(Fight Grid intro plays.)
(The scene fades in to show the Elite Answers Wrestling headquarters situated in Newark, New Jersey. It shows the outside of the establishment which glimmers in the bright and sunny weather while the camera pans around to show the entire building. After a while, it then transitions into the inside of the building, showing none other than Molly Waters who is seen with a smile on her face while she is seated behind her Fight Grid desk.)
Molly Waters: Ladies and gentlemen, you know the deal, welcome to Fight Grid! Your home for all the news surrounding the Land of Elite! Let’s get right to business, since I know that news is the one thing that we could all be very excited for this week. Territorial Invasion week is in full swing with all of the Elitists participating in the event along with the EAW Universe excited for the upcoming Free-Per-View in just five short days! But let’s not forget what’s coming up the week after that, and that’s none other than Clash of Kingdoms 2 live from Kuwait! And we have some breaking news from that, coming more specifically from the Dynasty brand for the Women’s Divide & Conquer match!
Molly Waters: As you know, on the last episode of Friday Night Dynasty, the match between Lisa Wren & Domino Stone, two members of Team Dynasty for the Divide & Conquer match didn’t exactly end as intended. Because in the end it was the team of Mary S. Atlas and Rebecca Blackwell, known as MaryBecca, laying the two of them out along with Hikari Kanno and Miku Sakai accompanying them on the stage. Unfortunately, it seems that not much good came out of that. Because along with the brutal attack, we at Fight Grid have learned that Lisa Wren has unfortunately suffered an injury at the hands of Team Voltage.
Molly Waters: While we don’t know the specifics of said injury, and we’ve been told that she’ll make a speedy recovery; at most, she will be unable to compete at Clash of Kingdoms 2. This leaves Team Dynasty for the Divide & Conquer match at three people, that being Sierra, Domino Stone, and Lisa’s partner, Kensi. While we wish Lisa a positive road to recovery, this also leaves Dynasty at a significant disadvantage heading into the match. But that doesn’t mean nothing will be done. Because we can also confirm for you that a formal announcement will be made later in the week from Dynasty General Manager, StarrStan regarding the final plans for Team Dynasty, possibly revealing a replacement and the final member as well.
Molly Waters: With disappointing news comes the light at the end of the tunnel for Friday Night Dynasty, which we expect to get right back on track once Territorial Invasion is said and done and we’re headed right to Kuwait. But for now? That’s all hypothetical, we’ll cross that bridge when we get there. Once again, thank you for joining us tonight on Fight Grid; I’m Molly Waters, signing out!
(Molly begins to wave at the camera while it begins to pan out. She has a smile on her face while it then goes back to the outside of EAW HQ. It’s the last shot seen before ultimately, Fight Grid comes to a close from there.)
