(Fight Grid intro plays.)
(The camera opens up to the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, where last week’s Sunday Night Voltage was held. The camera pans to the inside of the arena, and into the office of Voltage’s Commissioner, Captain Charisma. Captain Charisma is seen standing by the Bloodsport Wheel of Death, which has been used throughout the last few weeks in order to reveal stipulations for the upcoming Bloodsport matches. Before long, a knock is heard on Captain Charisma’s door. The Commissioner walks over to the door before opening it, and once the door opens, he begins to speak.)
Captain Charisma: I’ve been waiting for you three, it’s about time we settle this.
(The camera pans to the door, where the three members of the British Invasion are seen. They’re still not too amused over everything that happened on Voltage, but they enter Captain Charisma’s office nonetheless as Daryl begins to speak.)
Daryl Kinkade: I don’t see the point in spinning that stupid wheel. We didn’t ask for this match in the first place. The people that *do* want the match don’t even belong in the same ring as us, and at Bloodsport they were already going to be destroyed even without some stipulation attached to it. This match happening at all is already bad enough, do you really want us to put the fate of our match on some wheel?
Captain Charisma: Of course I do, that’s how this works. It isn’t exclusive to you guys, either. You’ve already seen multiple matches have their stipulation confirmed through the wheel, with the only exceptions being the EAW World Championship match and Bea Valentine versus Diamond Dixon, since Bea obviously had no intentions of spinning the wheel.
Halsey Neel: Does it even matter what stipulation the wheel would land on? Regardless of what it turns out to be, those three are getting what’s coming to them. Don’t you think it’d be a better idea making sure Michael, Zane and Effy are actually able to return to Voltage after what we do to them?
Captain Charisma: I’m sure they’ll be fine. If there’s anything that being the Commissioner of this brand has shown me, it’s that the Elitists in this company are tough more than anything else. Now, if one of you would please spin the wheel.
(The three members of the British Invasion look at each other for a moment, before Pandora Paisley chooses to walk up to the wheel, shaking her head. She spins the wheel, and they wait as the wheel eventually slows down. Finally it stops, and Pandora doesn’t look too thrilled as she reads the stipulation.)
Pandora Paisley: PETA’s Worst Nightmare match? What is this even supposed to mean?
(A smile appears on Captain Charisma’s face as he begins to explain.)
Captain Charisma: It’s simple! Throughout the years we’ve had many different deathmatches that make use of the many dangerous forms of wildlife. We may have gotten into a bit of trouble with PETA in the past, but Voltage has always been known for pushing the limits of what we’re allowed to do, and that’s exactly what this is. This match will feature everything. All the animals, insects, and more that we can bring to Bloodsport will be used in order for either the three of you or the team of Michael, Effy and Zane in order to pick up the victory!
(A moment of silence passes, as none of the British Invasion members look too pleased.)
Daryl Kinkade: This is ridiculous.
Pandora Paisley: Why is this on the wheel? It’s one thing for us to have to waste our time on this match, but now we have to do it with a ridiculous stipulation like this? Should we even be doing this knowing that PETA won’t be okay with it?
Captain Charisma: I’m sure everything will be fine.
Daryl Kinkade: This isn’t fine, bruv.
Pandora Paisley: It’s not fine at all. This isn’t how we should be spending Bloodsport.
Halsey Neel: This doesn’t make any sense.
Captain Charisma: Well, you three can’t blame anyone but yourselves for this match happening, can you? After all, you chose to attack them at the beginning of the season. I think they have the right to face you guys, so now that we have our stipulation, this match is final.
(The British Invasion look at each other for a moment, before just beginning to take their leave, not happy with how things turned out.)
Daryl Kinkade: Don’t blame us when those three don’t come back.
(The three members of the British Invasion walk out of Captain Charisma’s office. They slam the door shut behind them, still not happy about the stipulation. The camera pans to Captain Charisma one more time, before fading to black.)
(EAW logo buzzes.)
