cold expression on their face while they do so. Other than the flickering lights, there is absolute silence in the air right now while Alex simply says nothing. But finally, they break the silence with a simple but begrudging sigh, before they speak to the camera facing towards them.)
Alex Myers: I don’t want to say that I’m unhappy about the placement that I’m in here in the King of Elite tournament, but I can’t help but have that subsided in the backspace of my mind. While my right shoulder cries in agony I can’t help but be reminded of how the pain got there in the first place. Let me tell you right now, it is not a pleasant thought. In case you’re up to speed, last week I received a ‘first round bye’ thanks to Terry Chambers attacking me from behind because he felt for some reason that he was above this tournament. ‘A first round bye’… it’s aggravating. Because I didn’t want that, I never wanted that. The last thing I want to do is take the easy way out of anything to begin with and to say that the last thing I wanted happened? It doesn’t bring such a smile to my face, as much as I want to be happy that I even got to the Quarterfinals in the first place, I can’t help but think that a part of it just isn’t deserved. Like I didn’t actually do what was necessary to validate my position, which has left me in a deep state of thought for the week, wondering where I went wrong or more specifically, what is next. Because obviously, this just wasn’t how I wanted it to go whatsoever.
(Alex slowly begins to rise up to their feet, their hands slowly clenching into fists while they lightly tap them against the wall. They look up to the ceiling and take a moment to let it all sink in, before continuing to speak without looking at the camera and maintaining their deep gaze.)
Alex Myers: If I was going to advance to the Quarterfinals, it would be on my own terms. It would be by a match, it would be against Terry Chambers, and I would win. I would win and prove that I belong in the tournament, and that would be the end of it. But even that doesn’t happen, do I not get what I want? As much as I don’t try and let it get the better of me, as much as I don’t try and wrap my brain around it as much as I should, here I am. Here I am questioning what the fuck happened to go wrong. Especially when I came so close, but ended up so far in the process. Which is why the only thing that I can do right now is loathe Terry and what he has done. But at the same time, I can’t let it infest me and I can’t let it get the better of me either. Because I’m not here this week to wallow in my own self-pity, what I’m here to do is make sure that I get one step closer to becoming a king. That I finally reach my destiny and the potential that I knew I had kept inside of me. And that comes at the expense of Angelo Carter, a newcomer here who has certainly turned a lot of heads.
(Alex once again sighs before bringing their head down to look at the camera.)
Alex Myers: I can wish you all the luck in the world, but it will not stop what I have in store for you tonight. It does not stop my goals and ambitions and nothing you do will change anything about how this match is going to go whatsoever. I have to make sure that I get past the Quarterfinals and I will make sure that I do everything and anything so this pans out in my favor. Ever since I was traded to Friday Night Dynasty I made sure that I was going to make an impact. That going from Voltage to Dynasty would open a lot more doors, show me the way to greener pastures and prove that I belong more than anything else. With 2022 barely even stretching out its legs, I couldn’t see this as a more perfect opportunity to solidify myself as one of the best on the brand. Which is ultimately, the endgame in this scenario. There is nothing more I’d ever want, which is why I must win tonight, I have no choice. And then I must move onto the next week after that, and it’ll only be a matter of time from there, where you see Alex Myers… as your ‘King of Elite.’
(Alex throws their hood over their head once more, taking one good look at the camera with a stern and determined look on his face. It’s clear that he’s ready more than ever and determined to make a statement and will do anything to make sure that it happens. Alex then turns around and makes his way out of the scene, which is the last shot seen before Friday Night Dynasty then begins to fade to elsewhere.)
(Inside the ring stands Stephie Love, the ring announcer wearing a smile as she holds a microphone to her lips to announce the next match!)
Stephie Love: The following singles match is a Quarterfinal Match in the King of Elite Tournament, scheduled for one fall!
(‘Voices’ by Motionless In White begins to play and Alex Myers makes their way out, ready to get to the action!)
Stephie Love: Introducing first, making their way to the ring, from Seattle, Washington…. weighing 170 pounds…. “THE FORBIDDEN FUTURE” AAAAALLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEXXXXXXX MYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRSSSSSSS!!!!
Stew-O: After being attacked by Terry Chambers, StarrStan called for Terry to lose his spot in the tournament, thus resulting in Alex Myers having a first-round bye. Terry’s explained himself earlier but for Alex, this wasn’t exactly how they wanted to advance through the tournament considering this change in approach and attitude. I imagine though that that could prove to give them an edge in wanting to prove themself not only throughout this tournament if they can beat Angelo Carter tonight and stay in it, but throughout the rest of the season!
Flannery McCoy: Angelo’s got a huge win himself, but I think you could be right about Alex, where they have even more to prove and that’s a point I know that I would look to drive home. It definitely adds to the pressure, but StarrStan sought them out for a reason and this is another chance for them to prove why.
(‘Lamar’ by YN Jay begins to play after Alex gets into the ring and a mixed reaction sounds from the crowd as Angelo makes his way out!)
Stephie Love: And their opponent, making his way to the ring from East New York… weighing 205 pounds… “PROLIFIC” AAAANNNNNGGGGGEEEEEELLLLLLOOOOO CAAAAAARRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEERRRRR!!!!!
Jake Mercer: Angelo is coming into this match off of a huge win over the New Breed Champion from the other week and I can say that he definitely had a lot of eyes on him after that! He took the world by surprise, proving himself to be a talent that we’re all going to have to pay a whole lot more attention to :drakelike:!!!
Stew-O: We’re looking at two Elitists looking to leave their mark and while Alex has the possibility of potential going for them, Angelo is looking to show what he’s capable of even sooner! Two competitors like this can make for a dynamic match-up that could see them leave absolutely everything out there on the mat for something that’s on the line like this.
(Angelo enters the ring and with him and Alex in place, the referee calls for the bell!)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: Alex Meyers and Angelo Carter are set to face here in this Quarterfinal match-up of King of Elite, and now we’re underway! Alex and Angelo circle the ring with both Elitists trying to judge when to go in to strike- ANGELO THROWS ALL CAUTION ASIDE AND CHARGES FORWARD, BLASTING ALEX RIGHT OUT THE GATE WITH A BIG BOOT! THE 6’4 ANGELO STRIKES DOWN THE 5’8 ALEX MEYERS WITH THAT BROOKLYN BOOT, AND WITH A QUICKNESS!
Flannery McCoy: AND NOW ANGELO LANDS A SWIFT KICK TO THE THEIR RIBS, KNOCKING ALEX OVER JUST AS ALEX WAS TRYING TO PUSH THEIR WAY UP OFF THE MAT! Angelo grabs them and brings them up with clubbing blows over the back, and then connects with a knee strike to the gut just as Alex tried to turn their way out of Angelo’s grasp! Angelo adjusts his hold on Alex to try to pull them back in but Alex starts throwing elbows to try to fight their way out, aiming for the midsection and they nearly get it until Angelo snatches the arm and lands a knee thrust just under the pit of the arm! And Alex immediately turns away clutching at their shoulder, as it’s the same shoulder that Terry Chambers did some damage to in his attack on Alex!
Jake Mercer: They’ll need to think of a way to handle that and fast as Angelo isn’t holding back, stomping on the back of the knee to bring Alex to kneel before throwing them face first into the mat! Angelo kicks them to the ropes where Alex grabs hold of the bottom rope to try to pull themself up but Carter comes down with a knee to the back! Alex is planted back on the mat and now Angelo has his foot on the back of Alex’s neck, pushing them into the rope and effectively choking them! Angelo holding it for practically the entire referee’s five count before letting up before he can be disqualified!
Flannery McCoy: Alex is down on the mat clutching at their throat while Angelo is admonished for his tactics just now by the ring official, and once out the way, Angelo Carter goes reaching down for the now seated Alex- but Alex pulls him out over the middle rope and Angelo ends up on the apron! Angelo quickly tries to get up to his feet, BUT ALEX HITS A LOW DROPKICK TO KNOCK ANGELO’S LEGS OUT FROM UNDER HIM AND ANGELO GETS KNOCKED OFF THE APRON, HIS FACE COMING DOWN ON IT BEFORE HE HITS THE FLOOR!!! Angelo tries to quickly recover, a hand over his face as he hurries to get to his feet and he turns around, RIGHT INTO A SUICIDE DIVE FROM ALEX MYERS!!
Stew-O: ALEX THROWS THEIR WEIGHT INTO ANGELO AND HE GETS KNOCKED BACK ALL THE WAY INTO THE BARRICADE! ANGELO IS DOWN AGAIN!!! Alex gets to their feet and they hurry over to Angelo, hitting a running knee strike to the head while Angelo’s seated back with his against the barricade! Angelo turns over with his hands covering his face in an effort to protect himself from taking any sudden hits, but Alex merely picks him up and rolls him into the ring! Meanwhile, Alex climbs up onto the apron and then they start to the turnbuckles, quickly scaling them from the outside and they get up top!
Jake Mercer: A DIVING TORNADO DDT!!! THEY SPIKE ANGELO RIGHT ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AS THEY COME DROPPING OUT OF THE SKY TO TAKE ANGELO DOWN! AND WITH ANGELO LAID OUT, ALEX SCRAMBLES OVER AND THEY MAKE THE PIN ON ANGELO!!!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTWWWOOO!!!
Stew-O: Angelo kicks out, but Alex doesn’t appear to be deterred and you have to respect that even after being brutally attacked by Terry, Alex is still willing to give their best effort. They didn’t want to have an easy time and wanted to prove that they belong, and seeing as how Angelo defeated Jon Kelton last week, this could be the way they get that done against someone just as hungry as them!
Flannery McCoy: Angelo’s in there with someone who fought tooth and nail in a Piranha Deathmatch at the beginning of the season, so I’m not surprised that Alex prepared to put in the work! They get Angelo in a front headlock while down on the mat and they work on bringing him to his feet as they keep the hold applied, and once able, they start sending knee strikes directed toward the face at Angelo while he’s doubled over! Angelo’s having a hard time blocking those shots from Alex as they’re relentless and looking to do more damage- ANGELO LIFTS ALEX OFF THEIR FEET AND STARTS WALKING TOWARD THE ROPES-
Jake Mercer: ALEX PUSHES THEIR FEET OFF THE TOP ROPE AND TRIES FOR ANOTHER TORNADO DDT BUT ANGELO IS WISE ENOUGH TO PUSH THEM OFF AND AWAY! Alex manages to land on their feet, however, AND ANGELO GOES CHARGING AT THEM ONLY TO GET TAKEN DOWN WITH A DROP TOE HOLD BY ALEX THAT CAUSES ANGELO TO FACEPLANT ON THE CANVAS! Alex is running off the ropes before Angelo even has a chance to realize that Alex scurried away and they strike Carter with a dropkick! Angelo goes rolling to the corner and against the turnbuckles, where Alex lands two double knees to the chest just as Angelo was trying to pull himself up! He drops back down to a knee and Alex unleashes in the corner with a series of shoot kicks, catching Carter on the chest, side, and arm as Carter tries to turn away from getting struck!
Stew-O: He’s having no such luck though, as Alex is landing those kicks with precision – they really are putting in the work to prove themself as being capable! Angelo tries to shove Alex away but they come right back with an uppercut and they start getting him up to a vertical base in the corner, where they climb up over Angelo to start coming down with punches to the head! Alex tilts Angelo’s head back to start aiming for the face with that fist of theirs and the referee’s trying to advise them to get down, but Alex is determined to stay on top of the action!
Flannery McCoy: ANGELO CARTER SNATCHES ALEX MYERS UP BY THE LEGS, GETTING THEM ONTO HIS SHOULDERS AND GETTING A RUNNING START BEFORE LAUNCHING ALEX DOWN TO THE MAT IN A RUNNING POWERBOMB! THEY HIT THE MAT AFTER ANGELO EASILY CARRIES THEM OUT THE CORNER AND ANGELO’S BACK IN THE MATCH!!
Stew-O: Alex turns themself over on the mat and gets a nasty kick to the face after making it onto their knees, and now laid out on the mat, Angelo takes advantage of the moment by coming down with a knee drop to the shoulder! He stays on to force the joint to take the full impact and Alex is flailing on the mat in pain, trying to get out from under Angelo but there’s no going anywhere for them! Angelo comes off of them but with a grasp on the arm, roughly yanking Alex to their feet and then twisting into an arm wringer while using his long legs to his advantage by sending kicks to the midsection! Alex is having trouble escaping from the arm wringer on top of the kicks being sent their way and before they can do much else, Angelo whips them down by the arm in a final twist to send Alex to the mat and connects with an elbow drop to the chest!
Jake Mercer: Alex is grabbing at their arm as they try to get up, but Angelo easily sweeps them off their feet from behind, AND ABSOLUTELY LAUNCHES THEM TO THE MAT WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX! ALEX GOES SOARING THROUGH THE AIR FOR A MOMENT BEFORE THEY CRASH ON THEIR UPPER BACK AGAINST THE CANVAS! Alex turns to find the ropes, just barely getting up WHEN ANGELO GETS THEM FROM BEHIND AGAIN AND CONNECTS WITH A SECOND GERMAN SUPLEX! BUT HE HOLDS ON THIS TIME AND ALEX GETS SENT FLYING INTO THE CORNER OFF OF A THIRD GERMAN SUPLEX!! Alex uses the turnbuckles to try to get to their feet, AND ANGELO HITS A SPLASH IN THE CORNER AS SOON AS ALEX IS STANDING! THEY CAN BARELY STAY UP AS ANGELO YANKS THEM AWAY FROM THE TURNBUCKLES AND THERE’S A SWINGING NECKBREAKER TO TAKE ALEX DOWN INTO A PIN!!!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTWWWOOO!!!
Flannery McCoy: But Alex kicks out in time and Angelo doesn’t necessarily look pleased about that. He knows just what a huge opportunity this is for him, especially as he’s coming in with all the momentum after defeating the New Breed Champion to much surprise, and he wants to capitalize on the attention that he’s garnered for himself! He looks ready to do that by any means necessary, but Alex has more than plenty of to prove themself and they aren’t about to go down without a fight!
Stew-O: Alex was traded to Dynasty this season as StarrStan said he believes that he sees the potential in Alex and this move, along with their attitude change, could prove to be beneficial if they can rebound from the absolute onslaught that Angelo just delivered!
Jake Mercer: Angelo Carter makes his way over to the ropes before stepping out onto the apron, Alex is still down in the ring but beginning to stir as they know that they’re still in this fight! Angelo might be looking to snuff that fire out though right here right now, as he rouches down and pulls on the middle rope as Alex to gets to their feet-
Flannery McCoy: “ILLUMINATE”- WAIT! NO! ALEX GETS A KNEE UP JUST IN TIME AND ANGELO SLINGSHOTS HIS WAY FACE FIRST RIGHT INTO ALEX’S KNEE! ANGELO DROPS IN A HEAP WITH HIS HANDS TO HIS FACE, BUT ALEX IS GIVING HIM NO TIME TO BREATHE AS THEY RUN TO THE ROPES AND SPRINGBOARD OFF THE MIDDLE ROPE! “DOCTOR SLEEP”!!! ALEX COMES DOWN ON ANGELO’S HEAD WITH THEIR KNEES TO HIS SKULL AND ANGELO APPEARS TO BE OUT OF IT!!! ALEX WITH THE COVER!!!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTWWWOOOO!!!
TTTTTHHH-
Stew-O: Alex can’t believe that Angelo kicked out in time! Alex turned the match around just that quick but somehow Angelo’s got the wherewithal to stay in this match-up!
Jake Mercer: “Somehow”, Stew?! Angelo showed he had what it takes to defeat a reigning Champion here in EAW just last week, let’s not act surprised that he’s still vying for his chance to advance in the King of Elite tournament! But it’s really not for us to figure out, when it’s Alex who has to find the answer to Angelo and right now, I don’t know if they’ll have the means for that if Angelo can continue like this and make a comeback!
Flannery McCoy: Alex goes to get Angelo after spotting that he moved near the ropes and they try to bring him up to his feet, but Angelo has his arm hooked around the middle rope to hold his stance! Alex tries to pull him away from the ropes but Angelo isn’t budging- ANGELO STRIKES WITH A FOREARM SMASH TO ALEX AND THAT FLOORS ALEX! Angelo drags Alex up to their feet and gets them into an inverted headlock before lifting them up- ALEX USES THE MOMENTUM TO COUNTER INTO A BACKSTABBER!! THEY DIG THEIR KNEES INTO ANGELO’S BACK AND THEY HOLD HIM FOR A SURFBOARD! KNEES IN HIS SPINE, HIS HEAD BEING WRENCHED BACK, ANGELO FINDS HIMSELF IN TROUBLE AS ALEX HAS A SURFBOARD SUBMISSION APPLIED!!
Stew-O: Alex is desperately trying to keep this hold on for as long as they can, as Angelo is swinging his arms back trying to knock Alex off of him but Alex is leaning out the way just enough to avoid being hit! They pull even further back and Angelo is trying to reach backward for the ropes now that they’re in his sights with how Alex is leaning backward in an effort to keep the submission on! Alex punches at the side of Angelo’s neck for a moment before quickly reapplying the chinlock and Angelo is clutching at Alex’s hands trying to figure a way out of this-
Jake Mercer: WHAT AN INNOVATIVE ESCAPE! ANGELO JUST KICKED OFF THE GROUND AND FLIPPED OVER ALEX, LANDING WITH A KNEE DROP TO THE FACE!! Angelo drags Alex up and whips them across the ring, Alex ducking a clothesline and running the ropes to come back into a tilt-a-whirl headscissors- ANGELO COUNTERS WITH A BACKBREAKER!! BUT ANGELO DOESN’T SHOVE THEM DOWN AND INSTEAD KEEPS THEM UP ON THEIR FEET, WHIPPING THEM ACROSS THE RING AND INTO THE CORNER!! ANGELO CHARGES IN BUT ALEX SIDESTEPS JUST IN TIME AND TRIES TO GO FOR A SHOULDER THRUST JUST TO GET A KNEE IN THEIR FACE!! AND NOW GETTING GRABBED FROM BEHIND, ANGELO THROWS ALEX THROUGH THE TURNBUCKLES AND SHOULDER-FIRST INTO THE POST!!!
Flannery McCoy: You could hear Alex shout out in pain upon that collision just now and that’s just no good for their shoulder! There’ve been moments in the match where Angelo’s targeted it and you can’t really blame him for that, and this kind of opening just allows him to exploit that further! Angelo pulls Alex from out of the corner AND CONNECTS WITH AN ARM BREAKER!! HE PULLS ALEX’S ARM DOWN INTO HIS KNEES AS ANGELO THROWS HIMSELF TO THE MAT AND ALEX’S ARM COMES SNAPPING OFF HIS KNEES, ALEX FALLING TO THE MAT IN PAIN AS THEY CLUTCH AT THEIR ARM!
Jake Mercer: You were right about Angelo looking to take advantage of that, Flannery, because he’s just focused on it at the moment! Angelo tosses Alex into the corner in a biel throw and Alex pulls themself up with one arm using the ropes, not ready at all for how Angelo comes in with kicks, punches, and knee strikes! The flurry of offense having Alex so caught off guard that they aren’t prepared for how Angelo pulls them out and into his grasp- “FLATLINE”!!! THE BRAINBUSTER ONTO THE KNEE ANGLED JUST ENOUGH TO BRING ALEX DOWN INTO A SHOULDER BREAKER AS WELL!! ALEX LOOKS OUT OF IT AS ANGELO HOOKS THEIR LEGS FOR THE PIN!!!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTWWWOOO!!!
TTTTHHHRR-
Stew-O: Alex keeps their King of Elite dreams alive with a kickout! Angelo looks just a tad frustrated as he looks down at Alex and just shakes his head, trying to think of a way to seal the deal! Angelo goes to the top turnbuckle after making the climb, but once up there, he looks down and notices Alex already beginning to move! Alex is up to their feet by the time that Angelo has positioned himself and Angelo waits in anticipation of Alex as they make their way over, and just as Angelo seemingly goes to leap, Alex jumps up and they land a gut punch! They strike with another and Alex begins to climb the turnbuckles in front of Angelo, Alex swinging until they have Angelo hooked up for a superplex-
Flannery McCoy: NO! Angelo shoves Alex down and Alex somehow stays on their feet, Angelo now diving at but Alex steps out the way, Angelo rolling through his momentum as his feet hit the mat so that he can get right back to his feet! Alex comes charging for a clothesline but Angelo ducks, AND CONNECTS WITH A SUPERKICK THAT SENDS ALEX FALLING BACK INTO THE REFEREE!!! Angelo looks conflicted for a moment, wondering if he should wait for the referee to move or strike while he’s got the chance! Angelo shrugs and runs to the ropes-
Jake Mercer: JON KELTON TRIPS UP ANGELO CARTER?!?!?!?!
(The cameras cut to show Kelton having appeared at ringside and Angelo stumbles, managing to stay on his feet but not happy at all to see Jon getting involved!)
Stew-O: Angelo’s telling Kelton to get to the back, but Jon isn’t saying a thing in response, just smirking at him and I’m sure this has to do with what went down last week! Angelo shouts at him for tripping him just a moment ago and while calling for Jon to get into the ring, Jon isn’t moving and just stays in his place! Angelo waves him off, needing to get focused on the match and he goes to grab Alex from off the mat! The referee didn’t see a thing as he was too busy trying to get himself up and now Angelo goes for a suplex!
Flannery McCoy: BUT ALEX DROPS DOWN BEHIND HIM AND THEY PULL ANGELO INTO A ROLL-UP!!
OOONNNEEE!!!
TTTWWWOOO!!!
TTTHHHHRRR–
Jake Mercer: Angelo kicks out, shoving Alex off of him and Alex gets sent surging forward into the ropes, coming back into a jumping uppercut as Angelo shoots up off the mat! But Alex turns out the way just in time and hooks the arms for a backslide that Angelo blocks! Angelo leans forward to flip Alex over and Alex lands in front of Angelo on their feet, CONNECTING WITH A HEADBUTT!! ANGELO IS STUNNED AS ALEX KICKS THE INSIDE OF THE KNEE AND THAT TAKES ANGELO’S LEG OUT, A DANGEROUS MOVE THAT COULD TEAR LIGAMENTS IN THE KNEE!!! ANGELO ENDS UP BEING BROUGHT TO KNEEL AND ALEX CONNECTS WITH A VICIOUS ENZUIGIRI!!! ANGELO IS DOWN AND OUT!!
Stew-O: ALEX QUICKLY GOES TO THE TURNBUCKLES AND THEY GET TO THE TOP ROPE! ALEX IS IN POSITION AND ANGELO HASN’T MOVED SINCE MOMENTS AGO! ALEX TURNS AND LEAPS BACKWARD!!! “SINNER’S LULLABY”!!! THE COFFIN DROP CONNECTS AND ALEX STAYS ON TOP OF ANGELO, HOOKING THE LEG FOR THE PIN!!
OOONNNEEE!!!!
TTTWWWOOOO!!!
TTTTHHHHHRRREEEEE!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Voices’ by Motionless In White begins to play and Alex gets to their feet, the referee coming over to raise their hand! Outside the ring, Kelton shakes his head amused before he turns to leave from ringside, his back to the ring.)
Stephie Love: Here is your winner, and advancing to the next round in the King of Elite tournament… ALLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEXXXXXXXXX MYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRSSSSSSS!!!!
Stew-O: Alex Myers defeats Angelo in what was becoming quite the contest, but we can’t overlook Jon Kelton’s interference for a moment in the match! Angelo looked to be going for his next move on Alex when Kelton showed up and threw him off. Carter tried to get back into things and to his credit, he seemingly did for a moment, but Alex continued to stay in it and put up a fight of their own that shouldn’t be discounted at all.
Flannery McCoy: It’s a huge opportunity that I think Angelo, unfortunately, let slip through partially no fault of his own, but Alex comes through in the end and they show that this turnaround for them could be just the thing that they were looking for to put their time here on Dynasty on the right track!
Jake Mercer: Alex is in line for something big when it comes to advancing- WAIT WAIT WAIT! IT’S KELTON! HE’S COMING BACK TO THE RING!!!
(Just as Alex is leaving from the ring, Jon Kelton comes sliding in under the bottom rope, and he stands over Angelo while he’s coming to on the mat.)
Stew-O: JON KELTON JUST DROPPED THE NEW BREED CHAMPIONSHIP AND GOT DOWN OVER ANGELO, PUNCHING AT HIM REPEATEDLY IN THE FACE! ANGELO’S TRYING TO COVER UP BUT THERE’S NOT MUCH HE CAN DO, BARELY CONSCIOUS AFTER HAVING ALL THE WIND KNOCKED OUT OF HIM AND HAVING BEEN KNOCKED OUT! KELTON IS RELENTLESS AND THE REFEREE FROM THE MATCH IS TRYING TO GET HIM OUT OF HERE, BUT KELTON ISN’T LISTENING AT ALL!
Flannery McCoy: JON IS ABSOLUTELY SLAMMING HIS FIST INTO ANGELO CARTER’S FACE, LOOKING TO LEAVE A MARK AND HOW HE FELT ABOUT LAST WEEK’S LOSS IS SHOWING HERE RIGHT NOW! I CAN’T BELIEVE HE’D DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!
Jake Mercer: I can! He told everyone that he wasn’t going to let that loss go forgotten and now here he is letting Angelo know he was making good on his word; Angelo wasn’t getting out of this without Jon making his presence felt, clearly!
Stew-O: The ring official finally manages to get Jon off of Angelo and he’s arguing with the referee now, the referee trying to call for him to leave from the ring so that he can tend to Angelo. This was so unnecessary on Kelton’s part, I don’t see why this had to happen like this.
Jake Mercer: He came to make a statement, and I’m certainly not about to denounce it when I can’t say I’m not enjoying it! This is the kind of New Breed Champion that the division needs, letting people know that he’ll take matters into his own hands if that’s what it comes to. Angelo is getting up to his feet trying to shake off being disoriented from the attack-
Flannery McCoy: “FINAL ATONEMENT”!!! JON SHOVES THE REFEREE ASIDE AND CONNECTS WITH THE SPINNING HEEL KICK TO ANGELO’S HEAD!!! ANGELO IS PUT BACK ON THE MAT AND HE’S OUT!!!
(Jon stands over Angelo doing nothing but looking down on him before going to retrieve the New Breed Championship from the mat. The ring official stands back, not wanting to get caught up in the drama so long as there’s the chance of Kelton possibly firing off on him next, and as Kelton looks back over his shoulder, a smirk appears on his face before he exits through the ropes.)
Stew-O: Jon Kelton just came up into the ring and let Angelo absolutely have it after seemingly playing a part in him losing. I’m sure there’s an explanation for all of this, but whether it’s reasonable or not, I don’t know!
(As Jon makes his way up the ramp and disappears into the back without even taking a second look at Angelo who he left laid out in the ring, the cameras cut to the ring official and a ringside EMT coming to Angelo Carter’s aid as the scene fades out.)
(The camera cuts to a commercial for the Marvel Thor romantic comedy spinoff movie starring Jennifer Aniston and Kassidy Heart.)
(Dynasty fades into the backstage area as the cameras are already on Angelo Carter as he’s making his way angrily through the backstage area, his hand pressed to the side of his head after taking a wicked kick from Jon Kelton to it moments ago during an attack at the hands of the New Breed Champion. He bumps into an unknown backstage worker and doesn’t look back as the staffer can be seen looking confused as to why he found himself on the receiving end of the careless bump, but Angelo isn’t fazed at all. It’s obvious now to everyone that Angelo could only be in search of one person and one person only.)
Angelo Carter: Where the fuck is this man?!
(It’s only after just a few more steps that Angelo comes to a stop with his arm dropping back down to his side, the look on his face growing more pissed off as he comes face to face with none other than the EAW New Breed Champion, Jon Kelton, who has Londyn Zelaya at his side. Kelton looks smug in the face of Angelo, who can’t believe that the Champion has the audacity to appear so pleased with having screwed him over.)
Angelo Carter: What, you think this shit is funny or something? Because there’s not shit to be grinning or laughing about after what the hell you did to me out there.
Jon Kelton: What was the warning I gave you, huh? Don’t tell me you forgot already, thinking that because you got your win over me that I was suddenly about to just be left behind in your rearview? I told you that shit like what went down the other week doesn’t go forgotten by me, and all I did tonight was make good on what I said after that match. You put me in a spot that needed to get figured out, an issue that your reigning New Breed Champion just couldn’t let go with everyone thinking that that was just gonna be it – and so I just provided a solution that put everyone on notice. Fuck with me and I don’t go down quietly. It’s that simple.
(Angelo can’t help but roll his eyes, Kelton’s explanation for his actions doing nothing to ease Angelo’s frustrations. Clearly, Kelton wasn’t going to let the loss to Angelo go without a response and in no way did Angelo anticipate that response being getting screwed out of advancing in the tournament.)
Angelo Carter: So, what, you’re acting like an emotional bitch over me beating you fair and square? My talent is the reason I won while you’ve got no one but yourself to blame for not being better prepared last week. Maybe you didn’t like what I had to say going into the match about how the only thing that could be used for other people to think to put us on different levels was looking at the Championship you’re carrying, just for me to prove that you being the New Breed Champion didn’t mean shit when going against me. But you’re still the New Breed Champion nonetheless, which is why I just can’t figure out why you’d have to go and do something so childish like cost me my match and then attack me afterward like you’re not the one carrying the gold.
(Kelton smirks, just the slightest bit amused as he looks at Angelo.)
Jon Kelton: Childish? All I did was live up to my words – it might’ve not been in the ring as planned, but I let you and everyone else know how it’s gonna be if anyone thinks that they’re just going to advance their careers at my expense without me getting some retribution. I said I’d handle this shit with you getting lucky the other week and that’s what I did tonight – I handled it. I let everyone know why I shouldn’t be overlooked in favor of some fresh face when I’m the one carrying the Championship, the one who didn’t have to get lucky – and that there’s not a person around here who’s gonna be allowed to get away with taking anything from me. Be it a win or any other opportunities I should have. If you hadn’t gotten that surprise win at the last second, you’d be a nobody right now and no one would even be thinking about you; now all anyone’s talking about is me and what I did, as they should, because there’s no one truly better than me at the end of the day. And when it comes to you right now? It’s just like I told you the week that we faced off: now you’re back to being a background character, cannon fodder.
Angelo Carter: For me to be nothing but a background character or cannon fodder, I sure as hell got your attention, don’t I? Otherwise, the shit that went down out there wouldn’t even have happened. I’d have beaten Alex and they wouldn’t have gotten a lucky advancement yet again. You know I’m more than someone you can just overlook or just brush off, and me beating you proved that. I know it, you know it, and so does everyone else. But you went and crossed a line when you decided to take your PTSD out on me when you came to the realization that I was set to prove myself as yet another rookie that would’ve passed your ass up. You weren’t ready to deal with knowing that it all would’ve started with you, that you couldn’t stop me, but it turns out the only way you could that was by getting involved in something you had no business being in and acting like a bitter bitch about it.
(Despite the intense staredown that he’s getting from Angelo, Jon remains full of himself with a smirk on his face and shakes his head.)
Jon Kelton: You really think you would’ve had that in you to do that? Something like that remains to be seen, and judging from the way that you just still don’t get what I’m saying, I’m not so sure we’ll ever find out. Because what went down out there was far more about me showing that I’m the one that people had better be keeping a closer eye on if for whatever dumb reason they weren’t already. If you’ve got a problem with that though, then you’re just gonna have to get to the back of the line because the target that I’ve got on me is huge and there are already plenty of people stepping up for their shot. Maybe you’ll get yours when you get there, but let’s be real, you weren’t winning the King of Elite tournament anyway, so I spared everyone and you from wasting any more time with your expected defeat. You were just putting off the inevitable for when everyone would see that you aren’t ready to go that far. But what I did tonight? Expect nothing different from what I did out there because I’m always gonna get what I want in the end, I’m always gonna be the one who gets the last laugh.
(The New Breed Champion looks Angelo Carter over once and chuckles before he makes his exit, bumping Angelo’s shoulder on the way past him and Londyn follows at Kelton’s other side. Angelo shakes his head as he turns in their direction and watches them walk off together, Angelo mumbling as he seethes over the encounter he just had with the man who cost him any chance he might’ve had in the King of Elite tournament. On a close-up of Angelo, the scene then fades out.)
(Friday Night Dynasty fades back into the Nationwide Arena to show Stephie Love standing at the center of the ring with a bright smile on her face and an EAW-branded microphone in her hand ready to announce the next match at hand tonight!)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, the following is a FIRST ROUND MATCH IN THE KING OF ELITE TOURNAMENT! And it is a contest that is scheduled for…
Crowd: ONE FALL!!!
(‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ by Kanye West is heard playing up to loud cheers from the crowd upon the camera panning over to show Johnny Andrews charismatically making his way out to the stage. He takes a spin around and let’s the crowd’s reaction soak in before he poses at the center of the stage, while pyro shoots out in a beautiful array of rainbow colors. After a while he nods his head and focuses on the ring, before making his way down the ramp from there.)
Stephie Love: Introducing first… from Los Angeles, California… weighing in at 215 pounds… THE FACE OF ELITE… JOHNNY ANDREWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well we all know the story of Johnny Andrews and the momentous night he had a few weeks back at Road To Redemption in the Extreme Elimination Chamber for the World Heavyweight Championship. Although he didn’t exactly come out on top, he put up one hell of a performance to remember and even got an amazing elimination in the form of former Answers World Champion, Jack Ripley.
Flannery McCoy: Johnny is now looking to ride that wave of momentum heading into King of Elite and what better than getting to the finals of the King of Elite tournament. Of course he has a huge roadblock in the way of that, but it’s nothing that he hasn’t been through before and I’m sure he’s up for the challenge!
Jake Mercer: Of course, do you know who that fucking is?! IT’S BIG MATCH JOHN. Respect the name and realize that we’re looking at the next KING OF ELITE!
(Johnny makes his way around the ring and steps up the steel steps, looking around before entering into the ring and circling around. He then climbs up to the top rope, raising his hand into the air proudly before jumping down onto the canvas and making his way towards his corner. ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ then begins to come to a close from there while Johnny gets ready for the match at hand from there.)
(‘Shadow of the Cemetery Man’ by Rob Zombie is then heard blasting through the speakers of the arena to a mixed reaction from the crowd upon seeing Solomon Stane makes his way out from the backstage area alongside Trixie Stane. Fire shoots out from the stage while strobe lights flash all around in a blinding manner, Solomon and Trixie give a passionate kiss before Solomon gestures for her to go backstage, realizing that this is a match better fought on his own. From there, he then begins to make his way down the ramp and towards the ring with a grin on his face.)
Stephie Love: And his opponent… from The City of Sin… weighing in at 266 pounds… THE SOLDIER OF SANITY… SOLOMON STANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well the last time we saw this man he stole the show alongside Andre Walker at Road To Redemption fighting for the Interwire Championship. While he may have suffered defeat, he did make one hell of a statement and proved that he is at the level that he knows he’s at right now.
Flannery McCoy: With a new look and attitude, Solomon walks into the King Of Elite tournament with an outlook for victory. I don’t see that being an impossible task, but it’s something that we’re just going to have to wait and see when it comes to and behold it when it happens.
Jake Mercer: IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT HOW HE LOST A SOLID 100 POUNDS IN A FEW WEEKS?! That’s some Terry Chambers level bullshit, get the fuck out of here with that.
(Solomon immediately rolls into the ring and makes his way towards the corner, making his way up to the top and smirking while basking in the crowd’s reaction. From there, Solomon then jumps off of the top rope and backs against the corner, sitting against it while ‘Shadow of the Cemetery Man’ then begins to come to a close and the referee then signals for the bell once both competitors are ready to go.)
(DING! DING! DING!)
Flannery McCoy: AND WE ARE OFF WITH THE MATCH. JOHNNY ANDREWS VERSUS SOLOMON STANE. AND BOTH LOCK UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING, BATTLING OUT FOR EARLY TOP POSITION IN THIS MATCH, YET SOLOMON EASILY BACKS JOHNNY ANDREWS INTO THE CORNER.
Stew-O: And now he’s eating into Johnny Andrews’s abdominal area with stiff shots; Lefts and rights- BUT JOHNNY ANDREWS IS FIGHTING BACK WITH A FURY OF HIS OWN, striking Solomon Stane directly on the left side of his head, stunning him momentarily- And a HUGE direct kick to the stomach of Solomon.
Jake Mercer: Now Johnny Andrews hopping up onto the second rope here, looking for some highflying offense, but Solomon Stane just brings him right back down grabbing him by his legs. And Johnny Andrews hitting some Yes-like-Kicks to the back of Solomon’s knee now BUT THAT’S NOT GONNA CUT IT. Johnny Andrews’s leg has gotten, BUT HE’S RIGHT BACK ON THE ATTACK WITH A STEP-UP ENZIGURI.
Stew-O: But Solomon Stane isn’t going to go down that easily as he catches himself with the ropes, as Johnny Andrews rebounds off the opposing side.. CLOTHESLINE.. But it couldn’t send Solomon Stane out of the ring.. Now Johnny Andrews is looking for another one AND IT CONNECTS. BUT SOLOMON STANE IS STILL HOLDING ON.
Flannery McCoy: HE’S GOING FOR A DECISIVE THIRD CLOTHESLINE IN A ROW, BUT SOLOMON STANE CATCHES JOHNNY ANDREWS AND PICKS HIM UP INTO GORILLA PRESS POSITION, AND THROWS HIS OPPONENT TO THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE RING.
Stew-O: And Solomon Stane holds his jaw immediately after. Those full-force clotheslines definitely did a good portion of damage to him. And he just grabs Johnny Andrews hair from outside of the ring, and pulls him in through the middle rope- But Johnny Andrews is trying to fight it, AND IS MET WITH A HUGE KNEE IN RETURN.
Jake Mercer: THAT WAS STUPID, JOHNNY ANDREWS. JUST LIVE WITH THE PUNISHMENT AND COME BACK NEXT TIME WITH A BETTER STRATEGY.
Flannery McCoy: And Solomon Stan drags Johnny Andrews into the center of the ring any LAUCHES HIM WITH A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX INTO THE CORNER. Now Solomon is just breaking out into laughter- Oh, but he isn’t done. He picks him up into a poweslam position and RAMS him into the corner. Johnny Andrews is now in a Tree-Of-Woe position. This can’t be good for Johnny Dynasty.
Stew-O: You’re right, McCoy. I can’t imagine what he’s got going through that twisted mind, but it’s something nonetheless as Solomon Stane backs into the opposing corner AND MAES A DASH FOR ANDREWS WITH A DROP KICK…
Jake Mercer: BUT JOHNNY ANDREWS WAS ABLE TO PULL HIMSELF UP INTO A SITTING POSITION ON THE TOP ROPE. SOLOMON GOES CRASHING INTO THE SECOND TURNBUCKLE. WHAT A MANU-… SIT-UP??
Flannery McCoy: Now Johnny Andrews jumps off onto the apron and is yelling for Solomon Stane to get up, as he pulls himself up with the ropes- KICK TO THE FACE. HE’S STUMBLING. NOW JOHNNY ANDREWS JUMPS OFF THE ROPES AND CATCHES SOLOMON STANE WITH A HURRICANRANA.
Stew-O: And he goes FLYING. Johnny Andrews has found a great opening here and goes straight back on the attack. A KNEE to the head. A KICK TO THE BACK OF THE KNEE.. SOLOMON STANE IS BEING CHOPPED DOWN.. Johnny Andrews runs off the ropes WITH A HUGE KNEE STRIKE TO THE FACE. SOLOMON STANE IS DOWN.. COVER.
ONE!!!
TWOOOO!!!!
Jake Mercer: And he powers out at two. Just barely. Johnny Andrews has to go for more than that. And he grabs Solomon Stane’s hair and just starts stomping directly on his face. He’s going to break his nose. If he continues with this, but luckily he stops and jumbos over the top ropes. Johnny Andrews could be looking for some more highflying offense.
Stew-O: And Johnny Andrews jumps onto the ropes, turns around.. JUMPS AGAIN, AND LANDS A MOONSAULT. WHAT AGILITY.. And Solomon rolls under the ropes and out of the ring.
Jake Mercer: BRILLIANT STRATEGY. I WOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME THING.
Flannery McCoy: Solomon Stane trying to catch a breather here, in order to get back in control, just like he was in the beginning of this match.. BUT HE GETS CAUGHT WITH A SUICIDE DIVE BY JOHNNY.. Andrews.. JOHNNY ANDREWS GOT CAUGHT BY SOLOMON STANE. HE HAS HIM BY THE THROAT. SOLOMON HITS A TRIUMPH OF TRUTH ON THE OUTSIDE. OH MY GOD.
Jake Mercer: SMARTS PAYS OFF. ALL SOLOMON HAS TO DO IS GET JOHNNY ANDREWS BACK INTO THE RING, IN WHICH HE DOES, and he tosses Andrews into the middle. Solomon hits A BELLY TO BELLY. INTO THE BRIDGE.
ONE!!!
TWOOO!!!!!
Jake Mercer: AND IT ISN’T ENOUGH. JOHNNY ANDREWS HAS SUCH RESILIENCE. But how will he hold up now? Taking that Triumph Of Truth onto the outside had got to forbid some of that high flying action that Johnny Andrews specializes in.
Stew-O: You’re right, Mercer. It’s definitely going to cost him. But in the meantime, Solomon is taking advantage here, picking Johnny Andrews back up to his feet and LAUNCHING HIM with a German. But Johnny Andrews lands and pops up back to his feet, seems to be unintentional, AND NOW A BELLY-TO-BELLY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RING. Now he’s down. But Solomon isn’t done.
Flannery McCoy: No he isn’t. And he’s right on the attack once again with elbows to the skull. Now he transitions into a pinfall.
ONE!!!
TWOOOO!!!!!
Stew-O: AND JOHNNY DYNASTY KICKS OUT. I don’t think he’s going to stay down until he’s killed, if anything.. And that’s pissed off Solomon as he grabs Johnny Andrews by the neck and brings him back to his feet. This can’t be good for him..
Jake Mercer: Uh oh. Solomon Stane pops him up into a power bomb like carry. AND HE GOES FOR IT.. But Johnny Andrews slips off and out of grip. Stan turns around AND CATCHES A SUPERKICK ATTEMPT.. NOW SOLOMON WITH A SPINNING BACK FIST. AND ANOTHER ONE WITH THE OPPOSITE HAND.. AND A SUPERKICK OF HIS OWN THAT SENDS JOHNNY BIG MATCH JOHNNY BOY ANDREWS INTO THE CORNER. HE’S DOWN.
Flannery McCoy: Johnny Andrews is out in the corner. He’s taking a huge beating at the hands of Solomon Stane, and now he gets hit with a boot to the jaw. And Solomon Stane grabs Johnny Andrews by his arm and twists it around and pulls him over into a side hook, maybe looking for an Olympic Slam type of move, BUT TURNS IT AROUND LANDS A BEAUTIFUL SIDEWALK SLAM.
Jake Mercer: DID YOU SEE ALL THAT EXTRA AND UNNECESSARY FANCY STUFF THAT WENT INTO JUST HITTING A SIDEWALK SLAM. THAT WAS BRILLIANT STUFF.
Stew-O: We did.
Flannery McCoy: We did.
Jake Mercer: AMAZING.
Flannery McCoy: Yeah. Uh. Now Solomon Stane picks up Johnny Andrews’s lifeless body, who lands a single right hook.. But that isn’t going to do anything. He’s barely gotten in any offense for a while now. And it’s almost as if Stane is immune.
Stew-O: And Solomon Stane looks to pick him up into a fireman’s carry here, but hey, Johnny Andrews slips out AND HE ROLLS SOLOMON UP. CAN HE STEAL IT.
ONE!!!
TWOOO!!!!
Stew-O: NO HE CAN’T JUST YET.
Flannery McCoy: And now Solomon instinctively gets back up to his feet immediately, but uh oh, Johnny Andrews locks his head. HE HAS HIM IN POSITION FOR THE SKULL CRUSHER, BUT SOLOMON STANE LANDS AN OVER THROW TOSS. What great action, Boyz.
Jake Mercer: Very. Now.. Uh. Oh. OH NO. NO. SOLOMON STANE CAN’T DO THIS… HE’S LOOKING FOR.. FOR THAT BELLY-TO-BACK GTS. THE APOCALYPSE OF JOHN. THAT WILL KILL JOHNNY ANDREWS… BUT HE’S LAYING IN SOME ELBOWS. JOHNNY ANDREWS HAS SOME FIGHT. IF THIS HITS IT IS OVER. CAN HE SLIP OUT.
Stew-O: YES. HE CAN. JOHNNY ANDREWS SLIPS OUT.. AND HE LANDS ON HIS FEET. OH MY. A SUPERKICK TO THE SIDE OF THE FACE OF SOLOMON STANE. BUT SOLOMON MANAGES TO GRAB A HOLD OF IT JUST IN TIME BEFORE IT CAN CONNECT. SOLOMON TAKING HIS LEG AND SWEEPING IT AND TAKING HIM DOWN TO THE GROUND, BEFORE GRABBING HIM FROM BEHIND AND LIFTING HIM UP BEFORE DROPPING HIM DOWN INTO A BRUTAL SLEEPER SUPLEX!
Flannery McCoy: Both men look like wounded animals right now but they’re still fighting until the day’s end, practically refusing to give up and not leaving until one of them manages to come out on top. But right now, it looks like Solomon is above right now looking to take him down… SOLOMON GOING FOR KEY OF SOLOMON! THE SITOUT FORWARD FIREMAN’S SLAM TO CONNECT AND FINISH THIS MATCH OFF!
Jake Mercer: BUT JOHNNY MANAGES TO SLIP OFF OF HIS SHOULDERS! SMALL PACKAGE PIN! SMALL PACKAGE PIN! JOHNNY TAKING SOLOMON BY SURPRISE AND ROLLING HIM RIGHT UP INTO THE PIN!
ONE!!!
TWOOO!!!!
THREEEEEEEE!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: JOHNNY DID IT! JOHNNY DID IT!
(‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ plays up to the surprised reaction from the crowd while Johnny Andrews quickly retreats out of the ring before anything can happen to him. Solomon Stane scrambles for him trying to grab ahold of him, but he slips right between his fingertips and he just barely misses him, pissing him off more than he already is right now looking at Johnny making his grand retreat. The referee makes his way over and raises Johnny’s hand in victory while he takes a moment to catch his breath before celebrating at ringside.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, AND ADVANCING TO THE QUARTERFINALS OF THE KING OF ELITE TOURNAMENT… JOHNNY ANDREWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flannery McCoy: What a shocker that we just witnessed here! Solomon had Johnny right where he wanted him, he had him dead to rights! But Johnny managed to defy the odds and roll up Solomon Stane and pull out a quick win and get himself to the next round of the tournament.
Stew-O: Could King Johnny possibly become a reality?! He now advances onto the Quarterfinals to fight in a House of Glass rematch against Andre Walker, and I’m sure that’s going to be one hell of a barn burner when it comes down to it. Just how unfortunate for Solomon, but I have no doubt he will rebound and come back better than ever. Congratulations to Johnny!
(Trixie Stane quickly runs down to the ring and checks on Solomon, who is less hurt, and more angered at Johnny while he stumbles up the ramp trying to collect himself. Friday Night Dynasty then goes from a shot of Johnny Andrews standing tall in victory at the end of his first round match to that same shot being shown on a television screen. The footage is played for just as little longer, before the feed ultimately clicks to black. It’s not the main center of focus any longer while the camera pans away from the television to show a big glossy, wooden roundtable being set up in the center of a roomy interior at a disclosed location. The only thing seen is the surface of the table before the camera continues to pan before it shows a familiar sight propped up onto the table. The beautiful gold emblazoned Interwire Championship comes into view, gleaming beautifully as the lights in the room reflect off of it in a pleasing mannerism. Though obvious who it is, the camera then continues to move to show the figure in question, who is none other than the Interwire Champion himself, Andre Walker. While standing next to him is his esteemed manager, Albert Hitchman, Andre is the main center of focus while he leans against the table in a seated position, with his hands clasped after he places the remote control of the television down. He’s in deep thought with a cold and serious expression on his face before nodding his head and looking at the camera while Albert speaks to the people.)
Albert Hitchman: After what we’ve seen, I’m sure the people expect a response. They want to hear what Andre Walker, your Interwire Champion, has to say about the next match on the calendar for him that is officially set in stone. Him going up against Johnny Andrews in a Quarterfinals match in the King of Elite tournament, which happens to be a very interesting scenario indeed. Now in case you have been living under a rock, allow me to take some time to enlighten you with some history. At Clash of Kingdoms 2, Andre won the Interwire Championship from the hands of Bronson Daniels. Now with that, there had to have been a sacrificial lamb for the first defense for the New Interwire Champion, and poor Johnny happened to stumble his way into a fight he could not win. But even if that was the case, he still believed in his heart of hearts that he could obtain what happens to be an unattainable goal. We tried to warn him, we did so for weeks leading into House of Glass and even then, he simply refused to listen. But that was on him right? He chose his fate and that’s how he wanted it to go, believing he would pull off the impossible and win the match. We could’ve done everything in our power to convince him out of it, but he was willing to take it to the grave at that point. So when the time came and his confidence had bubbled to an all time high with the perception embedded into his head that he would come out on top in the Glass Crypt match as the new Interwire Champion, he was shut down and legitimately buried six feet under. And in the end when it was all said and done, just like our superstitions told us, Andre stood on top of the rubble still your Interwire Champion.
Albert Hitchman: It was an amateur mindset but nonetheless, a lesson learned and a statement made at his expense. That not everyone can expect to step up and even come close to leveling with Andre Walker, not everyone can do that. Because Andre is quite simply a whole other breed. And that is me, Albert Hitchman, saying that for him because I know he might have some differing thoughts on the matter. He has his spot at the top of the very food chain for a reason and that is because of everything that he has done in Elite Answers Wrestling and there’s that. Although he cannot really give you much guarantees this time around, the King of Elite tournament is right in his crosshairs. That and getting to the position he knows that he can be at by Pain For Pride is the ultimate goal at hand for him. And no one, not even one Johnny Andrews who has possibly seen the fault in his ways and looks to reprimand them, will stop him from doing so. But until then? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see for ourselves when the time comes, but I don’t expect much to be different from the result I have in my head.
(Andre clasps his hands together and leans forward with a straightforward expression on his face while he looks to the Interwire Championship at his right before turning back to the camera.)
Andre Walker: Anything that happens from here on out is in my hands now, I am the master of my own destiny and I need to take the right steps in order to get there. Ever since my loss to Ronn Banks at the Christmas show I’ve been giving it some thought, some long thought. It took some time to realize, but after I was finished I realized that there wasn’t really anyone against me. No one was set on bringing me down and making sure that I reach the bottom except for one person, and that’s myself. Nobody was set on making Andre Walker fail more than Andre Walker, they were only focused on what I had at hand here and now. And while those results against those people who want to take the Interwire Championship are ones that I can change, ones that I can shape into my vision; no matter what I was running away from failure. Though I was running from said failure, it was only a matter of time before the hourglass finally ran out and it caught up to me. It was now or never, and I made sure I took it while I could before I went into an irreparable state.
Andre Walker: So with this fresh mindset, looking to carve a legacy that I can finally be proud of and paving a future that I can be certain will happen come Pain For Pride XV, I become anew. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, I learn from my mistakes and I become better, better than ever. Johnny Andrews can say what he wants and I have no factual say in whether or not he’s wrong or not, because I don’t know that myself. All I can say for certain is that I hope he’s grown from our last encounter, that he’s realized his faults just like I have and become better from it. Because I don’t want to walk into a match that is already certain for me to win, I want to walk into a match that will help me give the validation that I need for myself, for my future. Nothing is ever certain, but I will make sure that I do everything to make sure that I get as close as possible as I can. I want to be proud of myself, and this is the only way I can see myself doing it. It’s finally time to be the person that I know I can be, and turn around and face the one thing that I’ve been running from.
(Andre leans back in his chair while Albert looks down at him with a proud smile on his face. It’s the last shot seen before ultimately, Friday Night Dynasty then begins to fade to elsewhere.)
(‘Recreant’ by Chelsea Grin hits, as the crowd begins to boo heavily. After a moment, it’s Ximena Velasquez who steps out onto the stage. She looks powerful and confident as she walks down the entrance ramp, paying no attention to this booing crowd. Tunnel vision is all she has, as her goal is to advance in this Empress of Elite Tournament.)
Stephie Love: The following contest is an Empress of Elite Quarterfinals Match and it is set for ONE FALL!!! Introducing first.. From El Paso, Texas.. Weighing in at 180lbs!! LA DIOSA!!! XIMENA VELASQUEZ!!!!
Stew-O: Here comes the mighty powerhouse in Ximena Velasquez. Ximena had a great showing in the first round of this tournament when she beat Voltage’s Candice Blair to advance to the quarterfinals.
Flannery McCoy: We’re down to just 8 Elitist in this tournament, and each one of them wants to make it to the final and win. I’m excited to see how Ximena does in this match, because she has huge goals for herself and the only way to obtain them is by winning this tournament.
(‘Dolla Sign Slime’ by Lil Nas X and Megan Thee Stallion hits, as the crowd gives a mixed reaction. After a moment, it’s Serenity Valdez who steps out onto the stage. She raises her arms in the air as if she were royalty. Some fans cheer, others boo, but overall the confidence that Serenity is showing is second to none. From inside the ring, Ximena Velasquez sees this, and it only puts a frown on her face.)
Stephie Love: And her opponent!! From Tijuana, Mexico!! Weighing 126lbs!! LA REINA!!! SERENITY VALDEZ!!!!!
Stew-O: Here comes Serenity Valdez who picked up the impressive first round victory over Veena Adams last week on Dynasty. Talk about a way to start the New Year! Serenity has earned her spot here in the final 8, and it will be nice to see two talented hispanic Elitists going at it in this quarterfinal match.
Jake Mercer: These women are beautiful, but man.. They’re even tougher than they are beautiful.
Flannery McCoy: You’ve been hanging around Gavin too much.
Jake Mercer: I can’t say I haven’t :mjlit:
Stew-O: One thing I know is that Jake is right for once.. They’re tough as hell. When you look at Serenity you can see the future of this company in her eyes. She has the talent and everything necessary to get there, and if she manages to win this entire tournament, there’s no doubt in my mind that she’ll be making even greater strides as her career progresses. But right now, she’s got Ximena to worry about. I can’t wait to watch this unfold.
(DING! DING! DING!)
Stew-O: There’s the bell, and this second round match in the Empress of Elite Tournament is underway! Ximena Velasquez and Serenity Valdez both have the goal of advancing even further into this tournament and right now the only person standing in their way is each other.
Flannery McCoy: Both of these women proved their worth in the first round, but now the competition only gets tougher from here on out and only the strong will survive!
Stew-O: These two women make their way to the center of the ring, and it looks like Ximena is reaching her arms out to try and grab Valdez!! But Valdez ducks underneath the arms and manages to get away from Ximena. We all saw how Ximena’s match went last week, and knowing Serenity, she’s definitely gotten Ximena scouted. Velasquez isn’t someone that you want to get too close to. Her raw strength and power is too overwhelming for a majority of the members of the EAW, and getting caught up in all of that would only be a recipe for disaster for the newcomer in Serenity!
Flannery McCoy: Looking at Ximena’s face tells the story right now. She looks frustrated at the fact that Valdez is trying to play a distance game right now. Valdez is definitely much quicker, so this plays into her advantage. However, it looks like Ximena isn’t wasting anytime as she charges right at Valdez!!
Stew-O: BUT VALDEZ SIDE STEPS, AS XIMENA RUNS RIGHT INTO THE CORNER!! Ximena turns around.. PALM STRIKE RIGHT ACROSS THE CHEST BY VALDEZ!! ANOTHER!! AND ANOTHER!! Ximena Velasquez is seen clutching at her chest in pain as the sound of Valdez’s palm smacking against it echoes throughout this arena!!
Jake Mercer: She’s hitting her hard that’s for sure!
Stew-O: ANOTHER PALM STRIKE BY VALDEZ!! Serenity then follows that up with a knee strike that pops Ximena up into an upright standing position! Serenity now grabs a hold of Ximena and takes a few steps back, as both women are a few feet away from the corner.. KICK TO THE MIDSECTION BY VALDEZ!! She then hooks the head of Ximena as she locks in a front facelock! What’s this!?! SNAP DDT BY SERENITY!!!
Jake Mercer: NO!!!
Flannery McCoy: SERENITY TRIED TO SNAP XIMENA’S HEAD DOWN TO THE MAT, BUT THE STRENGTH OF XIMENA WOULDN’T ALLOW IT, AS SHE GRABS HOLD OF SERENITY AND.. SHE BACK BODY DROPS SERENITY OVER THE TOP ROPE!!! Serenity Valdez hits the ring apron on the way down, and crashes down to the ringside floor!
Flannery McCoy: Ximena Velasquez looks down at the hurt Serenity. But like you stated earlier, Stew. Close combat with Ximena is a dangerous game for anyone, and the second Serenity decided to tie up with her, things started to get bad, and now here we are with her struggling on the outside of the ring.
Stew-O: That’s going to be the challenge for Serenity during this match, but right now she needs to find a way to get up if she intends on advancing through, because from the looks of it, Ximena is the predator stalking her prey, as she exits the ring and makes her way over to Serenity!!
Jake Mercer: Ximena stands over Serenity, and grabs her from off of the ground. She lifts Serenity up into a standing position.. AND BIEL TOSSES HER RIGHT UP AGAINST THE STEEL STEPS BEHIND HER!!!
Referee: One.. Two.. Three.. Four.. Five..
Stew-O: Serenity is leaned up against those steel steps as her back nearly shatters on impact!! Last week, we saw Ximena try to win her first round match by a countout, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Ximena stays with Serenity on the outside, and.. SHE DELIVERS A MASSIVE CHOP TO THE CHEST OF SERENITY!! Serenity drops down to a seated position against the steel steps after getting hit by that powerful chop, but Ximena is there to grab her by the head, and lifts her up to her feet.
Flannery McCoy: What does she have in mind here?
Jake Mercer: Whatever it is, it doesn’t look good for Serenity!!
Stew-O: Ximena.. WRAPS HER ARMS AROUND SERENITY AND LOCKS IN A BEARHUG!! HER SIGNATURE BEARHUG IS LOCKED IN HERE AT RINGSIDE, AND SERENITY IS CLENCHING HER FACE IN PAIN!!! SHE’S TRYING NOT TO SCREAM, BUT EVENTUALLY IT COMES OUT!! THE PAIN OF GETTING YOUR RIBS, SPINE, AND BODY COMPRESSED TOGETHER IS GETTING TO SERENITY, AS THE REFEREE HAS JUST MADE IT TO THE COUNT OF 7!!!!
Flannery McCoy: Ximena still has this bearhug locked in tight, but turns her body towards the ring.. What is this!?! Ximena charges towards the ring with Serenity still locked in this bearhug and.. XIMENA SLAMS SERENITY RIGHT UP AGAINST THE EDGE OF THE RING APRON!! SERENITY YELPS OUT IN PAIN, AS XIMENA RELEASES HER GRIP ON HER!!!
Stew-O: That was a powerful maneuver by Ximena that forced Serenity to fall to her knees as her head leans up against the leg of Ximena who stands before her. Velasquez reaches down, grabs Serenity by the head, lifts her up, then tosses her back into the ring. Ximena then follows in by sliding under the bottom rope, and hooks the legs!!
ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
TWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRR-
Jake Mercer: And there’s the kickout by Serenity!!
Stew-O: Ximena Velasquez rises up to her feet now, and reaches down to grab Serenity from off of the ring mat. Strong Irish whip by Ximena!! She sends Valdez running towards the side ropes!! Valdez hits the ropes, and rebounds back.. PA LA RAZA!!! THE WESTERN LARIAT BY XIMENA VELASQUEZ!!!!
Flannery McCoy: NO!!! SERENITY DUCKS UNDERNEATH THE ARM, AS XIMENA GOES RIGHT PAST HER!!! Serenity definitely peaked the way Ximena won last week, and it was with that exact same move. Although Ximena wanted to put this one away early, Serenity has her scouted correctly! Ximena Velasquez now turns around.. RUNNING KNEE STRIKE TO THE ABDOMEN BY VALDEZ!!!! WOW WHAT A SHOT!!!!
Stew-O: Valdez literally continued running after that missed lariat from Ximena, kept building her speed, then took advantage of Ximena by catching her off guard with that running knee strike!! That strike was so powerful, that Ximena actually dropped down to her knees! Imagine the trauma that her abdomen and inner organs are feeling after being drilled by Valdez’s running knee?
Jake Mercer: Ximena tries to work up to her feet, but it’s Valdez with a kick to the midsection.. SNAP DDT!!!
Stew-O: NO!!! XIMENA GRABS A HOLD OF VALDEZ YET AGAIN, AND USES ALL OF HER STRENGTH TO TOSS HER RIGHT BACK INTO THE CORNER!!! How is Valdez supposed to do anything against this powerhouse.
Jake Mercer: Simple, by matching her strength and getting those reps in the gym. Ximena didn’t get the way she is by just chance.. She’s worked long and hard to become as powerful as she is.
Flannery McCoy: You do realize that Valdez has no time to go to the gym right now when the match she’d be training for has already begun.. Like she’s literally in the middle of the match, Jake..
Jake Mercer: That’s just excuses..
Flannery McCoy: And you’re just dumb..
Stew-O: Enough of the bickering you two, this match is getting pretty wild!! Serenity is leaned up against that corner turnbuckle, and its Ximena who charges in at her!!! RUNNING BODY SPLASH BY XIMEN-
Flannery McCoy: BOOT TO THE FACE!!! SERENITY VALDEZ JUST LIFTED HER BOOT UP, AND CAUGHT XIMENA RIGHT IN THE FACE!!! Ximena backs away from the corner, clutches at her face in pain, and turns away from Serenity!!!
Stew-O: But look!! Serenity climbs herself up to the top turnbuckle!! Meanwhile, Ximena begins to turn around.. BUT IT’S SERENITY WHO LEAPS IN THE AIR!!! TORNADO DDT BY SERENITY VALDEZ!!! IT CONNECTS!!! SERENITY SNAPS THE HEAD OF XIMENA RIGHT INTO THE CANVAS OF THE RING WITH TREMENDOUS FORCE!!!
Flannery McCoy: She failed to hit the snap DDT because the power of Ximena was too hard to overcome, but she still managed to get her DDT in the form of a Tornado DDT.. That’s smart seeing how you can perform that move from a distance as opposed to be locked up with your opponent the entire time! Great thinking by Valdez!!
Stew-O: AND LOOK!! While Ximena is down, it’s Valdez who wraps her arms around her head and hooks her arm between her legs!! THAT’S THE CROSSFACE!! CROSSFACE IS LOCKED IN!!!! SERENITY IS PULLING BACK ON THE HEAD AS HARD AS SHE CAN, AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THIS MATCH, WE CAN SEE XIMENA IN REAL TROUBLE!!! XIMENA BEGINS TO SCREAM OUT IN PAIN!! SHE TRIES TO MUSCLE HER WAY OUT OF THIS MOVE, BUT VALDEZ HAS IT LOCKED IN EXTREMELY TIGHT!!
Jake Mercer: Nobody ever wants to be in this position, but now that Ximena is here, she needs to figure a way out if she intends on advancing. Serenity could pick up one of the biggest wins of her career right here if she can make Ximena tap!!
Flannery McCoy: As strong as Ximena is, it’s so much harder to outstrength your opponent when they already have you locked in a painful submission hold. It’s like fighting an uphill battle as Ximena’s strength is neutralized by Serenity’s submission!! Serenity continues to pull back on the head of Ximena and..
Jake Mercer: No way..
Stew-O: XIMENA GETS HER KNEES FROM UNDERNEATH HER, GETS TO ONE FOOT, THEN STANDS WITH SERENITY WRAPPED AROUND HER BACK!!! HOLY SHIT THIS WOMAN IS STRONG!!! SHE LITERALLY MANAGED TO STAND UP WHILE HER OPPONENT HAD A CROSSFACE LOCKED IN!!!!
Flannery McCoy: AND SHE SLAMS SERENITY DOWN TO THE MAT WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE A SAMOAN DROP!!! The wind is knocked right out of Serenity, as Ximena tries to get up..
Stew-O: BUT SERENITY KEEPS A HOLD OF XIMENA’S HEAD AND KNECK!!! IT LOOKS LIKE SHE’S GOT A SLEEPER HOLD LOCKED IN ON XIMENA!!! XIMENA ROLLS ONTO HER STOMACH WITH SERENITY ON HER BACK, AND SHE’S TRYING TO BREAK THIS SLEEPER HOLD!!
Flannery McCoy: I’m starting to understand the strategy of Serenity right now. Close combat wasn’t working much, but to be able to get these quick submissions and wear down Ximena could be a huge thing for her. You wear down Ximena, and you take her strength away. Force her to use her strength in order to break out of your holds, but not to be used against you in a form of an attack. She’s forcing Ximena to be on the defensive side by trapping her in these submissions, and for the most part it’s working!!
Jake Mercer: Is it really working, Flannery? Because from the looks of it, it seems like Ximena is doing a push up with Serenity on her back!! This woman still has a lot left in the tank-
Ximena Velasquez (Off-Mic): AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Stew-O: XIMENA JUST DROPPED FLAT TO THE CANVAS OF THE RING!! WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED!?!?
Flannery McCoy: I don’t know, but it looked like she was trying to get up, then all of a sudden she just went right back down to the canvas in an instant after yelling out like that!
Stew-O: Well whatever happened, it wasn’t good, because now Serenity is turning Ximena Velasquez over and covering her for the pin!!!
ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
TWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: WAIT LOOK!!! SERENITY JUST PUT HER FEET ON THE MIDDLE ROPE!!! SHE’S USING HER LEVERAGE TO CHEAT HER WAY TO VICTORY!!!
THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Jake Mercer: NO!!!! XIMENA KICKED OUT!!! XIMENA KICKED OUT RIGHT ON TIME!!!
Flannery McCoy: Serenity Valdez gets up to her feet, and backs away from Ximena Velasquez who remains down on the ring mat. Eventually, Ximena gets up to her feet, it’s a slow process, but she does finally stand and.. Wait.. LOOK AT HER FACE!! LOOK AT HER EYES!!!
Stew-O: NO WAY!! Ximena’s right eye looks bloodshot, and blood begins to drip from the sockets!!
Flannery McCoy: LOOK AT SERENITY’S FINGERS!!! THERE’S BLOOD!!!
Stew-O: That means that when Ximena was about to muscle her way out of that sleeper hold, Serenity went for an eye rake and dug her fingers into the right eye of Velasquez!! The referee never saw it because Velasquez’s head was turned down, and Serenity was able to hide the cheap move, but it’s quite evident what has happened!!
Flannery McCoy: You’re right, Stew!! Ximena raises her hand, and wipes the blood that’s dripping from her eyes. She looks at the blood, then back at Serenity. Meanwhile, the referee is just now realizing what has just happened. He sees the blood coming from Ximena’s eyes as well as the blood dripping from Serenity’s fingers!! The referee turns towards Serenity, and it looks like he’s about to call this match and disqualif-
Stew-O: XIMENA VELASQUEZ JUST SHOVED THE REFEREE OFF TO THE SIDE, AS HE FALLS DOWN TO THE CANVAS OF THE RING!! XIMENA CONTINUES TO CHARGE TOWARDS SERENITY AND.. SHE TAKES HER DOWN WITH THE PA’ LA RAZA!!! THAT’S THE WESTERN LARIAT!!! SERENITY JUST GOT BLASTED AND NEARLY HAD HER HEAD DECAPITATED FROM HER BODY!!! HOLY SHIT THAT WAS POWERFUL!! However, it doesn’t seem like Ximena is done just yet, as she lifts Serenity up to a standing position and.. PA’ LA RAZA ONCE AGAIN BY XIMENA VELASQUEZ!!! Serenity is unconscious now in the center of the ring!!!
Jake Mercer: Ximena has murder on her mind like her name was Lil Baby.
Flannery McCoy: I don’t even listen to hippity Hop like that, and I know that isn’t by Lil Baby.
Jake Mercer: You’re a little baby..
Stew-O: Ximena Velasquez now reaches down and grabs Serenity from off of the canvas. Serenity’s body is limp and completely done for, but Ximena isn’t finished just yet!! She pulls Valdez in and lifts her up in the air as she holds her in a powerbomb position!! This isn’t good for Serenity whatsoever!! XV!!!!! ONE ARM POWERBOMB BY XIMENA VELASQUEZ!!!! IT CONNECTS AND SNAPS THE BODY OF SERENITY RIGHT UP AGAINST THE CANVAS OF THE RING!!! XIMENA QUICKLY COVERS FOR THE PIN!!!
ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
TWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
(DING! DING! DING!)
(‘Recreant’ by Chelsea Grin hits, as the crowd boos heavily. After a moment, Ximena rises up to her feet, as the referee raises her hand in the air. Blood continues to drip from the eyes of Ximena after getting raked by Serenity moments ago. She looks down at Serenity who is absolutely destroyed after being hit by Ximena’s most powerful moves. Ximena looks out to this booing crowd and ignores every single one of them, as she knows that they don’t matter when it comes to her becoming the Empress of Elite. Eventually she exits the ring, leaving Serenity nearly lifeless in the ring.)
Stephie Love: Here is your winner!!! LA DIOSA!!! XIMENA VELASQUEZ!!!
Stew-O: What a match by Ximena Velasquez tonight. She definitely showed just how dominant of an Elitist she is, as her opponent needed to resort to cheap tactics in order to even keep this match close.
Flannery McCoy: There isn’t much you can do against Ximena, and she showed that tonight. Her strength and power alone is something that can give any Elitist trouble, but I believe the blood dripping from her eyes tells the whole story.. This woman is a warrior.. She not only looks tough and strong, but she IS tough and strong.. Strong enough to handle any amount of pain and continue fighting for what she wants, and thats the title as Empress of Elite.
Jake Mercer: I feel bad for whoever has to face Ximena next, because based off of her last two matches, it doesn’t look like anyone can stop her.
Stew-O: She is definitely a huge favorite for this tournament as she advances on to the next round.
(The screen shows Ximena Velasquez walking back up the entrance ramp with blood dripping down her eyes. She looks back at Serenity who is still down in the center of the ring, then turns her head back, smiles, and continues walking up the stage like she doesn’t care about the wellbeing of her fallen opponent. The screen then fades elsewhere.)
(The final commercial break of the night is shown for King of Elite 2022 live from NRG Stadium Park in Houston, Texas from February 5th to the 6th.)
(Friday Night Dynasty comes back from its final commercial break to a panaround of the Nationwide Arena. The crowd is buzzing in anticipation for the closing moments of the show and their prayers are answered when ‘Roll With Me’ by Charli XCX begins to blast through the speakers of the arena to a deafening pop from the Columbus crowd here tonight! The camera then goes to show Andrea Valentine make her way out through the backstage area, walking out with the usual aura that surrounds her of pure adrenaline and confidence. She has an arm raised in the air with a smile on her face, donning casual apparel seeing as though she does not have a match tonight. She stands at the center of the stage, pointing around at the EAW Universe who continue to adore the fan favorite Elitist while she begins to make her way down the ramp and towards the ring from there.)
Stephie Love: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… ANDREA VALENTINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stew-O: Well the last time we saw Andrea on our television screens was last week on Dynasty, where she had an interview with Michael Belfort regarding her confrontation with Ms. Extreme at An Aussie Summer Christmas Spectacular. It’s apparent that her sights are set on the Universal Women’s Championship, and knowing her she’s not going to back down, especially when she’s facing someone that she has extensive history with in the past.
Flannery McCoy: Well let’s not forget what happened a few days later on Voltage where Ms. Extreme took some time to come out to the ring and respond to that, which can probably explain why Andrea is out here right now. She said that although she can’t deny the history, while Andrea is climbing to reach that peak, that epitome of the business… Ms. Extreme has already reached that point standing up there with her record breaking Championship reign. Both of them have had their differing opinions and it looks like Andrea is willing to set it straight tonight!
Jake Mercer: This is about to get RAUCOUS! This is about to get FIERY! Just as fiery as Ms. Extreme’s hair! It’s going fucking down tonight! I don’t know, I can just FEEL IT.
(Andrea makes her way around the ring before stepping up onto the steel steps and onto the apron, entering into the ring. She climbs up to the middle turnbuckle, raising both of her arms in the air before pointing around. She then jumps down onto the canvas and walks over to get a microphone. ‘Roll With Me’ then begins to come to a close from there while Andrea makes her way towards the center of the ring, microphone in hand while she begins to speak.)
Andrea Valentine: I don’t think I really need to explain why I’m out here, I’ve done this same song and dance before, you get the gist out of it already. Last week Ms. Extreme decided to come out to the ring on Voltage and respond to what I had to say towards her, and let me say right now that I expected nothing less out of her. I expected everything that made her herself, that fire and confidence that I know she always has and that drive to succeed as well. She says it for a reason, and asserts her dominance and holds her ground. Frankly, I admire it. I even admired when she said that I’m going out to try to do the impossible when it came to going after her Championship. And although anyone else would take offense to it, she wouldn’t really be wrong would she? I don’t have a problem with her saying that because you might as well say that that’s been the case for myself every single time I step into a ring. Always looking to make something possible out of the impossible, going against the bigger person and sticking it to them when it comes down to it. Does that mean I’m stupid to be walking into a situation like that? Absolutely not, but I can see why some people might believe that when it comes to me.
Andrea Valentine: There’s something that Camille needs to understand, and it’s my track record when it comes to situations like these. Although from the outside looking in I see why that’s overlooked, the successes that I’ve accumulated in the past outweigh my failures. I can’t deny that it has led to Hall of Fame level accolades for myself that I can raise proudly after all this time. Not many people may see it, but it’s not something that’s solely created on the basis of ‘luck.’ It’s the type of magic that I’ve made because I’m Andrea fucking Valentine, and nobody will tell me different, because I don’t need to hear otherwise. Everyone knows my story, everyone knows how far I’ll be willing to go on any given date to get to the goals that I desire and know that I deserve at the same time. Sure, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I get that not many people can really believe me especially after the train wreck that was Season 14, which I can also admit wasn’t really a bright spot in my career and led me down one rocky road. The examples that Camille mentioned such as the Women’s No Way Out match less than a year ago are ones that instantly come to mind right now. But I swore that after that, things were going to turn around for me and I was going to make it known to everyone heading into Season 15, which is exactly what I’ve been saying for months on end now. My mission statement was setting out and doing the same thing I always did, but to the point where I didn’t give people a choice but to believe me, and I think it’s been going well especially considering that I’ve even come close to the Universal Women’s Championship in the first place.
Andrea Valentine: The person that Camille says is apparently dead and gone, is still fighting and will continue to do so with that fire burning brighter than ever. She’s out to become a two-time World Champion and has absolutely zero problem proving that to all of you. Because if that’s what it’s going to take to fill the mental quota that I have for myself, then I’m willing to take that risk by stepping up to the plate and taking a swing. It’s quite disappointing, because I truly thought that this were things that Camille had already known about me considering everything we’ve been through. But apparently not, and now you’ll just have to find out how far I’m willing to go when the opportunity presents itself for me to get a Universal Women’s Championship shot which I know will come around at some point. Now let me talk to you personally because I know that you’re watching this with increased interest. I will give credit where credit is due, your reign as Universal Women’s Champion has been remarkable especially when it comes to how hard you’ve worked for literal years to get to this point, it’s 100% deserved. With this reign you’ve had a target on your back and a lot of people stepping up and getting in your way and with that each and every time you’ve managed to successfully shut them down and solidify yourself as undoubtedly the best Universal Women’s Champion that this company has had. I don’t think I can really deny the facts when it comes to it, I’d be stupid to do so. And I hope that I can see that firsthand and what it’s like so I can show that I can not only compete at that level, but go above and beyond that as well and do what nobody else could do and knock you down. It’s not going to be easy, and that’s exactly what I wanted, which is why I personally told you to give it your all and show me what you’re like at your best. It’s nothing new, and I know that with that both of us are going to give it our all and in the whole grand scheme of things that’s what really matters. But that also means I’m going to have to work extra hard to make sure that I’m walling out of the rubble as a two-time World Champion and your new Universal Women’s Champion.
(The crowd cheers in support for Andrea while she brings her microphone down and looks to make her leave. But instead of her theme playing, the sounds of ‘Zombie’ by Bad Wolves begins to blast through the speakers of the arena to absolutely deafening cheers from the Dynasty crowd here tonight. The camera then quickly goes to the stage area to show Ms. Extreme strutting out to the ring, a smirk on her face with the Universal Women’s Champion resting on her shoulder. She looks at her Championship for a long moment before raising it into the air with pyro shooting out of the stage in a beautiful array while she makes her way down the ramp and towards the ring from there.)
Stew-O: Well look who has decided to invade Friday Night Dynasty here tonight! The Universal Women’s Champion is here and she’s looking to confront Andrea Valentine here tonight!
Flannery McCoy: Despite the look on her face, I’m sure she’s not taking Andrea’s words very kindly and looks to make sure that she sets it straight with her right now! Just like Jake said, and I hate to admit that he’s right, this is about to get real pretty fast and really interesting at the same time as well.
Jake Mercer: :mjlit:
(Ms. Extreme jumps up onto the apron from the ringside area and takes a good look at Andrea, taking the sunglasses that she had on and tucking it onto the collar of her shirt before she enters into the ring. She takes her Championship and once again raises it in the air before making her way over and taking a microphone of her own and beginning to circle around Andrea. ‘Zombie’ then begins to come to a close from there while Ms. Extreme smirks, before speaking.)
Ms. Extreme: To be quite frank with you, and I don’t know if it was just me, but I was a little tired of the long distance call that the two of us have been having for the past week. It’s pretty unnecessary to do, especially considering all the other had to do was step into the arena during one of our respective shows and have a little talk. And, oh look, here I am! I’m here and did exactly what I just said, so let’s continue that trend and talk about it right now. I’ll start by clearing some speculation that you’ve had, I know you Andrea. I’ve been around you for years now and during that time we’ve bonded, connected, and partnered. So I think I have a little hint about what you’re capable of and the mantra that you’ve been chanting for God knows how long now. I mean, who wouldn’t? You said it yourself, you’re Andrea fucking Valentine. But even with all of that taken into consideration, I don’t take back a damn thing I said last week, because why should I? It wasn’t even about Season 14 with you on Showdown and myself on Voltage, it wasn’t even in the No Way Out match that the two of us were in, that I won in case you forgot 😉. Do you not remember Territorial Invasion and losing to Xander Payne this Season in a World Heavyweight Championship match? Or better yet, even beating The Visual Prophet at Operation: Doomsday and despite that, and having all the potential at the palm of your hand, you manage to let him surpass you and become World Heavyweight Champion over you?
Ms. Extreme: It’s so glaring that no matter how much respect I hold for you and everything that you’ve done, which is an awful lot might I add, I just can’t look these faults over, especially as a Champion, especially the responsibilities I have as said Champion. Which are to do what’s best for the Universal Women’s Championship, and what’s the best thing to do might you ask? It’s not have Andrea Valentine as Champion, at the moment at least, it’s for me to be a forever Champion and continue to shatter those glass ceilings and continue my already record-breaking reign. As much as I’d give the world to see you get your redemption moment and become the World Champion I know you can become, it’s not going to come at my expense especially considering everything that I’ve done and everything that I’ve said about you already. So if you really want a Universal Women’s Championship shot, if this is really going to be the hill that you die on, then I assure you, it will absolutely not be pretty for you.
(Andrea nods her head after Ms. Extreme is done speaking, once again, she sees where she’s coming from and it’s rational. But at the same time, it doesn’t mean that she needs to agree with it. She knows that she’s better than the expectations that she has set for her and is more than ready to contend for the Universal Women’s Championship against her, and is more than willing to hold her ground in that regard.)
Andrea Valentine: Well of course it’s not going to be pretty, I kinda already got that, but I mean, isn’t that what I’ve signed up for to begin with? Are you expecting this to be something foreign for me? I’ve been in this type of situation before, if you need any further proof you can go back to any of my previous matches. With my back against the wall and the cards stacked against me, along with everyone seemingly being against me and not believing in me or my abilities for one particular reason after the other. But at the end of the day, though victory or defeat, I still manage to pull through, because I won’t let this type of stuff define who I am and what I’ve done. Sure, I’ve had my moments exactly like you just mentioned. Territorial Invasion being the obvious one which I talked more in depth about last week. But the trend is, I always manage to get back up and find the success I’m looking for one way or another. So is challenging for the Universal Women’s Championship a mistake you say? Because that’s definitely what you’re insinuating with what you’re saying towards me. But I don’t really know, and the only way that either of us will find that out is the way I’ve always done it, and that’s by seeing it for myself. That’s just how it’s going to have to be Camille, and I’m not leaving here until I get the answer that I want.
(Ms. Extreme stops in her tracks while she looks around at the crowd going absolutely wild for the potential of her against Andrea for the Universal Women’s Championship. She shrugs her shoulders with a smile on her face before looking towards Andrea.)
Ms. Extreme: I admire it, I really do. If there’s one thing I really love is to see how much someone really wants something, and that’s the type of passion that practically exudes out of you on a daily basis. And I know if there’s one thing I would also love, is the possibility of the biggest challenger of my reign pushing me to my very limit and giving me a reason to believe my reign is in jeopardy. So look, I’m free for King of Elite, so why the hell not? Ms. Extreme versus Andrea Valentine for the Universal Women’s Championship, and like Andrea said, give these fans one hell of a show that they’ll be remembering for a long time.
(The crowd cheers even louder, and Andrea doesn’t even need a second to think about it, she knows her answer before Ms. Extreme could even pose the question to her.)
Andrea Valentine: I accept.
(Ms. Extreme smirks while ‘Roll With Me’ begins to blast through the speakers of the arena. She then turns around and begins to make her leave, pleased with the latest announcement for the King of Elite Free-Per-View show while Andrea watches her make her leave with a determined look on her face while she does so.)
Stew-O: And there we go folks, you heard it right here! Ms. Extreme and Andrea Valentine will be waging war in one hell of a match at King of Elite 2022 for the Universal Women’s Championship! And I don’t know about you guys, but I’m personally thrilled for the potential of this bout that is sure to be for the ages!
Flannery McCoy: We’ve seen their credentials, we know what they can do especially at the top of their game and with huge stakes on the line. I’m sure if there’s one thing that they really want, it’s the Universal Women’s Championship and they’re going to be doing everything to make sure that it either stays in or comes to their possession. Let’s hope to hear more about this as it develops on Voltage in a few days. But until then, that’s all the time we have for you tonight! I’m Flannery McCoy, and along with Stew-O and Jake Mercer, signing out!
(Ms. Extreme turns around while she makes her way up the ramp, taking her Universal Women’s Championship and raising it into the air while Andrea keeps her focus on her, using her hands to make a Championship gesture on her face before yelling at her to bring it!
